Abstract

The scholarship provided for the students who are taking either D3 or bachelor degree (S1) in STMIK SinarNusantara is alocated from Dirjen DIKTI which in here is represented by Regional VI of Kopertis throughSTMIK Sinar Nusantara. So far, the selection process of the scholarship receiver candidates is still carried outmanually so that it is possible enough to have unwanted mistakes appeared either in the data recording process or the determination of the scholarship receiver candidates. To overcome the mentioned problem, it is necessary to develop a decision support system in determining the candidates of the scholarship receiver. This decision support system has 9 criterion and uses mathematic model. The system which is developed uses the help of data flow diagram and entity relationship diagram. the result of this prototype will be able to help the selection team in scoring the candidates whether they are less proper, proper, or very proper to get the scholarship. The score ranking will be able to help the selection team in determining the scholarship receiver.

Abstract

Abstract— Reversible watermarking schemes are widely used to maintain the authenticity of the digital image. This research will discuss a method on histogram modification of difference image in which the difference image is created from the difference value of adjacent pixels of the image grayscale.  Embedding process begins by dividing the host image and watermark into b blocks, followed by making a difference image of the host image block. From the difference image histogram, determine the peak value, and modify the histogram based on the peak value. Then, insert each block of the watermark to the difference image that has been modified and transform back into the grayscale image.Extraction and recovery process is the inverted version of the embedding stage. This process begins by dividing the watermarked image into b blocks, followed by making a difference image of each block. Then, extract the data and shift difference image histogram using a peak value. That difference image is transformed back into a grayscale image. Experimental results demonstrate that the average insertion capacity is 14% greater than Xue's with PSNR value over 48 dB for 4 x 4 pixels and 23 % greater with PSNR over 46 dB for 8 x 8 pixels. From the comparison of robustness to line and salt n’ pepper on the density of 0.05 noises is obtained that the watermark with ECC is more robust than a watermark without ECC. JPEG compression in lossless mode may be applied to the watermarked image. Multiple insertion of watermark can be done with the consequence that the more insertions will result in lower PSNR values.Keywords—difference image, histogram modification, reversible watermarking

Abstract

Sistem Pakar adalah salah satu bagian dari Kecerdasan Buatan yang mengandung pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang dimasukkan oleh banyak pakar ke dalam suatu area pengetahuan tertentu, sehingga setiap orang dapat menggunakannya untuk memecahkan berbagai masalah yang bersifat spesifik, dalam hal ini adalah penentuan gerakan motorik pada Pertumbuhan Balita.Pertumbuhan balita bisa terjadi berdasarkan beberapa factor, yaitu berdasarkan kelahirannya dan pertumbuhan gizi yang dikonsumsi. Dengan memanfaatkan metode Case-base Reasoning, dapat dihasilkan suatu aplikasi untuk mengidentifikasi pertumbuhan balita. Dengan harapan sistem ini nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai sarana atau sebagai pengetahuan dalam menjaga kestabilan pertumbuhan balita dan membantu anda untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal dalam menjaga pertumbuhan setiap balita. Metode Case Based Reasoning (CBR) digunakan dalam aplikasi Pertumbuhan Balita dengan menggunakan Perhitungan Nearest Neighbor, Dimana data kasus baru akan dibandingkan perhitungannya dengan data kasus lama yang ada di database, dan kemudian dihitung kriteria kemiripannya berdasarkan rumus atau ketentuan yang berlaku.Kata kunci : sistem pakar, pertumbuhan balita, case based reasoning.

Abstract

Some residents in Girimarto sub-district make industrial businesses their main source of livelihood. The lack of information about the home industry in the Girimarto District area results in a less than optimal marketing of industrial products and the sale of products produced only around Wonogiri Regency. In addition, the inequality in the provision of facilities from the government has resulted in the very slow development of home industries.Based on these problems, an application will be made system geographic informality mapping the potential of a home industry in the District of Girimarto to provide information on existing home industries and grouping data using a Fuzzy tahani  model database modeling to provide the results of classification of home industry data based on variable number of production per year, number of workers and the amount of turnover per year. The results of this system classification / grouping of home industry data in accordance with selected criteria with the highest fire strength value 1 from (interval 0-1). Hopefully this application can help provide information to the public about the home industry in the District of Girimarto and be able to classify home industry data so that it can be used as a decision-making material in how to develop the industry.

Abstract

In an attempt to achieve the well-being of Indonesia, one of the Government's policies that need to be implemented are the deployment and implementation of the transmigration program. In General only a transmigration program offered by the Government to all societies without knowing the economic background and his family so that the transmigration program was not right on target. Based on the background of the problems in this research is how to design, build, develop and implement Fuzzy C-Means Clustering on Regional Mapping System for classifying the area potentially Homesteader in Kartasura. The data obtained by conducting interviews at the population administration of the subdistrict of Kartasura, observation, and study of the literature. In this research, the author uses secondary data. Data obtained from Reports in Kartasura Subdistrict number 2015 by BPS (Statistics Indonesia) Sukoharjo Regency. The results obtained are Fuzzy C-Means method can be applied to a system of mapping the area potentially Homesteader in Kartasura can optimize the work of the Government in the implementation of the resettlement program. Testing the cluster with Center validation methods using MPC alternate data criteria in the period the year 2014 and 2015 which States that 3 clusters are the cluster validation.Keywords: Classification, Fuzzy C-Means, Transmigration

Abstract

District Klaten has many springs that are used by people for many things; one of them used for tourist attractions is umbul tourism. It is difficult to use K-Means Clustering Method for determine umbul tourism according to classification and spread in district Klaten. K-Means Clustering is a method of grouping data by taking parameters of a number clusters, and partitioning data into clusters, based on similarities between data in one cluster and dissimilarities between different clusters, the center of the cluster is the average of the cluster member values it called as centroid. The results of this study are grouping the umbul truism which are divided into three clusters namely Enough, Good and The Best. The result of the data, there are 4 umbul tourisms in the first cluster is Beautiful category, namely Tirtomoyo, Buto, Pancuran, and Besuki. In the third cluster of umbul tourism has good category, namely Tirto Mulyani umbul, Gedaren, Sumber Nila, Manten, Sigedang, and Kajen. In the best category in the second cluster has 8 umbul tourisms, namely Nila umbul, Tirto Mulyono, Ingas, Lumban Tirto, Ponggok, Tirto Raharjo, Jolotundo, and Tirtomulyono.Keywords: K-Means Clustering, Umbul, Umbul Category, Tourist Destination

Abstract

Belum adanya sistem aplikasi yang dapat memberikan hasil keputusan alternatif yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dalam proses mengambil keputusan saat menentukan calon penerima beasiswa sesuai dengan kriteria dari pihak akademik menjadi kendala. Salah satu solusinya yaitu membuat aplikasi dengan Metode k-Nearest Neighbor dalam membantu membuat keputusan alternatif dalam menentukan calon penerima beasiswa. Untuk itu dibutuhkan  sistem komputerisasi yang tepat agar dapat terbentuk sebuah aplikasi penentuan calon penerima beasiswa dengan menggunakan metode k-Nearest Neighbor dan dapat membantu mempermudah tim seleksi beasiswa dalam menentukan calon penerima beasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi, metode analisis sistem dengan diagram Context, HIPO, DAD, desain database dengan ERD, implementasi program dengan PHP dan database mysql. Kriteria dalam penentuan calon penerima beasiswa ini yaitu Semester, Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK), penghasilan orang tua, dan Tanggungan Orang Tua. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap 22 data sampel yang di jadikan acuan dalam perhitungan k-Nearest Neighbor dalam menghasilkan keputusan diperoleh nilai  kekuratan sebesar 90,90% yang mana dalam algoritma k-Nearest Neighbor nilai tersebut termasuk besar karena algoritma k-Nearest Neighbor tidak menggunakan parameter untuk dijadikan acuan melainkan data sampel yang nilainya bervariasi .Kata kunci : Beasiswa, KNN (K-Nearest Neighbor),Diagram Context, HIPO, Diagram Alir Data

Abstract

The development of technology and information from day to day is always experiencing significant developments, with the technology aimed at facilitating and facilitating human activities in life. In this case the design of the application of the Binary Search Algorithm for the processing of Pharmacy Isna Farma data is made. The application program aims to facilitate the processing of drug data in pharmacies, so that the available supply can be controlled by the owner. In the search program using the keyword drug words or can with the drug code. The purpose of this research is to create a drug data search application system that is applied with a data search tool and change the system in the pharmacy from manual to computing. In research applying the Binary Search Algorithm, the Binary Search Algorithm is a technique with sorted data. In this thesis research using the Binary Search algorithm method with stages of analysis, system design, coding / construction, testing, and implementation. At the analysis stage, data collection is carried out, namely observation and literature study. At the system design stage using Unified Modeling Language (UML) including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. At the construction stage using the Java programming language Using the Netbeans application as a place for coding applications to become a system that is needed and the MySQL server as a database processor in the application. While the implementation of this system is an item data search application. Abstract

Penggunakan mobil membuat masyarakat lebih luas untuk memenuhi segala keperluannya, karena mobil merupakan alat transportasi kedua yang banyak digunakan masyarakat setelah sepeda motor. Keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam mengidentifikasi kerusakan yang terjadi pada mobil sering kali menyulitkan pengguna mobil untuk memperbaiki. Sistem ini dibangun untuk memprediksi kerusakan mobil dengan menggunakan penerapan metode naive beyes. Metode ini mampu menjadi solusi dari permasalahan diatas, karena naive beyes mampu memprediksi peluang di masa sebelumnya. Metode ini merupakan metode yang baik untuk pembelajaran berdasarkan data training, dengan menggunakan probabilitas bersyarat sebagai dasarnya dengan tingkat klasifikasi sederhana serta mudah dalam pengimplementasiannya. Sistem ini dibuat dengan mengambil data dari bengkel gunawan yang terdiri dari data kerusakan, gejala dan cara penanganannya yang kemudian akan dimasukkan kedalam rumus naïve bayes, guna mencari hasil yang akurat. Hasil berupa keluaran perhitungan data yang dilakukan sistem adalah menampilkan data kerusakan yang terjadi beserta solusi dari kerusakan. Dari hasil yang telah dilakukan sistem, kemudian akan dihitung dengan akurasi dari data manual dengan data yang dilakukan sistem. Hasil yang didapat dari perhitungan akurasi yaitu 85%, dihitung dari perbandingan data yang diperoleh.Kata kunci: Mesin Diesel, Konsultasi, Naive Bayes, Website

Abstract

Uninhabitable Housing Assistance (RTLH) is a government program which distribute  to village office, it has purpose to improve the life quality of community. Poor people can life convenient with Uninhibitable Houses Assistence. Determination of social assistence construction of Uninhabitable Houses is going to do by relying on the intitution. The purpose of this research is creating a decision support system that can help to determine the appropriate poor people are receiving social assistence of Uninhabitable House  (RTLH) using simple additive weighting (SAW) method. It is used the creteria such as, the monthly income, the occupation, the total of burden, the condition of house wall, the condition of house floor, the condition of house roof, and the condition of bathroom. The result of this research is the beneficial system for receiver of Uninhabitable Houses.
