Abstract

Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keterlambatan dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek, seperti pembangunan jalan nasional di Jawa Timur. Pentingnya untuk melakukan analisis terhadap faktor yang dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan proyek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi inti permasalahan yang menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek dan memberikan penjelasan secara rinci tentang mengatasi masalah yang terjadi pada proyek. Berdasarkan dari analisis, penyebab yang paling mempengaruhi terjadinya keterlambatan pada proyek jalan nasional di Jawa Timur adalah aspek eksternal dan force major. Aspek ini merupakan faktor-faktor yang tidak dapat diantisipasi dan dihindari, seperti cuaca buruk, kebakaran, dan bencana alam. Aspek lingkup  dokumentasi pekerjaan (kontrak) juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap terjadinya keterlambatan proyek. Masalah yang terkait dengan lingkup pekerjaan dan dokumentasi yang tidak jelas dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan proyek. Aspek sistem organisasi, koordinasi, dan komunikasi serta aspek sistem inspeksi, kontrol, dan evaluasi juga memil iki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap terjadinya keterlambatan proyek. Masalah yang terkait dengan sistem organisasi, koordinasi, dan komunikasi serta sistem inspeksi, kontrol, dan evaluasi dapat menyebabkan terjadinya keterlambatan proyek. Nilai probabilitas persentase untuk setiap aspek tersebut secara berurutan adalah 25%, 19%, 19%, dan 19%. Kata kunci: keterlambatan proyek, faktor keterlambatan, probabilitas,

Abstract

In construction management, project scheduling is an important thing to note. The project schedule is a means of determining proper duration, controlling implementation progress, and allocating resources efficiently. Improper scheduling will have an impact on project delays. the project for the construction of a double track railway across the south of Java between Mojokerto-Sepanjang is planned to be completed in 60 weeks with overlapping activities due to changes in activities. This double track rail project is an ongoing project. This research aims to find out the project implementation time using the Line of Balance. The development project has a length of 3011.23 m. the Line of Balance method is carried out by determining the dependency logic, preparing a Line Of Balance schedule, drawing a Line Of Balance graph, and determining the production speed. The results of the study show that the line of balance schedule in the existing conditions has lines of intersection between jobs. The intersection indicates that there is overlapping work. For this reason, improvements are made by changing the dependency logic from work that was originally parallel to not parallel. The results of improvements made by reducing the duration per work cycle by 1 week revealed that the duration of the project could be accelerated to 38 weeks. So that the scheduling can be used to speed up the time of implementation of project activities.

Abstract

The success of a construction is influenced by the performance of workers. Worker performance is influenced by the environment to the existing occupational safety and health system. The Covid pandemic has had an impact on changing the structure of the construction sector, one of which is on workers. These changes are not easily implemented by construction workers. There are several factors that cause it is not easy to apply such as understanding, ability and attitude. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of occupational health and safety (K3) in the construction project of the OJK KR.4 building, East Java, Surabaya. Data obtained from questionnaires distributed to workers. The data obtained were then analyzed for Validity, Reliability, Normality, and Multiple Linear Regression including the F-Test, Coefficient of Determination, and T-Test. The results showed that the COVID-19 pandemic and OSH behavior had an effect on the implementation of OSH by 74.4% and the remaining 25. 6% influenced by other things. However, the attitude and behavior of K3 became the most dominant among the two variables studied. So that knowing the most influential variables in the implementation of K3 during a pandemic can inform construction organizations and policy makers about aspects to implement preventive measures aimed at protecting construction workers.

Abstract

In implementing a project there are 3 important things that need to be considered for the success of a project, Cost, Quality and Time. These 3 things are always taken into account the compilation will begin project implementation, but of these 3 things are parts that can affect the cost and quality. When determining the project completion time it is not necessary to consider the success of the project, the anticipation of the project will be completed on time and will be smaller and this improvement project will increase the greater the delay. In order to study the problem at hand, this study uses the PERT method (EVALUATION PROGRAM AND REVIEW ENGINEERING) for a specified duration of 150 days. The results of this study obtained data that to get approval for project completion of 85% -99.55%, the duration of project implementation needed is 170-200 days.

Abstract

Construction project must have quality control to guatantee safety worker. However, even though technical specifications have been prepared, deviations in quality during construction project implementation always occur, so the great of the building does now not comply with the satisfactory requirements which have been set and reasons the low quality of human resources in the construction global. This research began with data collection through the process decision program chart method and questionnaire method, distributed to project warehouse PT Santos Jaya Abadi. The collected data questionnaires were analyzed using Process Decision Program Chart Method dan Microsoft Excel. The analysis quality control and analysis risk show that quality control effective and implemented in project contruction. The result of structure work such as beam and column have the same percentage of 76%, floor plate has a percentage of 72%. While on structure work beam has risk level value 7.49, column with a value of 7.42, floor plate with a value of 6.43. , floor plate structure work with a value of 6.43.

Abstract

Construction projects are growing wider and more complex in terms of physical and cost. In practice, a project has limited resources in people, materials, costs, or tools. Construction project must have quality control to guatantee safety worker. However, even though technical specifications have been prepared, deviations in quality during construction project implementation always occur, so that the quality of the resulting building does not comply with the quality requirements that have been set and causes the low quality of human resources in the construction world Factors causing quality control in this study can directly or indirectly affect the project. This research began with data collection through the process decision program chart method and questionnaire method, distributed to project warehouse PT Santos Jaya Abadi, with the respondents from  project managers to workers. Furthermore, the collected data questionnaires were analyzed using the IBM SPSS dan Microsoft Excel. The analysis quality control and analysis risk show that quality control have a effective and well implemented in project contruction, with the result in structure work such as beam work and column work have the same percentage of 76% and floor plate work has a percentage of 72%. While on structure work such as beam has risk level value 7.49, column structure work with a value of 7.42, floor plate structure work with a value of 6.43.

Abstract

Kecelakaan kerja adalah segala insiden yang terjadi di tempat kerja atau berkaitan dengan pekerjaan, yang dapat menimbulkan cedera, penyakit akibat kerja (PAK), hinggan kematian. Beberapa cara yang digunakan untuk mencegah kecelakaan kerja ialah dengan melakukan indetifikasi resiko kecelakaan kerja. Pada penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi resiko kecelakaan kerja menggunakan metode HIRARC. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah hasil identifikasi resiko kecelakaan kerja, penilaian resiko kecelakaan kerja, dan pengendalian resiko kecelakaan kerja. Kata Kunci: Kecelakaan kerja, HIRARC¸ PAK

Abstract

The current development in the construction industry is rapidly advancing. Regardless of any construction process, it takes a considerable amount of time to complete from start to finish. Therefore, careful considerations are needed to determine the most appropriate and efficient way to execute a construction project. Tanjung Perak Class II Sea and Coastal Guard Base (Pangkalan Penjaga Laut dan Pantai or PLP) is a Technical Implementation Unit under the authority and responsibility of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, as regulated by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs. In this project, pile foundation is being used. However, during the foundation work, several challenges arise. These include the unavailability of ready-to-use hydraulic equipment, hydraulic equipment repairs, and a one-week delay in the arrival of the pile foundation, which leads to a delay in the foundation work. As a result, the workers cannot maximize their productivity while waiting for the equipment to arrive. In addition to the delay, there is also a cost escalation, as the workers are still being paid despite not being able to work at their maximum capacity. Therefore, a comparison between the current pile foundation and alternative foundation types is necessary to find a more efficient solution and minimize the encountered challenges. Based on the data analysis, the duration required for the preparation work and the installation of 65 points of 30x30cm pile foundation with a depth of 16m at Tanjung Perak Class II Sea and Coastal Guard Base is 8 weeks or 56 days, with a cost of Rp 670,742,965.00. On the other hand, the duration for the preparation work and the installation of 65 points of 30cm bore pile foundation with a depth of 16m is 69 days or 10 weeks, with a cost of Rp 520,779,603.00. From the discussions and deliberations above, the time difference between pile foundation and bore pile foundation is 13 days. Bore pile foundation takes 13 days longer than pile foundation. The cost difference between pile foundation and bore pile foundation is Rp 149,963,362

Abstract

Human resources play an important role for the success of an organization or company system. Because humans are living assets that need special attention by companies. The fact that humans are the main asset in an organization or company, must receive serious attention and be managed as well as possible. This is intended so that the human resources owned by the company are able to provide optimal contributions in efforts to achieve organizational goals. It is in the management of human resources that management is required to be able to manage resources in a systematic, planned and efficient manner. In human resource management, there is also one thing that must be a concern, namely, the occupational safety and health system. Occupational safety and health (K3) issues in general in Indonesia are often neglected. This is indicated by the still high number of work accidents. In Indonesia, especially in the business world that requires a large workforce such as construction projects, occupational health and safety is often ignored with the classic reason by business owners that the costs for occupational health and safety for workers are considered expensive. As is the case with PT. Cahya Indah, which is a company engaged in the construction sector with a large work capacity, it is fitting that the Occupational Health and Safety of workers be considered. Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) carried out by the construction sector. One example of construction sector activity is at PT. Beautiful Light. PT Cahya Indah is one of the companies in Indonesia engaged in construction. Where this company is engaged in the Rigid Pavement Road Preservation Project Tripe Lamongan Gresik. The road in this project has a long span of 16.5 km, located at stations 27 + 440 - 35 + 100 KM located on Jalan Raya Babat - Lamongan - Gresik, East Java. This study uses the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) method. HIRARC is a process of identifying hazards that can occur in both routine and non-routine activities, which is then carried out by an assessment process based on the identified hazards or risks to determine the high or low value of a risk so as to assist in the control process.
