Abstract

Muda Mandiri masih kurangnya jenis produk pada mitra, dikarenakan permintaan konsumen dengan berbagai dari jenis produk hortikultura, ikan air tawar bahkan daging, konsumen merupakan ibu rumah tangga dan rumah makan disekitar lokasi mitra yang setiap hari nya berbelanja dilokasi mitra. , mitra sasaran di sektor agropreneurship memiliki sumber daya alam yang melimpah terutama pengembangan tanaman hortikultura, ikan air tawar dan ternak yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi. permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra agropreneur. Salah satunya adalah keterbatasan jenis produk, lahan yang sempit, modal usaha dan akses kepasar.Solusi dalam aspek ProduksiMemberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang diversifikasi produk dalam agropreneurship tidak hanya mencakup pengolahan hasil pertanian, tetapi juga perluasan jenis komoditas yang dibudidaya. Penggunaan system Hidroponik menjadi solusi untuk tempat yang sempat dan juga penambahan jenis sayuran yang beragam memungkinkan petani untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar yang lebih luas. Selain pertanian, kolam ikan air tawar dapat menjadi solusi diversifikasi yang menguntungkan. Budidaya ikan seperti lele, nila, dan patin dapat dilakukan dalam sistem integrated farming atau pertanian terpadu . Peternakan ayam juga merupakan bentuk diversifikasi yang dapat memberikan tambahan pendapatan bagi agropreneur. juga mensosialisasi teknologi freezer untuk penyimpanan pasca panen Penyimpanan produk pertanian dan peternakan menggunakan freezer adalah strategi penting untuk menjaga kesegaran, memperpanjang masa simpan,. Aspek pemasaran mitra yang wajib di bantu yaitu pemasaran (marketing) tim PKM memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan Digital marketing sebagai media kegiatan pemasaran termasuk branding yang menggunakan berbagai media berbasis website. Sebagai contoh adalah blog, website, adwords, dan berbagai macam jaringan sosial media . pelatihan pembuatan label dan pengemasan kedap udara dengan menggunakan vacum sealer . melalui pelatihan ini mitra akan memiliki kemasan produk yang menarik pelanggan serta mampu bersaingan melalui pasar digital.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises Peumakmu Syuhada in improving the economy of group members by processing freshwater and marine fish as the main business of the partner group. Smoked fish production is still carried out on a small scale and also has not used modern smoking technology. The purpose of this service is to overcome the problems that partners often face in this economic aspect, namely sales that have not been maximized, sales by entrusting or selling directly are currently still being carried out by partners without taking advantage of the digitalization that is currently developing. Conventional smoking equipment has many weaknesses which of course often hinder the production of smoked fish This smoked fish household industry is still operating using conventional smoking equipment. The results of the service include the training of the community in producing smoked fish and active digital marketing in MSMEs fostered by Village-Owned Enterprises. marketing activities include branding that uses various website-based media. Examples are blogs, websites, adwords, and various kinds of social media networks developed in MSMEs. Conventional smoking equipment is only made of wood and shelves made of bamboo and is still open so that the efficiency of smoke to smoke / cook fish is less than optimal. This PKM provides partners with cooling technology (frezer) to place raw fish ingredients so that they are not easily rotten or dirty. This technology can increase production from 150kg/day to 300kg/day or 2 times the previous one with a 100% increase and can cut production time from 5 hours to 3 hours. production time from 5 hours to 3 hours.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan bersama BUMG Peumakmu Syuhada dalam rangka meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi anggota kelompok melalui pengolahan ikan air tawar dan ikan laut sebagai usaha utama. Produksi ikan kering yang selama ini dilakukan masih berskala kecil dan menggunakan alat pengeringan konvensional yang kurang efisien. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya volume penjualan akibat belum optimalnya strategi pemasaran, yang masih bergantung pada sistem titip jual dan penjualan langsung tanpa memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran melalui penerapan teknologi modern serta digitalisasi UMKM. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi terhadap mitra. Intervensi teknologi dilakukan dengan pemberian freezer untuk menjaga kualitas bahan baku ikan, serta pelatihan penggunaan media digital seperti blog, website, Google Ads, dan berbagai platform media sosial untuk mendukung branding dan pemasaran produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kapasitas produksi, dari 150 kg/hari menjadi 300 kg/hari (peningkatan 100%), serta efisiensi waktu produksi yang berkurang dari 5 jam menjadi 3 jam. Selain itu, masyarakat mitra terlatih dalam teknik produksi ikan kering yang lebih higienis dan efisien, serta aktif dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing untuk memperluas pasar. Kesimpulannya, pengolahan ikan kering oleh kelompok mitra berhasil ditingkatkan melalui penerapan teknologi modern dan strategi pemasaran digital yang terintegrasi, sehingga mendukung penguatan ekonomi lokal berbasis UMKM.

Abstract

Many endophytic bacteria live inside and outside healthy plant tissue, including coffee plants. Each type of plant in a different region certainly has different types of endophytic bacteria. This research aims to isolate endophytic bacteria from the roots of coffee plants taken from one of the community's coffee plantations in Dedamar Village, Bintang District, Central Aceh at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level. Isolation was carried out by taking 100 ml samples of rinsed and crushed coffee roots and spreading them on NA media. Then incubating them for 24 hours so that the bacteria could grow and develop. There was 1 isolate of endophytic bacteria that was successfully isolated from the roots of coffee plants.

Abstract

Kegiatan di alam terbuka menjadi sarana pembelajaran holistik yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pengembangan intelektual, tetapi juga mendukung pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas kegiatan di lingkungan alam dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai Islami kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia (UNIKI). Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Minikulus, Bener Meriah, pada tanggal 24 November 2024, dengan fokus pada penguatan nilai kebersamaan, tanggung jawab, dan kecintaan terhadap lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan berbasis alam ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran mahasiswa terhadap pentingnya karakter Islami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, yang tercermin dari perubahan sikap dan perilaku mereka selama dan setelah kegiatan berlangsung.

Abstract

Okra (Abelmochus esculentus L. Moench) has a fairly high nutritional content where every 100 grams of young okra fruit contains 33 calories, 7 grams of carbohydrates, 3.2 grams of fiber and 81 milligrams of calcium. Okra fruit contains a lot of mucilage due to its high fiber content. This study aims to determine the effect of rock phosphate dose and types of mycorrhizae and the interaction between these two factors on the growth and yield of okra in saline soil. The results of the research conducted showed that the dose of mycorrhiza had a very significant effect on the growth and yield of okra plants. The best dose of mycorrhiza was 10 g/plant for the best type was Acauluspora. This shows that a dose of 10 g/plant with the Acauluspora type on okra yields on ultiisol soil has given the best results both in the vegetative phase which can be seen in plant height parameters 15 and 30 HST. The dose of rock phosphate is 200 g which can be seen in the 300 g planting parameter which can be seen in almost all the observed variables. Hyphae in the soil can spread widely which helps absorb more water. The best yields of okra plants were found in the administration of mycorrhizal dose of 10 g/planting on fruit weight variables of plants mycorrhizal colonization on vase vegetative roots and mycorrhizal colonization on plant roots in the generative phase.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of subculture media on shoot proliferation in banana (Musa spp.) tissue culture. The experiment was conducted using Murashige & Skoog (MS) medium and a modified medium, with subculture variations of 2, 4, and 6 cycles. The observed parameters included the number of shoots, shoot height, root count, and root length. Results showed that shoot and root growth in the modified medium with activated charcoal and four subculture cycles produced the best shoot proliferation response compared to other treatments. The combination of culture media and subculture frequency significantly enhances propagation efficiency in sustainable elite seedling production. This strategy offers an innovative solution for modern agriculture, addressing efficiency challenges amid production instability, climate change threats, and land degradation.

Abstract

Trichoderma spp. It is an antagonistic fungus that is very important for biodiversity control. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan, with a height of + 480 m above sea level, in August to September 2018. This study only analyzed the nutrient content contained in the finished compost consisting of five compost treatments, namely: A0 = Chicken manure decomposed by T.viride for 0 weeks, A1 = chicken manure decomposed by T. viride for 1 week, A2 = chicken manure decomposed by T. viride for 2 weeks, A3 = chicken manure decomposed by T. viride for 3 weeks, A4 = chicken manure decomposed by T. viride for 4 weeks. Of the five compost treatments then analyzed the nutrient content which includes N, P, K Total in the Laboratory of Soil Science ANDALAS Padang West Sumatra. The results showed that based on the results of laboratory analysis it can be known that compost with the addition of good trichodermaviride decomposer is good by 4 weeks of storage (A4) i.e. organic B = 45.70 %, organic C = 91.03 , Ratio C / N = 11. 13 %, N Total = 3.51 %, P Total = 3.41 % , K Total = 1.58 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh intensitas salinitas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L). Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial dengan satu faktor yaitu intensitas salinitas yang terdiri atas 5 taraf: 0 ppm (kontrol), 1000 ppm, 1500 ppm, 2000 ppm, dan 2500 ppm NaCl, dengan 3 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah buah, berat buah, dan panjang akar. Data dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji BNJ 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan intensitas salinitas berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap seluruh parameter pengamatan. Salinitas 2500 ppm menurunkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 38,4%, jumlah buah 45,7%, berat buah 49,2%, dan panjang akar 41,6% dibandingkan kontrol. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi NaCl yang diberikan, semakin besar penurunan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the response of several cayenne pepper varieties (Capsicum frutescens L.) on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper cultivated in the cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) alley cropping system. The research was conducted from April to July 2025 at Mon Jambe Village, Jeumpa District, and the Kopbun Suka Tani Sejahtera Business Research Center, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency. The experiment employed a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with four varieties as treatments and three replications, resulting in 12 experimental units. The tested varieties were Rajo, Genie, Bara, and Tetra Hijau. Data were collected through observations of plant height, number of leaves, number of fruits, fruit weight, and fresh biomass weight, and were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) to determine differences among treatments. The results showed that the varietal factor had a highly significant effect on leaf number and a significant effect on fruit number and fruit weight. The Bara variety exhibited the most adaptive and productive performance under the cocoa alley cropping system, as indicated by superior vegetative growth and yield compared to other varieties. The novelty of this study lies in emphasizing that varietal selection is a key factor in optimizing the utilization of cocoa alley spaces for cayenne pepper cultivation. These findings are expected to provide a scientific basis for developing cayenne pepper cultivation technologies in cocoa alley systems and to serve as a reference for further research on adaptive variety development under such environmental conditions.
