Abstract

Tanaman Krisan (Chrysanthemum morifolium) merupakan tanaman hias yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Pupuk organik cair dari limbah organik mengandung unsur hara cukup tinggi berpotensi dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair yang terbaik dari limbah sayur terhadap pertumbuhan krisan. Desain yang digunakan adalah Rangcangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan sehingga terdapat 24 unit dalam ulangan percobaan. Perlakuan pupuk cair berupa 0 ml (K0), 5 ml (K1), 10 ml (K2), 15 ml (K3), 20 ml (K4), dan 25 ml (K5). Parameter pertumbuhan yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), dan panjang daun (cm). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA One-way dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk organik cair dengan konsentrasi 15 ml/L air menghasilkan tanaman tertinggi dan konsentrasi 5 ml/L air (K1) menghasilkan jumlah daun terbanyak.

Abstract

People with disabilities are identical to people who are disabled, weak, stupid and backward. People with disabilities are no longer seen as problematic people, by providing equal access and being inclusive for everyone in their society (168 169). Equal roles for people with disabilities are an important issue for the government. Recognition of equal rights for groups with disabilities, both in terms of education, employment opportunities and others. Community service activities carried out by Herdiana, et al. in Taman Ayu village, in 2023 became the main basis for empowering people with disabilities and knowledge for people with disabilities, especially in the equality garden by involving groups with disabilities. Taman Ayu Village, Gerung District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) in the "Equality Garden" group consisting of 15 people consisting of people with hearing and speech impairments which was carried out in June-December 2024 with the community service implementation team being a collaboration of 3 fields of science, namely agribusiness, accounting and agroecotechnology and involving 3 students from different study programs (fields of science). The purpose of this activity is to provide literacy and education about grape cultivation techniques, improve grape cultivation technique skills, financial management in business through ongoing training and mentoring. The forms of activities include literacy counseling and education for people with disabilities in grape cultivation techniques (Vitis Vinifera L), business management training and financial recording management, mentoring and coaching in marketing using digital marketing (marketplace: Facebook, Shopie, Tokopedia) and mentoring in submitting business legality. The hope of this activity is that groups with disabilities have skills in the field of grape cultivation, skills in management and financial recording of businesses so that from this activity a new business can be formed so that the goal of this activity is the independence of the disabled group's business. Collaboration between the service team (academics) and the village in the form of ongoing mentoring and coaching will be carried out until they have an independent business

Abstract

Women farmers are a group of women who work as farm laborers and housewives. Low education and minimal skills prevent them from getting better jobs. Developing the quality of women farmers through non-formal education is important to increase knowledge and skills so that they can live better. Grape cultivation by utilizing existing empty land is one of the solution approaches provided to create new businesses among women farmers groups. Community partnership service activities that will be carried out focus on coaching and mentoring women farmers groups through increasing knowledge and technology of grape cultivation. The purpose of this community partnership service activity is to provide education about grape cultivation and propagation of grape plants. The location of the service is in Jurang Are hamlet, Bonder Village, Praya Barat District, Central Lombok Regency-NTB which will be carried out for 1 year from January to December 2024 with 10 KWT DeBoRaTif_Man partners. The output of the service is a national journal accredited by SINTA 4 in the UAJS journal. The result of the Community Partnership Service activity is the formation of cooperation partners who will be assisted until they become independent partners in grape cultivation. This PKM activity consists of counseling and training activities. In the future, partners really hope for the sustainability of this activity so that they can be independent and make the results of this activity into new business opportunities
