Abstract

Strategic management and leadership have a significant influence on employeeperformance at PT PLN unit X, with a t-count value of 3.762, which is greater than the ttable of 1.699 (t count > t table) and a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05).This shows that strategic management contributes significantly to employeeperformance. In addition, the work environment is also proven to have a significant effecton employee performance, with a t-count value of 2.986 which is greater than the t tableof 1.699 (t count > t table) and a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.006 < 0.05). Theresults of the simultaneous test show that the F count value is 39.192, higher than the Ftable of 2.960 (F count > F table) with a significance level of less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Therefore, the proposed research hypothesis can be accepted because it isproven to be true.

Abstract

Pemilihan bahan isolasi yang fleksibel atau lentur bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa isolasi tersebut efektif dalam menahan panas atau dingin, tahan terhadap kerusakan, dan bisa diaplikasikan. Dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor tersebut, maka bahan isolasi dalam penggunaannya dapat memberikan perlindungan maksimal terhadap perpindahan panas dan meningkatkan efisiensi energi. Hal ini dapat membantu mengurangi biaya energi dan memperpanjang umur pemakaian isolasi. Hasil dari pengujian kertas isolasi dengan ketebalan 1,04 mm pada keadaan kering menunjukkan nilai rata-rata breakdown voltage sebesar 6,7 kV dan dengan ketebalan yang sama 1,04 mm pada keadaan direndam minyak menunjukkan nilai rata-rata breakdown voltage sebesar 23,82 kV, hal tersebut menandakan bahwa kertas isolasi dengan metode perendaman memiliki breakdown voltage lebih baik dibandingkan kertas isolasi dalam keadaan kering. Pengaruh ketebalan kertas isolasi terhadap tegangan tembus atau breakdown voltage adalah semakin tebal suatu kertas isolasi maka semakin besar juga tegangan tembus yang dihasilkan, hal tersebut didapatkan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dimana variabel X berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,998.Kata kunci: transformator, kertas isolasi, tegangan tembusTesting the influence of the thickness of press paper type insulating paper on the transformer to the breakdown voltageAbstract: Choosing flexible or bendable insulation materials aimed to ensure that the insulation is effective in retaining heat or cold, resistant to damage, and can be applied. By considering these factors, the insulation material used can provide maximum protection against heat transfer and increase energy efficiency. This can help reduce energy costs and extend the life of the insulation. The results of testing insulation paper with a thickness of 1.04 mm in the dry state shows an average breakdown voltage value of 6.7 kV and with the same thickness of 1.04 mm in an oil-immersed state shows an average breakdown voltage value of 23.82 kV, this indicates that the insulating paper with the immersion method has a better breakdown voltage than insulating paper in a dry state. While the effect of the thickness of the insulation paper on the breakdown voltage is that the thicker the insulation paper, the greater the resulting breakdown voltage, this was obtained using a simple linear regression analysis where the X variable affects the Y variable with a correlation value of 0.998.Keywords: transformer, paper insulation, breakdown voltage

Abstract

Dalam rangka mewujudkan program pemerintah 35000 MW dilakukan pembangunan Pusat Listrik Tenaga Gas dan Uap (PLTGU) Jawa 2, kapasitas daya sebesar 800 MW dengan sistem interkoneksi 500 kV yang terletak di daerah PLTGU Tanjung Priok Jakarta Utara. Pada PLTGU Jawa 2 dalam pelaksanannya terdapat beberapa tahapan sebelum dilakukan pengoperasian pembangkit seperti tahapan konstruksi dan pengujian/komisioning. Dalam pengujian peralatan, kebutuhan listrik menggunakan sumber daya listrik dari jaringan eksisting milik PT PLN atau disebut juga dengan back feeding. Salah satu alternatif back feeding PLTGU Jawa 2 adalah dengan menggunakan sumber daya listrik dari kubikel 20 kV GIS 150 kV Priok Timur Lama.Cara ini berpotensi mengalami keterlambatan apabila instalasi penyambungan kabel 20 kV yang menyuplai unit auxiliary transformer tidak dilakukan dengan benar. Kabel 20 kV yang terhubung dengan bushing unit Auxiliary Transformer akan mengalami stress cable jika nilai bending radius kabel dalam penyambungan kabel 20 kV ke bushing unit auxiliary transformer tidak diperhatikan. Dari kendala tersebut dapat dilakukan kajian mengenai perancangan instalasi penyambungan kabel 20 kV yang menyuplai unit Auxiliary Transformer. Selain itu, kajian mengenai penentuan jenis kabel 20 kV yang akan digunakan juga diperlukan agar sumber daya listrik dapat tersalurkan ke peralatan yang akan dilakukan pengujian secara optimal. Dengan dilakukan kajian tersebut pelaksanaan back feeding dapat berjalan sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan dan kendala saat pelaksanaan pengujian back feeding dapat diantisipasi sebelumnya.Kata kunci: back feeding, unit auxiliary transformer, kabel 20 kV Design of 20 kV cable installation on auxiliary transformer as an alternative back feeding for PLTGU Jawa 2Abstract: In order to actualize the 35,000 MW government program, the JAWA 2 Combined Cycle Power Plant (PLTGU) is built, with a power capacity of 800 MW and distributed trough a 500 kV interconnection system located in the PLTGU Tanjung Priok area, North Jakarta. This project have several stage before the operation such as planning, construction and testing/commissioning. In testing period, the electricity required for testing the equipment is supplied from the existing power grid or also known as back feeding. One of the alternatives for back feeding PLTGU Jawa 2 is to use electricity from the 20 kV GIS 150 kV cubicle of Priok Timur Lama, this method has the potential of delays if the installation of the 20 kV cable connection that supplies the Auxiliary Transformer unit is not carried out properly. The 20 kV cable connected to the Auxiliary Transformer bushing unit will experience cable stress if the bending radius of the cable in connecting the 20 kV cable to the Auxiliary Transformer bushing unit is not taken into account. From these constraints a study can be carried out on the installation design of the 20 kV cable connection that supplies the Auxiliary Transformer unit. moreover, a study to determine of the type of 20 kV cable is also necessary so that the power source can be optimally distributed to the equipment to be tested. With this study, the back feeding can proceed according to a predetermined schedule and any issue during the back feeding test can be anticipated beforehand. Abstract

Pembayaran pajak kepada negara sifatnya wajib baik bagi wajib pajak orang pribadi maupun wajib pajak badan yang harus dilaporkan setiap tahun. Sejak diberlakukannya coretax system (CTAS) yang baru pada Januari 2025, wajib pajak mengalami kendala dalam pengisian SPT sehingga menghambat dalam melaporkan pajak (SPT). Oleh karena itu, maka dilakukan sosialisasi melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM). Peserta sosialisasi ini adalah para dosen dari anggota Aliansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Swasta Indonesia (AFEBSI) Jakarta. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM yaitu memberikan pemahaman tentang CTAS, sehingga tidak mengalami hambatan dalam pelaporan. Metode yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi ini yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari sosialisasi menunjukkan bahwa pertama, sebelum diberikan sosialisasi rata-rata peserta belum paham tentang CTAS (47%), setelah sosialisasi menunjukkan perubahan peningkatan pemahaman, rata-rata peserta sudah paham (97%). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa dengan adanya sosialisasi yang diberikan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan telah memberikan perubahan positif atau peningkatan pemahaman pada peserta. Kedua, tanggapan peserta terhadap  narasumber menyatakan bahwa narasumber memiliki kemampuan dalam memberikan penjelasan (75%). Narasumber memiliki pemahaman yang luas dan mendalam dan mampu menyampaikan informasi dengan jelas, serta mudah dipahami. Ketiga, peserta menyatakan sangat puas (58%) dan puas (40%), yang artinya bahwa secara umum penyelenggaraan PKM telah memberikan pelayanan yang baik.    Paying taxes to the state is mandatory for individual taxpayers and corporate taxpayers and must be reported annually. Since the implementation of the new coretax system (CTAS) in January 2025, taxpayers have experienced obstacles in filling out their SPT, thus hampering their tax reporting (SPT). The obstacles faced are not yet understanding the coretax system so that they experience difficulties and hinder tax reporting (SPT). Therefore, socialization is carried out through Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) activities. Participants in this socialization are lecturers from members of the Aliansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Swasta Indonesia (AFEBSI) Jakarta. The purpose of the PKM is to provide an understanding of CTAS, so as not to experience obstacles in reporting. The methods used in this socialization are training and mentoring. The results were that firstly, before the socialization, the average participant did not understand about CTAS (47%). After the socialization, there was a change in understanding, the average participant understood (97%). This proves that the socialization provided through training and mentoring has provided positive changes or increased understanding for participants. Second, the participants' responses to the resource person stated that the resource person had the ability to provide explanations (75%). The resource person had a broad and deep understanding and was able to convey information clearly and easily understood. Third, the participants stated that they were very satisfied (58%) and satisfied (40%), which means that in general the implementation of PKM has provided good service.

Abstract

The incorporation of corporate programs that focus on sustainability strategies contributes to the balance between economic growth and the use of natural resources. This issue is not only limited to companies in developed markets but is also relevant for power generation companies that need to find ways to implement sustainable practices while improving organizational performance.In this context, the purpose of this study is to analyze whether strategic management can be considered as a strategic capability that contributes positively to the performance of power generation companies in Indonesia.To achieve this goal, we conducted a quantitative study through a survey, with data collected from 162 companies. Based on univariate and multivariate analysis, the results of the study indicate that strategic management can be considered as a strategic capability for power generation companies in Indonesia, because strategic management has a significant relationship with organizational performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the variables that most significantly influence employee performance in an electricity company in Indonesia. Furthermore, the impact of strategic management and work discipline on employee performance will be assessed simultaneously and independently in this study. The sample was randomly selected using purposive sampling, with a total of 77 employees. As part of the data collection method, questionnaires were administered to employees deemed suitable for the research. The data were analyzed quantitatively using six formulas (correlation analysis, t-test, F-test, dominance test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS 20 software. The findings indicate a substantial relationship between work discipline and Strategic Management, both individually and collectively, and employee performance in electricity companies in Indonesia. A positive correlation is evident in the regression coefficient with a positive (+) value between work discipline and Strategic Management. In other words, these two elements will increase employee output in electricity companies in Indonesia. Work discipline, Strategic Management, and employee performance have a strong correlation (r = 0.867) and a coefficient of determination (0.752) in electricity companies in Indonesia. Furthermore, work discipline is the most influential factor on employee performance.

Abstract

Work-related stress is a crucial factor in business, primarily due to its connection with employee performance. A company must perform well to generate profit, and high performance is the ideal. Conversely, declining performance can harm the business. Undoubtedly, every employee will experience some level of job-related stress. This study collected quantitative data through questionnaires and interviews. Validity tests, the coefficient of determination test, partial hypothesis testing, and classical assumption tests were employed to evaluate the variables. The research was conducted at PT PLN Unit X with a sample of 83 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20 for Windows. The main objective of this study is to identify the key factors contributing to employee stress and provide a foundation for the company to take appropriate action in managing stress and improving employee well-being. The findings reveal that workload, lack of appreciation, and work environment have a positive and significant impact on job stress, categorized as very strong. PT PLN Unit X aims to reduce employee stress levels to an ideal point that enables maximum performance by improving both financial and non-financial aspects of employee well-being.

Abstract

Solar panels are a technology that utilizes solar energy to be converted into electrical energy. Solar panel technology can be used to generate electricity on a small scale to a large scale. The performance of solar panels depends on environmental factors, namely solar radiation, and temperature. Environmental factors will reduce the electrical efficiency of solar panels due to the increase in operating temperature of solar panels, the greater the temperature will affect their efficiency. Based on tests conducted on photovoltaic (PV) using halogen with different power, the greater the power value in halogen lamp light, the smaller the efficiency, while the greater the temperature of the solar module, the smaller the efficiency. The greater the increase in temperature, the PV efficiency tends to decrease. Based on the results of the study, it shows a significant correlation that, between PV surface temperature and PV efficiency is inversely proportional. While the effect of temperature on efficiency can be said to be quite influential, where in testing with a 300-watt halogen lamp the error rate or R value is 0.6339, while the 500-watt halogen R value is 0.8493 which means it is more accurate and the effect is quite strong.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has significantly transformed marketing strategies from conventional methods to digital marketing. This transformation offers great opportunities for entrepreneurs, including vocational high school students, to develop online businesses. SMKN 48 Jakarta, particularly in the Online Business and Marketing department, has strong potential in this field; however, many students still lack adequate knowledge and skills in effectively applying digital marketing strategies. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide training and mentoring for 67 students of SMKN 48 Jakarta through participatory and educational methods, including literacy-based socialization, hands-on training, interactive discussions, and learning outcome evaluations. The training materials cover fundamental concepts of digital marketing, the use of social media, creative content creation, and online store management. The results indicate an improvement in students’ understanding and skills in utilizing digital platforms for business development, as well as increased entrepreneurial motivation. This program is expected to make a tangible contribution to producing young entrepreneurs who are creative, competitive, and adaptive to technological advancements.
