Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan Pegawai yang bekerja di PT Telkom Akses Padang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda.Variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja di PT. Telkom Akses Padang. Hal itu terbukti dari hasil t-hitung > t-tabel atau 4,272 > 1,677 dengan tingkat signifikannya (sig= 0,001 < 0,05). Variabel turn over intention berpengaruh terhadap kinerja di PT. Telkom Akses Padang. hal itu terbukti dari hasil tingkat signifikans (sig= 0,046 < 0,05).Variabel self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja di PT. Telkom Akses Padang. Hal itu terbukti dari hasil t-hitung > t-tabel atau 4.470 > 1,6772 dengan tingkat signifikannya (sig= 0,000 < 0,05).Variabel pengembangan diri, turn over intention dan self efficacy berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Telkom Akses Padang. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari nilai F-hitung > F-tabel atau 12.150 > 2,80, dengan nilai signifikan sebesar (0,000 < 0,05).Kata Kunci: Pengembangan diri, Turnover Intention, Self Efficacy, Kinerja

Abstract

The influence of Islamic leadership and self-efficacy on teacher performance is a dynamic interplay that can significantly impact the quality of education. Leaders who embrace Islamic principles can create an environment that nurtures self-efficacy among teachers, leading to enhanced motivation, job satisfaction, and ultimately, improved student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic leadership and self-efficacy on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable The research concept is a path analysis model used to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables to know the direct or indirect effect of the independent variable (exogenous) on the dependent variable (endogenous). The sample of this study was all teachers of SD IT and SMP IT Al-Kautsar Mukomuko as many as 81 teachers. The results of the analysis show that Islamic leadership has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on teacher performance; Islamic leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The conclusion was job satisfaction mediates the influence of Islamic leadership on teacher performance

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor that cannot be separated from an organization or company.Human resources are also the key to determining the development of an organization and act as drivers, thinkersand planners to achieve organizational goals, so companies must pay attention to the performance of allemployees. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment, work discipline andlocus of control on employee performance in the production section of PT. Nusantara Beta Farma PadangPariaman. This research uses associative research. The population and sample in this research were allemployees in the production department of PT. Nusantara Beta Farma Padang Pariaman, totaling 67 employeeswith a sampling technique using Non-Propability Sampling, namely a saturated sampling technique. Datacollection techniques use questionnaires.Based on the SPSS calculation results from the t test, the Organizational Commitment variable tcount >ttable or 2.266 > 1.669 (sig = 0.027 < 0.05) means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concludedthat Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. NusantaraBeta Farma Padang Pariaman. In the Work Discipline variable tcount > ttable or 6.070 > 1.669 (sig = 0.000 <0.05) meaning that H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that the Work Discipline variablehas a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the Locus of Control, variable tcount > ttableor 2.170 > 1.669 (sig = 0.034 < 0.05) meaning that H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concludedthat the Locus of Control variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.The results of the f test show that if fcount > ftable then H4 is accepted and H0 is rejected and vice versaif fcount < ftable then H4 is rejected and H0 is accepted. Based on table 4.15 of the f test, it is known that thefcount value is 25,483 and the ftable value is 2,751 so that H4 is accepted and H0 is rejected with a significantvalue of 0.000 (<0.05). This means that together the variables Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline andLocus of Control influence the employee performance of PT. Nusantara Beta Farma Padang Pariaman.The R-square value is 0.548, meaning that the percentage influence of Organizational Commitment,Work Discipline and Locus of Control on PT. Nusantara Beta Farma Padang Pariaman Employee Performanceis 54.8% while the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. So it can beconcluded that Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline and Locus of Control influence the Performance ofEmployees in the Production Department of PT. Nusantara Beta Farma Padang Pariaman

Abstract

Padang Pariaman Regency is a regency in West Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The capital city of Padang PariamanRegency is Parit Malintang. Through the Tourism Office, several tourism objects in Padang Pariaman Regencycontinue to be developed, because they have different values from other regional attractions, one of which is theOyster Beach tour in Ulakan Tapakis. Besides being a tourist attraction, it can also have an impact on local revenue(PAD) in the tourism sector.The type of research used in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The number ofrespondents in this study were 100 people. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Thedata analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.Based on the results of partial research on interest in revisiting, the tcount value is 5.501 with df = 100-3= 97, so ttable is 1.660. Based on these data, tcount > t table or 5.501 > 1.660 and the value (sig = 0.000 < 0.05) sothat H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that the motivation of tourists has a positive andsignificant effect on the interest in revisiting the Oyster Beach Tourism Object. The linear regression coefficient ofthe tourist perception variable partially on the interest in revisiting the value of tCount 2.137 with df = 100-3 = 97 thentTable 1.660. Based on these data, tCount > t Table or 2.137 > 1.660 and the value (sig = 0.035 < 0.05) so that H1 isaccepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that the perception of tourists has a positive and significant effecton the interest in revisiting the Oyster Beach Tourism Object.Based on the F test, it is known that the fCount IS 16.998 with df = 100-3 = 97, so fTable is 3,090. Based onthese data, fCount>fTable or 16.998> 3.090 and the value (sig = 0.000 <0.05) then H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected.So it can be concluded that the perception of tourists and the motivation of tourists simultaneously have a positiveand significant effect on the interest in revisiting the Oyster Beach Tourism Object. The value of the coefficient ofdetermination r-square is 26%, this means that the contribution of tourist perceptions and motivation of tourists tothe interest of repeat visits is 26% while the remaining 74% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja memiliki peranan penting bagi organisasi, karena kepuasan kerja merupakan kriteria dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan anggotanya. Penelitian ini didesain untuk meneliti tentang Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Mukomuko. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis yang diusulkan. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan model regresi linear berganda. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Mukomuko dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 111 karyawan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 111 orang yaitu karyawan, dimana metode pengambilan sampel yaitu Metode Sampel JenuhHasil penelitian secara parsial Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki nilai thitung2.254 ttabel 1,661 dan nilai sig 0.026 0,05. Artinya H1 diterima dan H0 di tolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT.Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Mukomuko. Lingkungan Kerja memiliki nilai thitung 2.661 ttabel 1,661 dan nilai sig 0.0090,05, artinya H2 diterima dan H0 di tolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT.Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Mukomuko.Motivasi Kerja memiliki nilai thitung 2.395 ttabel 1,661 dan nilai sig 0.0180,05, artinya H3 diterima dan H0 di tolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT.Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Mukomuko. hasil uji F diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung 21.824 dari Ftabel 2,72 dan signifikasi F = 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, artinya H4 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dapat dikatakan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan , Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan.Dari hasil diatas dapat disimpulkan Peneliti menyarankan perusahaan memperhatikan gaya kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja motivasi kerja untuk meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of destination variables and tourism product variables on visiting intentions through (e-wom) at the Bukik Cinangkiak tourist attraction, Solok Regency. The research concept is a path analysis model used to the direct or indirect effect of a set of independent variables (exogenous) on the dependent variable (endogenous). The results of the analysis of the effect of the destination image on the intention to visit t count 2.562 > t table 1.661. The magnitude of the effect of 0.065 or 6.5% means that HO is accepted. Tourism product on intention to visit t count 4,297 > t table 1,661. The magnitude of the influence of 0.164 or 16.4% means that HO is accepted. Electronic word of mouth on intention to visit t count 4.410 > t table 1.661. The magnitude of the influence of 0.171 or 17.1% means that HO is accepted. Destination image to electronic word of mouth, t count 4,074 > t table 1.661. The magnitude of the influence of 0.149 or 14.9% means that HO is accepted. Tourism products on electronic word of mouth, t count 7,460 > t table 1,661. The magnitude of the effect of 0.372 or 37.2% means that HO is accepted. The indirect effect of destination image on intention to visit through electronic word of mouth is 0.519 or 51.9%. The indirect effect of tourism products on visiting intentions through electronic word of mouth is 0.581 or 58.1%.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance business skills among students at SMA Negeri 2 Bayang, Pesisir Selatan Regency, through training in business plan development and the utilization of digital technology. In today’s digital era, understanding business planning and the ability to leverage digital platforms for promotion and business expansion have become increasingly essential, especially for the younger generation. The program comprises several stages, including theoretical sessions on business planning, practical workshops on business plan creation, and digital marketing training. Students are trained to develop a basic business plan covering market analysis, marketing strategy, and cost planning. Additionally, they are introduced to utilizing social media and other digital platforms for promotional purposes.The outcomes of this program indicate improved student comprehension of business planning and digital marketing skills. With this training, students are expected to apply these skills in navigating the business world in the future and to be more competitive in an increasingly digital business environment. The program also provides opportunities for students to develop innovative business ideas relevant to local market needs.

This program includes training sessions focused on effective branding strategies, the use of digital platforms for business, and practical steps to establish a sustainable online presence. Participants will be introduced to essential digital tools and social media marketing techniques that can help them increase visibility and strengthen customer engagement. The outcomes of this program are expected to boost the entrepreneurial capacity of local MSMEs, empowering them to compete in the broader market while fostering regional economic growth. This initiative also aims to foster a digitally empowered MSME community that can adapt to rapid technological advancements and capitalize on digital opportunities. Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to enhance the creativity and innovation of MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) actors and the local community through an analysis of product development strategies in examining opportunities and challenges. This includes knowledge about packaging, labeling, and branding of products, as well as improving business management, particularly in marketing and product quality enhancement. The impact of this activity is that participants gain insights into opportunities for MSME product development, acquire additional knowledge about the importance of MSME development strategies, and avoid complacency with their current production conditions. Products should not appear mediocre, unattractive, untidy, or unclean. To grow their businesses, entrepreneurs need to be innovative in product packaging. The team carried out this program through face-to-face meetings. The implementing team's hope is that participants will become more interested and motivated after receiving the training, aiming to improve and expand their MSME businesses. Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to enhance the creativity and innovation of BUMNag (Village-Owned Enterprises) managers, MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) actors, and local community members by exploring their current intrapersonal skills, providing them with future challenges to overcome, and expanding their awareness of the role of networking (interpersonal skills) in today's technology era. The impact of this activity is that participants receive education aimed at behavioral change among BUMNag managers, MSME actors, and Nagari (village) officials to foster personal development (intrapersonal) and improve interpersonal skills for more effective interaction. This, in turn, is expected to support the development of BUMNag and MSMEs and enable Nagari officials to synchronize with community elements. The team conducted this activity through face-to-face meetings. The organizing team hopes that, as a result of the training, participants will show an increased interest in improving their soft skills to run their businesses more effectively.
