Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap lembaga pendidikan khususnya di lingkup sekolah SMA Muhammadiyah Al-amin kota sorong. Perlunya informasi, proses belajar mengajar yang bisa diserap oleh guru di SMA Muhammadiyah Al-amin Kota Sorong. Di SMA Muhammadiyah Al-amin Kota Sorong yang sedang melaksanakan penerimaan peserta didik baru, tentunya akan memulai proses belajar mengajar di hari pertama sekolah. Pembuatan spanduk seperti selamat datang kepada peserta didik baru dan pembuatan brosur salah satu hal penting untuk dibuat karena dengan adanya spanduk dan brosur peserta akan lebih mudah mengetahui informasi. Dengan mempelajari desain grafis diharapkan para guru dapat membentuk skill setelah menerima materi dan berguna bagi mereka. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah menggunakan metode workshop. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Dapat di presentase 81% guru-guru memilih sangat setuju terhadap penyampaian materi secara teori dan praktek desain grafis. Skor presentase 80% guru-guru memilih setuju terhadap penyampaian materi secara teori dan prakte desain grafis. Skor presentasi 75% guru-guru memilih netral terhadap penyampaian materi secara teori dan praktek desain grafis. Sedang skor presentasi 40% guru-guru tidak setuju terhadap penyampaian materi secara teori dan praktek desain grafis, dan dengan skor presentase 20% guru-guru memilih sangat tidak setuju terhadap penyampaian materi secara teori dan praktek desain grafis.

Abstract

An important aspect in advancing a nation is to enhance the quality of its education, a crucial part of which is the preparation of high-quality teaching materials that are in line with contemporary developments. This research was conducted with the goal of improving student learning outcomes by using a digital book on selected topics in Mathematics II. The study employed the 4D research development method to develop the textbook on selected topics in Mathematics II, which was then applied to third semester mathematics education students. The teaching media was validated by experts competent in language, media, and material aspects. The validation results for the language aspect were 98%, media 95%, and material 99%, indicating that the teaching media is valid. The study found that the average pre-test score was 38.27, while the post-test score was 74.23. Based on the pre-test and post-test results, the n-Gain value of the learning outcomes improvement was 0.6 in the medium category, and the average test score was 79.42 with a classical completeness of 85%. These results demonstrate that the application of the digital book on selected topics in Mathematics II is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pendidikan daring atau online telah menjadi kebutuhan utama dalam pendidikan selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan dan tantangan pembelajaran daring di SMA Muhammadiyah Al-Amin Kota Sorong, khususnya siswa kelas XII IPA. Melalui metode survei, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa mayoritas responden memanfaatkan aplikasi WhatsApp dan EduMu dalam proses pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Meskipun begitu, tantangan utama adalah kualitas sinyal internet yang tidak stabil dan biaya kuota yang menjadi beban siswa. Selain itu, banyak siswa merasa kurang termotivasi dan jenuh dengan sistem pembelajaran daring. Meski demikian, pembelajaran daring memungkinkan fleksibilitas dalam waktu dan tempat, serta membuka peluang untuk mengenal berbagai aplikasi pembelajaran. Namun, kurangnya interaksi sosial dan kontrol siswa menjadi kekurangan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya perbaikan infrastruktur dan metode dalam pembelajaran daring untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan selama dan pasca-pandemi

Abstract

Dalam pendidikan matematika merupakan salah satu pelajaran yang selalu menyulitkan siswa. Para siswa mendapati berbagai macam kesulitan dalam matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesahalan siswa dalam penyelesaian soal Fungsi kuadrat dan persamaan kuadrat di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Sorong. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Instrument yang digunakan adalah tes uraian dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian ini 31 siswa kelas XI. Letak kesalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1. Kesalahan memahami soal; 2. Kesalahan tidak melanjutkan proses; 3 kesalahan tidak menyelesaikan soal; 4. Kesalahan tidak menjawab soal. Berdasalkan Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesalahan dalam memahami soal sebanyak 70%. Kemudian kesalahan tidak menyelesaikan soal sebanyak 66%, serta kesalahan tidak melanjutkan proses 46% dan kesalahan yang dialami siswa paling sedikit adalah kesalahan tidak menjawab soal sebanyak 38%. Kurangnya pemahamann konsep dalam pelajaran matematika membuat siswa kerap sering lupa dan tidak mengetahui cara menyelesaikan soal matematika. Guru sebagai fasilisator dapat memberikan pelajaran yang menekankan kepada penguasaan konsep. Kata kunci: analisis kesalahan, pembelajaran matematika, pemecahan masalah.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic literature review on the integration of mathematics and COVID-19, focusing on how the pandemic has transformed educational practices into online learning and emphasized the importance of mathematical modeling in understanding and managing virus spread. Utilizing qualitative methodology, this research processes data from articles sourced from the Dimensions database, analyzed using VOSviewer for bibliometric mapping. The findings indicate a significant shift in teaching practices, with the rapid adoption of digital technologies facilitating online mathematics education. This transition not only highlights the flexibility of digital platforms but also the challenges in engaging students and effectively conveying complex mathematical concepts remotely. Additionally, the review reaffirms the critical role of mathematical modeling in predicting the pandemic's trajectory and informing public health strategies. The study also explores the broader implications of these shifts, suggesting that the integration of technology in mathematics education, triggered by the pandemic, may have long-lasting effects on pedagogical approaches. Challenges such as technology access inequality and the need for pedagogical adjustments to optimize online learning environments are discussed. This research contributes to the academic discourse by mapping the evolution of mathematical applications during a global health crisis and suggests directions for future research to enhance the resilience of educational systems against similar disruptions.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a systematic literature review to uncover research trends related to Technology and Mathematics. The research method applied in this study is the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews, using 3,812 scholarly articles from the Dimensions database. Article reviews were performed using the VOSviewer application. The results of the studyof reveal that main trends in the "Technology" and "Mathematics" themes over the past five years have focused on the development and integration of technology in the context of mathematics learning. Furthermore, the dominant research issues and themes in this study revolve around the development of learning processes applied by teachers utilizing technology. Relevant research themes for further investigation in relation to "Technology" and "Mathematics" include the integration of technology in mathematics education not only transforming the way we teach and learn but also influencing how curricula are designed, how teachers are trained, and how educational research is approached, all with the aim of creating a more effective, inclusive, and engaging learning experience. The findings of this research contribute to the development of a research roadmap on "Technology" and "Mathematics." The limitation of this study is that the articles used come from the Dimensions database, restricting the scope of the data. Future research is recommended to use articles from databases other than Dimensions, such as the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Dimensions, and Google Scholar.

Abstract

This study explores the corporate strategies of PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (CUAN) in achieving inclusion in the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) Index, as well as its reputational and strategic impacts on both domestic and foreign investors. The research employs a qualitative approach using a single case study design. Findings indicate that CUAN’s strategies to qualify for MSCI inclusion include increasing free float, strengthening corporate governance and ESG practices, enhancing media exposure and investor communication, and leveraging the reputation of its conglomerate owner, Prajogo Pangestu. Beyond market recognition, CUAN’s inclusion in the MSCI Index signifies a strategic repositioning toward greater corporate transparency and global competitiveness.

Abstract

This study analyzes the causal influence of UI/UX Design and Key Features on User Satisfaction and the subsequent effect on User Loyalty within the Gojek application, specifically targeting university students. The research utilized a quantitative associative approach, employing Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) on a purified model derived from a sample of 100 active students of Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) via purposive sampling. The findings reveal that both UI/UX Design and Key Features significantly and positively influence User Satisfaction, with Key Features emerging as the dominant predictor. However, despite the achievement of a strong level of User Satisfaction (R2 = 0.609), all causal paths leading to User Loyalty including the mediating path through Satisfaction were statistically rejected. Consequently, the study concludes that application quality has become a hygiene factor, effective in generating user contentment but insufficient as a driver for long-term commitment. This implies that future loyalty strategies must concentrate on external factors such as trust and switching costs.
