Abstract

Technology field following how era keep evolving. Social media already on everyone’s daily life and being a place for writing their opinion, either review or response for product and service that already being used. Twitter are one of popular social media on Indonesia, according to Statista data it reach 17.55 million users. For online business sector, knowing sentiment score are really important to stepping up their business. The use of machine learning, NLP (Natural Processing Language), and text mining for knowing the real meaning of opinion words given by customer called sentiment analysis. Two methods are using for data testing, the first is Lexicon Based and the second is Support Vector Machine (SVM). Data source that used for sentiment analyst are from keyword ‘ShopeeFood’ and ‘syopifud’. The result of analysis giving accuracy score 87%, precision score 81%, recall score 75%, and f1-score 78%.

Abstract

Café as a place to relax or chatter where visitors can order the menu available. In general, a café often has difficulty in serving customers, especially for menu ordering facilities. This is also experienced by café 50/50 Coffee which still makes menu reservations manually. Based on these problems, a system of e-order menus of web-based mobile applications is designed. The study aims to produce a mobile web ordering system that is then analyzed with the PIECES indicator to determine the level of user satisfaction. Design of this system using the waterfall model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method and then analyzed the level of user satisfaction with the PIECES method. System testing uses usability testing with the USE Questionnaire method. System implementations are created with the help of the CodeIgniter framework and use the PHP programming language. The results of the study in the form of a menu e-order system at the 50/50 Coffee café with the conclusion of the analysis that the users of the e-order system were “SATISFIED”. Keywords: , , , ,

Abstract

The lack of public interest in the capital market has made the top brass of capital market companies compete with each other to provide services to provide convenience for customers in the various services available and provide convenience in accessing financial information. The emergence of several startup companies that provide reksadana investment products for investors, namely PT Bibit Reksadana Grows Together, which created a reksadana application, namely Bibit Reksadana with more than one million users based on data downloaded on the play store by PT Bibit Grow Bersama which acts as a Reksadana Selling Agent (APERD) and sells 134 reksadana products. So to provide information to the public, it is necessary to have a sentiment analysis on how the opinions of users of the reksadana bibit application use the K-nearest neighbor (KNN) and Naïve Bayes methods, with the results of scraping youtube as much as 33,292 and scraping reviews as much as 30,708 reviews, then the text processing stage is carried out, and labeling using the text blob library, with an accuracy rate of 99%, 99%, 99% accuracy on youtube data classification and review data with the K-Nearest Neighbor method, 99%, and 99%, 98% Naïve Bayes, it can be concluded that neutral sentiment is more than positive sentiment. , and more positive sentiment than negative sentiment.

Abstract

Industrial material master data in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems accumulates duplicate records that distort inventory, procurement, and analytics. Traditional deduplication relies on string-similarity measures such as Levenshtein, Jaro–Winkler, and TF-IDF cosine, which can struggle on catalogs mixing Indonesian and English terminology—e.g. Valve versus Keran—and on paraphrastic variants with different word order or abbreviation style. This study formally specifies a semantic deduplication pipeline that encodes material descriptions as sentence embeddings using Sentence-BERT (SBERT) and compares them via cosine similarity, then diagnostically evaluates the extent to which SBERT improves over those baselines. Following Design Science Research, the pipeline specifies normalisation, encoding with a multilingual paraphrase-tuned SBERT variant, and pairwise comparison within candidate sets produced by hybrid blocking; the diagnostic evaluation reports scores on the raw descriptions to expose baseline behaviour before domain-specific harmonisation. A sample of 291,000 records from two Indonesian industrial power plants motivates the design. On a diagnostic set of 100 record pairs derived from existing engineer-annotated duplicate markers, Jaro–Winkler achieves F1 = 0.925 (precision 1.000, recall 0.860) and SBERT achieves F1 = 0.875 (precision 0.913, recall 0.840) at threshold τ = 0.65; qualitative analysis of twelve representative pairs further reveals that SBERT excels on structural paraphrase (cosine 0.73–0.88 where character-level methods score below 0.50), while Jaro–Winkler remains competitive on abbreviation, unit-standard, and cross-language pairs—particularly those involving Indonesian technical vocabulary under-represented in the model’s training distribution. The central finding is that Sentence-BERT complements rather than replaces string baselines, which motivates future work on multi-channel architectures combining textual semantics with structural context.

Abstract

Many person are not aware of the dangers of depression. It's hard to know the symptoms and overcome depression early on. In this case adolescents are the most vulnerable to the disease because at that time humans are in a transition phase from childhood to adulthood. WHO says every second there is a case of suicide due to severe depression. Based on these cases the researchers aimed to make an application to help the community, especially students, to be able to recognize and diagnose depression from an early age. The system in this application is an expert system using the Certainty Factor and Forward Chaining method. Inputs received by this application are biodata and psychological questions about the symptoms experienced by the user. The resulting output is the diagnosis, as well as the percentage of possible diseases suffered by user.
