Abstract

Pemanfaatan bahan alami dalam pembuatan sabun cuci piring memiliki potensi yang sangat besar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Sabun yang biasa digunakan untuk mencuci pada umumnya terbuat dari campuran alkali dan trigliserida dari asam lemak rantai karbon. Dalam proses pembuatan sabun pembusa yang umum digunakan adalah Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS). Penggunaan SLS ini mengakibatkan terjadinya iritasi kulit baik itu iritasi kulit ringan maupun iritasi kulit berat. Dengan adanya bahan alami dalam proses pembuatan sabun cuci piring, formulasi yang dihasilkan bisa ramah lingkungan serta tidak mengandung bahan SLS. Salah satu bahan alami yang digunakan adalah daun pandan (Pandanus amaryllifolius) yang memiliki kandungan alami flavonoid, alkaloid, tanin, polifenol dan saponin. Kandungan yang terdapat dalam saponin pada daun pandan berfungsi untuk menghasilkan busa serta memiliki zat anti bakteri. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pembelajaran dalam memanfaatkan bahan alami pada proses pembuatan sabun cuci piring. Pada pelatihan ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif warga masyarakat Desa Rejo Mulyo, Kecamatan Pasir Sakti, Kabupaten Lampung Timur sehingga metode yang digunakan adalah metode participatory action research. Hasil akhir dari pelatihan ini diharapkan menjadi peluang usaha dan meningkatkan perekonimian masyarakat di Desa Rejo Mulyo, Kecamatan Pasir Sakti, Kabupaten Lampung Timur. The use of natural ingredients in making dishwashing soap has enormous potential to improve the community's economy. Soap that is usually used for washing is generally made from a mixture of alkali and triglycerides from carbon chain fatty acids. In the process of making foaming soap, what is commonly used is Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS). The use of SLS causes skin irritation, both mild skin irritation and severe skin irritation. By having natural ingredients in the process of making dishwashing soap, the resulting formulation is environmentally friendly and does not contain SLS. One of the natural ingredients used is pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius) which contain natural flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, polyphenols and saponins. The saponin content in pandan leaves functions to produce foam and has anti-bacterial substances. The aim of this training is to provide learning in using natural ingredients in the process of making dishwashing soap. This training involved active participation from residents of Rejo Mulyo Village, Pasir Sakti District, East Lampung Regency, so the method used was participatory action research. Abstract

RS RAAMX adalah salah satu rumah sakit swasta yang masih terdapat beberapa masalah KAK dan PAK dalam waktu beberapa tahun ini. Berdasarkan masalah KAK dan PAK yang ada tersebut, RS perlu mengevaluasi dan melaksanakan SMK3 berdasarkan standar yang ada, diantaranya menekankan pada ISO 45001:2018. ISO 45001:2018 adalah Standar Internasional yang didalamnya memiliki elemen-elemen penilaian pada SMK3. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kesenjangan yang ada antara ISO 45001:2018 dan penerapan SMK3 yang sudah dilakukan dan diterapkan pada RS RAAMX dengan menggunakan pendekatan Gap Analysis. Pendekatan Gap Analysis dinilai efektif melalui observasi yang dibuat secara terstruktur dan menghasilkan saran perbaikan yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan dengan perhitungan Gap Analysis didapatkan nilai sebesar 6%. Nilai yang dihasilkan dari perhitungan menunjukan seberapa besar kesiapan RS RAAMX dalam penerapan dan implementasi ISO 45001:2018. RS RAAMX juga harus melakukan beberapa perbaikan berkelanjutan khususnya pada klausul 4.4, klausul 7.2, klausul 7.3, klausul 7.5.2, klausul 8.1.2, klausul 8.3, dan klausul 9.1.2

Abstract

Pengendalian mutu produk merupakan aspek krusial dalam industri manufaktur untuk memastikan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan memenuhi standar mutu yang ditetapkan. Dalam industri paving block, pengendalian mutu merupakan hal yang krusial karena produk tersebut digunakan dalam konstruksi infrastruktur yang membutuhkan kekuatan dan ketahanan yang tinggi. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pendekatan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) dalam pengendalian mutu produk paving block di CV Karya Mandiri Sejahtera Bandar Lampung. Pada tahap define, dilakukan identifikasi masalah mutu yang sering terjadi dalam produksi paving block. Tahap measure dilakukan pengumpulan data karakteristik mutu produk menggunakan diagram Pareto. Kemudian, data tersebut dianalisis pada tahap analyze untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab utama masalah mutu dengan bantuan diagram fishbone. Pada tahap improve, dilakukan perbaikan berdasarkan hasil analisis sebelumnya untuk meningkatkan mutu produk, seperti SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) dan IK (Work Instructions). Pada tahap control, dilakukan penerapan sistem pengendalian mutu untuk memastikan bahwa perbaikan yang dilakukan bersifat berkelanjutan dan tidak terjadi masalah yang sama, dengan cara membandingkan kondisi sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan perbaikan. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa jenis cacat dengan jumlah terbanyak adalah cacat patah geripis dan jumlah terkecil adalah cacat berlubang atau berongga. Nilai DPMO untuk cacat patah geripis sebelum dilakukan perbaikan adalah sebesar 54.107,35 dengan level sigma sebesar 3,1. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan, nilai DPMO untuk cacat patah geripis mengalami penurunan menjadi sebesar 22.364,37 dengan peningkatan level sigma sebesar 3,5. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perbaikan yang dilakukan memberikan dampak positif terhadap tingkat kualitas produk.

Abstract

Waste is a problem whose existence needs to be minimized, because waste can affect the productivity of a business. This research was conducted at UMKM Swadi Cipta Karya which operates in the convection sector with the main product being fishing bags. The main objective of this research is to minimize waste that occurs in the fishing bag production process. This research uses a lean manufacturing approach with several analysis stages in it, such as value stream mapping (VSM), waste failure mode effect analysis (WFMEA), value stream analysis tools (VALSAT), fishbone diagram, and kaizen. Data in the research were obtained through direct observation by identifying and measuring the time of activities carried out in the fishing bag production process. The results of the analysis using WFMEA conclude that there are main types of waste in the production process, namely transportation, unnecessary motion, and waiting. Analysis of tool selection using VALSAT concluded that PAM was selected to be used to eliminate waste, activities that had to be minimized were more dominant than activities that had to be eliminated (eliminated). These results also provide a layout design that can be implemented by MSMEs. Analysis using Kaizen concludes that the results of 5S are designing the layout well, arranging materials, conducting training, preparing materials, and placing sewing results in baskets to minimize or eliminate waste.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the propaganda evidence behind Hasan Tiro's communication reality in spreading the narrative of Islamism in Aceh. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a narrative analysis research strategy. The primary sources of this research are Hasan Tiro's books (writings) and speech recordings, which contain Islamist narratives disseminated to his followers. Based on the results of data analysis, this research produces novelty in developing political communication theory, namely Islamic propaganda communication theory with a da'wah maudhu'i approach. This research demonstrates that Hasan Tiro's political communication is religious narrative propaganda, and Hasan Tiro's propaganda narrative construction has the potential power to indoctrinate his followers with the Free Aceh ideology. The religious narrative constructed by Hasan Tiro encompasses jihadist thematic propositions from the Qur'an. This study has a limitation in that it does not include a netnographic analysis of the development of Hasan Tiro's propaganda on social media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat alat pengategorian kargo yang mudah digunakan dan dipahami untuk perusahaan asuransi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan saran tindakan penanganan risiko kargo yang optimal sebagai rekomendasi sehubungan dengan dampak risiko yang dihadapi asuransi kargo. Penelitian ini melakukan penerapan metode RFMEA untuk mengidentifikasi risiko serta mengkategorikan kargo berdasarkan besaran risikonya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode RFMEA yang dikembangkan dari metode FMEA. Metode RFMEA biasanya digunakan untuk menganalisis kegagalan yang terjadi pada proses produksi. Pada penelitian ini, metode RFMEA digunakan sebagai alat untuk menentukan kategori kargo pada asuransi kargo. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang merupakan data klaim asuransi kargo pada tahun 2019 – 2021 pada PT AAB. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa asumsi dalam pembuatan skala yang digunakan pada tabel RFMEA. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa tabel RFMEA yang berisikan kategori-kategori kargo yang telah dianalisis risikonya. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan terdapat beberapa perbedaan kategori kargo dengan guidelines yang dimiliki oleh PT AAB. Commodity coal dan heavy equipment berada pada kategori non-preferred.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta pengaruh word of mouth (WOM) pada studi kasus PO Gumarang Jaya, serta peran mediasi kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas layanan dan WOM. Penilaian kualitas layanan menggunakan pendekatan model CARTER yang terdiri dari complience, assurance, reliability, tangible, emphaty, responsiveness. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM- PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang berbentuk google form sebanyak 120 responden. Hasil temuan pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas layanan dapat mempengaruhi customer satisfaction dan WOM. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian juga mengungkapkan bahwa customer satisfaction dapat memediasi hubungan antara kualitas layanan dengan WOM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan dengan model CARTER memengaruhi secara signifikan variabel customer satisfaction. Terpenuhinya customer satisfaction  maka akan memberikan dorongan serta motivasi kepada orang lain untuk menggunakan PO Gumarang Jaya. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat diberikan kepada PO Gumarang jaya pada variabel tangible pada pelayanan penumpang dapat dilihat pada Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 98 Tahun 2013 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Angkutan Orang dengan Kendaraan Bermotor Umum dalam Trayek. Rekomendasi perbaikan lain yang disarankan yaitu melakukan survei penumpang, pemeliharaan rutin serta evaluasi kinerja tangible (fasilitas fisik).

Abstract

The province of Lampung has great potential as a farming producer of fish, among others cultivation of freshwater fish, saltwater fish, and brackish fish. Artificial feed, commonly called pellet, is the feed produced for cultivated fish ranging from freshwater payao fish and seawater. Big Hall of Marine Fisheries (BBPBL) has a medium-scale production factory that produces feed for tilapia fish, lily fish, shrimp fish, pomfret fish, and other feed. The production process at BBPBL has not yet had a standard time in the production process. It can affect processes in the production process, a less efficient working hour, and the labour force working freely. Therefore, the research wanted to design the cycle time of each subprocess of production, then obtain the normal time to determine the raw time used as standard time and determine the number of workers required for the output of production with the production standard in BBPBL. The result of this study is that the average production cycle time reached 32.18 minutes with data as much as 30. Once the cycle time is known, then the normal time obtained in the production process reached 34.67 minutes, and the raw time in the process of production reached 50.73 minutes for one cycle of the production process. Adding a workforce of 1 person to the weighing process can optimize the production process and also increase the output according to the desired target of 1,000 kg/day.

Abstract

The research was carried out at PT. Surya Tsabat Mandiri where the company still produces an unpredictable amount of defective products each time production. The purpose of the research is to determine the level of disability, identify the cause of the disability and make suggestions for improvement. The approaches used in this study are Statistical process control (SPC), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) with improvement proposals using the Kaizen approach. Based on data processing results using p control maps, as many as 36 data out of control with the most commonly occurring types of faulty products such as baked bread and sliced breads. The factors causing the occurrence of defective products are human, material, machine and environmental factors. Correctional action was proposed against the failure mode that had the highest RPN value. The results of FMEA analysis on the cause of sliced bread had the maximum RPN of 288 coming from the moist bread cause. The proposed improvements are the installation of a temperature meter and the creation of a room temperature maintenance SOP. The cause of the roasted bread with RPN 288 and 240 comes from the worker's less careful and responsive and worker less cautious during the process of reversing the bread. The improvement proposal is to make a work instruction to the employee and give knowledge about the importance ofining the quality of the product.

Abstract

DRK Tahu is a micro business producing various types of tofu, including white ones. This business is located in Gading Rejo District, Pringsewu. There are three types of waste found in the tofu-cutting process: transportation, delay, and storage. Transportation activities and delays cause a waste of time when completing the cutting process. The time required for the entire tofu cutting activity in one process is 832.65 seconds because the cutting work method still uses a wooden frame and a knife. The percentage of the value-added ratio before the improvement was made was 0.33%. This research aims to reduce waste and help optimize the cutting process to be more efficient and effective. The principle of lean manufacturing is used as a method for overcoming problems. The lean manufacturing tool used in this study is Process Activity Mapping (PAM). PAM is used to identify value-added, necessary non-value-added, and non-value-added activities so that the production process becomes lean. The analysis of the factors causing waste was carried out using a fishbone diagram. The proposed improvement for the cause of the problem is through designing a tofu-cutting tool. The implementation results are time savings of 153.87 seconds and an increased value-added ratio of 0.11%.
