Abstract

The occurences of iron mineralisation in upper part of Kusan River, Kapayang, Regency of Tanah Bumbu are still indicative and required more research to reveal the characteristic and potency of iron ore deposits. The research was conducted with reconnaissance survey using methode of geological mapping, sampling of rock, iron ore, lateritic soil, and panning concentrate of crushed ore material. The laboratory analyses involve petrographic, mineragraphic, grain mineralogy and geochemical assay. Iron ore in the research area consist of two deposit type are primary iron and lateritic iron. The genetic is related to procces of magmatism, metamorphism/metasomatic and hydrothermal. The primary iron ore mineral in altered dunite and gneiss-schist rocks are dominated by magnetite and hematite, some chromite and garnet. While in lateritic iron as resulted from weathering of pyroxenite-peridotite rock consist of hematite magnetite and goetit. Potency of exploration target of lateritic iron is 158,264 wmt and the grade of Fetot ranging from 49.45 to 54.89%. Grid soil geochemical exploration is suggested for follow up work using hand auger to collect soil sample in laterisation zone to obtain more optimize reource potency.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Regional Government's strategy in developing the Tanjung Lesung Tourism Area and identify obstacles and efforts to improve the community's economy. As a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and a national priority tourism destination, Tanjung Lesung has great potential in encouraging local growth, but its development still faces challenges. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method through interviews, observations, and documentation studies with informants from the Tourism Office, SEZ managers, MSME actors, and Pokdarwis. The analysis refers to the theory of Suryadana's tourism development strategy, including attractions, accessibility, amenities, and institutions. The results of the study show that the government's strategy focuses on the development of attractions through the involvement of MSMEs and cultural preservation, as well as improving facilities with training and community assistance. This strategy has a positive impact on increasing income and job creation. However, there are obstacles in the form of limited regional authority in SEZ management, lack of optimal accessibility and infrastructure, weak collaboration between stakeholders, low capacity of local human resources, and inconsistent promotion. The government's efforts include increasing human resource capacity, facilitating MSMEs in events, and cross-sector coordination. In conclusion, the Tanjung Lesung tourism development strategy has contributed to economic empowerment, but it is not optimal, so stronger synergy is needed between the government, the private sector, and the community to realize sustainable tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang manajemen penguatan pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam berbasis higher order thinking skills (HOTS). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen penguatan pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam berbasis higher order thinking skills (HOTS) sudah dilakukan dengan pendekatan manajemen. Pada pelaksanaannya, manajemen pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam juga mengidentifikasi berbagai masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru maupun siswa dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis HOTS serta berbagai upaya pemecahan masalah. Siswa nyaman dan senang ketika menghadapi pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam yang bervariatif tidak membosankan dan proses penilaiannya lebih objektif meskipun penerapannya di lapangan dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal sekolah.
