Abstract

To prevent nutritional problems is balanced nutrition education, which consists of the four principles of a varied diet, a clean lifestyle, physical activity and regular weight monitoring. The diversity of food at each meal is visualized as the contents of my plate which consists of one third of staple foods, one third of side dishes, and one third of vegetables and fruit. In determining balanced nutrition, the principle of Fill My Plate is used, which consists of staple foods, side dishes, vegetables and fruit. This study aims to group or cluster the Indonesian Food Ingredients Table in 2017 using the k-means and k-medoids algorithms. Data from food types that have been summarized at TKPI in 2017 are divided into 4 appropriate categories, namely fruit food clustering (Klanpenres_0), staple food clustering (Klanpenres_1), side dishes clustering (Klanpenres_2), vegetable clustering (Klanpenres_3). In the results of this study the results of clustering using the k-means algorithm that there are 109 for (Klanpenres_0), 323 for (Klanpenres_1), 166 for (Klanpenres_2), 105 for (Klanpenres_3). While the results of clustering using the k-medoids algorithm are 107 for (Klanpenres_0), 325 for (Klanpenres_1), 166  for (Klanpenres_2), 107 for (Klanpenres_3). Meanwhile, for the standard deviation results from clustering using the k-means algorithm, there are 3 categories that exceed the recommended standard for the 40 percent Nutritional Adequacy Ratio, and 1 category that is less than the standard. And the results of the standard deviation of clustering using the k-medoids algorithm, there are 4 categories that are superior to the recommended standard for the Nutrition Adequacy Rate.

Abstract

In the year 2018, 18.9% of the population in Indonesia mentioned that the main reason for their use of the Internet is social media. One of the social media with an active user of 6.43 million users is Twitter. Based on the surge of information published via Twitter, it is possible that such information may contain the user's opinions on an object, such objects may be events around the community such as a product or service. This makes the company use Twitter as a medium to disseminate information. An example is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) such as Indihome. Through Twitter, users can discuss each other's complaints or satisfaction with Indihome's services. It takes a method of sentiment analysis to understand whether the textual data includes negative opinions or positive opinions. Thus, the authors use the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method in sentiment analysis on the opinions of the Indihome service user on Twitter, with the aim of obtaining a sentiment classification model using SVM, and to know how much accuracy the SVM method generates, which is applied to sentiment analysis, and to see how satisfied the Indihome service users are based on Twitter. After testing with SVM method The result is accuracy 87%, precision 86%, recall 95%, error rate 13%, and F1-score 90%

Abstract

Using skincare and facial skin care must be in accordance with the type of facial skin, because if it is not suitable, it can cause problems such as facial skin breakouts, dry skin, irritated skin, and acne prone skin. To find out the type of facial skin, you have to do an examination with a skin and genital specialist, but the high cost of consultation and the long queue process is an obstacle for everyone. Therefore, the authors created an expert system to identify facial skin types using a combination of certainty factor methods with forward chaining techniques. The diagnostic results from calculations using an expert system application and the results of manual calculations from one of the respondent data from 100 respondent data, namely producing the same level of confidence, each of which produces a percentage of 99.45% and the diagnostic results state that the user has a normal skin type.

Abstract

Website based of technology information system widely using by organizations and companies. One of it’s application are inventory on Apotek rakyat anda. Apotek rakyat anda are pharmacy shop who sells medicines. Following the technology growth on the use of database electronic system digital based knowing as application or information system. This system has been made for the user based on user interface and user experience. The used of user interface for fulfing user needs and user experience for success parameter on the system that has been build. Methods for designing are Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach, for knowing system utility are System Usability Scale (SUS) method. Hoping this designing information system will help on inventory on Apotek Rakyat Anda.

Abstract

Infobengkel website is a website that provides information about available workshops in a certain area. With this, users can find information about the workshop they want easily and quickly. in this study to analyze the usability of the infobengkel website assisted by the Heuristic Evaluation method and End User Computing Satisfaction. both methods are used to analyze the usability of the website and measure the level of user satisfaction of the website. from the results of the study it was stated that the website of workshop information was satisfied by the users. where the End User Computing Satisfaction method gets a value of 7.326 or 73.26% while for the Heuristic Evaluation method it gets a value of 7.204 or 72.04%. After doing the analysis, we get several recommendations for improvement that need to be considered in the website, such as the Format variable in the End User Computing Satisfaction method and the Aesthetic and Minimalist Design variable and Help and Documentation in the Heuristic Evaluation method.

Abstract

Human-Centered Design Method is a method of approach in the development and design of a system that focuses on the user according to aspects of the needs and habits of the user. Difficulty in accessing information on the website becomes a problem faced by the user and in terms of visual website can not be responsive when accessed via mobile. The initial stage carried out in this method is observation which aims to find and to better understand the problems faced by users to conduct testing to find out whether the solutions provided can be understood and easily used by the user. Website testing is done by giving tasks to the user to interact on the website prototype, as the final result of success in the aspect of ease and comfort of the user using the website. After testing the user directly the test results are obtained, ie the user already feels quite understanding and easy when using the website that was created. The responsive mobile feature created also makes users feel helped when using a website on a smartphone.

Abstract

Jakarta Large Community Development Training Center is one of the work units in the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions Development and Transmigration, that has the task and function to train rural communities. Every year the community trained can reach thousands of people consisting of several villages. Because the development of information technology maps can be displayed digitally by using Geographic Information Systems (GIS), so that it is more efficient and easily accessed by anyone and anywhere, this digital map will be integrated using the web. This research will be developed using HTML, CSS and Javascript website frameworks as front end, PHP as backend and MySQL by utilizing phpMyAdmin features as a database, all the programming languages will be processed using Codeigniter Framework. The final results of this study will be a Geographic Information System form for training distribution by displaying training locations, training data, as well as video documentation when training takes place, the data will be presented in Google Maps form so that it can easily find the location of training deployments that can later be used as a reference to determine the next training location

Abstract

- Pada perkembangan teknologi image processing (pengolahan citra) , hingga saat ini terus diperluas dengan tujuan untuk membantu manusia dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Pengolahan citra bisa berdasarkan pada pengolahan bentuk. Salah satu metode untuk pengolahan citra berdasarkan pengolahan bentuk adalah dengan melakukan proses Morphological Filtering. Berbagai aplikasi morfologi citra sangat membantu bagi kepentingan manusia. Salah satu aplikasinya adalah peningkatan sistem keamanan dengan menggunakan sistem Closed Circuit Television (CCTV). Sangat sulit dan tidak mudah untuk mengawasi kegiatan operasional usaha dan keamanan seperti pabrik yang sangat besar yang terpisah pisah dan terletak jauh di area yang luas , sedangkan pengawasan harus dilakukan setiap saat dan cepat. Maka diperlukan suatu metode morfologi yang benar-benar tepat digunakan untuk citra CCTV sehingga menghasilkan citra yang berkualitas baik dan citra lebih mudah untuk dianalisis dan diinterpretasikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memberikan satu model penentuan kelayakan pemberian fasilitas pembiayaan. Kendala yang sering ditemukan dalam proses pembiayaan di sebuah perusahaan yaitu sulitnya menentukan nasabah mana yang termasuk kedalam kelompok lancar dan tidak lancar. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu aplikasi yang membantu perusahaan dalam proses pengklasifikasian nasabah. Untuk menentukan calon nasabah mana yang termasuk kelompok lancar dan tidak lancar. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dari perusahaan PT. Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance Cabang Pandeglang dalam jumlah yang cukup banyakproses ini bisa disebut sebagai data mining. Dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisa data digunakan teknik decision tree dengan memanfaatkan algoritma C4.5. Dalam perancangan aplikasi menggunakan diagram konek, DFD, dan penyajian aplikasi menggunakan Borland Delphi 7 serta database Xampp. Hasil yang di capai adalah sebuah Aplikasi Algoritma C4.5 UntukPengklasifikasian Calon Nasabah yang Implementasinya dapat membantu bagian Data Enty dalam penyeleksian dan penerimaan calon nasabah.

Abstract

Koperasi merupakan salah satu kegiatan organisasi ekonomi yang bekerja dalam bidang gerakan potensi sumber daya yang memiliki tujuan untuk mensejahterakan anggotanya. Jenis koperasi simpan pinjam adalah jenis koperasi yang banyak diikuti oleh masyarakat, konsep koperasi jenis ini adalah berasal dari anggota, oleh anggota dan hasilnya pun akan dikembalikan untuk anggota. Saat ini untuk mendukung masyarakat untuk berkoperasi, pemerintah membuat program dana bergulir. Dana bergulir diperuntuhkan dari pemerintah untuk koperasi, usaha mikro, usaha kecil dan usaha menengah yang diharapkan dapat menarik antusiasme masyarakat dengan diadakannya program dana bergulir tersebut, karena suku bunganya yang rendah yaitu sebesar 8 persen per tahun dengan skema menurun dalam lima tahun. Masalah yang ada pada Dinas Koperasi, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Serang khususnya di bidang koperasi adalah membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk penyeleksiannya dan belum ada sistem aplikasi yang mendukung untuk penentuan pinjaman modal dana bergulir koperasi simpan pinjam. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat memberikan penilaian yang real dan objektif menggunakan metode Technique Order Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS).
