Abstract

The Indonesian Government has ratified Financial Accounting Standards for Entities without Public Accountability (FAS-EWPA, in bahasa Indonesia known as SAK-ETAP) in 2009 as guidelines for financial reporting for entities without public accountability, one of which is cooperative (koperasi).The large number of cooperatives in Cirebon Regency that have carried out annual member meeting but lacking implementation of FAS-EWPA is still considered as a constraint. The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance of cooperative administrators towards FAS-EWPA using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research uses a quantitative method with path analysis using SPSS 20.0 for windows and Sobel Test Calculator to determine the significance of intervening variables. The number of population in this study is 193 cooperatives in Cirebon Regency with a total sample of 65 cooperatives. The results of this study indicates positive correlations on : education towards perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and intention to use; subjective norms toward perceived usefulness and perceived ease; organizational factors toward perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and intention to use; perceived usefulness towards intention to use; and perceived ease towards intention to use.There is no correlation between subjective norms and intention to use. The difference between this research and several previous studies is that the use of external variables such as education and organizational factors influencing TAM is rarely used in previous studies.

Abstract

Graduates of the marketing expertise competency at the SMK Pharmasi Semarang Foundation are not in accordance with the competencies required by the Business World and the Industrial World (DUDI) as a medical representative. The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategy for increasing medical representative competency in terms of learning, collaboration with DUDI, and human resource development (teachers). This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation then the data is reduced. The strategy to increase medical representative competence is carried out through practical learning by conducting simulation learning in the learning process inside and outside of school. Learning conducted in schools focuses on practical simulations to sharpen student competencies in communicating with doctors and understand products to be promoted through industry-based learning. Non-school learning is carried out through a collaboration program between school agencies and DUDI in the form of fieldwork practices by adjusting the implementation time of the apprenticeship with the allocation of concept time for pharmaceutical sales. Achievement of medical representative competencies for marketing students is supported by teacher competency. Teacher competence in the field of medical representative is obtained through the on the job training program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of service quality, member trust on member loyalty through member satisfaction. The research approach used a quantitative method with path analysis which was processed using SPSS. The subjects of the research were all members of the KSP CU Pangudi Luhur Kasih. The research samples were 96 respondents, with cluster sampling techniques. The results showed (1) there was not a positive relationship between service quality variables on member loyalty, (2) there was a positive relationship between member trust variables on member loyalty, (3) there was a positive relationship between member satisfaction variables on member loyalty, (4) there was not a positive relationship between service quality variables on member satisfaction, (5) there was a positive relationship between member trust variables on member satisfaction, (6) there was not a relationship between service quality variables on member loyalty through member satisfaction, (7) there was a positive relationship between variables member trust on member loyalty through member satisfaction.

Abstract

One way to reduce the number of unemployment and improve the Indonesian economy is by increasing entrepreneurship interest of the younger generation. This study aims to analyze and identify entrepreneurship interests of XI Grade Marketing students in Public Vocational Schools in Semarang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The variables in this study are entrepreneurship interest (Y), entrepreneurship attitude (X1), subjective norms (X2), self-efficacy (X3) and Entrepreneurship Learning (M). The population of the study was 215 students and the sample was 140 students. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct effect of entrepreneurship attitude on entrepreneurship interest, subjective norms on entrepreneurship interest and self-efficacy on entrepreneurship interest. Entrepreneurship learning moderates the influence of entrepreneurship attitude on entrepreneurship interest indirectly. While entrepreneurship learning does not moderate the influence of subjective norms and self-efficacy on entrepreneurship interest.

Abstract

Audio visual-based learning is a media that is concerned with hearing and vision. In era 4.0 the effective and efficient media-based learning are needed. The study is aimed to explain the effectiveness of the discovery learning model based on Sparkol Videoscribe and Chart on students learning outcomes in Economics, as well as looking at the influence of economic learning interest in class XI IPS students on their learning outcomes. This research design was comparative quantitative with the quasi-experiment approach. The object of this research was students’ learning model of SMA Negeri 1 Randudongkal, Pemalang, Central Java. The level of effectiveness analysis techniques used t-test and N-Gain. The results showed that the experimental class had higher economic learning outcomes than the control class with a t-test value of 70.22 and an experimental class of 75.61. The variables of students learning interest-based on simple regression tests the results stated that 0.207 ≥ 0.05 then Ho was accepted Ha was rejected, it meant that there was no effect on the economic learning outcomes of students of XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Randudongkal.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah agar para pemilik usaha dapat melakukan bisnis kolang-kolang dengan memperhatikan lingkungan untuk kelangsungan usahanya. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 Agustus 2020 di Kantor Kelurahan Pakis Kabupten Kendal diikuti oleh 30 pelaku bisnis. Pelatihan dimulai dengan penyampaian materi oleh narasumber, dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan diakhiri dengan praktik pembuatan berbagai olahan dari kolang-kaling seperti manisan kolang-kolang, donat dan selai kolang-kaling. Simpulan dalam pengabdian ini kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengenai produk hijau dalam sosialisasi penguatan ecopreneurship dan praktik pengolahan produk kolang kaling pada Masyarakat desa Pakis mendapatkan respon yang antusias dari peserta. Saran dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu kegiatan pengabdian seperti ini dapat dilakukan secara rutin dengan sasaran yang benar-benar membutuhkan untuk penguatan ecopreneurship dan praktik pengolahan produk kolang kaling pada Masyarakat desa Pakis. The purpose of the implementation of this devotion is so that business owners can do business kolang-kolang by paying attention to the environment for the continuity of their business. This service was held on August 11, 2020 at Pakis Village Office of Kendal District followed by 30 businesses. The training began with the delivery of materials by the speakers, followed by discussions and ended with the practice of making various preparations of kolang-kaling such as candied kolang-kolang, donuts and kolang-kaling jam. In conclusion, in this service activities of community service on green products in the socialization of strengthening ecopreneurship and the practice of processing kaling-kolang products in pakis village communities get an enthusiastic response from participants. Suggestions in the implementation of community service that is this kind of devotion activities can be done routinely with the target that really needs to strengthen ecopreneurship and the practice of processing kolang -koling products in pakis village community.

Abstract

Desa Pakis merupakan salah satu dari 16 Desa di Kecamatan Limbangan yang memiliki potensi sumber daya alam melimpah. Tanaman perkebunan yang menjadi potensi utama sumberdaya lokal di Desa Pakis adalah aren. Produk unggulan Desa Pakis adalah kolang kaling dan gula aren. Namun upaya pengembangan potensi wilayah dan produk unggulan tersebut belum dilakukan secara optimal. Dua masalah utama yang dihadapi Desa Pakis terkait dengan bidang pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat adalah kurangnya penguatan pola pikir ekonomi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan potensi sumber daya lokal dan belum optimalnya pengembangan usaha dalam peningkatan daya saing produk unggulan. Potensi sumber daya alam tanaman aren menjadi peluang yang besar dalam membangun bisnis. Saat ini produk kolang kaling hanya dipasarkan bergitu saja tanpa adanya diversifikasi produk olahan. Padahal kolang kaling bisa diolah kembali menjadi produk olahan lain yang bisa meningkatkan nilai jual produk kolang kaling. Apalagi kandungan yang dimiliki oleh kolang kaling sangat bermanfaat untuk kesehatan sehingga menjadi fungsi ganda dari kolang kaling, yaitu sebagai pangan sekaligus kesehatan tubuh. Hal itu menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan sumber daya manusia di Desa Pakis terutama dalam hal penguatan mindset dan literasi ekonomi serta pengelolaan produk kolang kaling. Melalui penguatan literasi ekonomi ini dapat meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan dan pemahaman yang mendasar mengenai peran perekonomian untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya alam lokal yang melimpah di Desa Pakis, yaitu produk kolang kaling maka masyarakat dapat melakukan diversifikasi produk olahan kolang kaling yang dapat meningkatkan nilai jual produk kolang kaling.

Abstract

Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 menjadi dasar kebijakan sekolah daring yang mengakibatkan kurangnya interaksi dalam pembelajaran, sehingga penyerapan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa tidak optimal. Blended learning adalah pembelajaran yang memadukan teknologi di dalam dan di luar kelas yang memuat tentang e-learning. Dalam proses pembelajaran blended learning ini diperlukan media pembelajaran berbasis AI dan IoT sebagai implementasi teknologi era industri 4.0 untuk menyukseskan merdeka belajar. Namun faktanya, berdasarkan wawancara dengan Guru Ekonomi SMA se-kabupaten Kebumen pada tangal 5 Februari 2021, mayoritas guru masih menggunakan media pembelajaran berupa Whatshaap dan email yang kurang interaktif dan menarik. Diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis AI dan IoT dalam proses pembelajaran, mencakup seminar, praktek, diskusi, presentasi, dan refleksi. Hasil pelatihan berupa pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta tentang materi pelatihan. Materi pelatihan meliputi pengetahuan dan praktek implementasi pembuatan media pembelajaran blended learning. Konsep yang diberikan meliputi penilaian hasil belajar, penilaian untuk belajar, dan penilaian sebagai kegiatan belajar. Rencana kegiatan terdiri dari (1) koordinasi dengan Ketua MGMP Ekonomi SMA se-kabupaten Kebumen, (2) koordinasi seluruh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat, (3) koordinasi dengan Ketua MGMP Ekonomi SMA se-kabupaten Kebumen, 4) pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru-guru yang tergabung dalam MGMP Ekonomi SMA se-kabupaten Kebumen, (5) evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian. Pengabdian ini berperan penting meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru ekonomi Kabupaten Kebumen dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran kreatif, inovatif dan menyenangkan berbasis AI dan IoT yang berbeda dengan media pembelajaran yang sudah ada terdahulu, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di era new normal dan mendukung program merdeka belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas sekolah SMKN bisnis manajemen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Ukuran sampel sebanyak 200, dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode angket wawancara dan doku-mentasi. Analisis data dengan permodelan persamaan struktural (structural equation modeling, SEM). Hasil penelitian me-nunjukkan bahwa produktivitas sekolah untuk SMKN bisnis manajemen dipengaruhi oleh mutu proses, kompetensi guru, budaya organisasi sekolah, pembiayaan pendidikan, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan peran komite sekolah. Pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap produktivitas sekolah sebesar 73% sisanya 27% di-pengaruhi faktor lain di luar model. Variabel dominan yang mem-pengaruhi produktivitas SMKN bisnis manajemen adalah mutu proses.Kata kunci: produktivitas SMK business-management, mutu proses, kompetensi guru, budaya organisasi sekolah, pembiayaan, kepemimpinan, komite sekolah______________________________________________________________THE DETERMINANT FACTORS OF SCHOOLS'S PRODUCTIVITY Abstract The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that affect school productivity in SMKN of Business and Management. The sample consisted of 200 teachers selected using proportional random sampling technique. Questionnaire, interviews and documentation methods are used for collecting data. For analyzing the data, the research used structural equation modeling (SEM). Findings of this research show that School Productivity in SMKN of business-management field is influenced by the process quality, teachers' competencies, school organizational culture, education financial, leadership and the role of the school committee. Impact of independent variables on the school productivity was 73%, while 27 % or the rest is influenced by other factors. The dominance variable that influences the productivity is the quality process.Keywords: productivity in SMK of business-management, quality processes, competence of teachers, organizational culture of schools, financing, leadership and school committees
