Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the waste tofu and EM4 on the growth and yield chinese green mustard. The experiment was conducted in the field of Merapi Organic Farm, located in Balangan Wukirsari village, Cangkringan, Sleman Yogyakarta. The altitude is 500 meters above sea level with temperature of 23 0C - 29 0C and regosol soil type. This research was conducted in October through December 2016. The experiment was a factorial 4 x 2 and one control, arranged in a randomized complete block design. The treatment consists of two factors, the first factor is the concentration of waste tofu. The second factor is EM4 and without adding EM4. Each treatment was repeated three times. Observations included plant height, leaf number, fresh weight of canopy, fresh root weight, dry weight of canopy, root dry weight, dry weight of plant and yield per hectare. The result of analysis shows that there is no interaction between the two factors on growth and yield variables. Provision of waste tofu and EM4 showed no real effect on growth and crop yields

Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence combination of AB Mix and Organic Liquid Fertilizer (POC) made from goat manure on the growth and yield of the mustard by hydroponic. This reseach conducted by single factor experiment which arranged by Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) which consisted of 4 treatment levels. The first treatment was AB Mix without POC as control, the second treatment was AB Mix + POC (v/v = 3:1), the third treatment was AB Mix + POC (v/v = 1:1), the fourth treatment was AB Mix + POC (v/v = 1:3). The data analysis used analysis of variance (variance analysis) which continued by Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) of 5% significance.  The research results showed that there was significant by difference result of the plant height, the number of leaves, the width of leaf, the fresh weight, the dry weight, and chlorophyll content. The results indicated that the treatment of AB Mix without POC as control and the treatment combination  of AB Mix + POC (v/v = 3:1) gave same results but both of the treatments gave better result that of the treatment combination of AB Mix + POC (v/v = 1:1) and the treatment combination of AB Mix + POC (v/v = 1:3). The treatment of AB Mix without POC or control showed the lower result of chlorophyll content than the combination of AB Mix + POC

Abstract

The aim of this research namely to know the Konsentrate and interval giving humic acid for growth of cane plant seeds (Saccarum Officinarum L). This is done at Sugar Factory Maduskismo PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero), Padokan Village, Tirtonirmolo, Kasihan Sub, Bantul Regency, The research is done at march up to may. This research is arraged with RAKL desaign with two factor , first is konsentrate 4% (D1), 6% (D2), 8% (D3). The second factor is giving interval 15 days (I1), 30 days (I2), 45 days (I3). The variable which is used covers number of leaves, wide of leaves, groos weight of leaves, dry weight of analysis use varianty fingerprint (anova) and continued with the smallest real different test (BNT) with real leadder 5%. The result of giving humic acid show that there are interaction at stemdiameter variable, plant long, leaf long.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the optimal of concentration and application interval of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) in the growth and yield of red beans (phaseolus vulgaris L). The research was carried out in Pusat Pelatihan Pertanian dan Pedesaan Swadaya (P4S) “Lestari Makmur” Located In Wates Street Km 12 Polaman, Argorejo Village, Sedayu District, Bantul Regency, Special Region Of Yogyakarta.  The research was conducted by 3 x 2 + 1 factorial experiment arranged in Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor was the concentration Of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) consists of 3 levels namely: 1%, 2%, and 3%. The second factor was interval of Liquid Organic Fertilizer application consists of 2 levels: once week watering and watering every 2 weeks.  The result of this experiment indicated that there was no interaction between concentration and interval application of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) on plant height, plant dry weight, flowers number, pods number, pod dry weight and pod length. Interval application of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) had significantly effect on pod length and plant dry weight

Abstract

This research was to determine the effect of drying treatment and milling frequency on the yield and physical quality of rice situ bagendit varieties. This research was conducted in jogonalan sub-district, Klaten Regency. The area is located at an altitude of 114 masl and is included in the lowlands, then has an average rainfall of 8mm-350mm every month. The average air temperature is 280-300 C with 153mm/s wind speed every month and has regosol soil type. This research was conducted in August-September 2018, using a 3x3 factorial trial design arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). The first factor is the drying time which consists of 3 levels, namely drying 10 hours, 20 hours and 30 hours. The second factor is the grinding frequency which consists of three levels, namely grinding once, grinding twice, and grinding three times. Each experimental unit was combined and repeated as many as three replications. Observation variables included the percentage of grain and rice moisture content, milled yield, percentage of head rice, broken rice, menir rice, limestone grains, grain grains, weight of husks and bran, as well as the degree of social value. The results of the data analysis showed an interaction between the two experimental factors on the percentage of rice moisture content, milled yield, broken lime grains, whole rice, menir rice, broken rice, husk weight, and milling degree. The treatment of drying for 20 hours and the frequency of milling three times showed the highest yield, then on the physical quality of rice the combination of 20 hours of drying treatment and one-time grinding showed the highest yield of whole rice

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of goat fertilizer and Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) from goat manure on the response of the best growth of cacao (Thebroma cacao L.) seeds. The research is a field experiment compiled in a Randomized Complete Group Design (RAKL). The study was conducted at the Nglanggeran Agricultural Technology Park (TTP) from April to July 2018. The treatment consisted of 4 combinations and 1 dick, namely: Provision of goat manure with a ratio of 1: 1, goat manure with a ratio of 1: 2 and fertilizer application liquid organic with a ratio (0.75) equivalent to 10 L / ha, the distribution of liquid organic fertilizer with a ratio (1.5) equivalent to 20 L / ha and control treatment. (Observations include plant height, leaf number, leaf length, leaf width, stem diameter, fresh weight and plant dry weight). Observation data were analyzed with variance at 5% real level. Differences between treatments were tested by the DMRT Multiple Range Test at a 5% level. Based on the results of the study, the effect of the combination of goat manure and liquid organic fertilizer showed no significant difference (no interaction) with all nursery observation variables. The results of the response of the administration of goat manure did not occur significantly to any variable of nursery observation. The administration of liquid organic fertilizers did not occur in a significant difference to the variables of nursery observation. The treatment of liquid organic fertilizer was not significantly different from the control

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh macam dan dosis pupuk kandang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang panjang (Vigna sinensis L). Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di desa Kalikotes Kulon, RT 03 RW 06 Kecamatan Kalikotes, Klaten yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus-September 2018. Sifat agroklimat lahan penelitian ini adalah daerah rendah dengan ketinggian tempat 1.500 meter diatas permukaan laut (dpl), jenis tanah regosol, dengan pH tanah 5,6-7,6 suhu rata-rata yaitu 20-300 C. Penelitian menggunakan metode percobaan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan faktor pertama adalah macam pupuk kandang (M) yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) level yaitu macam pupuk kandang ayam (M1) macam pupuk kandang kambing (M2) dan macam pupuk kandang sapi (M3). Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk kandang (D) yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) level 10 ton/ha (D1), 15 ton/ha (D2), dan 20 ton/ha (D3). Total kombinasi 3 x 3 = 9 kombinasi. Setiap kombinasi perlakuan terdiri dari 3 ulangan. Variabel pengamatan meliputi jumlah daun, bobot segar akar bobot kering akar, bobot segar tajuk, jumlah panen polong per tanaman, panjang polong, dan bobot segar polong . Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak terjadi interaksi dan tidak ada beda nyata antara kedua faktor percobaan pada semua variabel pengamatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan dan hasil padi (Oriza sativa L.) varietas Inpari 33 dengan teknik sistem tanam jajar legowo dan dosis pupuk NPK 15:15:15. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan pertanian bertempat di Pusat Penelitian Pertanian dan Pedesaan Swadaya (P4S) Lestari Makmur Desa Argorejo, Sedayu, Kabupaten Bantul, Yogyakarta. Pada bulan April – Agustus 2019. Lokasi Penelitian Berada di Ketinggian 88 Mdpl, suhu 26-32̊C. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Split plot dengan 2 faktor yaitu Sistem tanam sebagai petak utama dan dosis pupuk NPK 15:15:15 sebagai anak petak terbagi , S1 = Sistem Tanam Tegel; S2 = Sistem Tanam Jajar Legowo 2:1; S3 = Sistem Tanam jajar legowo 4:1, dan P1 = Pupuk NPK 15:15:15 200 kg ha-1 ; P2 = Pupuk NPK 15:15:15 300 kg ha-1 ; P3 = Pupuk NPK 15:15:15 400 kg ha-1 serta dengan ulangan sebanyak 3 kali. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan produktif, umur Bunga 75%, panjang malai, persentase gabah isi, bobot kering panen, bobot gabah kering giling, bobot 1000 butir, bobot segar tanaman, bobot kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada terjadi interaksi terhadap bobot segar tanaman, dan bobot kering tanaman. Perlakuan sistem tanam menunjukan beda nyata pada variabel pengamatan tinggi tanaman, bunga 75%, panjang malai, bobot kering panen, bobot gabah kering giling Sedangkan perlakuan dosis pupuk menunjukan beda nyata pada variabel bobot 1000 butir

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi sistem tanam dan jenis pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi (Oryza sativa L) beras merah varietas pamelen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pusat Pelatihan Pertanian dan Pedesaan Swadaya (PAS) “Lestari Makmur” bertempat di Jalan Wates Km. 12 Dusun Semampir, Desa Argorejo, Kecamatan Sedayu, Kabupaten Bantul, Yogyakarta. Ketinggian tempat 88 mdpl, jenis tanah regosol, dengan pH tanah 5,5-7, suhu rata-rata yaitu 26-32oC, dan curah hujan yaitu 1.654 mm/tahun. Dilaksanakan pada bulan September – Desember 2019. Penelitian dilakukan dengan percobaan faktorial 3 x 3 , yang disusun dengan rancangan split plot dengan 3 kali ulangan. Main plot adalah sistem tanam yang terdiri dari 3 macam yaitu jajar legowo 4:1, jajar legowo 2:1 dan tegel 1:1. Sub plot adalah jenis pupuk NPK yaitu NPK phonska, NPK mutiara, NPK phonska plus. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, berat kering tanaman, jumlah anakan produktif, persentase gabah isi, bobot 1000 biji dan produksi gabah per hektar. Analisis variabel pengamatan menggunakan sidik ragam pada taraf 5%, dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf α = 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terjadi interaksi antara sistem tanam dan jenis pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi beras merah varietas pamelen. Perlakuan sistem tanam jajar legowo 2:1 memberikan hasil yang lebih tinggi pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi beras merah varietas pamelen dibandingkan sistem tanam jajarlegowo 4:1 dan sistem tanam tegel 1:1. Perlakuan jenis pupuk NPK tidak memberikan pengaruh yang beda nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compost and liquid organic fertilizer concentration on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.). The research was conducted in Mandungan 1 Hamlet, Margoluwih Village, Kec. Seyegan, Kab. Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research method used a factorial Completely Randomized Block Design (RAKL), with three replications, 10 combinations so that 30 plant plots were obtained from all combinations and replications. The first factor tested was compost S1 = compost 5 tons per ha, S2 = compost 10 tons per ha, S3 = compost 15 tons per ha. The second factor tested was liquid organic fertilizer C1 = 0.1 percent concentration, C2 = 0.2 percent concentration, C3 = 0.3 percent concentration and control = Urea 30 g, KCl 30 g, TSP 40 g. The observed growth and yield variables included plant height, number of branches, leaf area, leaf weight, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, age of flowering, number of fruit planted, weight of fruit planted and weight of fruit in plots. The treatment of various types of compost and POC doses showed that there was a significant difference in the growth and yield of cayenne pepper plants. The treatment of compost dose and liquid organic fertilizer concentration showed that there was a significant difference in the number of branches and the yield of cayenne pepper. There is an interaction between the type of treatment with the dose of compost and the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on the variable fruit weight per hectare. The treatment with 10 tons of compost per hectare with a POC concentration of 0.3% (S2C3) resulted in the highest fruit weight per hectare. The control treatment showed no significant difference to the growth and yield variables.
