Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui potensi dan startegi pengembangan Desa Wisata dengan menggunakan model community based tourism di Desa Pancasari. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah Desa Pancasari dan narasumber dari Desa Pancasari dan pengunjung yang dapat memberikan informasi terkait penelitian. Informasi diperoleh dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Pancasari memiliki potensi yang signifikan untuk dijadikan destinasi pengembangan Desa Wisata. Daya tarik yang dimiliki meliputi keindahan alam, kearifan lokal, budaya, dan keramahan penduduk. Dalam mengembangkan desa wisata, strategi yang digunakan adalah model community based tourism. Model ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat setempat dalam pengambilan keputusan, pengelolaan, dan pemasaran destinasi wisata. Partisipasi masyarakat sangat penting dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata agar mencapai keberlanjutan yang lebih baik. Ketua karang taruna memiliki peran penting sebagai penghubung antara masyarakat, pengelola wisata, dan pemerintah. Mereka juga mengorganisir kegiatan sosial dan budaya yang melibatkan masyarakat dan pengunjung. Pengelola wisata bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan infrastruktur dan layanan wisata yang berkualitas serta mengembangkan produk wisata yang menarik. Penduduk desa memiliki peran aktif dalam menjaga kebersihan, keramahan, dan kelestarian lingkungan, dan dapat berperan sebagai pemandu wisata lokal. Pengunjung diharapkan menghormati adat dan budaya setempat serta menjaga kelestarian lingkungan selama berkunjung. Dengan model community-based tourism, Desa Pancasari memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata yang berkelanjutan, dengan dukungan partisipasi aktif masyarakat, peran ketua karang taruna, pengelola wisata yang berkualitas, dan kesadaran pengunjung terhadap adat dan budaya setempat. Abstract

Public services at the Buleleng Regency Transportation Office require improvement to achieve optimal levels of community satisfaction. The main objective of this study is to formulate a strategy to improve public services at the Buleleng Regency Transportation Office by applying the SOAR method. This study used a qualitative research approach. Data was collected by observation, documentation, focus group discussion (FGD) techniques. To achieve the maximum target, strategies to achieve it include: (1) revitalization of facilities and infrastructure in the field of transportation; (2) make comprehensive planning in order to improve connectivity between regions in Buleleng Regency; (3) increased supervision and control of land, river and lake transportation; (4) the effectiveness and efficiency of managing activities whose budgets are sourced from the District APBD, Provincial APBD and APBN; (5) improve maintenance and coordination in terminal and parking management; (6) synergy with stakeholders in order to improve community discipline in traffic; (7) improving the ability of human resources in the field of transportation; (8) development of information system openness through various social media and information; (9) conduct comprehensive monitoring and evaluation in order to increase regional revenues from the transportation sector; (10) Increased service capacity of the Motor Vehicle Testing Technical Implementation Unit; (11) Imposition of strict rewards and punishments on employees. The results of this research are useful for the local government of Buleleng Regency. This strategy can be used as a reference in the preparation of the roadmap for the development of the Buleleng Regency Transportation Office.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the commodification of traditional foods namely Sate Lilit Bali or Balinese type of Satay at the Spice Beach Club, Bali. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The object in this study is Sate Lilit, which is in the Spice Beach Club restaurant. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, documentation, and observation. This study found that Spice Beach Club Lovina had commodified the Sate Lilit Bali to promote Balinese food and culture promotion without reducing the cultural value of Sate Lilit Bali. This study is important for a reference for further innovations in culinary art study in Hospitality Industry.

Abstract

Brand equity is an important topic of discussion among working women as a form of self-existence. The purpose of this study was to analyze brand equity and cultural transformation influencing changes in shopping behavior of working women in Bali. A survey was conducted of 150 female workers in Bali regarding the context of understanding brand equity and their involvement in various cultural and religious activities in Bali. The findings of this study are: brand equity affects the consumptive behavior of working women in Bali. Cultural transformation in Bali influences the consumptive behavior of working women in Bali in complex ways. Brand perception as the only factor to be considered in shopping, or in cultural and religious activities in Bali; tends to give rise to new patterns of hedonistic behavior, which are not only among the class, but also among ordinary people. Overall, this study shows that brand equity and cultural transformation can influence the consumptive behavior of working women in Bali. This study can also be a reference for related parties to increase brand equity and cultural transformation influencing changes in shopping behavior of working women in Bali.

Abstract

Penglatan Village is one of the villages in Buleleng district which is famous for its typical food, namely dodol and the art of sound art, namely Renganis. Penglatan Village has tourism potential that has not been optimally packaged and marketed. Therefore, this study aims to explore the feasibility of Penglatan village to be developed and to analyze the tourism potential it has as a tourism village to build sustainable tourism in Buleleng Regency. This study uses a qualitative research approach. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation, documentation and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The tourism potential includes, among others, middle culture of furniture, the "samyag dresti" temple, tourism of the Yellow Temple, multi-purpose halls, carving works, Kencana Mas hill temple, dodol and belayag culinary tours, Jelema wood trees, songket crafts, and pathways tracking/cycling. The existence of some of these tourism potentials has received a good response from tourists such as dodol and belayag culinary tours, but there is still a lot of potential that has not been explored and packaged properly, such as the Kuning Temple water tour. The development planning strategy using SOAR analysis in Penglatan village which is applied to 11 tourism potentials by analyzing the points of strength, opportunity, aspiration and result for each tourism potential to support the village Penglatan as a tourist village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe JIGSAW pada mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Tejakula tahun pelajaran 2012/2013.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus.Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah metode tes.Metode tes dipergunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang hasil belajar siswa.Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Tejakula yang berjumlah 30 orang.Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menyebabkan bahwadapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Tejakula. Pada siklus I hasil belajar sebesar 69,83% (kategori cukup), kemudian meningkat menjadi 86,67% (kategori baik) pada siklus II.Kata Kunci : Tipe jigsaw, Hasil Belajar This study aims to determine the students learning through Cooperatif Jigsaw Tipe on students social studies class V SD Negeri 1 Tejakula School Year 2012 or 2013. This study, an action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycles consits of the planning implementation of action observation and evaluation and reflection. Data collection Methods which are used in this research is a test method. Tes methods used to collect data on student learning outcomes. Subjects of this study were students of class V SD Negeri 1 Tejakula totaling people. Subsequent data collected were analysed using descriptive quantitative method. The results showed that learning by apply social learning could improve student learning class V SD Negeri 1 Tejakula. In the fist cycle of 69,83 % (category enough) and then increased to 86,67 % (bolt categories) in the second cycle.keyword : Jigsaw Typeoutcomes

Abstract

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) has an important role in the Indonesian economy. Currently, BRI’s role is not only limited to providing conventional financial services, but also has a role in supporting financial inclusion, microeconomic growth, agricultural sector development, and community empowerment. BRI provides various service and transaction innovations to maintain customer loyalty. This research aims to examine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating service quality and trust in BRI customer loyalty in Buleleng Regency. The sample for this research was 80 BRI customers in the Buleleng area. The analysis used is path analysis. The independent variables are service quality, trust and customer satisfaction, while the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The results of this research show that service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction shows a significant influence. For customer trust in customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, the results did not have a significant effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk dalam memediasi digital marketing terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM di Kabupaten Buleleng. Pasca pandemi Covid-19, ekonomi Provinsi Bali menunjukkan tren peningkatan yang didorong oleh sektor-sektor seperti akomodasi, makan minum (Akmamin), transportasi, perdagangan, dan konstruksi. Namun, pertumbuhan ekonomi masih belum mencapai target yang diharapkan. Dalam konteks ini, sektor UMKM menjadi penting sebagai penggerak ekonomi baru, terutama di Kabupaten Buleleng yang memiliki banyak pelaku UMKM aktif di bidang kuliner, kriya, dan fashion. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 47 UMKM yang telah on-boarding pada marketplace. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap inovasi produk. Selain itu, digital marketing juga berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM. Inovasi produk terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM. Inovasi produk juga mampu memediasi pengaruh digital marketing terhadap kinerja pemasaran, sehingga menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas digital marketing terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pemanfaatan digital marketing yang efektif dan inovasi produk yang berkesinambungan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran UMKM di Kabupaten Buleleng.

Abstract

Folklore is a strategic media for the educational process, namely expository and humanistic for children. Through folklore, children have a rational, realistic perspective, values and orientation in accordance with the culture they have. However, the development of digital media with all its sophistication often removes the cultural values of children. Children lose their idol character that can be used as role models, alienated from their own cultural values and lose their identity amidst massive developments in digital information. As Bourdieu's view of habitus as a set of values, practices and inner tendencies, both structured and structured, where habitus can continue to develop (generative) and transferred from one domain to anotheR. In practice the presence of digital media turned out to have an impact on the uprooting of cultural values that should be accepted by children at an early age, because it was replaced by technological developments. Understanding this phenomenon, reinforces the ideas of Borg and Gall, in this study the development of education by utilizing folklore, not only developing an existing educational model, but also finding knowledge to solve existing problems. The learning model applied by the teacher is a learning model created by foreign experts which is often not relevant to students' cultural values. This condition is caused by the lack of local culture-based learning models, the absence of innovative efforts by teachers to develop local culture-based learning models and the lack of teachers' ability to organize and implement local culture-based learning models. By this research, Balinese folklore has a very strategic value for the development, empowerment, and preservation of Balinese customs and traditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis beberapa pengaruh, yaitu: (1) beban kerja, komunikasi dan kepuasan kerja; (2) beban kerja; (3) komunikasi; dan (4) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 8 Singaraja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri 8 Singaraja yang berjumlah 44 orang. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan survey menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Beban kerja, komunikasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 8 Singaraja; (2) Beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 8 Singaraja; (3) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 8 Singaraja; (4) Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 8 Singaraja.
