Abstract

Human resources play an important role for the success of an organization or company system. Because humans are living assets that need special attention by companies. The fact that humans are the main asset in an organization or company, must receive serious attention and be managed as well as possible. This is intended so that the human resources owned by the company are able to provide optimal contributions in efforts to achieve organizational goals. It is in the management of human resources that management is required to be able to manage resources in a systematic, planned and efficient manner. In human resource management, there is also one thing that must be a concern, namely, the occupational safety and health system. Occupational safety and health (K3) issues in general in Indonesia are often neglected. This is indicated by the still high number of work accidents. In Indonesia, especially in the business world that requires a large workforce such as construction projects, occupational health and safety is often ignored with the classic reason by business owners that the costs for occupational health and safety for workers are considered expensive. As is the case with PT. Cahya Indah, which is a company engaged in the construction sector with a large work capacity, it is fitting that the Occupational Health and Safety of workers be considered. Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) carried out by the construction sector. One example of construction sector activity is at PT. Beautiful Light. PT Cahya Indah is one of the companies in Indonesia engaged in construction. Where this company is engaged in the Rigid Pavement Road Preservation Project Tripe Lamongan Gresik. The road in this project has a long span of 16.5 km, located at stations 27 + 440 - 35 + 100 KM located on Jalan Raya Babat - Lamongan - Gresik, East Java. This study uses the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) method. HIRARC is a process of identifying hazards that can occur in both routine and non-routine activities, which is then carried out by an assessment process based on the identified hazards or risks to determine the high or low value of a risk so as to assist in the control process. In its preparation, HIRARC is divided into 3 stages including: hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control

Abstract

A construction project always requires project resources as a component in the construction process. There are five project resources, namely workers, methods, tools, costs and materials. Of the five components, material is one of the main raw materials that has a considerable influence in determining the cost of the project. There are various kinds of materials, one of which is reinforcing steel. Reinforcing iron has a high enough value so that this material must be calculated very carefully in order to get the optimal iron value. Because it has a high enough value in the process, it is necessary to plan the calculation of the iron. Starting from the calculation of the need for reinforcing steel. There are several methods to calculate the need for reinforcing steel, namely the (manual) approach method and the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) method. Bar bending schedule (BBS) is a planning method for steel work which contains detailed information in the form of the shape of the bar, the length of the bar, dimensions and the amount of bar to be used in structural work. BBS produces iron requirements in units of rods which then produce units of weight. Where in this project the process has not used the BBS iron calculation method. Where in manual calculations it does not pay attention to the pattern of iron pieces, so iron cutting in the field has not optimally utilized the remaining pieces or waste material. In this study, researchers will make iron calculations using the bar bending schedule method and make iron cutting patterns drawn per floor on a floor plan with detailed lengths and the amount of iron to be used, taking into account the remaining or waste material referring to the RKS and Shop Drawings. used in the Cita Hati School Building Development Project in order to accurately obtain the results of the material requirements for reinforcing steel and the remaining iron material. By applying the bar bending schedule method, it can make it easier to supply steel materials to suit the plan. So by using the bar bending schedule in the calculation of reinforcing steel it is included in an effort to optimize reinforcement in the Cita Hati School Building Development Project.

Abstract

In the implementation of a project sometimes it does not go well, because there are obstacles that hinder the existing work. One of the obstacles that are often encountered in the field in the Tanjung Perak Diamond Pier Structure Strengthening project in Surabaya is uncertain weather conditions, this is because in carrying out the initial planning the planners did not consider the weather conditions that would occur during the implementation of this project. The impact that arises due to this delay is the increase in the duration and budget for the implementation of the project. So that in overcoming this, rescheduling is carried out which is expected to produce a logical and realistic schedule as well as costs that are as expected. The purpose of this study is to calculate the results of the costs needed in implementing the project after rescheduling. This type of research is analytic in nature. Data collection in the form of secondary data such as schedules and Budget Plans (RAB) is carried out by directly requesting the required data from related parties, then evaluating the initial costs, followed by preparing new costs using Microsoft Project tools using the Critical Path Method (CPM)). The results of this study obtained a total rescheduling fee of Rp. 28,535,441,605, there is a difference in costs of Rp. 6,482,544,691.1 of the initial planned cost of Rp. 35,017,986,296.10

Abstract

Surabaya is the second largest city in Indonesia, which has a developing construction industry. Many ongoing projects indicate this, be it road construction projects, buildings, warehouses, etc. As more construction work occurs, more construction and demolition waste is generated, which can impact the social, economic, and environmental impacts. This research aims to measure the magnitude of the impact of construction and demolition waste on projects in Surabaya. Measuring the importance of the impact uses respondents' perceptions using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire, where the respondents in this study are contractors working on construction and demolition projects in Surabaya. The collected questionnaires were processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartpLS 4.0 software. The results obtained were that the impact of construction and demolition waste on social factors was 28.5%, economic factors 39.9%, and environmental factors 52.6%.

Abstract

With the development of technology, the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software such as Autodesk Revit is becoming increasingly common in the construction industry. Quantity Take Off (QTO) in Autodesk Revit is the process of calculating and identifying the amount of construction materials needed for a project based on a 3D model created using the Autodesk Revit software. This study aims to evaluate the use of steel structural materials and the estimated price generated through Autodesk Revit. In the QTO calculation using Autodesk Revit, the results are the volume of WF column work of 18,117.54 kg, the volume of WF beam work of 16,084.15 kg, and the volume of nut bolt work reaching 1,894 pieces. Furthermore, the estimated cost of work is also generated by Autodesk Revit, with the cost of WF column work of Rp. 389,527,110,-, the cost of WF beam work of Rp. 345,809,225,-, and the cost of nut bolt work of Rp. 52,085,000,-. This evaluation aims to identify the accuracy and efficiency of QTO calculations using Autodesk Revit.

Abstract

Proyek adalah inisiatif sementara dengan waktu, sumber daya, dan tujuan terbatas. Karena keterbatasan waktu dan keuangan, perencanaan proyek sangat penting, dengan manajemen proyek menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilannya. Konsistensi dalam kualitas, biaya, dan waktu proyek konstruksi membutuhkan pemilihan metode konstruksi yang efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui biaya pembangunan dengan penambahan jam kerja menerapkan metode TCTO, mengetahui waktu percepatan pembangunan dengan penambahan jam kerja denagan metode TCTO. Metode ini berdampak pada durasi konstruksi, penggunaan material, peralatan, dan tenaga kerja. Dalam kasus Gedung Workshop Teknik Mesin UPN Veteran Jawa Timur, masalah muncul selama pekerjaan tiang bor karena tanah berawa, membatasi pemasangan hanya 2 titik per hari, mengakibatkan penundaan 9 minggu dari minggu 11 hingga minggu 20. Selain itu, tantangan termasuk pembuangan tanah tumpukan bosan dan kerusakan peralatan yang memakan waktu, membutuhkan perbaikan mingguan yang berlangsung sekitar 4 jam. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan percepatan untuk mengatasi keterlambatan tersebut, yang dapat dicapai melalui pendekatan Project Crashing dengan menggunakan metode Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO)

Abstract

Pemeliharan (maintenance) bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa bangunan mencapai performa fungsionalnya sesuai persyaratan dan keinginan pengguna Penelitian ini menggunakan metode“Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)”,Sebagai pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan urutan prioritas pemeliharan dengan menganalisis indeks kondisi komponen. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan Tingkat kerusakan berdasarkan nilai Indeks Kondisi Pada bangunan Gedung Creative Space Unicorn, Menunjukan prioritas pemeliharan Gedung yang pertama adalah komponen Arsitektur pada cat dinding dengan presentase sebesar 1,16, kedua utilitas yaitu lampu memiliki presentase nilai sebesar 0,79.. Maka dapat disimpulkan bangunan Gedung Creative Space Unicorn, dengan indeks kondisi bangunan pada skala 72,04. berarti bahwa uraian kondisi bangunan tersebut cukup (hanya terjadi kerusakan kecil).

Abstract

Pemborosan material sering terjadi pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung. Pemborosan terjadi akibat adanya material, waktu sumber daya yang tidak memiliki nilai tambah pada progress kegiatan konstruksi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan waste yang terjadi, perlu dilakukan analisis pada material konstruksi sehingga nilai waste pada material dapat diketahui dengan pasti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui material apa yang memiliki potensi dalam menimbulkan adanya waste dalam proyek pembangunan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek Pembangunan Rumah Dinas dan Prasarana Kompi A Yonif 516/CY Kodam V/Brawijaya. Pada kegiatan Pembangunan rumah dinas ini dilakukan pada dua tipe rumah, yaitu tipe rumah K-45 dan tipe rumah K-70. Penelitian dilakukan pada material yang digunakan pada pekerjaaan struktur utama dan pekerjaaan dinding bata ringan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis waste material yang telah dilakukan pada kedua tipe rumah ditemukan tiga material yang berpotensi menimbulkan waste , yaitu material bata ringan, material besi beton dan material beton Ready Mix. Pada material beton Ready Mix terdapat waste sebesar 1036,74 buah, material besi material besi beton polos 8 dengan waste 224,43 kg, material besi beton polos 10 dengan waste 488,42 kg, material besi beton polos 12 dengan waste 17,67 kg, material beton Ready Mix dengan waste 2,36 m3.

Abstract

Proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat memiliki risiko kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi, khususnya bagi pekerja di lapangan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya penerapan Sistem Manajemen K3 serta fasilitas K3 yang lengkap dan layak di lokasi kerja. Sistem Manajemen K3 merupakan bagian dari perencanaan dan pengendalian kecelakaan pada proyek konstruksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan K3 pada proyek pembangungan gedung SMPN 9 Kota Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pengambilan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan respondennya adalah Staff proyek dari Kontraktor dan Konsultan Pengawas. Analisis yang digunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji F (Simultan), serta Uji T (Parsial). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor penyebab yang mempengaruhi penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Konstruksi pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung SMPN 9 Kota Kediri faktor – faktor tersebut diantaranya Keterlibatan Pekerja dengan nilai prosentase sebesar 26%, Pelaksanaan SMK3 dengan nilai prosentase sebesar 37%, Sikap dan Perilaku K3 dengan nilai prosentase sebesar 8%, serta Kondisi dan Lingkungan Kerja dengan nilai prosentase 30%. Sedangkan faktor penyebab yang paling berpengaruh adalah faktor Pelaksanaan SMK3 dengan prosentase sebesar 37%.

Abstract

Pembangunan rumah sakit membutuhkan perencanaan dan koordinasi yang sangat cermat untuk menjamin efisiensi, keselamatan, dan keberlanjutan bangunan. Building Information Modelling (BIM) menyediakan solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi tantangan ini dengan menawarkan platform integratif yang menggabungkan berbagai disiplin ilmu dalam satu model digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi manfaat penerapan BIM dalam proyek pembangunan rumah sakit, dengan fokus pada peningkatan ketepatan perencanaan, clash detection antar elemen konstruksi, serta optimalisasi manajemen biaya dan waktu. Penelitian menganalisis volume menggunakan Autodesk Revit dan membandingkannya dengan volume yang diperoleh dari Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). Data akan diproses menggunakan perangkat lunak Autodesk Revit hingga tahap analisis. Hasil analisis dengan Autodesk Revit menunjukkan perbedaan volume pada pekerjaan beton fc’ 25Mpa sebesar 17,45 m³, pekerjaan baja tulangan 10.438,40 kg, dan pekerjaan pondasi 6,84 m². Dari hasil analisis tersebut, didapatkan persentase perbedaan volume masing-masing sebesar beton fc’ 25Mpa 1,360%, baja tulangan 4,463%, dan pondasi 0,580%.
