Abstract

This research is aimed at studying the effectiveness of online lectures on student achievement at the Faculty of Technology and Communication and Information at the National University using the C4.5 Algorithm method. The factors that must be considered in measuring the level of effectiveness of online lectures, namely from the income of parents, attendance and GPA (Grade Point Average) to every student. In the third factor has not been measured with certainty so that the Faculty of Communication and Information and Technology found it difficult to determine what can be changed and improved in quality, which will use the C4.5 method, in the case the author tries to measure these three factors so that eventually a Decision Tree. After doing calculations using the application it will know the level of short comings. Educational quality is something that needs to be considered because it is very influential in the process of student learning, therefore it needs an effort to improve effectiveness in online lectures.

Abstract

In delivering information related to lecture activities at the National University, the Information Systems Study Program has prepared a special website, namely http://si.ftki.unas.ac.id/. The website contains a lot of information about important activities or announcements, it's just that the need for other supporting information makes users have the need to ask further questions regarding the information contained on the website. Actually the Website http://si.ftki.unas.ac.id/ has provided the RoomChat feature for question and answer sessions between admin and users, but this feature is still ineffective, such as there is a time lag between questions and responses or unable to provide services for 24 jam. In this study, the authors wanted to design the chatbot feature using the waterfall method, which was carried out sequentially starting from the planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing to maintenance stages. While working on the application, this chatbot was created using the Codeigniter framework with the mysqli database. This chatbot feature will result in a more interactive question and answer session, so that two-way communication with users can run smoothly.

Abstract

The Covid -19 virus spread in the world, especially in Indonesia, very fast. This epidemic is of concern around the world because it has a quite bad impact in various sectors. With existing technological advances, the Expert System can assist medical personnel in detecting the Covid -19 Virus. The purpose of the author in conducting the study was to detect the Covid-19 virus as easily as possible with symptom data obtained from patients who had consultations. The Naïve Bayes method is a method that uses probability and statistics that can predict a person's chance of being exposed to Covid-19 in the future based on symptoms experienced in the previous period packed with a web-based program. For comparison, the author uses the Certainty Factor Method. Certainty Factor is a method that aims to determine the certainty value which is based on the previous calculation of CF value by manual calculation. The Naïve Bayes method can group the symptoms obtained from the official WHO website which has been given an indicator of the percentage of someone exposed to the Covid-19 Virus based on the symptom data experienced to determine a person exposed to the Covid-19 Virus. While the Certainty Factor method gets the confidence of someone exposed to the symptoms of the Covid-19 virus by using the calculation indicator on the CF value that has been consulted by the user, which can provide a percentage level of confidence that is 86%.Keywords:Expert System, Covid-19, Naive Bayes, Certainty Factor.

Abstract

The development of information technology, especially social media users, is increasing. Many securities companies make use of technology so that users can make various transactions and search for information digitally. This can be used in online marketing strategies and information dissemination, one of which is Twitter. Users can disclose known information and this information is User Generated Content (UGC), which is the track record left behind. Twitter user interaction analysis can provide information that supports various business decisions, such as customer engagement. This research takes advantage of the Covid-19 phenomenon in which the stock market has experienced a global downturn. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of awareness and identify customer engagement from the results of the implementation of Social Customer Relationship Management (SCRM) by the company. This study uses the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method, with secondary data in the form of tweets of Twitter user interactions regarding 2 securities companies, IndoPremier, and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result is that IndoPremier is a securities company that is superior in informing optimal customer engagement through the implementation of SCRM.Keywords:Social Network Analysis, User Generated Content, Social Customer Relationship Management, COVID-19.

Abstract

Seleksi Paskibraka dilakukan pada setiap tahun dengan tujuan mencari putra putri terbaik yang nantinya akan ditugaskan pada upacara peringatan kemerdekaan Indonesia untuk mengibarkan duplikat bendera pusaka. Pada beberapa wilayah, seleksi Paskibraka masih menggunakan perhitungan dengan excel atau perhitungan manual lainnya dalam menentukan keputusan. Perhitungan manual ini tentunya membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama dan hasil yang dapat kurang akurat. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product(WP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang dapat memberikan nilai akhir penilaian seleksi sesuai dengan kriteria dan bobot yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil dari kedua metode ini nantinya akan dibandingkan agar didapatkan hasil yang terbaik. Hasil dari aplikasi ini berupa perangkingan peserta berdasarkan kecamatannya.Kata Kunci:Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Paskibraka; Seleksi; Simple Additive Weighting; Weighted Product.

Abstract

In the world of higher education, service to students is very much needed, it is very important to maintain the quality of service so that good and disciplined service to students can be realized. This sentiment analysis aims to determine student opinion made using a questionnaire form. In addition, the Decision Support System with the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods is expected to be a solution in providing an assessment of the FTKI secretariat services. This study uses a questionnaire form to see student assessments and make it an alternative value. The final results are obtained by testing the order analysis technique, which is 82%, proving that by testing these two methods, service assessment can be more expanded.Keywords:Sentiment Analysis, Questionnaire, SAW, Desicion Support System, SMART.

Abstract

Libraries as a service to visitors who are looking for efficient learning methods through reading every book in the library. The services provided by the officer can help us as visitors not find it difficult when looking for an article that wants to know. Services that still use manual services are destructive in time efficiency. So it is difficult to find the book that we want because the officers will find the book data one by one, causing problems in time efficiency. Difficulty looking for collections and inaccurate data that has been found in damaged archives in the library service system. Libraries as part of the application in further library development, namely online-based libraries. The purpose of this research is pinned because of the rapid growth of technology in this digital era, which is now online in almost all sectors. The method that researchers will use is SDLC in the form of a waterfall model. And also designing information system prototypes at the National University library. As for those used to design this system, namely UML, Class Diagram, Use Case The results of the research and application of this website-based library makes it easier for librarians and library visitors.Keywords:Cyber Library, Web, Library, Prototype, SDLC.

Abstract

Excess sugar consumption will affect the body's resistance with predicted dangers such as diabetes. Diabetes is a disease that is a quite a dangerous cause of the failure of the pancreas to produce the hormone insulin. Information regarding the achievement of blood sugar targets that must be understood by some people is around 80-130mg / dL because of the lack of effectiveness in consulting directly with experts, the aim of this study is to make a problem solving using an expert system by applying the forward chaining method and certainly a factor. Also implemented on the Android operating system so that the use of every detail of this application can be accelerated by the hand with a smartphone. Abstract

The implementation of paying zakat is obligatory for every Muslim. Generally, there are problems that are lacking in the recording of zakat management. Currently, many still use the manual method which is of course very risky for loss and damage to the recording of zakat. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a website that facilitates the payment and recording of zakat. With this research, it is expected to ease the mosque management to manage zakat to be more efficient. In this study applying the Agile SDLC model, this study has four stages, namely, timebox planning, iteration, demonstration, and retrospective meeting. Based on the research that has been done, namely the Implementation of Agile Methods on a Website-Based Zakat Management System with the Laravel Framework at the Al-Ijabah Mosque Amil Zakat Agency, the researcher concludes that the system built has met the administrative needs to input data such as Muzakki data (zakat givers). , Mustahiq data (zakat recipients), daily transaction reports. With the construction of this system, zakat transaction data can be stored in the database. So that zakat transaction data is not easily lost/damaged.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the trend that has occurred in the last 5 years in Indonesia, namely the emergence of mobile-based games that are played by many people in Indonesia from small children to adults. With the emergence of mobile-based games in Indonesia, the appeal of PC and console-based games has become less attractive. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence PC and console-based gamers to switch to mobile-based games. The method used in this study is K-means Clustering and the supporting data from this study include the age factor of the game players and the duration of playing the game as a parameter. The technique of collecting data is through a google form questionnaire. The subject of the research is the Indonesian gamers forum contained in facebook forums.
