Abstract

The purpose of this study is to confirm or refute whether companies are ready for the next industrial revolution. Current market conditions show that businesses are still struggling to digitize their business through the integration of Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), cloud technology, and advanced technologies. other. This study uses an approach that integrates human labor in collaboration with automated processes in the supply chain. The results of this study that analyzes and evaluates the impact of Industry 5.0 on entrepreneurs where Industry 4.0 Analysis provides results based on interviews with practicing sales representatives as well. It focuses on the business landscape and its aim is to identify existing gaps, opportunities and threats. This analysis also describes the best path to transformation in the next industrial revolution.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and strategic organizational change management to organizational performance with organizational climate as mediating variable in the electricity state own Enterprises in Indonesia. This is a quantitative non-experiment research and using questionnaire with 1.429 respondents within divisions of PLN Head Quarter, and its subsidiaries and affiliates during October 2021 – January 2022. The analysis process is conducted by SPSS and LISREL. Research has found that transformational leadership style and strategic organizational change management, both separately and together have positive and significant influenceto organizational climatewith variable of strategic organizational change management has more dominant influence. Transformational leadership style, strategic organizational change management and organizational climate both separately and or together have a positive and significant influence to organizational performance, with variable organizational climate has more dominant influence.Leader should create an effective organizational climate to improve the influence of transformational leadership capability and change management to achieving excellent organizational performance. The mediating effect of organizational climate is the novelty/originality of research, which has an important and positive impact to enhance the impact of transformative leadership styles or strategic organizational change management on organizational performance . The study was conducted at a state-owned enterprise. Further research in various industries/enterprises by state-owned and private companies is expected.

Abstract

 The purpose of this article is to discuss Business Intelligence and its role in increasing a company's competitive advantage through the utilization of various data, information and knowledge owned by a company as a raw material in the decision-making process. The method used in this article uses Online Analytical Processing. The results of the research are (1) data analysis has become a major and vital requirement in efforts to increase the business competitiveness of an organization or company; (2) entrepreneur-style decision making that tends to rely on intuition becomes less suitable in the midst of an increasingly competitive and complicated business environment; (3) BI is an e-business application that functions to convert data within the company (operational, transactional, and other data) into a form of knowledge; (4) BI emphasizes the implementation of the 5 utilization of information for the purposes of data sourcing, data analysis, situation awareness, risk analysis, and decision support.

Abstract

The goal of the study is to examine how organizational performance is impacted by transformational leadership and strategic organizational change management, with organizational environment serving as a mediating element in Indonesia's electricity state-owned enterprises. This is a quantitative, non-experimental study conducted between October 2022 and January 2023 in the divisions of PLN Head Quarter, as well as its subsidiaries and affiliates, with 1.429 respondents. SPSS and LISREL are used to do the analysis. According to research, both strategic organizational change management and transformational leadership styles have a positive and significant impact on organizational climate, with strategic organizational change management having the most significant impact. Organizational climate, strategic organizational change management, and transformational leadership all have a positive and significant impact.

Abstract

Sering terjadinya kebakaran listrik khusunya pada perumahan padat penduduk, khususnya pada perumahan dijalan yang sulit dilalui kendaran roda empat. Salah satu bahaya utama kesalahan dalam instalasi listrik rumah tangga adalah korsleting listrik yang dapat diakibatkan oleh penggunaan peralatan listrik yang tidak tepat atau beban berlebihan pada suatu instalasi listrik rumah tangga. Kurangnya pemahaman masyarkat pada dalam hal instalasi listrik dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat dalam penggunaan kabel yang benar bisa menyebabkan korsleting listrik. Pengabdian ini bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat memahami pengamanan instalasi listrik dan cara mencegah kebakaran akibat korsleting listrik. Pengabdian ini melakukan edukasi kepada masyarakat dengan mempraktekkan langsung instalasi rumah tangga yang benar dengan penggunaan peralatan listrik sesuai standar, dan melakukan perbaikan instalasi rumah tangga. Hasil dari kegiatan ini masyarakat lebih memahami cara melakukan instalasi listrik yang benar. Masyarakat dapat memilih dan menggunakan kabel dan peralatan listrik lainnya dengan benar dalam instalasi listriknya. Daerah RT 08 / RW 07 Duri Kosambi melek teknologi dan tidak akan terjadi kebakaran akibat korsleting listrik

Abstract

An insulation layer is used to cover the transformer winding in a transformer. Commonly used insulations in transformers include oil insulation and paper insulation. Paper insulation is soft and flexible, adapting to any desired shape. The crucial factors to consider in insulation are strength and durability. This research was conducted through testing with two conditions: varying the thickness of the paper and the condition of the paper when dried and immersed in insulation oil. The test results show that insulation paper with a thickness of 1.04 mm in a dry state has an average breakdown voltage of 6.7 kV. When immersed in oil, the same thickness has a breakdown voltage of 23.82 kV, indicating that insulation paper with the immersion method has a better breakdown voltage than dry insulation paper.

Abstract

Rapid population growth which is not accompanied by an increase in employment creates a socialproblem, namely unemployment. This has made many people prefer businesses in the informalsector because the informal sector has characteristics that do not require large capital and skillsin the business process. In this study, the informal sector is an organization that trades corn inJorong Gantiang, Nagari Panyalaian, X Koto District, Tanah Datar Regency. In carrying out thetrading process, the traders take advantage of the buses passing their trading area.This study aims to describe the profile of traders and to describe how traders carry out theirtrading activities every day. This study is analyzed using the gift theory proposed by MarcellMauss and the concept of reciprocity. The method used is qualitative descriptive with the datacollection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Selection of informants wasdone by purposive sampling.The results of this study indicate that there is an evolutionary process carried out by traders ofsilaiang corn peddlers related to their trading activities. Where there is an agreement made bytraders with bus drivers passing the area where they trade to make it easier for them in the salesprocess because they will offer their merchandise to the bus passengers so there is no need tobother looking for potential buyers anymore. The agreement made was beneficial to both parties.The driver's willingness to stop at the merchant's place is rewarded by giving the driver a mealwhile the driver is resting and promising to help the driver when the car being used is damaged inthe merchant's area. Abstract

Strategic management and leadership have a significant influence on employeeperformance at PT PLN unit X, with a t-count value of 3.762, which is greater than the ttable of 1.699 (t count > t table) and a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05).This shows that strategic management contributes significantly to employeeperformance. In addition, the work environment is also proven to have a significant effecton employee performance, with a t-count value of 2.986 which is greater than the t tableof 1.699 (t count > t table) and a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.006 < 0.05). Theresults of the simultaneous test show that the F count value is 39.192, higher than the Ftable of 2.960 (F count > F table) with a significance level of less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Therefore, the proposed research hypothesis can be accepted because it isproven to be true.

Abstract

Pemilihan bahan isolasi yang fleksibel atau lentur bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa isolasi tersebut efektif dalam menahan panas atau dingin, tahan terhadap kerusakan, dan bisa diaplikasikan. Dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor tersebut, maka bahan isolasi dalam penggunaannya dapat memberikan perlindungan maksimal terhadap perpindahan panas dan meningkatkan efisiensi energi. Hal ini dapat membantu mengurangi biaya energi dan memperpanjang umur pemakaian isolasi. Hasil dari pengujian kertas isolasi dengan ketebalan 1,04 mm pada keadaan kering menunjukkan nilai rata-rata breakdown voltage sebesar 6,7 kV dan dengan ketebalan yang sama 1,04 mm pada keadaan direndam minyak menunjukkan nilai rata-rata breakdown voltage sebesar 23,82 kV, hal tersebut menandakan bahwa kertas isolasi dengan metode perendaman memiliki breakdown voltage lebih baik dibandingkan kertas isolasi dalam keadaan kering. Pengaruh ketebalan kertas isolasi terhadap tegangan tembus atau breakdown voltage adalah semakin tebal suatu kertas isolasi maka semakin besar juga tegangan tembus yang dihasilkan, hal tersebut didapatkan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dimana variabel X berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,998.Kata kunci: transformator, kertas isolasi, tegangan tembusTesting the influence of the thickness of press paper type insulating paper on the transformer to the breakdown voltageAbstract: Choosing flexible or bendable insulation materials aimed to ensure that the insulation is effective in retaining heat or cold, resistant to damage, and can be applied. By considering these factors, the insulation material used can provide maximum protection against heat transfer and increase energy efficiency. This can help reduce energy costs and extend the life of the insulation. The results of testing insulation paper with a thickness of 1.04 mm in the dry state shows an average breakdown voltage value of 6.7 kV and with the same thickness of 1.04 mm in an oil-immersed state shows an average breakdown voltage value of 23.82 kV, this indicates that the insulating paper with the immersion method has a better breakdown voltage than insulating paper in a dry state. While the effect of the thickness of the insulation paper on the breakdown voltage is that the thicker the insulation paper, the greater the resulting breakdown voltage, this was obtained using a simple linear regression analysis where the X variable affects the Y variable with a correlation value of 0.998.Keywords: transformer, paper insulation, breakdown voltage

Abstract

Dalam rangka mewujudkan program pemerintah 35000 MW dilakukan pembangunan Pusat Listrik Tenaga Gas dan Uap (PLTGU) Jawa 2, kapasitas daya sebesar 800 MW dengan sistem interkoneksi 500 kV yang terletak di daerah PLTGU Tanjung Priok Jakarta Utara. Pada PLTGU Jawa 2 dalam pelaksanannya terdapat beberapa tahapan sebelum dilakukan pengoperasian pembangkit seperti tahapan konstruksi dan pengujian/komisioning. Dalam pengujian peralatan, kebutuhan listrik menggunakan sumber daya listrik dari jaringan eksisting milik PT PLN atau disebut juga dengan back feeding. Salah satu alternatif back feeding PLTGU Jawa 2 adalah dengan menggunakan sumber daya listrik dari kubikel 20 kV GIS 150 kV Priok Timur Lama.Cara ini berpotensi mengalami keterlambatan apabila instalasi penyambungan kabel 20 kV yang menyuplai unit auxiliary transformer tidak dilakukan dengan benar. Kabel 20 kV yang terhubung dengan bushing unit Auxiliary Transformer akan mengalami stress cable jika nilai bending radius kabel dalam penyambungan kabel 20 kV ke bushing unit auxiliary transformer tidak diperhatikan. Dari kendala tersebut dapat dilakukan kajian mengenai perancangan instalasi penyambungan kabel 20 kV yang menyuplai unit Auxiliary Transformer. Selain itu, kajian mengenai penentuan jenis kabel 20 kV yang akan digunakan juga diperlukan agar sumber daya listrik dapat tersalurkan ke peralatan yang akan dilakukan pengujian secara optimal. Dengan dilakukan kajian tersebut pelaksanaan back feeding dapat berjalan sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan dan kendala saat pelaksanaan pengujian back feeding dapat diantisipasi sebelumnya.Kata kunci: back feeding, unit auxiliary transformer, kabel 20 kV Design of 20 kV cable installation on auxiliary transformer as an alternative back feeding for PLTGU Jawa 2Abstract: In order to actualize the 35,000 MW government program, the JAWA 2 Combined Cycle Power Plant (PLTGU) is built, with a power capacity of 800 MW and distributed trough a 500 kV interconnection system located in the PLTGU Tanjung Priok area, North Jakarta. This project have several stage before the operation such as planning, construction and testing/commissioning. In testing period, the electricity required for testing the equipment is supplied from the existing power grid or also known as back feeding. One of the alternatives for back feeding PLTGU Jawa 2 is to use electricity from the 20 kV GIS 150 kV cubicle of Priok Timur Lama, this method has the potential of delays if the installation of the 20 kV cable connection that supplies the Auxiliary Transformer unit is not carried out properly. The 20 kV cable connected to the Auxiliary Transformer bushing unit will experience cable stress if the bending radius of the cable in connecting the 20 kV cable to the Auxiliary Transformer bushing unit is not taken into account. From these constraints a study can be carried out on the installation design of the 20 kV cable connection that supplies the Auxiliary Transformer unit. moreover, a study to determine of the type of 20 kV cable is also necessary so that the power source can be optimally distributed to the equipment to be tested. With this study, the back feeding can proceed according to a predetermined schedule and any issue during the back feeding test can be anticipated beforehand.
