Abstract

prevention policies and practices in schools, focusing on the key factors that influence their effectiveness and the role of social, cultural and economic contexts. The approach used was Systematic Literature Review (SLR), analyzing 35 articles from highly ranked journals to synthesize evidence on the implementation and outcomes of school violence prevention policies. The review showed that key elements of effective policies include staff training, restorative approaches, mental health support, and inclusive policy design. In addition, social norms, cultural sensitivity and economic resources were found to have a significant influence on the successful implementation of the policy. This study provides practical implications in the form of recommendations to strengthen school leadership, increase community engagement, and prioritize mental health services in violence prevention strategies. This study contributes to the literature by offering a detailed framework for developing more effective and adaptive violence prevention policies, while emphasizing the importance of an approach that is responsive to the local context. The findings of this study offer a novel contribution by integrating contextual factors such as social, cultural and economic factors into the development of a school violence prevention framework, which is often overlooked in previous studies.

Abstract

Prasung village located in Sidoarjo Regency is flanked by two rivers, Porong and Kali Mas, so it has fertile agricultural land that is can be a mainstay as a center for food security. So that a breakthrough in the management of development in the agricultural sector is needed through the establishment of the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) of Agriculture that will manage agricultural products in order to provide great benefits to the people of Prasung Village in improving the economy, welfare and can improve food security. The need for community empowerment in managing the results of their fields through the BUMDes Agriculture that can also open jobs for the surrounding community. BUMDes Agriculture which will be developed in addition to being intended to increase the village's original income also has a social function. This community service activity is carried out with the method of socialization by providing understanding to the community in an effort to increase the potential in the village to support the welfare of the local community through the development of the Agricultural BUMDes in the Village of Prasung. The embodiment of the establishment of the BUMDes Agriculture is expected to minimize the role of middlemen, which often leads to increasing transaction costs between the price of products from producers to consumers. So that this BUMDes Agriculture can later help the community in the production of food for the consumption of local village community food. BUMDes in later can become a distributor that fosters economic activities in the local village so that of course requires a strong foundation in its development.

Abstract

Media Sosial adalah wujud perkembangan teknologi yang digunakan sebagai sarana berkomunikasi, berinteraksi dan membangun jaringan melalui media online bagi seluruh lapisan kalangan masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberi pemahaman dan meningkatkan kesadaran dan etika kepada remaja santri didalam menggunakan media sosial diera digital. Pengaruh lingkungan dan keluarga dapat menjadi faktor penting mendorong remaja dan dampak yang didapatkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penyuluhan Hukum kepada remaja santri Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah dalam penggunaan media sosial agar dapat dimanfaatkan secara bijak dan cerdas serta menghasilkan suatu yang bermanfaat bagi penggunanya. Hasil dari serangkaian penyuluhan hukum ini yakni meningkatnya pemahaman, kemampuan dan pengetahuan kepada remaja santri Pondok Pesantren darul Falah dalam bermedia sosial dan transaksi lainnya yang berhubungan dengan Informasi Transaksi Elektronik (ITE), sehingga perkembangan teknologi informasi dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal dan tepat. Serta meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap resiko yang akan didapat jika media sosial disalah gunakan.

Abstract

Research entitled "Exoneration Clause in the Goods Delivery Agreement through the Delivery Service", due to the Exoneration Clause, it can harm consumers. Issues discussed regarding the form of exoneration clauses in goods delivery agreements through shipping services and legal protection for owners of goods that are harmed due to exoneration clauses. The study uses a normative approach and a concept approach, a conclusion is obtained as follows. The form of the exoneration clause in the goods delivery agreement via the shipping service is the contents of the exoneration clause that has binding power for the parties involved in it, the contents of the exoneration clause that do not have binding power for the parties involved in it. The exoneration clause has binding power for the parties involved in it as signed. Regarding the location, form and disclosure of standard clauses, it can also be seen from the intention of the business actor, that the obligation of the business actor is in good faith in carrying out his business activities. Legal protection for the owner of the goods that is harmed by the exoneration clause is a protection given to legal subjects in the form of legal instruments both preventive and responsive, both written and unwritten. If something happens to the goods sent, such as lost or damaged, it would be better if between the shipping service and the consumer together to resolve the case by way of peace first. Consumers can submit a claim first after that the freight forwarder can process the loss in accordance with the agreement and does not need to involve the court or the Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK).

Abstract

The target of the spread of radical terrorism that has infiltrated the university environment needs to be prevented and become a common concern, especially university leaders. The development of the radical flow of terrorism in universities can endanger the unity of the state because universities are a place for education candidates for intellectuals, entrepreneurs, bureaucrats, technocrats, and professionals. Counter-radicalism is an effort to prevent the entry of the seeds of radicalism in the transformation of terrorism in universities. Prevention and control efforts can be carried out through a soft education approach by instilling the spirit of nationalism and defending the country to students and academics in the Higher Education environment. Rechtsbewustzijn is closely related to legal compliance and the effectiveness of the law, so it is hoped that the values ​​of legal awareness that are built strongly in the Higher Education environment will be successful in supporting counter-radicalism programs in preventing radicalism in Higher Education. All components in Higher Education in obeying the law are not a compulsion but because the law is by the values ​​that exist in society and by the needs of the Higher Education environment which is a safe and comfortable place to study.

Abstract

Sources of income for fishermen are not only generated through fishery resources but also carry out fish cultivation in ponds, seaweed cultivation and traditional fish processing. Fish farming, and development activities are carried out by fishermen because the results obtained from the sea are not sufficient for their daily needs. This study is to determine the effectiveness of the application of Awig-Awig in the protection of marine natural resources of the indigenous peoples of East Lombok. The approach chosen in this research is empirical juridical. The choice of this approach was taken because what will be studied in addition to laws and regulations is also the influence of customary law that develops in society, especially in East Lombok. Awig-awig Teluk Jor area is divided into 13 chapters and consists of 17 articles. The chapters contained in the awig-awig of the Teluk Jor area regulates general provisions, types and facilities of fishing gear, fishing areas, and the operation of fishing gear, cultivation, conservation, pollution of the coastal environment, security, shipping, institutions and sources. management funds, sanctions, procedures for administering sanctions, additional and transitional rule, and closings. About  conservation, the awig-awig of the Teluk Jor area regulate  the use of mangroves that can be used for research, tourism, and other business activities that do not damage the surrounding environment as well as protection from illegal logging, and conversion of mangrove land into ponds.
