Abstract

The people of Sukamakmur Village, Ciomas, West Java, face limited access to health care and clean water. This problem has resulted in a decreased quality of life, increased risk of water-based diseases, and low public understanding of clean and healthy lifestyles. This community service program attempts to provide solutions through the implementation of IoT Sterilization and Water Purifier technology at the Kemuning 1A Integrated Health Post (Posyandu). The goal is to improve Posyandu health services, ensure the availability of clean drinking water, and empower Posyandu cadres to be independent in the use and maintenance of technology. This is in line with SDG 3 (Healthy and Prosperous Life) and SDG 6 (Clean Water and Adequate Sanitation) through training and mentoring activities on the use of IoT Sterilization and Water Purifier devices, as well as socialization and counseling on healthy lifestyles and the importance of clean drinking water to support the realization of a healthy and prosperous life. The activity methods include socialization, cadre training, mentoring on the use of tools, technology application, and program evaluation and replication. In terms of increasing community knowledge through the transfer of IoT Sterilization technology to sterilize and kill microbes, positive behavioral changes in water use and management, the community's ability to operate and maintain equipment independently, and cadres acting as health education facilitators, the empowerment of partners in the social aspect of the community has increased from 20% to 80%. Meanwhile, in terms of improving management capabilities, this is reflected in the availability of clean water access directly at the Integrated Health Post (Posyandu), the development of documentation and program models that can be adapted by other Posyandus, resulting in an increase in partner empowerment in the management aspect from 35% to 85%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Transformasi digital pada sektor perikanan menuntut pelaku UMKM untuk mampu beradaptasi terhadap teknologi komunikasi yang efisien, khususnya dalam pelayanan pelanggan dan pemasaran. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun Bot WhatsApp otomatis berbasis bahasa pemrograman Golang yang diintegrasikan dengan Application Programming Interface (API) Perplexity, sebuah model kecerdasan buatan berbasis Large Language Model (LLM). Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan efektivitas interaksi pelanggan dan efisiensi promosi produk perikanan, khususnya pada kelompok pembudidaya ikan nila salin di Desa Tunggulrejo, Kecamatan Tayu, Kabupaten Pati. Sistem menggunakan library whatsmeow untuk koneksi WhatsApp, serta SQLite sebagai basis data lokal untuk manajemen sesi perangkat. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa bot mampu menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dengan relevan dan efisien, dengan tingkat respons rata-rata di bawah 3 detik. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan potensi besar integrasi AI-driven conversational marketing pada sektor UMKM perikanan untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing. Kata kunci : Bot WhatsApp, Golang, API Perplexity, Digital Marketing, UMKM Perikanan.  ABSTRACT The digital transformation in the fisheries sector requires MSMEs to adapt to efficient communication technologies, particularly in customer service and marketing. This study designs and develops an automatic WhatsApp Bot based on the Go programming language integrated with the Perplexity API, a Large Language Model (LLM)-based artificial intelligence service. The system aims to enhance customer interaction and marketing efficiency for fishery micro-entrepreneurs, especially the saline tilapia farming group in Tunggulrejo Village, Tayu District, Pati Regency. The bot utilizes the whatsmeow library for WhatsApp connectivity and SQLite as the local database for device session management. Testing results show that the bot provides relevant and responsive answers with an average response time below 3 seconds. The implementation demonstrates the potential of integrating AI-driven conversational marketing into the fisheries MSME sector to expand market reach and strengthen competitiveness. Keywords: WhatsApp Bot, Golang, Perplexity API, Digital Marketing, Fisheries MSMEs.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengendalian kualitas udara di lingkungan industri merupakan aspek penting untuk menjaga kenyamanan serta kesehatan pekerja. Penelitian ini mengembangkan alat Monitoring dan Kontrolling Kualitas Udara menggunakan platform IoT ThingSpeak sebagai pengembangan dari sistem sebelumnya yang hanya berfungsi sebagai pemantau kualitas udara tanpa mekanisme kontrol. Pada versi terbaru ini, ditambahkan modul humidifier sebagai aktuator untuk meningkatkan kelembapan udara secara otomatis apabila kondisi udara terdeteksi berada pada batas tidak aman. Selain itu, platform pemantauan juga dialihkan menjadi ThingSpeak yang menyediakan fasilitas penyimpanan dan visualisasi data secara daring serta pemantauan jarak jauh. Sistem menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai pusat kendali yang terhubung ke jaringan WiFi. Sensor MQ-135 digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas udara dalam satuan ppm, sedangkan sensor DHT11 mengukur suhu dan kelembapan ruangan. Data hasil pengukuran ditampilkan secara langsung melalui layar OLED dan dikirim ke ThingSpeak untuk dipantau secara real-time. Jika nilai ppm melebihi ambang batas yang ditentukan, sistem secara otomatis mengaktifkan humidifier hingga kualitas udara kembali normal. Pengujian sistem dilakukan di PT SuryaKabel Cemerlang pada dua hari berbeda untuk menilai keandalan alat. Pada hari Sabtu diperoleh kondisi udara baik pada pukul 10.00–10.45 WIB dengan nilai 223–234 ppm, dan kondisi udara buruk pada pukul 13.15–13.45 WIB dengan nilai 250–267 ppm. Sementara pada hari Senin kondisi udara baik tercatat pada pukul 10.00–10.45 WIB dengan nilai 243–257 ppm, dan kondisi udara buruk pada pukul 14.30–14.45 WIB dengan nilai mencapai 345–356 ppm. Sistem merespons seluruh kondisi buruk dengan mengaktifkan humidifier secara otomatis. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa alat mampu melakukan monitoring dan pengendalian kualitas udara secara efektif, responsif, dan dapat diakses dari jarak jauh, sehingga layak diterapkan pada lingkungan pabrik maupun ruang tertutup lainnya. Kata kunci : Internet of Things, Kualitas Udara, ThingSpeak, NodeMCU ESP8266, Humidifier Otomatis.  ABSTRACT Air quality control in industrial environments is crucial for maintaining worker comfort and health. This research develops an Air Quality Monitoring and Control tool using the ThingSpeak IoT platform as an improvement over the previous system, which only functioned as an air quality monitor without a control mechanism. In this latest version, a humidifier module is added as an actuator to automatically increase air humidity if air conditions are detected to be at an unsafe level. In addition, the monitoring platform is also switched to ThingSpeak, which provides online data storage and visualization facilities as well as remote monitoring. The system uses a NodeMCU ESP8266 as a control center connected to a WiFi network. The MQ-135 sensor is used to measure air quality in ppm units, while the DHT11 sensor measures room temperature and humidity. The measurement data is displayed directly on an OLED screen and sent to ThingSpeak for real-time monitoring. If the ppm value exceeds the specified threshold, the system automatically activates the humidifier until the air quality returns to normal. System testing was conducted at PT SuryaKabel Cemerlang on two different days to assess the reliability of the device. On Saturday, good air conditions were recorded at 10:00–10:45 WIB with a value of 223–234 ppm, and poor air conditions at 1:15–1:45 WIB with a value of 250–267 ppm. Meanwhile, on Monday, good air conditions were recorded at 10:00–10:45 WIB with a value of 243–257 ppm, and poor air conditions at 2:30–2:45 WIB with a value of 345–356 ppm. The system responded to all adverse conditions by automatically activating the humidifier. These results indicate that the device is capable of monitoring and controlling air quality effectively, responsively, and can be accessed remotely, making it suitable for application in factory environments and other closed spaces. Keywords: Internet of Things, Air Quality, ThingSpeak, NodeMCU ESP8266, Automatic Humidifier.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perawatan luka yang efektif memerlukan pemantauan kondisi luka secara berkala untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi dan mempercepat proses penyembuhan. Namun, metode pemantauan konvensional masih mengandalkan pemeriksaan manual yang bersifat periodik sehingga berpotensi menyebabkan keterlambatan intervensi medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem pemantauan luka pasien berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan memanfaatkan mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai pusat kendali. Sistem ini dilengkapi sensor suhu dan kelembaban yang ditempatkan pada area luka untuk mendeteksi perubahan kondisi yang mengindikasikan risiko infeksi. Data hasil pengukuran dikirimkan secara real-time melalui koneksi Wi-Fi ke server cloud dan ditampilkan pada aplikasi smartphone atau dashboard berbasis web. Dengan demikian, tenaga medis dapat melakukan pemantauan jarak jauh serta memperoleh informasi terkini terkait perkembangan luka pasien. Metode pengembangan sistem mencakup perancangan perangkat keras, pemrograman ESP32 untuk proses akuisisi dan pengiriman data, serta implementasi platform visualisasi berbasis IoT. Pengujian dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sensor, kualitas transmisi data, serta tingkat respons sistem dalam menyampaikan notifikasi perubahan kondisi luka. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memantau suhu dan kelembaban luka secara kontinu dengan tingkat akurasi yang baik serta keterlambatan transmisi data yang rendah. Sistem pemantauan luka pasien berbasis ESP32 dan IoT ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi pendukung dalam pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya untuk pasien rawat jalan maupun pasien dengan risiko infeksi tinggi seperti penderita diabetes. Implementasi teknologi ini berpotensi meningkatkan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan medis, mengurangi komplikasi, serta memperbaiki kualitas hidup pasien sebagai bagian dari pengembangan layanan kesehatan digital. Kata kunci : ESP32, Internet of Things, Pemantauan Luka, Wearable Device, Monitoring Real-Time.  ABSTRACT Effective wound care requires regular monitoring of wound conditions to prevent infection and accelerate the healing process. However, conventional monitoring methods still rely on periodic manual examinations, which can potentially cause delays in medical intervention. This study aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based patient wound monitoring system using an ESP32 microcontroller as the control center. This system is equipped with temperature and humidity sensors placed on the wound area to detect changes in conditions that indicate a risk of infection. The measurement data is sent in real-time via a Wi-Fi connection to a cloud server and displayed on a smartphone application or web-based dashboard. Thus, medical personnel can perform remote monitoring and obtain the latest information regarding the development of the patient's wound. The system development method includes hardware design, ESP32 programming for data acquisition and transmission, and the implementation of an IoT-based visualization platform. Testing was conducted to evaluate sensor performance, data transmission quality, and the system's response rate in delivering wound condition change notifications. The test results showed that the system was able to continuously monitor wound temperature and humidity with a good level of accuracy and low data transmission latency. This ESP32 and IoT-based patient wound monitoring system is expected to be a supporting solution in healthcare services, especially for outpatients and patients with a high risk of infection, such as diabetics. The implementation of this technology has the potential to increase the speed of medical decision-making, reduce complications, and improve the quality of life of patients as part of the development of digital health services. Keywords: ESP32, Internet of Things, Wound Monitoring, Wearable Devices, Real-Time Monitoring

Abstract

ABSTRAK Segmentasi penjualan merupakan hal yang penting dalam industri pompa air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan produk pompa air berdasarkan karakteristik penjualan mereka menggunakan algoritma K-Means. Data penjualan yang digunakan mencakup informasi tentang nama produk, jumlah terjual, dan total pemasukan. Metode penelitian meliputi exploratory data analysis (EDA), preprocessing data (penanganan outlier dan transformasi data), penerapan algoritma K-Means, dan evaluasi cluster menggunakan metrik Inertia dan Silhouette Score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk pompa air dapat dikelompokkan menjadi empat cluster berdasarkan karakteristik penjualan mereka. Cluster 0 memiliki jumlah penjualan dan pemasukan tinggi, cluster 1 memiliki jumlah penjualan dan pemasukan rendah, cluster 2 memiliki jumlah penjualan sedang hingga tinggi dengan pemasukan sedang, dan cluster 3 memiliki jumlah penjualan rendah namun pemasukan tinggi. Evaluasi Silhouette Score menunjukkan bahwa clustering yang dihasilkan cukup baik, meskipun tidak sempurna. Hasil segmentasi ini dapat memberikan wawasan berharga bagi perusahaan pompa air untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan tepat sasaran. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah melakukan analisis lebih lanjut untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor lain yang dapat menjelaskan variasi dalam setiap cluster dan mempertimbangkan penggunaan metode clustering lainnya. Kata kunci : Clustering, K-Means, Pompa Air, Segmentasi Penjualan  ABSTRACT Sales segmentation is important in the water pump industry. This research aims to group water pump products based on their sales characteristics using the K-Means algorithm. The sales data used includes information about product name, quantity sold, and total income. Research methods include exploratory data analysis (EDA), data preprocessing (outlier handling and data transformation), application of the K-Means algorithm, and cluster evaluation using Inertia and Silhouette Score metrics. The research results show that water pump products can be grouped into four clusters based on their sales characteristics. Cluster 0 has high sales and income, cluster 1 has low sales and income, cluster 2 has medium to high sales with medium income, and cluster 3 has low sales but high income. Silhouette Score evaluation shows that the resulting clustering is quite good, although not perfect. The results of this segmentation can provide valuable insight for water pump companies to develop more effective and targeted marketing strategies. Suggestions for further research are to carry out further analysis to identify other factors that can explain variations within each cluster and consider the use of other clustering methods. Keywords: Clustering, K-Means, Sales Segmentation, Water Pump

Abstract

ABSTRAK Diabetes merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis yang memerlukan pemantauan kadar gula darah secara rutin. Alat pengukur gula darah yang akurat dan mudah digunakan sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu penderita diabetes dalam memantau kondisi kesehatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan alat pengukur gula darah berbasis Arduino yang efisien dan terjangkau. Alat ini menggunakan sensor glucometer yang terhubung dengan mikrokontroler Arduino untuk mendeteksi kadar glukosa dalam darah. Data hasil pengukuran ditampilkan pada layar LCD dan dapat disimpan atau dikirim melalui modul Bluetooth untuk pemantauan jarak jauh. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan alarm peringatan jika kadar gula darah berada di luar batas normal. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa alat ini memiliki akurasi yang baik dan respons yang cepat dalam mengukur kadar gula darah. Dengan biaya yang lebih rendah dan penggunaan yang sederhana, alat ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi alternatif bagi masyarakat dalam memantau kadar gula darah secara mandiri dan efektif. Kata kunci : Diabetes, Gula Darah, Sensor Glucometer, Bluetooth, LCD.  ABSTRACT Diabetes is a chronic disease that requires regular monitoring of blood sugar levels. An accurate and easy-to-use blood sugar meter is needed to help people with diabetes monitor their health conditions. This research aims to design and develop an efficient and affordable Arduino-based blood sugar meter. This tool uses a glucometer sensor connected to an Arduino microcontroller to detect glucose levels in the blood. The measurement data is displayed on the LCD screen and can be stored or sent via Bluetooth module for remote monitoring. The system is also equipped with a warning alarm if blood sugar levels are outside normal limits. The test results show that this device has good accuracy and fast response in measuring blood sugar levels. With lower cost and simple usage, this tool is expected to be an alternative solution for the community in monitoring blood sugar levels independently and effectively. Keywords: Diabetes, Gula Darah, Sensor Glukometer, Bluetooth, LCD.

Abstract

Kemampuan berbicara (speaking) menjadi faktor utama penguasaan bahasa Inggris. Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) Al-Ikhlas yang berlokasi di Pondok Aren merupakan lembaga pendidikan agama yang menghendaki peserta didik memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris, selain ilmu agama. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, ditemukan bahwa peserta didik kesulitan berbicara dalam bahasa Inggris. Oleh sebab itu, tim PkM memutuskan terjun dan menawarkan solusi permasalahan berupa pengajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Inggris menggunakan karya sastra berupa cerita buku. Kegiatan PkM bertujuan untuk motivasi orang tua dalam menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri anak, meningkatkan daya dan minat anak membaca buku, serta menambah pengetahuan pendidik terhadap proses pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Tim menggunakan metode Storytelling dan Total Phisycal Response. Hasilnya meningkatnya motivasi belajar para peserta didik bahasa Inggris, minat membaca melalui media cerita bergambar dan menyampaikan isi cerita menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Hal ini secara tidak langsung dapat melatih peserta didik dalam berbicara bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

Checking the pregnant woman's womb during pregnancy is very important and should be done regularly. In the examination, the calculation of the number of heartbeats in a certain time interval is called beats per minute. The matrix of a person's heart condition is BPM (beats per Minute). This research is related to making a prototype of a pregnant woman's heart rate device using a fingerprint sensor. The tool can be used for health experts, namely midwives. The test results of abnormal heart rate of pregnant women are 1 person. This tool is very easy to use because it is portable (easy to carry everywhere) and its use by attaching the fingerprints of pregnant women to the max30100 sensor for 10-15 seconds using the index finger, the sensor will process the data read by the NodeMCU receiving data and the data transmission process is displayed on the IP Addres in the form of BPM. NodeMCU must be connected via wifi / hotspot with one Ip address and must have an account to be able to access on the internet platform, namely google chrome or mozila firefox so that it can be accessed via smartphone or personal computer.

Abstract

The results of the 2022 Service Team questionnaire survey at Posyandu Kemuning 1A Sukamakmur Ciomas Village require regular heart checks, so far the midwife uses a stethoscope and the data is stored using a manual book so that it is inconvenient for patients to do pregnancy control per month. The main purpose of pregnancy checks is to keep the pregnancy healthy, monitor the growth and development of the fetus so that it is detected as early as possible abnormalities of the fetus and pregnant women, so it is necessary to transfer knowledge through socialization activities and mentoring of heart check health training. The outputs produced in this activity are the use of science and technology technology for the community including the use of heart medical records for checking heart disease and research results, optimizing community services, and helping to create peace and comfort in the community and helping to facilitate early heart checks. This activity also resulted in publications in community service journals, articles in several electronic publication media, activity videos, product IPR. This community service implements IKU 2, namely students gaining experience outside the campus and IKU 3 where lecturers carry out activities outside the campus and IKU 5, namely the work of lecturers is used by the community.

Good fetal growth and development from the mother's womb can give birth to a generation that is healthy, intelligent, and of good character. Good fetal growth is influenced by several factors, namely: Good eating habits, hormonal factors and the environment around the fetus. One way to maximize the process of fetal growth in the womb is that the mother must play an active role in making efforts so that the baby grows actively when born later. one of them is to take advantage of fetal stimulation in the womb with a music sound player system for the fetus. Based on the 2023 questionnaire, there is a request from the community for the community service team to hold socialization and training on healthy heart and fetal development using the research results of the Lecturer which can be implemented in the 2024 community service program to implement the Fetal Music Instrumental Tool to Help Fetal Growth in the Womb of Pregnant Women at Posyandu Kemuning 1A Sukamakmur Village, Ciomas. This community service implements IKU 2, namely students gaining experience outside campus and IKU 3 where lecturers carry out activities outside campus and IKU 5, namely the work of lecturers is used by the community. In addition, this activity produces HAKI products, videos of activities, articles in various electronic media, and publications in community service journals.
