Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is base on the students understanding of mathematical concept are still low and students’ not interest in learning mathematical. This research was aimed to determine actyvity study of student and whether students’ understanding of mathematical concept by implementing cooperative  model type student teams achievement division better than the students’ understanding of mathematical concept than the implementing of conventional learning in class MTsN Air Bangis  school. This was an experiment research and applied random research toward the subject. Based on the perceived data analysis, the class sample has normally distributed and homogeneus. Hypothesis test result obstained = 2,00216 so the research hypothesis was accepted.  It can be concluded of actyvity of study point of out level from meeting first until third, and down by meeting four. And the student’s understanding of mathematical concept by implementing cooperative  model type student teams achievement division better than the students’ understanding of mathematical concept than the implementing of conventional learning in class MTsN Air Bangis  school.

Abstract

This research beginning be fact in SMPN 21 Padang that lesson is still going on one direction until make the process of lesson less gratify. One of the way that can be muddling through the problem is by applying of learning active strategy of learning tournament type. A type of this research is the research of pra-experiment with the program of one shot case study. The instrument of research is quiz and final test in essay form that contain of indicator comprehension concept. Form of the test can be used is amaunt of 7 question list with reabilitas test r11= 0,77. Based on the result of the analysis quiz of data and final test. The avarage of quiz I is result 79,31,quiz II is 84,29, quiz III is 85,89, and quiz IV is 86,67, the result of the hypothesis test acquire t=5,238 and ttable=1,960. This matter means the hypothesis to this research is received.

Abstract

The formation development and maintenance of school cultural values is very important in order to create honesty, mutual trust, discipline, neat, clean, beautiful and create a harmonious atmosphere so that the formation of student character is good. This study aims to describe the school's cultural planning and implementation. The subjects of this study were principals of primary schools, teachers and students in primary schools in the Aur Birugo Tigobaleh district. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use techniques developed by Miles and Huberman (1996). The findings of this study include: (1) school cultural planning is not planned according to MoNE standards; (2) the implementation of school culture is implemented by every school member but it does not yet refer to the correct guidelines. For this reason, it is recommended that schools make plans and implement correctly according to applicable guidelines.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal "How Promotion has been done UPT Library staff University of Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru in increasing the number of visitors. This is done to see how the promotion is implemented, what promotion has or has not done by the library in increasing the number of visitors. In addition, as the end result, this research also aims to find out what promotion should be improved and maintained for future development to increase the number of visitors in the library. The method used is qualitative method. Respondents in this research are both permanent and honorary library staff who have been involved in library promotion activities. To support the result of research, the researcher interviewed the Head of Library. The final goal of this research is to reveal what promotion has been done and what the promotion can be applied in an effort to increase the number of visitors.

Abstract

Based on our findings in the field there are still many students who have not understood yet and can not use SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solution) especially in doing Linearity Test where in their mind better make qualitative research than quantitative research because in their mind using SPSS is difficult, because processed resulting from the SPSS output they do not understand, nor do they know the steps to test the Linearity with the SPSS, and few students end up using the SPSS application program to process their research data. So our team of devotion felt called to be able to carry out this community service because they feel responsible for the success of our students in education with utilization of computer technology, besides that I as a lecturer course Research Methods of the last few years should be able to transfer the knowledge that I have so they can complete the final task on time without the help of others services and will be brought later in the world of work. Before the training is done the team first gives a questionnaire to the participants to know their knowledge early about Linearity Test. The design of Ibm to be implemented is 1. Introduction and provision of training materials. 2. Submission of training materials, 3. Provision of Practice with computer, After completion of training the team again distributed the same questionnaire thus can be seen how much improvement their knowledge after the training is given by comparing the questionnaire before and the questionnaire after the training is given. So based on both pre test table and post test we can see the increasing ability of the participants after the training is given that is from correct 15 (14%) to 79(75%) correct answer, significant increase in ability.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to see how leadership style, knowledge asymmetry, and regulatory compliance affect accounting fraud, using unethical behavior as a mediating variable. In this study, the Kuansing Regency Government's State Civil Apparatus population was used. ASN served as the sampler for the purpose of purposeful sampling. The information was gathered using a questionnaire that was mailed to the study's participants. The findings of data processing utilizing Warp PLS reveal that Leadership Style and Information Asymmetry have an impact on accounting fraud, but that compliance with accounting rules has no impact. The findings also suggest that unethical behavior mediates the association between accounting fraud and leadership style, information asymmetry, and rule compliance.

Abstract

Pendidikan yang dilakukan di negara kita adalah untuk membentuk suatu kepribadian yang luhur, menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai agama dan moral, dan memiliki sikap kreatif dan mandiri yang mampu menunjukkan kekhasan dari budaya bangsa kita Indonesia. Kepribadian yang luhur itulah yang dimaksudkan dengan pendidikan karakter. Karakter adalah seperangkat sifat-sifat yang dikagumi sebagai tanda-tanda kebijakan, kebaikan dan kematangan moral”, artinya seseorang yang memiliki karakter yang baik akan selalu berprilaku baik, menyenangkan, bersikap bijaksana dalam mengambil suatu keputusan yang dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pendidikan karakter dimulai dari pendidikan anak usia dini .Melalui strategi mendongeng legenda Ide cerita yang ditampilkan adalah cerita rakyat Minangkabau, yang dikisahkan di ”Bukik Batanjua Nagari Sungai Janiah kecamatan Baso, yaitu Legenda Ikan Sakti”, yang mengisahkan tentang anak yang tidak mendengar nasehat orang tua, dan tidak mengabaikan perintah Allah akhirnya berakibat fatal, sehingga si anak berubah menjadi Ikan di Sungai Sungai Janiah Baso, digunakan untuk pembelajaran karakter anak usia dini. Melalui penelitian action recearh dengan menggunakan media boneka, pembelajaran karakter dilakukan sehingga dapat di implementasikan pendidikan karakter dalam rangka meningkatkan kecerdasan ganda anak usia dini yang berkarakter.

Abstract

Animasi dan promosi merupakan suatu bidang pembaruan dalam dunia komunikasi, dalam halini perkembangan sistem promosi kampus masih dalam bentuk media yang umum dan bersifatkonvensional,walaupun sudah menggunakan media yang bersifat elektronik, namun dalamimplementasinya untuk menarik minat audience diperlukan tampilan yang mendapat tempatsesuai dangan target yaitu pengguna media elektronik. Sebagai ujung tombak pembaruan duniakampus harus memiliki dan dapat menularkan disiplin ilmu yang berkaitan dengan perancangananimasi berkonteks 3D. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana membuat rancangan animasi 3Ddalam bentuk model robot tiga dimensi. Perancangan (modeling) objek robot dilakukan dalambeberapa tahapan, dimulai dari pembuatan kepala, kaki, lengan badan dan proses menyatukankeseluruhan bagian robot 3D hingga menjadi suatu bentuk yang utuh. Dengan selesainya bentukrobot 3D ini, kedepannya dapat dilakukan beberapa sentuhan sesuai dengan media yang akandigunakan apakah dalam bentuk poster / banner / spanduk ataupun media berkonten web dalambentuk animasi 3D.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze How Public Service Board of Library and RegionalArchives Riau Province, hereinafter referred to as (BPAD) Riau Province. This isdone to look at the quality and how much success BPAD Riau Province in performingits main function for the people who need the information in the Library, PublicServices how and what has or has not been done by the libraries in improving servicequality perceptions positively or negatively to quality of public services provided bythe Library Visitors Riau BPAD can be used as input for later followed up todetermine new strategies for improving the quality of services that aim to improve ordefend it.Methods used are qualitative methods and data collected by focuss groupdiscussion (FGD) and inferred based on five aspects of service quality therespondents were library patrons who use library services in BPAD as many as 14people consisting of 2 librarians, lecturers 3, 4 general (civil servants and private), 3students of, and 2 students, by using the technique of purposive sampling. Based FGDresults showed that for BPAD reliability aspects are at a good level, for aspects ofresponsiveness and confidence is at a level sufficient to aspects while empathy is at alevel less so for this aspect needs to be improved towards a better, while for theintangible aspects of BPAD services are at a satisfactory level and this needs to bemaintained in order to remain on the future state of the user satisfactory.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap “Bagaimana Promosi yang telah dilakukan staf UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru dalam meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung. Hal ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana promosi itu dilaksanakan,promosi apa saja yang telah ataupun belum dilakukan oleh perpustakaan tersebut dalam meningkatkan jumlah pengunjungnya. Selain itu, sebagai hasil akhirnya, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui promosi apa yang harus ditingkatkan dan dipertahankan untuk pengembangan kedepannya terhadap peningkatan jumlah pengunjungnya di perpustakaan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para staf perpustakaan baik tetap maupun honorer yang pernah terlibat dalam kegiatan promosi perpustakaan.Sebagai penunjang hasil penelitian peneliti mewawancarai Kepala Perpustakaan. Adapun tujuan akhir dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap promosi apa saja yang sudah dilakukan dan promosi yang bagaimana selanjutnya bisa diterapkan dalam upaya meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung.
