Abstract

The importance of understanding intellectual property legal protection for marble craft craftsmen in Tulungagung. As an area famous for marble crafts, Tulungagung has many craftsmen whose intellectual property rights need to be protected. This protection is deemed necessary considering the rapid development of the marble craft industry in Tulungagung. focuses on in-depth understanding of the protection of marble craftsmen's intellectual property rights. This approach allows researchers to gain rich and detailed insights into intellectual property rights protection practices in the context of the marble artisan industry. Marble craftsmen in Tulungagung still need stronger intellectual property legal protection to prevent cases of copyright and trademark infringement. The government and related institutions need to increase outreach and education to marble craftsmen regarding the importance of legal protection of intellectual property, as well as simplify the registration process for copyrights, trademarks and industrial designs so that craftsmen can easily protect their work legally. Marble crafts in Tulungagung have high artistic and economic value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini relevan untuk memahami peran Fintech dalam transformasi ekonomi dan dampak regulasi hukum. Dengan kajian yang mendalam, diharapkan hasil penelitian dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pemahaman Fintech di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif normatif deskriptif. Metode ini digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena dalam artikel fintech di Indonesia dari perspektif hukum dan ekonomi yang mendalam. Regulasi fintech di Indonesia sangat penting untuk mengatur perkembangan ekonomi digital. Undang-undang dan regulasi fintech di Indonesia berkaitan erat dengan upaya pemerintah untuk mengawasi dan mengatur perkembangan fintech dalam rangka melindungi konsumen dan menjaga stabilitas sistem keuangan. Berbagai regulasi seperti Peraturan Bank Indonesia dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan telah diterapkan untuk memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan fintech terhadap prinsip tata kelola yang baik, perlindungan konsumen, dan mitigasi risiko terkait layanan keuangan digital. Regulasi yang baik akan melindungi konsumen, mendorong inovasi, dan menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang sehat.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between social support and self-confidence among university students within the context of social interactions in the higher education environment. Social support plays an important role in helping students adapt to academic and social demands, which in turn may influence their level of self-confidence. This research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational design. The participants were university students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using social support and self-confidence questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed a significant positive relationship between social support and self-confidence, indicating that higher levels of social support are associated with higher self-confidence among students. These findings suggest that social support from peers, family, and the academic environment contributes positively to the development of students’ self-confidence. Therefore, efforts to strengthen social support systems in higher education institutions are important to enhance students’ social and psychological well-being.
