Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan nasional masih memprihatinkan dibandingkan negara- negara Asia bahkanAsia Tenggara. Oleh karena itu perbaikan sistem pendidikan nasional sangat diperlukan agar kualitas pendidikan meningkat Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan adalah dengan meningkatkan profesionalitas guru. Tujuan meningkatkan  kemampuan guru melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas sehingga dapat  mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas dan juga berpengaruh dalam kenaikan pangkat guru terkendala tidak adanya artikel untuk dipublikasi. Langkah kegiatan yaitu  sosialisasi kepada guru terkait penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), uru Merancang Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan Guru Membuat artikel dari hasil penelitian Tindakan Kelas dan di Submit ke Jurnal.  Kegiatan yag dilakukan ini telah menambah wawasan guru terkait penelitian Tindakan Kelas dan guru telah dapat merancang penelitian tindakan kelas dan guru telah dapat mengakses beberapa jurnal dari berbagai sumber dan cara mensubmit artikel di Jurnal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan praktik pendisiplinan tubuh (biopolitik) terhadap masyarakat pelaku usaha wisata bahari, serta resistensi yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat pelaku usaha wisata bahari di Pulau Derawan ketika pandemi Covid-19. Pegumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan teori biopolitik dari Michael Foucault dan teori resistensi dari James C. Scott untuk menganalisis temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama pandemi Covid-19 Pemerintah Kabupaten Berau dan Pemerintah Kampung Pulau Derawan mendisiplinkan tubuh para pekerja dan pelaku usaha wisata bahari di Pulau Derawan dengan cara membuat regulasi penutupan sementara objek wisata Pulau Derawan. Selanjutnya tindakan perlawanan (resistensi) dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha wisata bahari di Pulau Derawan karena keterlambatan respon pihak Pemerintah Kampung Pulau Derawan mengenai pembukaan kembali destinasi wisata pada era normal baru. Bentuk resistensi pelaku usaha wisata bahari di Pulau Derawan adalah menyampaikan aspirasi/ teguran terhadap Pemerintah Kampung Pulau Derawan sebagai pengambil kebijakan serta mensiasati regulasi protokol kesehatan bagi wisatawan untuk memasuki Pulau Derawan. Resistensi yang dilakukan ini adalah bentuk perlawanan pelaku usaha wisata terhadap regulasi pemerintah, sekaligus cara mereka bertahan dalam menanggapi kesulitan yang mereka hadapi pada masa pandemi Covid 19.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT  Libraries are desired as institutions that manage collections of written works, printed works, and/or peer works professionally with a standardized system to meet the educational, research, preservation, information and recreational needs of the users. Therefore, librarians who work in libraries must be professional in managing a library.  As  stated  in  Law  No.  43  of  2007  concerning  Libraries,  namely  "A librarian is someone who has competencies obtained through education and/or training in librarianship  and  has  the  duties and  responsibilities  to  carry  out library management and services". This means that librarians are employees who are able to manage and develop libraries with their competence. Realizing social inclusion-based library services is a necessity for equitable distribution of information and knowledge through libraries. Public information literacy supported by service innovation by librarians in libraries will make a barrel to increase interest in reading in Indonesia with the support of adequate collection availability, competent librarians and adequate Information Technology support. Key Word : Library, Librarian, Literacy, Library Services

Abstract

An unprecedented investment is being made in leadership development across the public sector with the hope of increasing organizational capacity, and delivering the modernization and improvement of public services. Educational leadership programs are mushrooming and leadership development is a core theme of the organization's initiatives.In action learning activities have been attracting increasing interest as an approach that can simultaneously address individual and organizational development, in which learning is embedded in real and complex problems and people as social beings who all of them interact with others from diverse contexts or various points of view.Action learning, leadership and organizational development in public service exemplifies this action widely as a learning activity and considers evidence in the community to assess effectiveness as an approach to leadership development in general. Abstract

Disrupsi teknologi transportasi menyebabkan terjadi permasalahan baru bagi para Sopir Angkutan Kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang membuat sopir angkutan kota trayek Pasar Raya – Gunung Pangilun – Siteba tetap bertahan di era transportasi online. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori strukturasi karya Anthony Giddens. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif dengan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah Supir Angkot rute/trayek Pasar Raya - Gunung Pangilun - Siteba, Pihak Instansi Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Padang serta Pengguna Jasa Angkot rute/trayek Pasar Raya-Siteba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan transportasi online menyebabkan menurunnya jumlah armada Angkot yang beroperasi serta menurunnya pendapatan rata-rata para Sopir Angkot. Selanjutnya, faktor yang menjadikan keberadaan Angkot masih bertahan yaitu: a) loyalitas konsumen dan perekonomian konsumen; b) keterbatasan keterampilan. Selanjutnya, fenomena bertahannya Angkot di era transportasi online merupakan wujud keterkaitan antara agen, struktur, dan dampaknya terhadap sistem transportasi di Kota Padang.

Abstract

Penjualan merchandise merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan penting bagi klub sepak bola, termasuk Gresik United. Artikel ini menganalisis strategi pengembangan merchandise Gresik United melalui pendekatan SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) untuk meningkatkan nilai merek dan pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal. Dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, artikel ini mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan internal klub serta peluang dan ancaman eksternal yang memengaruhi penjualan merchandise. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas produk, inovasi desain, optimasi pemasaran digital, serta diversifikasi produk dapat memperkuat posisi Gresik United di pasar merchandise. Pendekatan pemasaran yang lebih terarah melalui kerja sama dengan influencer dan pengembangan saluran distribusi digital, seperti platform e-commerce, dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar secara efektif dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, dengan menjalin kerjasama dengan pemasok lokal, Gresik United dapat meningkatkan kontribusinya terhadap ekonomi lokal. Prediksi dampak implementasi strategi ini menunjukkan adanya potensi peningkatan pendapatan hingga 30% dalam dua tahun, yang dapat mencapai tambahan pendapatan sekitar Rp150.000.000 per tahun. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi klub sepak bola lainnya dalam memanfaatkan merchandise sebagai alat pengembangan merek dan pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal, serta sebagai kontribusi positif terhadap penguatan ekonomi masyarakat di sekitarnya.

Abstract

The era of the covid-19 pandemic, the popularity of social media shows an increasingly significant trend, especially in Indonesia. This fact is directly proportional to the emergence of various kinds of social media that offer various interesting features, one of which is the Tik-Tok application. Along with its development, many internet citizens (netizens) have used the comment feature on the content presented in the Tik-Tok application. However, this feature is used as a vehicle for self-existence through comments that are vulnerable to being included in the cyber-harassment category. This article tries to elaborate on the case of cyber harassment in the Tik Tok application in the form of hate comments on the @y***q account that occurred during the covid-19 pandemic era. Based on the theoretical framework of Social Identity, it can be explained how the phenomenon of cyber harassment is present as a consequence of technological developments which ultimately leads to Kekerasan Berbasis Gender Online (KBGO). Tik-Tok as social media is not friendly in presenting a gendered space that is used by women to express themselves through video content wrapped in the existence of self-identity, opposing discrimination, and denying the perpetuation of the definition of beautiful women based on other people's constructions (netizens).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) in the development of Embung Banyu Langit tourism in Suka Maju Village, Kongbeng District, East Kutai. This research used qualitative method with data collection techniques including in-dept interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data analysis is conducted descriptively and qualitatively to illustrate the role of POKDARWIS in managing, promoting and empowering the local community to ensure the sustainable development of Embung Banyu Langit tourism. The result show that POKDARWIS of Suka Maju Village plays a significant role as a facilitator, motivator, initiator and manager in tourism development. Supporting factors include the village’s tourism attraction, government support, and active community participation. Based on these findings, this study recomendeds increased support from the government and stakeholders to strengthen the capacity and role of POKDARWIS in Suka Maju Village to achieve sustainable and inclusive tourism development.

Abstract

The rapid development of the digital economy has significantly transformed trade structures in Indonesia, including traditional markets that have long been the backbone of community-based economic activities. This study aims to analyze the changes and impacts experienced by traditional traders in Pasar Raya Padang in the digital economy era. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation, and analyzed using thematic analysis with source and method triangulation to ensure validity. The findings reveal that traditional traders in Pasar Raya Padang are undergoing social changes marked by adaptation gaps to digital technology. Younger traders tend to adopt social media platforms and electronic payment systems to expand their market reach, while older traders face difficulties due to limited digital literacy. The economic impact is ambivalent: adaptive traders experience increased income, while non-adaptive traders face declining sales. Socially, face-to-face interactions have decreased, yet new, more transactional relationships have emerged in digital spaces. This study concludes that Pasar Raya Padang represents a dynamic interaction between tradition and modernity, resulting in a hybrid form of trade. The findings highlight the importance of empowering traditional traders through digital literacy programs, supportive policies, and community collaboration to maintain the competitiveness of traditional markets in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines community participation in the development of Geopark Silokek in Nagari Silokek, Sijunjung District, Sijunjung Regency. The research is motivated by the great potential of Geopark Silokek as an internationally valuable geological-based tourism site and as an opportunity to improve the welfare of local communities. A qualitative approach was employed with data collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. Research informants consisted of community leaders, the village head, Geopark Silokek management, and local residents directly involved in the development of the area. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings reveal that community participation is manifested in three main forms: participation in ideas (contributing suggestions), participation in labor (collective work and field activities), and participation in resources (financial and material support). However, according to Arnstein’s A Ladder of Citizen Participation, the level of participation remains at the tokenism stage, particularly informing and consultation, which indicates that community involvement has not yet significantly influenced strategic decision-making. This study recommends enhancing community capacity and establishing formal institutions that promote higher levels of participation, namely partnership and citizen control, in order to ensure the sustainability of Geopark Silokek while maximizing its economic, social, and environmental benefits for the local community.
