Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi/akuntansi di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Wonosobo secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru ekonomi/akuntansi di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Wonosobo yang berjumlah 23 guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh secara parsial antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 20,34 %, terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 28,31 %, dan terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara disiplin kerja dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 48,3 %.The purpose of this study was to determine influence of labor discipline and work climate one performance economic/accounting teachers in State High School in Wonosobo regency either simultaneosly or partially. This research is a quantitative research. The population in the study is all economic/accounting teachers in State High School in Wonosobo regency which amounts to 23 teachers. This method of data collection questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and the percentage of multiple linier regression analysis. The results show that there is a partial influence of the labor discipline on the economic/accounting teachers performance at 20,34%, there is a partial effects between  work climate on the economic/accounting teachers performance at 28,31%, there is simultaneous influence among labor discipline and work climate on the economic/accounting teachers performance at 48,3%.

Abstract

Minat berwirausaha dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya kepribadian, peran keluarga, dan lingkungan masyarakat. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa terdapat masalah pada minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI Bisnis Manajemen SMK Negeri 1 Purbalingga berdasarkan hasil penelusuran lulusan siswa Bisnis Manajemen selama 4 tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian, peran keluarga, dan lingkungan masyarakat dengan minat berwirausaha. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif persentase dan analisis korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepribadian dengan minat berwirausaha, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara peran keluarga dengan minat berwirausaha, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan masyarakat dengan minat berwirausaha. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh kepribadian, peran keluarga, dan lingkungan masyarakat terhadap minat berwirausaha. Disimpulkan, kepribadian, peran keluarga, dan lingkungan masyarakat berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan minat berwirausaha. Business interest is influenced by some factors, including personality, the role of family, dan society’s environment. The result of initial observation shows that there was a problem in business interest of grade XI of business management students SMK Negeri 1 Purbalingga, based on the investigation to alumnus of business management students in the last 4 years. This research aims to find out the correlation of personality, the role of family, and society’s environment with business interest. Analysis data method used satistic descriptive presentation and correlation analysis Product Moment. The result of this research shows that there was positive and significant correlation between personality with business interest, there was positive and significant correlation between the role of family with business interest, there was positive and significant correlation between society’s environment with business interest. There was influence personality, the role of family, and society’s environment toward business interest. It can be concluded that personality, the role of family, and society’s environment positive and significant correlate with business interest.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar terhadap perilaku belajar siswa kelas XI IPS mata pelajaran ekonomi akuntansi di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Semarang berjumlah 121 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu dengan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah angket atau kuesioner dan wawancara. Data variabel yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar terhadap perilaku belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di MAN 2 Semarang secara simultan sebesar 44%. Pada lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku belajar siswa secara parsial berpengaruh sebesar 24,3%. Sedangkan motivasi belajar terhadap perilaku belajar siswa sebesar 11,5%. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The population in this study were the students of Social Science Class who were taking Economics and Accounting lesson in second years of Islamic Senior High School as many as 121 students. Samples taken with consecutive sampling technique. This study used a questionnaire and interview as data collection tools. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that family environment and learning motivation toward students’ learning behaviour in this social science class years of 2016 (44%). Partial effect was also obtained in each independent variable on the dependent variable. Effect of family environment to the students’ learning behaviour (24,3%). Furthermore, the learning motivation towards the students’ learning behaviour (11,5%). Based on the results, it can be concluded that family environment and learning motivation influence simultaneously or partially to the students’ learning behaviour in this social science class in their second years at Islamic Senior High School force in 2016. The advice given in order to increase students’ learning behaviour in the way they do group study in order to be independent or not heavily dependent on the other members, education should be more applied at home to solidify what they have learned at school, and parents should pay attention to the development of their childrens’ study and makes collaboration with the school to improve their learning motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether is there any influence of professional competence of teacher and learning interest toward students’ learning outcomes either directly or indirectly through learning motivation as intervening variable. The population in this research are 149 students of grade XI social science of SMA N 2 Ungaran. Sample used were 109 students, taken with proportional random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire and documentation. Methods of data analysis using desciptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The result showed that (1) there was a simultaneously influence of professional competence of teacher, learning interest, and learning motivation toward students’ learning outcomes of 64,1%., meanwhile the partial influence was 11,56% for professional competence of teacher, 5,76% for learning interest, and learning motivation was 22,18%., (2) there was an influence of professional competence of teacher toward students’ learning outcomes through learning motivation of 10,83%, and influence of learning interest toward students’ learning outcomes through learning motivation was 19,44%. According to the research, it can be concluded that professional competence of teacher and learning interest influences students’ learning outcomes both directly and indirectly through learning motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh teori dan studi kasus motivasi berprestasi, perfeksionisme, dan kesulitan ekonomi terhadap prokrastinasi akademik serta untuk menguji variabel kontrol diri sebagai variabel mediasi. Hal tersebut, disebabkan oleh penurunan produktivitas dan etos kerja individu yang akhirnya menyebabkan kualitas sumber daya manusia menjadi rendah. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester akhir (2010, 2011, 2012) yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi dengan masa studi lebih dari 4 tahun di Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience/judgmentsampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi dan analisis path. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengaruh secara simultan antar variabel (31,2%); (2) secara parsial motivasi berprestasi (18,8%), perfeksionisme (11,8%), kesulitan ekonomi (4,29%) berpengaruh positif pada kontrol diri; (3) secara parsial kontrol diri (5,29%) dan perfeksionisme (13%) berpengaruh negatif pada prokrastinasi akademik; (4) secara parsial motivasi berprestasi dan kesulitan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh pada prokrastinasi akademik; (5) kontrol diri mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan perfeksinisme pada prokrastinasi akademik; dan(6) kontrol diri tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kesulitan ekonomi pada prokrastinasi akademik. The aim of this research is to analyze the theoretical influence and case study related to achievement motivation, perfectionism and economic hardship towards academic procrastination and self control as intervening variable. It causes the decrease of productivity and individual work ethic so that it makes the quality of human resources are low. The population of the study was the final-year students (2010,2011,2012)doing final project more than 4 years in Economic Faculty, Semarang State University. Data is collected using questionnaires. Sampling using convenience sampling technique. In addition, the data is analyzed using descriptive analysis, regression analysis and path analysis. Hypothesis test results indicate that (1) there is simultaneous effect for each variables (31,2%); (2) partially achievement motivation (18,8%), perfectionism (11,8%) and economic hardship (4,29%) have positive and significant effect on self control; (3) partially self control (5,29%) and perfectionism (13%) have positive and significant impact on academic procrastination; (4) partially there isn’t influence of achievement motivation and economic hardship toward academic procrastination; (5) self control is able to mediate the effect achievement motivation and perfectionism on academic procrastination; (6) self control isn’t able to mediate the effect of economic hardship on academic procrastination

Abstract

 Berdasarkan observasi awal di SMA Negeri 11 Semarang diketahui prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa pada jurnal umum kelas XI IPS tergolong rendah. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru masih menggunakan metode ceramah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah apakah metode STAD lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pretasi belajar siswa kompetensi dasar jurnal umum. Metode pengambilan data adalah metode dokumentasi, tes, dan observasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Paired Sample t Test, Independent Sample t Test, dan One Sample t Test. Berdasarkan uji tahap akhir nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen meningkat, nilai rata-rata postes kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari rata-rata postest kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen telah mencapai ketuntasan diatas kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian metode pembelajaran STAD lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kompetensi dasar jurnal umum.Based on preliminary observations in SMA 11 Semarang in mind that accounting students' learning achievement in the general ledger XI IPS is still relatively low. Learning that teachers do is lecture method. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the STAD method can improve learning achievement. Method using the method of documentation, test, and observation. Testing the hypothesis using a paired sample t test Test test, independent sample t test, and test One Sample t Test. Based on the final stages of testing  the value of the average post-test experimental class higher than the control class. Based on these results it can be concluded STAD learning methods is more effective in improving student’s learning achievment in general ledger accounting.
