Abstract

Along with the current development of digitalization technology, almost all aspects have adapted to these changes, including the Indonesian people, who are mostly traders, also take part in this development. The website is one of the digitalization models that is often used in promoting products, both goods and Services, in this case the author takes one example, namely the sale of a flower shop "Bunds Flowers" where in this case the flowers that are sold are not like flowers in general, but there are flowers in the type of paper, plastic, to imported and local flowers, making this flower shop very worthy of having more promotional value, both in terms of conventional (face-to-face) and modern (online/digitalized) sales. This study uses two methods where the waterfall method is applied to the system development process and the PIECES method to analyze the user's response to the system that has been built. In this journal the author aims to build a system where sales and ornamental plant enthusiasts still use traditional media, with the websites help consumers find what they need in an easy way by opening a website. In the analysis process, the respondents have produced several assessments related to the flower shop application, including 1) performance, respondents rated 3.73 (Satisfied) 2) Information, respondents rated 4.33 (Satisfied), 3) Economic, respondents rated 4.33 (Satisfied) , 4) Control and Security, respondents rated 4.10 (Satisfied) and 5 Efficiency, respondents rated 3.73 (Satisfied) and Service, respondents rated 3.73 (satisfied).

Abstract

Advances in technology and the world of electronics at the moment have entered the era of modernization and development has entered a new era and has been completely automated. One of them is the attendance machine for employees. Attendance machine needed for the industry to improve the effectiveness of work. So it takes the attendance machine that can work automatically in order to simplify the system works. The purpose of this study is to design a tool that would be used for a fingerprint recognition system. The attendance system design through the process of identifying the fingerprint pattern. Fingerprints identified by C3 Fingerprint sensor will indicate that the employee is absent from work. The fingerprint pattern has previously been registered in advance and recorded is the name, Fingerprint ID, position and time of entry. Once the data has been inputted kedatabasemaka be directly recorded that the employee is coming Works. The results of testing this system has a fingerprint identification accuracy with an average of 86.67%, and the average time matching fingerprintsebesar.

Abstract

At present many community service announcements about waste are made using 2D animation with motion graphic methods using some supporting software. In making these advertisements to produce a whole video using some software. This makes the computer's performance slow due to the large number of applications installed and the process of completing the video making takes a long time. Here the author aims to make public service announcements about waste using 3D quality motion graphic blender methods. This animated ad was created using only the blender software at each stage. This ad contains an invitation to the public to properly dispose of waste in place with a combination of motion graphic techniques so that the ad becomes visually appealing. From the results of the rendering test which produced a 2 minute 38 second video which is equal to 3953 frames, the video test found less smoothness of character's hand movements because the keyframe distance was only 14 frames, in motion graphic testing using 100% alpha video results in accordance with the storyboard designed, then in the rendering test using 5 different PC specifications, the conclusion is that the more memory and HDD the PC uses, the less time to complete the rendering process. From 5 times the recommended testing is 8 GB RAM memory and 1 TB HDD with a rendering time of 4 minutes 37 seconds.

Abstract

The role of information in an organization both private companies and government agencies are very important, because this information can give an idea of the condition or situation of the company. Therefore, the presentation of information needed to be fast, precise and communicative. The results of the analysis of the issues raised in the latest of which is the supplier invoice accounting information received by the management, so that management late in the decision-making. The method used is extreme programming. It is expected that the results of the analysis and design of supplier invoice processing system of accounting is performed in PD. Sampurna Serang, will eventually be able to develop a computer-based information systems to support the handling of various problems in the processing of supplier invoices accounting.

Abstract

Smart City didefinisikan sebagai  kota yang mampu menggunakan SDM, modal sosial, dan infrastruktur telekomunikasi modern untuk mewujudkan pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan dan kualitas kehidupan yang tinggi, dengan manajemen sumber daya yang bijaksana melalui pemerintahan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat. Kota serang sebagai salah satu ibukota provinsi di pulau jawa masih belum menerapkan konsep smart city sebagai solusi untuk menyelesaikan persoalan perkotaan mereka, malahan lebih mengedepankan cara-cara konvensional yang tidak terintegrasi satu sama lain. Penerapan konsep smart city yang dilakukan di Jepang tersebut telah dimulai sejak 2010. Namun, pemikiran ini nampaknya masih kesulitan diimplementasikan oleh sejumlah negara-negara berkembang, termasuk Indonesia. Konsep ini masih baru, sehingga penelitian dan pengembangan konsep ini masih terus dilakukan. Penelitian ini mencoba membuat rancangan infrastruktur jaringan smartcity di kota serang menggunakan Zachman Framework yang merupakan salah satu metode Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) yang banyak digunakan diseluruh dunia dalam perancangan sistem yang mana di dalam metode ini perencanaan dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah yang sistematis, mudah dipahami dan dapat dijadikan kontrol untuk pengembangan system informasi ke depan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa blue print rancangan infrastuktur jaringan komputer yang dipetakan didalam bentuk matrik “where” pada kerangka Zachman yang dilihat dari sudut pandang Planner dan Owner. Dengan menggunakan Zachman Framework dapat diperoleh informasi secara detail tentang bagaimana infrastruktur jaringan komputer dirancang, segala kebutuhan baik data, sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur yang mendukung berjalannya infrastruktur jaringan komputer.

Abstract

Direct cash assistance is a program of local government efforts to deal with problems that occur in underprivileged families. This program is sought so that the community has less impact on economic growth and welfare. The methode used this system is.the.Simple Addtive Weighting (SAW) and Weight Product (WP) methods. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is a decision making process which in the process adds up the weights of the performance appraisal on all alternative attributes. While the Weight Product (WP) method is an analyst decision.methode for a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) or multi - criteria decision making (MCDM). The existence of a comparison between the two methods is expected to help better select residents in receiving BLT so that they are more targeted. In this study resulted in a system to determine the citizens who are entitled to receive BLT, based on the result the study. Comparison of the SAW and WP methods using 20 alternative data, shows that the second method gets accurate data and is suitable if applied as a ranking of citizens in BLT receipts. In the ranking occupied by Burhan by getting the highest score on the 2 methods, there is an equal ranking of the 2 methods caused by the alternative performance scores, and the weight value of the first criterion in each method. Results Based on the research, is it recommended to use the SAW method to determine the ranking, cause the Ievel of suitability of.the.data in the field is higher than the WP found 99.40 WP found 99.20%.

Abstract

Garbage includes final waste that is not used by the community, so it can cause disease if it is not handled properly. Garbage that is allowed to accumulate will emit an unpleasant odor. Several reports from the people of Jakarta, especially the South Jakarta area, do not litter. Garbage is often seen piling up on the streets or in public places. So that the development of a system with the concept of smart cleaning was formed, with the aim of reducing scattered waste that was dumped on the roadside and public places. The method used is SDLC in the form of a prototype model. System Design Methods with UML, Class Diagrams and Use Case diagrams. The results of the research are web- and mobile-based smart cleaning systems. The results of usability testing of the smart cleaning system obtained an average result of about 75% of the answers given by the respondents. The highest rating was obtained with a total percentage of 84% stating that the system can be read.

Abstract

Supervisors are direct supervisors of leaders and operators who have duties and responsibilities, namely providing direction or work planning in accordance with existing SOPs in the company and monitoring the work of leaders and operators properly. In this study, so far the company in evaluating the performance of the supervisor is done manually, that is, the company only judges based on the length of time the supervisor has worked. In fact, the supervisor's performance appraisal is an ineffective performance appraisal. Therefore, the company must make several other performance assessments such as Length of Work, Leadership, Communication, Discipline and Attendance. In evaluating the supervisor's performance, a decision support system (DSS) is needed. The method used in this study is the COPRAS method with ROC weighting. The calculation of the COPRAS method with ROC weighting can produce the best alternative, namely alternative A2 on behalf of "Budiman Sianipar, ST" with a value of Ui = 100

Abstract

As the industry grows, the competition for superior products in this region is getting tougher. This competition will force all industries to pay more attention to policy making. Decision making to prioritize the best regional products according to needs and capabilities requires accurate and effective decisions to make the right choice and minimize losses in both cost and time. With the problems mentioned above, local governments (PEMDAs) are bothered with determining the priority of regional superior products quickly and precisely. Therefore, to determine the priority of regional superior products, a decision support system is needed to facilitate work and avoid errors in calculating system data quickly and more accurately. The Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) methods are a combination of methods that support in determining the priority criteria for regional superior products. The results of the application of the combination according to the formulas and methods used to obtain the highest value alternative are Coffee products with the first rank, namely 0.00653.

Abstract

Products cannot be separated from the buying and selling process carried out by customers and sellers. Products that are a priority are, of course, products that are favored by consumers or customers. However, companies often make mistakes in the process of determining which products to order for sale. Errors in the process of determining product orders can result in losses for the company. Therefore, it is necessary to handle this problem properly and appropriately. Therefore, the settlement that should be done should be done by processing the data on the sale of these goods. Data mining is a method that can be used for data processing. But the data processing process carried out in data mining is not done independently. The a priori algorithm is one of the algorithms found in the data mining association technique. The a priori algorithm is widely used to carry out the analysis process on sales data to find sales patterns in the company. The results of the study were 3 items that became the priority of ordering, namely ordinary pants, shorts and t-shirts. With a combination of item sets, if you buy ordinary pants, you also buy shorts with a support value of 10% and a confidence value of 20%. Other item combinations that you get: If you buy regular pants, you also buy T-shirts with a support value of 30% and a confidence value of 60% and the last combination of set items. If you buy shorts, you also buy T-shirts with a support value of 30% and a confidence value of 60%.
