Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how fiqh learning of Hajj procedures, the achievement of basic competencies of knowledge and skills and the problems and efforts of educators and madrasah in achieving basic competencies of knowledge and skills of students' Hajj procedures. The research method is descriptive qualitative using methodological and pedagogical approaches. The data collection technique is through observation, interviews and document studies, the subject of research on learning the procedures of Hajj, achieving the competencies of knowledge and skills of Hajj procedures, influencing factors and efforts of teachers and madrasah in overcoming the problems of Hajj procedures with the object of research students, educators and madrasah head. The data analysis uses Miles and Huberman by reducing data, presenting data and verifying or drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the learning process of fiqh procedures for Hajj is in accordance with the applicable curriculum, namely through planning, implementation, and assessment of learning. Achievement of knowledge is done through classroom learning with lecture and discussion methods, measuring the achievement of knowledge competency results through daily tests and homework assignments with the results of 73% who completed KKM from 22 students. While the achievement of skills is taught through practice and student projects with 55% KKM completeness. Learners who have not completed the KKM are then remedied with Keywords: Achievement of Basic Competencies, Larning Fiqh, Basic Competencies Knowledge and Skills

Abstract

This article explores the ways in which teachers develop young children’s language skills. An overview of early childhood language skills, the implementation of the story method in learning and the implication of the story method on children’s language skill are analysed in depth. Using qualitative description, this study obtained data through observation, interviews, and documentation. This is done systematically to allow data collection in this qualitative research could explain what has been observed. The result of this study indicated that the use of the story method or storytelling in improving early childhood language skills in the learning process is carried out by teachers systematically. Therefore, not only early childhood language skills are improved, but also social interaction. The active involvement of early childhood in learning is a benefit that could be perceived by the parents of learners. The consideration of digital media in the story method is a concept that needs to be explored specifically in order to make the implementation of learning methods more diverse and further improve early childhood abilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of experiential learning strategies on academic improvement among students at SD Muhammadiyah Abepura. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a field study approach. This type of research is typically conducted through observation, interviews, or measurements and sampling. The research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Abepura. The results of this research indicate that the experiential learning model is implemented by teachers at SD Muhammadiyah Abepura through experiencing, observing, reflecting, and providing structured experiences supported by the natural environment, 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) facilities, an observatory, and various types of plants and trees that grow within the school environment. These elements serve as learning resources for the students. Additionally, teachers provide worksheets that need to be filled out as a result of observations, and they evaluate students' activities through movement assessments. Furthermore, self-assessment is conducted, where students assess themselves and share their evaluation. Based on these evaluations, teachers can draw conclusions regarding students' learning achievements, using the evaluation results as a measure of students' success in their learning activities. In summary, the research findings highlight that the implementation of the experiential learning strategy at SD Muhammadiyah Abepura involves hands-on experiences, observation, reflection, and structured experiences supported by various environmental resources. Worksheets are used to document observations, and evaluation is carried out through assessing students' active participation. Self-assessment is also conducted, enabling students to evaluate themselves. The evaluation results are then used as indicators of students' learning success.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the paradigm of disseminating moderate character values to students by Islamic Religious Education teachers at Sentani 1 Public Junior High School. This qualitative study is a case study. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. This study is supported by the theory of interfaith collaboration, the theory of value internalisation, and a preventive approach in religious education. The results of the study indicate that there is an integration paradigm in the dissemination of moderate religious values by Islamic Education teachers at the school, namely through interrelated strategies in strengthening moderate values in the curriculum, using a local culture-based approach, and cultivating tolerant attitudes in daily interactions. These strategies create an inclusive and harmonious learning environment and foster tolerant attitudes among students. This study contributes to the importance of holistic strategies in the internalization of moderate religious diversity among students, emphasizing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

Various factors can affect the success in instilling multicultural values at SMP Negeri 2 Sentani so that it can affect the PAI Teacher's strategy in instilling multicultural values in students. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively describe the factors that influence the PAI Teacher's strategy in Instilling Multicultural Values at SMP Negeri 2 Sentani. The research conducted is qualitative research using social phenomenology paradigm. Data collection techniques used passive participatory observation, in dept interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used the flow model of Miles & Huberman. The results showed: The cultivation of multicultural values in schools requires the support of all parties, including teachers, parents, and the community. PAI teachers play an important role in shaping tolerance attitudes through inclusive education and based on Pancasila values. At SMP Negeri 2 Sentani, multicultural education increases tolerance, although it is still faced with challenges such as differences in identity, the influence of radicalism that is spreading among the community, and low student motivation. In Papua, the multicultural approach should respect local culture and encourage interaction across identities as a force of unity.

Abstract

This study was done to determine the role of the object pair and share cooperative learning approach at the madrasah level in presenting Islam education, which up to this point has only used the traditional system. This study was also done to determine how engaged the student or students were in using this form of learning. especially on content about Islam. The classroom action research approach, which was derived from Kemmis & Tagart's approach, was employed in this study. This approach is a two-cycle research paradigm that includes several steps, including planning, action implementation, observation, and method reflection. This study's major goal is to find out how much is known about the cooperative think pair and share (TPS) approach used to offer Islamic religious instruction. According to the study's findings, there has been an upsurge in Madrasah-level Islamic religious education activities. In conclusion, the Think, Pair, and Share approach is a technique that helps boost students' creativity, which can make them more engaged in discussions, receptive to other people's viewpoints, and active in both teaching and learning.
