Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of Radio Republik Indonesia's (RRI) digital transformation strategy in attracting Generation Z audiences in Yogyakarta Special Region. Using a quantitative descriptive approach based on a survey of 124 respondents, the research evaluates audience perceptions, media consumption habits, and expectations toward RRI's digital services. Findings indicate that RRI has adopted digital innovations like live streaming, podcasts, and social media content distribution. Yet, audience awareness remains moderate (mean 3.34), while preferences for digital channels and podcasts are high (mean 3.84 and 3.98). The main barriers include the dominance of alternative media (77.4%) and limited promotion (47.6%). Nevertheless, Generation Z shows strong interest in interactive content (67.7%) and expects RRI to be more active on digital platforms. The study concludes that RRI’s digital transformation is progressing in the right direction but requires improved visibility, content quality, and interactivity through social-first distribution and content-value redesign strategies to better align with Generation Z's media consumption patterns

Abstract

This study aims to analyze corruption as a form of deviation from the value of social justice in the implementation of the fifth principle of Pancasila, as well as to examine efforts to eradicate it in government administration. Pancasila is the foundation for Indonesian governance, one of which is the fifth principle, which upholds the value of social justice for all Indonesian people. However, in practice, numerous cases of corruption demonstrate that the government still faces challenges in implementing the value of social justice in the actual state governance. This research design uses a qualitative approach with library research methods through analysis of various relevant literature and research findings. The results indicate that in addition to impacting the national economy, corruption also contributes to social inequality among communities, diminishes public trust in the government, and hinders the equitable distribution of social welfare. Corruption has long been believed to be a concrete form of neglecting the value of social justice, as it involves the abuse of power and state resources for personal or group interests. Several studies have also suggested that factors driving corruption include weakening transparency and state accountability, and unstable law enforcement. In its implementation, the fifth principle of Pancasila requires several supports, such as strengthening the Indonesian legal system, increasing state transparency and accountability, and instilling Pancasila values in the younger generation through character education. Thus, the implementation of the fifth principle of Pancasila is expected to reduce corruption and achieve governance with integrity.

Abstract

The growing prevalence of hedonism among students poses a serious challenge in the world of education, as it can influence students’ attitudes, behaviors, and motivation to learn. This study aims to examine the role of teachers as moral agents in countering the influence of hedonism in the educational environment. This study employs a qualitative approach in the form of a literature review, utilizing secondary data obtained from scientific journals, books, and relevant articles. Data collection was conducted through a literature review by tracing and analyzing various sources, while data analysis employed qualitative descriptive techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that hedonism among students is influenced by technological advancements, social media, and social environments that encourage consumerist behavior and an orientation toward instant gratification. In this context, teachers play a crucial role as moral agents through setting a good example, reinforcing character education, and guiding the wise use of technology. The role of teachers is highly strategic in shaping students’ character and countering the influence of hedonism by consistently instilling the values of discipline, responsibility, and simplicity.
