Islam melahirkan banyak penganggas ilmu pengetahun dari masa klasik hingga modern saat ini. Pada masa klasik salah satunya yaitu Abu Yusuf, beliau adalah penganggas ilmu ekonomi umat, hal tersebut dengan dibuktikan dengan adanya bukti fisik dari karya tulis beliau yang berjudul “Al-Kharaj” yang mana didalamnya membahas kebijakan ekonomi yakni masalah pajak. Dalam pengambilan kebijakan seyogyanya memberikan solusi yang mendukung, mendorong serta menciptakan kesejahteraan bagi negara dan rakyatnya.Kebijakan ekonomi sangat penting karena ekonomi adalah salah satu masalah utama yang diperhatikan. Tidak sedikit tokoh ekonomi Islam yang berhasil memimpin pemerintahan pada masanya salah satunya pemikiran ekonomi islam masa klasik yakni Abu Yusuf. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menumpulkan studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan buku serta artikel terkait. Adapun hasil dalam artikel ini bahwa kebijakan pajak yang diterapkan pada zaman Abu Yusuf pajak dengan sistem muqasamah (Porposional Tax). Begitu pula dengan keuangan publik beliau memperoleh sumber perbelanjaan untuk pembangunan jangka panjang seperti membangun jembatan dan bangunan serta menggali saluran besar dan kecil dari 3 sumber dana ghanimah, sadaqah, dan harta fay, yang mencakup jizyah, ushr, dan kharaj. Demikian dengan mekanisme pasar Menurut Abu Yusuf sistem ekonomi islam seharusnya mengikuti prinsip mekanisme pasar yakni dengan memberikan kebebasan yang optimal bagi para pelaku didalamnya yaitu produsen dan konsumen. Dalam ekonomi islam penentuan harga dilakukan oleh kekuatan-kekuatan pasar yakni kekutan permintaan dan penawaran. Kata Kunci: Pemikiran Ekonomi, Ekonomi Islam, Abu Yusuf.

Career women do not mean having to work in an office, but they can also work from home, for example, selling online. It is intended that when women encounter a problem, they already have the provision of strong soft skills and hard skills so that they can help in dealing with the rigours of life. Therefore, it is hoped that this district will be able to excel in accordance with the expectations of the demands and needs of the times. So this study aims to describe the standard of multi-role career women, their programs, and their planning in the Tegalombo District. The research method used is qualitative with the type of phenomenological study and data collection methods using interviews, observation, and documentation. This research results in the position of career women's roles in economic prosperity, family education, and household harmony. It is hoped that the multi-role of career women in the Covid-19 era can describe the problems that occur, and further direct the quality and quantity of career women in improving survival.

In this era of globalization, franchise expansion has become one of the main strategies for the growth of the retail industry. However, in a business context governed by Islamic principles, the concept of business ethics becomes increasingly relevant. This article explores the role of Islamic Business Ethics in the context of franchise expansion in the retail industry, with a focus on economic cycles and sharia business practices. Through a literature review, this article describes how Islamic business ethical values can direct franchise expansion steps, manage risks in fluctuating economic cycles, and implement sharia business practices that are in accordance with Islamic principles. This research discusses the implications of Islamic business ethics in strengthening the foundations of sustainability and long-term success for the retail industry which focuses on the principles of justice, social responsibility and economic balance. The research results show that the application of Islamic business ethics in franchise expansion in the retail industry can improve business performance, strengthen consumer trust, and promote business sustainability. This research highlights the importance of understanding and applying the principles of Islamic business ethics in the context of modern business, especially in the retail industry.

The number of business operators in East Java increases significantly each year but is unfortunately not accompanied by increased legal awareness. While many business operators are aware of the halal certification obligation, they need to actually comply to it. This research was conducted in East Java on 111 micro and small business operators and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) spread across several cities. A total of 450 respondents of various backgrounds who, at the time of research, had run their business for at least two years were involved in direct interviews and questionnaire surveys. This research focuses on discussing the awareness of business operators and the community in East Java based on Soerjono Soekanto's legal awareness (understanding, knowledge, obedience, and legal attitudes), and maqasid sharia. Efforts to increase knowledge and understanding of business owners of legal awareness still lacked due to non-existent sanctions and incomprehensive campaign. Meanwhile, in legal culture, there is a perception that food consumed by the community is not necessarily halal-certified. The government strategy to advocate legal awareness of halal product certification includes product acceleration through the halal product information (SIP Halal) system that is easily accessible to MSMEs.

A female judge has a dual role when the judge is married. It's not just work that needs to be done. However, work as a wife and housewife must also be considered. A female judge certainly has high consequences for work. Not only is he responsible for his work, a judge must of course be ready to be transferred to various court areas throughout Indonesia. Moreover, a female judge, who is basically a woman, also plays an important role in the family, especially. For example, serving your husband and having to educate and give love to your children. The focus of the research is related to the role of female judges in earning a living and in creating family harmony when they have to be transferred to areas far from their families. This thesis is a qualitative research type of field research with a normative approach. Meanwhile, technical data collection involves conducting interviews and documentation. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis with an inductive method.

Introduction: Many financial institutions have developed in Ponorogo, conventional and sharia. BMT Hasanah is present as a Sharia microfinance institution that often helps households and UMKM. Even though there is much competition, BMT Hasanah can continue to show its existence. This research aims to determine product and service development strategies, especially in murabahah contracts. Research Methods: This research aims to determine product and service development strategies, especially in murabahah contracts. The research uses a qualitative approach using primary data in the form of interviews and observations and secondary data obtained from archival documents and the internet. Results: The results of this research show that BMT Hasanah is responsive in responding to customer product requests. The murabahah products provided are always up to date with straightforward guarantees. Apart from that, BMT Hasanah provides maximum service in terms of installment payments. Customers are visited using a pick-up system and also serve an installment system by transfer. Conclusion: With this strategy, BMT Hasanah not only increases competitiveness and revenue but also increases customer satisfaction, which ultimately strengthens its existence.

This study aims to determine the extent of the financial literacy of the Muslim community in Ponorogo and their loyalty to the bank interest fatwa. This paper uses a field research approach using data collection methods in the form of interviews and observations and the analysis techniques used are descriptive-inductive. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the following conclusions were found: 1. The perception of Ponorogo Muslims is divided into no types, namely agreeing with bank interest fatwas, doubting the existence of bank interest fatwas, and ignoring the provisions of bank interest fatwas. 2. The factors influencing the observance of Ponorogo Muslims are classified into 2 categories, namely those who obey which are divided into observance based on religious values (obedience) and obedience based on religious-rational considerations (internalization observance). Then those who disobey are caused because their legal awareness is still very weak, the causative factor is the nature of the fatwa itself and some of the following: (a) There is still difficult access to Islamic banking in their area; (b) Islamic bank services that tend to be the same as conventional banks; (c) Conventional banks and Islamic banks are practically considered to be no different, both of which have not adhered to sharia principles; 3. By behavioral finance analysis, it is found that (a) Those who agree with fatwas based on religious-rational values are not found any element of bias in them. (b) who doubts that there is an element of bias in the form of overconfidence with the initial information so as not to follow the development of the next information (bias anchoring). And those who ignore fatwas have no element of bias in them because they are supported by the fact that bank interest fatwas have no significant effect on the provisions of fatwas.

AbstractJamaluddin Al-Afghani was one of the drivers of the renewal and revival of Islam in the 19th century. Muhammad Abduh was one of the most important figures in the religious reform movement in the Islamic world in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Muhammad Iqbal was a very important figure in the religious reform movement in the Islamic world in the early 20th century. The research method used is qualitative library research. The result of this research is that the hallmark of Al-Afghani's thinking is about the idea of pan-Islamism, the organization aims to unite the forces of the Muslims to resist the domination of imperialism in Islamic countries. Muhammad Abduh's prominent thought was to bring ishlah (reforms) to formal education, namely the improvement of language and abolish the concept of dualism of education. Muhammad Iqbal's prominent thought was about khudi (ego).Keywords: Thought, Al-Afghani, Abduh, Iqbal, Pan-Islamisme Abstrak Salah satu kekuatan utama di balik kelahiran kembali dan kebangkitan Islam abad ke-19 adalah Jamaluddin Al-Afghani. Selama akhir abad ke-19 dan awal abad ke-20, Muhammad Abduh memainkan peran penting dalam gerakan reformasi agama dunia Islam. Muhammad Iqbal memiliki peran penting dalam gerakan reformasi agama dunia Islam awal abad ke-20. Penelitian kepustakaan adalah metodologi penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pan-Islamisme, sebuah organisasi yang berusaha menyatukan umat Islam untuk menentang hegemoni imperialisme atas negara-negara Islam, adalah ciri khas pemikiran Al-Afghani. Muhammad Abduh adalah seorang pemikir terkenal yang menganjurkan ishlah (reformasi) dalam pendidikan formal, yaitu untuk pengembangan bahasa dan penolakan terhadap gagasan dualisme pendidikan. AbstractThis article discusses Islamic economic thought according to Imam al-Ghazali and looks at its relevance in Indonesia. The article uses qualitative research in the nature of a literature study. This study focuses on epistemology from the perspective of the philosophy of science. By using a library study method through scientific articles obtained from online journal publications and related books. Through in-depth study, it shows that in general Imam Al-Ghazali's economic thought provides ethical and moral foundations that are relevant for the development of the Islamic economic system. These concepts can help shape economic policies that take Islamic values into account and create a more just and sustainable society. The implementation of the economic system in Indonesia based on al-Ghazali's thoughts emphasizes the importance of justice in the distribution of wealth. This principle can guide the formation of economic policies that reduce social inequality. al-Ghazali understood the concepts of zakat and sadaqah as instruments to reduce inequality and help those in need. This concept is in line with the principles of zakat and sadaqah in Islamic economics which support community welfare.Keywords: Relevance Islamic Economics, al-Ghazali. AbstrakArtikel ini mendiskusikan tentang pemikiran ekonomi Islam menurut Imam al-Ghazali dan melihat relevansinya di Indonesia. Artikel menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat studi kepustakaan. Studi ini meemfokuskan pada epistemologi dari segi filsafat ilmu. Dengan menggunakan metode menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan melalui artikel-artikel ilmiah yang diperoleh dari terbitan jurnal-jurnal secara online dan buku-buku yang terkait. Melalui kajian mendalam menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pemikiran ekonomi Imam Al-Ghazali menyajikan fondasi etika dan moral yang relevan untuk pengembangan sistem ekonomi Islam. Konsep-konsep ini dapat membantu membentuk kebijakan ekonomi yang memperhatikan nilai-nilai Islam dan menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan. Penerapan sistem ekonomi di Indonesia berdasarkan pemikiran al-Ghazali menekankan pentingnya keadilan dalam distribusi kekayaan. Prinsip ini dapat membimbing pembentukan kebijakan ekonomi yang mengurangi kesenjangan sosial. Al-Ghazali memahami konsep zakat dan sadaqah sebagai instrumen untuk mengurangi ketidaksetaraan dan membantu mereka yang membutuhkan. The purpose of this study was to find out how the perspective of the DSN MUI fatwa No.75 / DSN MUI / VII / 2009 on PLBS on Herbalife business practices at the Nutrition Club Cupid Ceria Madiun City related to price, royalty, and the concept of ighra'. This research uses field research methods with a qualitative approach. The results of this study can be seen that 1) The price of Herbalife products is not following the DSN MUI fatwa No.75 / DSN MUI / VII / 2009 concerning PLBS because it is included in the Excessive Markup category because the product price is relatively high and does not match the profit-sharing 2) Royalty in the Herbalife bonus system is fully following the DSN MUI fatwa No.75 / DSN MUI / VII / 2009 regarding PLBS because bonuses are the result of actual work, the amount is precise, not passive income and there is no exploitation or injustice. 3) Royalty in business Herbalife is also following the DSN MUI fatwa No.75 / DSN MUI / VII / 2009 regarding PLBS, which is not included in the ighra ' category because initially businessmen are not immediately interested in bonuses in this business but are only interested in the product results they want to achieve
