Abstract

Abstrak— Pengembangan film animasi 3 dimensi “Tude The Movie – Petualangan Si Rina (Gebug Ende)”, merupakan cerita bagian ke terakhir dari bagian yang terdapat pada film animasi Tude The Movie, pada bagian ini menceritakan Perjalanan terakhir Pandu dan kawan-kawan di Desa Seraya, Karangasem. Mereka menonton atraksi gebug ende yang bagi penduduk setempat merupakan tarian pemanggil hujan. Dicerita ini mereka akan bertemu Putu anak kepala Desa Seraya yang menjelaskan sejarah terbentuknya tradisi tersebut dan mengajak mereka berkeliling Desa. Disamping sebagai wadah memperkenalkan tentang budaya Gebug Ende, pada bagian film ini juga mengandung pesan moral yang dapat diambil seperti, bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan, selalu berusaha keluar dari masalah, dan menjaga tradisi budaya agar tidak hilang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) Merancang film animasi 3 dimensi “Tude The Movie – Petualangan Si Rina (Gebug Ende)”. 2) Mengimplementasikan film animasi 3 Dimensi “Tude The Movie – Petualangan Si Rina (Gebug Ende Dalam pembuatan film Animasi 3D ini, metode penelitian atau perancangan film animasi menggunakan Block diagram. Block Diagram ini menjelaskan tentang tahap-tahapan pembuatan film animasi 3 dimensi Tude The Movie dari awal sampai selesai. Dalam tahapan block diagram terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) tahapan utama yaitu 1) Pra Produksi (Ide Cerita, Penulisan Naskah/Sinopsis, Menetapkan Format Output, Perancangan Karakter, Perancangan Gambar Pendukung, dan Pembuatan Storyboard), 2) Produksi (Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, Skinning, Acting/Animation, Lighting, dan Rendering), 3) Pasca Produksi (Perekaman dan Proses Penggabungan). Film ini memiliki durasi 8 menit, dengan ukuran file 1,2 Gigabyte, sedangkan untuk pengerjaan selama proses produksi menggunakan berbagai macam software seperti Blender 2.71, GIMP, Corel Video Studio Pro X4, Audacity, dan Adobe Auditions CS6. Uuntuk hasil pengujian film animasi 3 dimensi “Tude The Movie- Petulangan Si Rina (Gebug Ende)” sudah mendapatkan respon yang bagus dari pentonton, baik dari segi cerita, pesan, grafis, suara, dan backsound. Kata-kata kunci: Gebug Ende, Film, Animasi 3D. Abstract— The development of three-dimensional animated film "Tude The Movie - Adventure Si Rina (Gebug Ende)", a story to the last part of section contained in the animated film Tude The Movie, in this section tells the last journey Pandu and his friends in the village of Seraya, Karangasem. They watch the ende gebug attraction for locals is a dance caller rain. This they story will meet children Putu Seraya village head who explained the history of the formation of the tradition and showed them around the village. Besides, as a forum to introduce culture Gebug Ende, on the part of the film also contains a moral message that can be taken such as, working together to achieve the goal, always trying to get out of trouble, and keep the cultural traditions being lost. The purpose of this study were: 1) Designing 3-dimensional animated film "Tude The Movie - Adventure Si Rina (Gebug Ende)". 2) Implement the 3-D animated film "Tude The Movie - Adventure Si Rina (Gebug Ende In this 3D animation film making, methods of research or designing animated film using the Block diagram. Block diagram describes the stage-the stage of making three-dimensional animated film Tude The Movie from start to finish. In the block diagram the stages are divided into three (3) main phases: 1) Pre-Production (Story Idea, Writing / Synopsis, Setting Output Format, Character Design, Design of Image Support, and Making Storyboard), 2) Production (Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, Skinning, Acting / Animation, Lighting, and Rendering), 3) Post Production (Recording and Merger Process). The film has a duration of 8 minutes, with a file size of 1.2 Gigabyte, whereas for work during the production process using a variety of software such as Blender 2.71, GIMP, Corel Video Studio Pro X4, Audacity, and Adobe Auditions CS6. For the test results of 3-dimensional animated film "Tude The Movie- adventures Si Rina (Gebug Ende)" has been getting good response from the audience, both in terms of stories, messages, graphics, sound, and backsound. Abstract

Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) adalah sebuah permasalahan dimana terdapat beberapa rute yang harus dilalui oleh sejumlah kendaraan yang berangkat dari suatu depot menuju beberapa tempat tujuan yang telah ditentukan dan berakhir pada depot yang sama. Permasalahan VRP dapat diselesaikan menggunakan algoritma Tabu Search. Algoritma Tabu Search merupakan salah satu metode heuristik yang berbasis pada pencarian lokal. Proses kinerjanya bergerak dari satu solusi ke solusi berikutnya dengan cara memilih solusi terbaik. Tujuan utama metode ini adalah mencegah proses pencarian agar tidak melakukan pencarian ulang pada ruang solusi yang sudah pernah ditelusuri. Metode ini menggunakan Tabu List untuk menyimpan sekumpulan solusi yang baru saja dievaluasi, hasilnya akan disesuaikan terlebih dahulu dengan isi pada Tabu List untuk melihat apakah solusi tersebut sudah ada atau tidak. Jika solusi tersebut sudah ada maka solusi tersebut tidak akan dievaluasi lagi pada iterasi berikutnya. PT. Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi merupakan perusahaan penghasil produk Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) merek Yeh Buleleng yang memiliki permasalahan VRP. Permasalahan VRP yang dimaksud adalah permasalahan optimasi pendistribusian barang. Optimasi pendistribusian barang menyebabkan adanya pencarian rute terbaik dengan mempertimbangkan kapasitas barang terhadap daya tampung kendaraan. Data-data pendistribusian barang yang ada pada PT Tirta Bahagia diolah menggunakan algoritma Tabu Search. Hasil penyelesaian masalah pada permasalahan pendistribusian barang PT. Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi adalah didapatannya rute terpendek, informasi penggunaan kendaraan dan jumlah biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam pendistribusian barang. Rute terpendek divisualisasikan dengan menggunakan teknologi Google Maps.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci : Vehicle Routing Problem, Tabu Search, Tabu List, Google Map Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) is an issue where there are several routes to be followed by a number of vehicles that depart from a depot to several points of interest that have been determined and ends on the same depot. VRP problems can be solved using Tabu Search algorithm. Tabu Search algorithm is a heuristic method based on local search. Process performance is moving from one solution to the next solution by selecting the best solution. The main goal of this method is to prevent the search process in order not to re-do a search on the solution space that has never been traced. This method uses Tabu List to save a set of solutions that was recently evaluated, the results will be adjusted first to the content on Tabu List to see if a solution already exists or not. If these solutions do already exist then the solution will not be evaluated again in the next iteration. PT. Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi is a company producing products Bottled Drinking Water (bottled water) Yeh Buleleng brand that has a problem VRP. VRP problems in question are goods distribution optimization problems. Optimization of the distribution of goods led to their finding the best route taking into account the capacity of the freight capacity of the vehicle. Data distribution of goods that exist in PT Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi processed using Tabu Search algorithm. The results of solving the problems of distribution of goods PT. Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi is earned shortest route, vehicle usage information and the amount of the costs involved in the distribution of goods. Abstract

Abstrak - Berdasarkan perkembangan multimedia pembelajaran dan observasi yang dilakukan di TK Laksamana Singaraja, dalam proses belajar mengajarnya masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan media konvensional, terutama pada pengenalan dunia binatang. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk membangun suatu multimedia pembelajaran dunia binatang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dalam rangka memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut dengan cara mengembangkan sebuah film animasi 3 dimensi yang dapat digunakan sebagai media bagi anak TK untuk mempelajari dan memperkenalkan dunia binatang dengan cara yang santai, menyenangkan, dan menarik serta untuk mengetahui respon dari anak-anak di TK Laksamana Singaraja terhadap film animasi 3 dimensi “Ayo Kita Mengenal Binatang”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Film animasi 3 dimensi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan software Blender dengan beberapa tahap pembuatan animasi, yaitu pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini, yaitu produk film animasi 3 dimensi berupa DVD dan respon dari anak-anak di TK Laksamana Singaraja terhadap film animasi 3 dimensi “Ayo Kita Mengenal Binatang” yang terkategorikan positif dengan rata-rata persentase 87,11%. Berdasarkan analisis dari 15 siswa pada Kelompok A diketahui 1 siswa memberikan respon yang sangat positif dan 14 siswa memberikan respon yang positif terhadap film animasi ini. Kata kunci : TK Laksamana Singaraja, animasi 3D, film animasi, anak TK, dunia binatang. Abstract - Based on development of multimedia learning and observation conducted in TK Laksamana Singaraja, during the process of teaching and learning, manual system was still being used with conventional, especially on the introduction of the animal world. Therefore, the researcher was interested in creating a multimedia for learning about animal. The purpose of this research was to utilize the technology by developing a 3D animation film that could be used as a medium for kindergarten children to learn and introduce the animals in a pleasant, fun, and interesting way and also to study the response of kindergarten children of TK Laksamana Singaraja on 3D animation film "Ayo Kita Mengenal Binatang". The method used in this research was Research and Development (R & D) by using ADDIE development model. This 3D animation film was developed by using Blender software with some stages of animation creation, pre-production, production, and post-production. The results of this research is that 3D animaton film products in the form of DVDs and children's responses from 3D animation film "Ayo Kita Mengenal Binatang" can be considered positive with an average percentage of 87.11%. Based on an analysis of 15 students in Group A, it was noted that 1 students gave a very positive response and 14 students responded positively to this animation film. Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan Metode AHP Untuk Memberikan Rekomendasi Properti di Kabupaten Buleleng yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat membantu berbagai pihak dalam memberikan rekomendasi properti di Kabupaten Buleleng. Manfaat dikembangkannya aplikasi ini adalah untuk membantu dalam pencarian properti yang didukung dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan properti yang diinginkan. Dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi, penulis menggunakan metode waterfall atau yang sering disebut dengan classic life cycle model yang merupakan model klasik dalam membangun perangkat lunak. Kategori yang disediakan dalam sistem yaitu kategori beli tanah, kategori beli rumah, kategori kontrak tanah, kategori kontrak rumah, kategori kontrak ruko, dan kategori kontrak kost dengan menggunakan metode AHP. Kriteria-kriteria yang ada pada kategori beli tanah yaitu harga, luas tanah, KPR, diskon, jarak pemerintahan, jarak pendidikan administrasi adat, dan fasilitas pembelian tanah. Untuk kategori beli rumah yaitu harga, luas tanah, luas bangunan, KPR, diskon, jarak pemerintahan, jarak pendidikan, administrasi adat, dan fasilitas beli rumah. Untuk kategori kontrak tanah yaitu harga, lama kontrak, luas tanah, diskon, administrasi adat, dan fasilitas kontrak tanah. Untuk kategori kontrak rumah yaitu Harga, lama kontrak, luas tanah, luas bangunan, diskon, jarak pemerintahan, jarak pendidikan, administrasi adat, dan fasilitas kontrak rumah. Untuk kategori kontrak ruko yaitu harga, lama kontrak, luas bangunan, luas parkir, diskon, administrasi adat, dan fasilitas kontak ruko. Untuk kategori kontrak kost yaitu harga, lama kontrak, luas kamar, luas parkir, jarak pemerintahan jarak pendidikan, administrasi adat, dan fasilitas kontrak kost. Hasil implementasi pada penelitian ini adalah berupa website yang digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi properti di Kabupaten Buleleng kepada pengguna kapan saja dan dimana saja. Pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap sistem ini yaitu pengujian black box testing, white box testing, dan pengujian akurasi. Rata-rata nilai pengujian akurasi dari sistem yaitu sebesar 57,78%. The benefits of the development of this application is to assist in the search for the property that is supported by the decision support system in determining the desired property. In designing and implementing the application, the author uses the method waterfall or often called the classic life cycle model is a classic model in building software. Categories are provided in the system, namely the category purchase land, buy a house category, the category of land contract, contract category houses, shophouses contract category, and the category of contracts boarding by using AHP. The criteria contained in the category of land purchase is the price, vast land, mortgages, discount, within government, distance education customs administration, purchase of land and facilities. For the category of home purchase is the price, land area, building area, mortgages, discount, within government, distance education, customs administration, and the facility to buy a house. For the category of land contract, namely the price, length of contract, land area, discounts, customs administration, and facilities land contract. For the category of home contract that price, length of contract, land area, building area, discount, within government, distance education, customs administration, and contract facilities home. For the category of contracts shop that is the price, length of contract, the building area, spacious parking, discounts, customs administration, and contact facilities shop. For the category of boarding contract, namely the price, length of contract, spacious rooms, spacious parking, distance education distance administration, customs administration, and contract boarding facilities. The results of the implementation of this research is in the form of a website that is used to provide recommendations in Buleleng property to users anytime and anywhere. Tests performed on this system is testing black box testing, white box testing, and testing accuracy. Abstract

Sociology Learning Film in competency to describe value and norm which are applicable in Society for ten grade class of SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja. It was made based circumstances of the students less. It was known through interviews between sociology’s teachers at SMAN 2 Singaraja and the researcher. This film is a medium that will be used to support the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The film showed several scenes base on the indicators of material on values and norms. However, the violation scene of values and norms is more dominant in this movie. In Making the Sociology Learning Film, the researcher used ADDIE development model. ADDIE development model was a model that was grounded in instructional design approach that was effective and efficient systems as well as an interactive process that was the result of the evaluation of each phase can bring development to the next phase of learning. The end result is a product of an initial phase for the next phase. ADDIE Model consists of five parts, namely: 1) Analyze (Analysis), 2) Design (Design), 3) Develop (Development), 4) Implement (Implementation), 5) Evaluate (Evaluation). After conducted an assessment using a questionnaire, the sociology of learning this movie got a positive response. The results of the test of expert sociological learning film material got the percentage of 95.4%, from one media expert gained 91.1%, a gain of 95.6% 2 media, media experts and 3 receive 80% of students gained 91% response. So that the average of 91.6% obtained with the title very well and did not need to be revised description. The final result of this sociology learning film was DVD. Sociology learning film is expected to help the learning process in the classroom. In addition, the film has become a guide sociological of study for educators in order to think of a unique medium that makes supporting in learning in the classroom. So the learning objectives can be achieved.

Abstract

Selection of household labor services was an important aspect in families who have a lot of activity. The existence of helpful household labour services would avoid the occurrence of problems that should be caused. Types of household labour services which were often used were maids, baby sitters, elderly nurses, gardeners, and drivers. The main problem arose in the difficulty of service seekers in choosing the desired service and how to minimize the time spent. To overcome this, a decision support system was used using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which was used to find the criteria for each alternative weight, and ranking calculations using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. This research was implemented using PHP language with CodeIgniter framework. The result shows that the usability test obtains the average value with the system usability scale (SUS) method of 71.09%. It shows that the level of system usability is classified as good and can be accepted and used easily by the users. Meanwhile, the result of the user response test shows a percentage of 87.5%, so it can be concluded that the system belongs to good category and feasible to use.

Abstract

Electroencephalogram (EEG) signals in recognizing emotions have several advantages. Still, the success of this study, however, is strongly influenced by: i) the distribution of the data used, ii) consider of differences in participant characteristics, and iii) consider the characteristics of the EEG signals. In response to these issues, this study will examine three important points that affect the success of emotion recognition packaged in several research questions: i) What factors need to be considered to generate and distribute EEG data?, ii) How can EEG signals be generated with consideration of differences in participant characteristics?, and iii) How do EEG signals with characteristics exist among its features for emotion recognition? The results, therefore, indicate some important challenges to be studied further in EEG signals-based emotion recognition research. These include i) determine robust methods for imbalanced EEG signals data, ii) determine the appropriate smoothing method to eliminate disturbances on the baseline signals, iii) determine the best baseline reduction methods to reduce the differences in the characteristics of the participants on the EEG signals, iv) determine the robust architecture of the capsule network method to overcome the loss of knowledge information and apply it in more diverse data set.

Abstract

In recent years, Artificial Intelligence methods havelargely been apllied in various fields including medicalapplications. Breast cancer is the cause of death worldwide,especially among women. To make a diagnosis of breast cancer, adoctor had difficulty in determining the risk status of breast cancer.This study aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) basedfuzzy to help doctors classify the risk of breast cancer. The systemhas six input variables (Her2, hormone receptors, age, tumor grade,tumor size, lymph node and) and one output variable (risk status).This system uses a model inference Mamdani (max), where eachvalue of each rule generated from several tNorm implicationsmethod such as tNorm Zadeh, tNorm Dombi, tNorm DuboisPrade,tNorm Yager, tNorm Product, and tNorm EinsteinProduct.Defuzzyfication method are used is centroid method. Based on thetests performed, Risk Status value obtained is 2.7089 for tZadeh,tDombi, tYager and tProduct. Risk Status for tDubois Prade is 2.86,while for tEinstain Product, Risk status is 3.35. In further research,this system can be applied to other types of cancer or using otherinference methods for the preferences of the previous case.

Abstract

Several studies related to emotion recognition based on Electroencephalogram signals have been carried out in feature extraction, feature representation, and classification. However, emotion recognition is strongly influenced by the distribution or balance of Electroencephalogram data. On the other hand, the limited data obtained significantly affects the imbalance condition of the resulting Electroencephalogram signal data. It has an impact on the low accuracy of emotion recognition. Therefore, based on these problems, the contribution of this research is to propose the Radius SMOTE method to overcome the imbalance of the DEAP dataset in the emotion recognition process. In addition to the EEG data oversampling process, there are several vital processes in emotion recognition based on EEG signals, including the feature extraction process and the emotion classification process. This study uses the Differential Entropy (DE) method in the EEG feature extraction process. The classification process in this study compares two classification methods, namely the Decision Tree method and the Convolutional Neural Network method. Based on the classification process using the Decision Tree method, the application of oversampling with the Radius SMOTE method resulted in the accuracy of recognizing arousal and valence emotions of 78.78% and 75.14%, respectively. Abstract

Private tutoring was non-formal education and it was needed to help student in learning.There were already tutoring system developed where the selection of private tutors was done by filtering peocess. However, filtering process was not suitable with needs and desires of students.Besides the filtering process, to support the solution in making decisions on the selection of private tutors on the E-Privat system it also used the Decision Suport System (DSS) concept, namely a combination of AHP and SAW methods. AHP method was used to find the weights in each criterion, and the ranking calculation with the SAW method.E-Privat aimed to help parents / students in choosing private tutors that suit the needs and desires of students by involving multi-criteria and various alternative. This system was also developed to help private tutors to get the opportunity to fill out private lessons.  The testing process results showed that the system had been successful and suitable for used. There were 5 testing processes : (1)black box testing, (2)white box testing, (3)accuracy test which showed a percentage of 87%, and (4)user's response test whichused the SUS method showed a percentage 92.08% with best imaginable category.
