Abstract

Abstrak - PT. Talkindo Selaksa Anugrah merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur makanan dan minuman. Guna memperlancar proses pemenuhan permintaan bahan baku dari outlet-outlet untuk diproduksi, dibutuhkan pengelolaan yang baik dalam penyimpanan bahan baku. Pengalokasian bahan baku di area Dry J.CO yang disimpan masih menggunakan penyimpanan secra  random/acak yang berakibat terlambatnya pasokan bahan baku ke bagian pengiriman, karena terlalu lamanya waktu untuk mencari bahan baku dan bertambahnya waktu perjalanan operator. Kurang lancarnya pasokan bahan baku ke bagian pengiriman menyebabkan menurunnya produktivitas dari bagian pengiriman. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan perbaikan rancangan tata letak penyimpanan bahan baku sehingga mengurangi waktu mencari bahan baku, mengurangi jarak perjalanan operator dalam pengambilan dan pengiriman bahan baku ke bagian pengiriman serta mengingkatkan utilitas ruang gudang. Pendekatan relayout menggunakan prinsip Seiton dari 5S serta memperhatikan tingkat popularity komoditi yang disimpan, kondisi ruangan yang tersedia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rancangulang tata letak penyimpanan bahan baku berdasarkan kriteria popularity dapat mengurangi waktu proses pergudangan dari 20 menit 16 detik menjadi 13 menit 14 detik, serta dengan adanya peningkatan utilitas ruang gudang dari 65,47% menjadi 78,69% yang berdampak pada berkurangnya perjalanan operator dalam mengambil dan mengirim ke bagian pengiriman. Abstract - PT. Talkindo Selaksa Anugrah is a company engaged in manufacturing of food and beverages. In order to expedite the process of fulfilling the demand of raw materials for production outlets, it takes good management in the storage of raw materials. Allocation of raw materials in the area of “Dry J.CO” stored still use random storage system resulting delay of supply of raw materials to the delivery, because it takes too much time to find raw materials and also increase operator’s travel time. The delay of supply of raw materials to the delivery causes decreased productivity of the delivery departement. This research purpose to redesign the storage system and designing better layout so as to reduce the time looking for raw materials, reducing the travel distance operator and increase the utility of warehouse’ storage space. The re-layout approach is done by applying the principles of the Seiton method (5S) and also huge attention to the raw material itself, called as “popularity of commodity factors” and the availbility of the storage. Based on the analysis and the results of data processing show that the layout of the storage of raw materials based on the criteria of popularity can reduce warehouse processing time of 20 minutes 16 seconds to 13 minutes 14 seconds, and also the increased utility of warehouse space from 65,47% to 78,69%  as the impact of the reduction of operator assistance in taking and sending to the delivery departement.

Abstract

Entrepreneurs who quickly understand consumer desires, then manifest in the form of products that suit their needs, then the entrepreneur has actually made the right decision and has gone through stages as a creative person and has good leadership knowledge. A person can be said to have good leadership skills if he has some special abilities in attitude. Attitudes needed for leadership skills include social skills, wisdom, courage, and being able to make decisions about the problems at hand. Leadership is important because leadership is the key to the success of efforts to achieve goals. With good leadership strength, obstacles and obstacles can be faced. The most important purpose of this entrepreneurship training is to help the students to be able to see business opportunities to be developed and to introduce the obstacles that usually occur when having a business. In various obstacles, it is hoped that the students have strong leadership foundations so that they have the courage to make decisions. The method used in this training uses lectures with examples and pictures so that students can easily understand the process of starting a business, capturing opportunities from consumers, and understanding leadership attitudes. The results of the evaluation of this training, that the benefits of the training were considered very good, namely about 86% of the participants felt the benefits of this training.

Abstract

Agro-industrial work system, especially the sugar industry is a very complex work systems. In the approach to ergonomics, system components can be divided into human (workers), equipment and materials, physical environment and organizational environment. Each component interacts with the pattern of interrelation in the principle of autopoeisis (self-organizing system). Ergonomics analysis of the each component are needed in order to design or redesign the system, to ensure that work system can be sustainabe. This paper discusses some of the ergonomic aspects of work systems, among others, physical workload of manual harvesting, manual transporting of sugarcane and physical environmental conditions in the factory include vibration, temperature, noise, and lighting, as well as employee perceptions of work facing the system. Based on the comparison value IRHR (increase ratio of heart rate) for each job, the workload of manual harvesting categorized in moderate and severe categories (IRHR between 1.27 to 1.66) and manual transporting categorized in heavy and very heavy (IRHR between 1.43 to 1, 93). The physical condition of the factory there are some of the data beyond the allowed limit, for example, the highest temperature reached 37 0C, very low illumination of 7.5 lux, and the noise reached 93.2 dB. While the boiler operator workload is very heavy category (IRHR 1.67). From some of these results, it can be concluded that conditions are less ergonomic work systems, and requires some improvement in microergonomics aspects.

Abstract

PT . Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia is a company engaged in the automotive industry. The longest cycle time can also be caused by many things, from the unequal division of labor so that the necessary analysis for the balance of the assembly line. In writing this Final analysis used the balance line is Ant Colony Algorithm, Rank Positional Weight, and Genetic Algorithms. All three methods of analysis will produce an analysis for the improvement of the assembly lines now run so as to achieve the targets that have been defined. With a high efficiency line of the balance delay of the assembly line will also be getting smaller and makes no waiting time from the operator. All the time can be optimally used to produce the product. Of the three analysis the analysis with the highest efficiency, smallest delay balance and smoothness index of the smaller to be selected as the best proposal. Analysis of this problem is best for analysis using ant colony algorithm with line efficiency 93.2%, 6.8% delay Balance and Smoothness index 45.77

Abstract

Gracia Paper adalah UMKM pembuatan kertas roll untuk mesin kasir. Bagian dari proses produksi kertas roll pada UMKM yang memiliki tingkat bahaya tinggi adalah proses penggulungan kertas dengan memanfaatkan mesin bor. Proses ini masih dilakukan secara manual dimana pekerja memegang bor dengan posisi pergelangan tangan yang menekuk dalam waktu cukup lama dan dilakukan secara berulang-ulang. Analisa keluhan pekerja dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner Nordic Body Map kepada enam pekerja. Hasil kuesioner menunjukkan pekerja mengalami sakit pada pergelangan tangan kanan, punggung, leher dan pergelangan tangan kiri setelah bekerja. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan kuesioner Nordic Body Map, dilakukan analisa RULA pada tiga proses yaitu pengukuran dimensi kertas roll, penggulungan kertas roll dan penempelan selotip pada kertas roll. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui besarnya resiko pekerjaan dan tindakan perbaikan yang harus diambil untuk mengurangi keluhan fisik pekerja. Nilai akhir RULA tertinggi terdapat pada proses penggulungan kertas roll dengan nilai 7. Untuk mengetahui spesifikasi alat bantu yang akan dirancang dibagikan kuesioner lanjutan perancangan produk. Dari kuesioner dihasilkan tiga desain alat bantu. Pemilihan desain terbaik dilakukan dengan metode AHP, berikutnya dilakukan simulasi rancangan perbaikan dengan software CATIA. Hasil perhitungan RULA hasil simulas turun menjadi 3. Setelah dilakukan implementasi produk dan dilakukan analisis RULA, didapatkan hasil nilai akhir RULA 3, artinya level resiko rendah.

Abstract

Knowledge and skills in product design and manufacture are still very minimal experienced by most of the students of the Non-Formal Pasraman Kertajaya Tangerang. This is because all students come from general schools. The pasraman curriculum only emphasizes increasing knowledge and insight into attitudes and noble character. The practice given is about dancing skills, making worship facilities and skills in chanting holy songs and similar skills. Discussions with students and teachers produce data on students' needs to increase knowledge, insight and skills, especially designing and manufacturing products through basic welding techniques. Welding skills are needed as a provision for entrepreneurship in the field of welding. The implementation of PKM is carried out in 2 stages, namely the debriefing stage and the practical stage in the welding workshop. The debriefing produces various minimalist water hose hanger concepts according to the specified criteria. The practice is carried out in groups to realize the existing designs. Practical activities provide experience measuring materials, cutting, sanding, grinding, rolling, welding, and painting and teamwork. The output of the training resulted in a minimalist hose hanger concept and prototype. Debriefing and practice can increase market research knowledge by 80%, increase 70% in understanding human factors and increase 90% in understanding the stages of product design. Field practice increases experience working in groups by 50% and the ability to use welding shop equipment increases by 50%. All participants were satisfied with the instructor's guide and training materials. In general, skills training activities are called successful. ABSTRAK: Pengetahuan dan keterampilan perancangan dan pembuatan produk masih sangat minim dialami sebagian besar siswa Pasraman Non Formal Kertajaya Tangerang. Hal ini karena seluruh siswa berasal dari sekolah umum. Kurikulum pasraman hanya menekankan pada peningkatan ilmu dan wawasan sikap dan budi pekerti luhur. Praktik yang diberikan seputar keterampilan menari, membuat sarana ibadah dan keterampilan melantunkan kidung suci dan keterampilan sejenis. Diskusi dengan siswa dan guru menghasilkan data kebutuhan siswa untuk peningkatan ilmu, wawasan dan keterampilan khususnya perancangan dan pembuatan produk melalui teknik pengelasan dasar. Keterampilan mengelas diperlukan sebagai bekal berwirausaha bidang pengelasan. Pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan 2 tahap yaitu tahap pembekalan dan tahap praktik di bengkel las. Pembekalan menghasilkan berbagai konsep gantungan selang air minimalis sesuai kriteria yang ditentukan. Praktik dilaksanakan secara berkelompok mewujudkan desain yang telah ada. Kegiatan praktik memberikan pengalaman mengukur bahan, memotong, mengamplas, menggerinda, mengerol, mengelas, dan mengecat dan kerja tim. Luaran pelatihan menghasilkan konsep dan prototipe gantungan selang minimalis. Pembekalan dan praktik mampu menambah pengetahuan riset pasar sebesar 80%, peningkatan 70% pada pemahaman faktor manusia dan peningkatan 90% pada pemahaman tahapan perancangan produk. Praktik lapangan menambah pengalaman bekerja berkelompok sebesar 50% dan kemampuan menggunakan peralatan bengkel las meningkat sebesar 50%. Semua peserta puas dengan panduan instruktur dan materi pelatihan. Secara umum kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan disebut berhasil

Abstract

Popshopindo merupakan toko online yang menjual buku-buku, seperti: novel dan komik. Pada proses packing ditemukan keluhan sakit pada tubuh pekerjanya (musculoskeletal disorders). Rasa sakit timbul dikarenakan pekerja tidak memiliki alas atau meja untuk bekerja. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map yang telah dibagikan kepada 2 orang pekerja pada proses packing, ditemukan beberapa keluhan rasa sakit pada bagian tubuh pekerja. Untuk memperbaiki postur pekerja dan keluhan-keluhan yang ada, maka akan dibuatkan meja kerja yang ergonomi untuk proses packing. Perancangan meja kerja menggunakan matriks penilaian konsep. Setelah diteliti dengan menggunakan metode REBA didapatkan skor sebesar 6 berubah menjadi 3, untuk skor metode WERA sebesar 35 menjadi 27 dan skor metode OCRA sebesar 0,3 dan 0,33 menjadi 0,3 dan 0,3. Selain untuk mengatasi rasa sakit pada pekerja, meja kerja juga dirancang untuk mengurangi waktu proses packing. Pada analisis waktu implementasi, waktu proses packing 1 buah buku berkurang dari 117,56 detik menjadi 109 detik atau sebesar 7,28%.

Abstract

PT. Alpha Jaya Manunggal Mandiri is manufacturing company engaged in furniture sector. There are several problems with old layout such high material handling costs, long distances between work stations, and alternating flow. Therefore, relayout and lean manufacturing approach were carried out. Alternative layouts made using SLP method, and CORELAP. The initial steps in making alternative layouts are measuring floor area, making production flows, and measuring production standard times. Next step is forecasting product demand for next 10 years for routing sheet. Routing sheet used to determine number of machines needed to meetproduct demand. Alternative layout was created using 2 methods. Based on alternative layout, material handling costs and moving moments are calculated to find layout with minimum material handling costs and moving moments moments. The selected layout is alternative layout SLP method cause it reduces material handling costs by 50.12%, moving moments by 17.86%, and distance by 53.42%. Then lean manufacturing approach carried out to increase productivity. A simulation was carried out with Promodel and Flexsim software to simulate new and old layout to find product improvements using new layout. Based on Promodel simulation, there was decrease in the average time in system by 21.82%, decrease in the average time in operation by 22.36%, and increase in total production by 15.29%. Based on Flexsim simulation, there was increase in amount of daily production by 58.52%, and decrease in staytime by 33.47% per product. Through research, it can be concluded that layout can be implemented as new layout on springbed production floor.

Abstract

Reaction time is the time span between receiving a stimulus and the initial appearance of a person's response. Many work equipment requires a quick reaction from the operator on the signal displayed. The quick reaction is turning off the engine, pressing the emergency button, braking etc. Quick action is needed, among others, to prevent work accidents, prevent damage to equipment. To find out the characteristics of the speed of reaction to several types of stimuli, a series of experiments was carried out. The study was conducted under normal conditions on 47 respondents in the ergonomics laboratory. Stimulation given changes in color and sound as well as visual cues in the form of moving needles. The calculation results show that the speed of reaction is influenced by the type of stimulus. The highest reaction speed occurs when the stimulus is in the form of a moving pointer, followed by the yellow, green, red buttons, the sound of the alarm and finally the whirring sound. The control board prototype designed using reaction speed characteristic data is equipped with 3 color push buttons that correspond to the color of the indicator light, 1 yellow push button to respond to a whirring sound indicator and an emergency stop button to respond to an alarm sound and a step on by foot switch to respond to indicators moving pointer emergency stop button to respond to the alarm sound as well as a step-by-foot switch to respond to indicators in the form of a moving pointer.

Abstract

Kasus Covid-19 pertama di Indonesia terjadi pada Maret 2020. Dampak Covid terasa ke pendidikan di Indonesia. Kebiasaan belajar siswa yang sebelumnya offline berubah menjadi online. Beberapa siswa memberikan keluhan terhadap sistem pembelajaran online. Keluhan- keluhan menyebabkan adanya beban kerja mental yang harus ditanggung oleh siswa SMP. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis keluhan apa saja yang dirasakan pada siswa SMP ketika menjalani pembelajaran online dan mengetahui beban kerja mental yang ditanggung siswa SMP dalam menjelankan pembelajaran online. Pengukuran beban kerja mental dilakukan dengan memberikan rating secara subjektif oleh 106 siswa SMP di Jakarta Utara. Pengukuran beban kerja mental dilakukan secara subjektif dengan metode NASA-TLX, Modified Cooper Harper Scale dan Rating Scale Mental Effort (RSME). Hasil perhitungan NASATLX menunjukkan rata-rata skor yang ditanggung sebesar 67.79 dengan kategori berat. Hasil perhitungan Modified Cooper Harper Scale menunjukkan aktivitas mencatat pembahasan dari guru bertingkat sedang, aktivitas memperhatikan penjelasan dan mengerjakan tugas bertingkatberat. Hasil perhitungan RSME memberikan rata-rata skor 91.39 dengan keterangan usaha yang dilakukan berat. Diberikan usulan berupa perancangan sistem pembelajaran ketika pasca pandemi yang dibagi menjadi 4 yaitu: synchronous offline, asynchronous offline, synchronous online, dan asynchronous online yang akan dikelompokkan dari mata pelajaran berdasarkan preferensi guru dan murid. Kata kunci: Beban Kerja Mental, NASA-TLX, Modified Cooper Harper Scale, RSME.
