Abstract

This study aims to analyze, Influence Work Planning, Work Motivation, and Work Coordination either partially or jointly to the Performance of North Sipora Subdistrict, Mentawai Islands District. The main problem in this research is "Performance of North Sipora Sub-district of Mentawai Islands Regency. The variables in this research are Work Planning, Work Motivation and Work Coordination (as independent variable) and Employee Performance (as dependent variable). The method used in this study is a survey method, with a population of 47 employees and a sample of 39 employees who are staff. The conclusion from the research that the hypothesis together and partially from the variables of Work Planning, Work Motivation and Work Coordination proved to have a positive and significant influence on the Performance of North Sipora Sub-District employee Mentawai Islands District as for the contribution of these three variables is 56,30% where motivation Work as the most dominant variable. Suggestions To focus more on improving work planning and coordination of work variables by taking into account the indicators. Creative, Innovative, adaptive, procedural and systematic for work planning. As well as communication model, how to convey instruction (command), and Ability to Accommodate an Interest for work coordination variable

Abstract

The problem in this research is "Employee Performance RSJ. “Puti Bungsu” Padang The research title is the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM), Turn Over Intention and Locus Of Control on Employee Performance. This study aims to reveal, the Influence of Total Quality Management (TQM), Turn Over Intention, and Locus Of Control together to Employee Performance RSJ. “Puti Bungsu” Padang. Total Quality Management (TQM) Influence, Turn Over Intention, and Locus Of Control partially on Employee Performance. The method used in this research is survey method. With the total population of the sample (Total Population) amounted to 91 people. The result of the research is regression equation Y = 933 + 0,227 X1 - 0,253 X2. + 0.350 X3, Total Quality Management (TQM) with sig value. 0.032, Turn Over Intention sig value. 0.010 and Locus Of Control sig value. 0.007 <0.005. Adjusted R square 0,543. The conclusion from the research that Hypothesis partially and simultaneously from Total Quality Management (TQM) variable, Turn Over Intention and Locus Of Control proved to have positive and significant influence to Employee Performance of RSJ. “Puti Bungsu” Padang with contribution 54,90% with Locus Of Control as the most dominant variable. Suggestions To focus more on improving the Turn Over Intention and Locus Of Control variables with respect to the indicators

Abstract

The problem is analyzed in this study is "Energy Performance Paramedics The variables of this research is the influence of organizational culture, Discipline Work and Organizational Commitment (as independent variables) and the Energy Performance Paramedic (as dependent variable). This study of the level of performance Paramedical Personnel and Organizational Culture is also worth noting, Work Discipline and the Organizational Commitment. By working on improving performance Paramedical. Personnel Agencies to our goals, especially against Salido Painan health center.This study aims to reveal, Influence of Organizational Culture, Discipline Work and Organizational Commitment together on the Performance of Power Paramedical Health Center Painan Salido. Influence of Organizational Culture, Discipline Work and Organizational Commitment partially on Energy Performance Puskesmas paramedics Salido Painan with regression equation Y = 17,866+ 0,188X1 + 0,136X2 + 0,280X3. The conclusion that the hypothesis of partial and simultaneous variable Organizational Culture, Work and Organizational Commitment Discipline shown to have positive and significant impact on the performance of Puskesmas Paramedical Personnel Salido Painan by contributing 61.0% to the commitment of the Organization as the most dominant variable. Suggestion To be more focus on improving work discipline variable by taking into account the indicators

Abstract

This study aims to reveal (1) Influence of Organizational Culture on the Performance of Power Medics, (2) Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Power Medics, (3) Organizational Commitment to Performance Power Medics, (4) the effect of Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment in together against Paramedical Personnel performance. The population in this study is a Paramedical Personnel Sub-district Puskesmas Tapan Bases Ampek Hall South Coastal District totaling 40 people. In because the population is relatively little overall sample of the population (census) as many as 40 people. Analysis of the independent and dependent variables made through descriptive analysis and regression as well as for proving the hypothesis used t test and F The conclusion that the hypothesis of partial and simultaneous variable Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment, on the Performance of Power Paramedical proven / accepted in this study by the regression equation Y = 26.632 + 0.308 X1 + 0.263 X2 + 0,363 X3, with a value of t test each masingnya 2,731 and 2,604 and 2,246 with sig. 0.010, 0.018 and 0.027 less than 0.05. Test F with 7.573 sig. 0.000 <0.05 and is therefore variable X1 (Cultural Organizations), X2 (KepuasanKerja), and X3 (Organizational Commitment) partially and simultaneously significantly affect performance Paramedical Personnel (Y). From the results of this study suggested Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Commitment are relatively good to be maintained and even improved so that performance Paramedical Personnel increasing.

Abstract

Problem analysed in this research is " Organizational Change Attitude of Aparatur of State Civil ( ASN) of As for this research variable is Organizational Cultural influence, and Organizational Commitment (as free variable) and Organizational Change Attitude of Aparatur of State Civil (ASN) ( as variable trussed). This research pay attention to the Organizational Change Attitude storey;level of Aparatur of State Civil (ASN) as well as require to be paid attention to by a Organizational Culture, and the Organizational Commitment. By striving to improve the Organizational Change Attitude of Aparatur of State Civil (ASN) in order to attainment of Institution target, specially to Office of Subdistrict of Pariaman Town. This elite aim to to lay open the, Organizational Cultural Influence to Organizational Change Attitude of Aparatur of State Civil (ASN) By Commitment is Organizational as moderator variable of at Office of Subdistrict of Pariaman Town. showing signifikansi band usher the variable in structural model seen from statistical t usher the variable. Each; Every independent variable of examinee in structural model of] this research not all own the influence signifikan to this variable dependennya. Is proven from value T-Statistics which not all bigger than 1.96 ( examination two-tailed = 0,05). [Relation/Link] test usher the variable indicate that the organizational culture to positive Organizational Change Attitude ( 0,279) and signifikan at = 0,05 with the value statistic 3,592 > 1,96, inferential so that that supported first hypothesis. organizational culture to Organizational Commitment and got [by] a positive result ( 0,472) and signifikan of = 0,05 with the value statistic 0,348 < 1,96, Inferential so that that second hypothesis is not supported. Organizational variable Commitment influence to positive Organizational Change Attitude (0,367) and signifikan of = 0,05 with the value statistic 2,052 > 1,96. Inferential so that that hypothesis is third supported. organizational culture to Organizational Change Attitude [through/ passing] got by organizational Commitment of positive result ( 0,351) and signifikan = 0,05 with the value statistic 2,317 > 1,96, inferential so that that supported fourth hypothesis. Conclusion from research that Organizational Cultural variable Hypothesis, and proven to Organizational Commitment own the positive influence and signifikan to Organizational Change Attitude At Aparatur of State Civil (ASN) of either through direct and also indirectly Office of Subdistrict of Pariaman Town by Average is adjusted R-Squared ( AARS)=0.399, P<0.001 Contribution 39,9%. Suggestion to be more focus to improve;repair the variable, by paying attention to its indicators

Abstract

Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah “Kinerja Perawat  Di Rumah Sakit Jiwa  (RSJ) Puti Bungsu Padang Adapun variabel penelitian ini adalah pengaruh Sarana Prasarana, Kompetensi Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi (sebagai variabel bebas) dan  Kinerja Perawat (sebagai variabel terikat).  Penelitian ini memperhatikan tingkat Kinerja Perawat  dan juga perlu diperhatikan Sarana Prasarana, Kompetensi Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi tersebut. Dengan mengupayakan  meningkatkan Kinerja Perawat dalam rangka pencapaian  tujuan  Rumah Sakit, khususnya Di Rumah Sakit Jiwa  (RSJ) Puti Bungsu Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan, Pengaruh Sarana Prasarana, Kompetensi Kerja, dan Iklim Organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap  Kinerja Perawat  Di Rumah Sakit Jiwa  (RSJ) Puti Bungsu Padang. Pengaruh Sarana Prasarana, Kompetensi Kerja, dan Iklim Organisasi secara parsial terhadap  Kinerja Perawat  Di Rumah Sakit Jiwa  (RSJ) Puti Bungsu Padang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa Hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan dari  variabel  Sarana Prasarana, Kompetensi Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perawat  Di Rumah Sakit Jiwa  (RSJ) Puti Bungsu Padang dengan kontribusi 60,9% dengan Sarana dan prasarana sebagai variabel yang paling dominan. Saran Agar lebih fokus untuk memperbaiki variabel Iklim Organisasi dengan memperhatikan indikator-indikatornya

Abstract

Intention of this research is to analyst influence of Advertisement Television and Lawful Lable [of] product of wardah to Decision of Purchasing [at] Coed University of Baiturrahmah Padang. This Research represent Quantitative research, Data which [is] used in this research [is] collected primary data from 94 responder [at] Coed University of Baiturrahmah Padang. With method of Probility Samling,Teknik data collecting the used [is] Kuesioner. Result of data analysis seen from result of test by parsial, coefficient and simultan of determinasi. By parsial value of signifakan Advertisement Television ( X1) to Decision of Purchasing ( Y) equal to ( sig = 0,473 > 0,05), and value of t [count/calculate] Advertisement Television ( X1) 0,720 < 1,662 t of[is tables of, dapatb concluded [by] television advertisement [do] not have an effect on signifikan to decision of purchasing of product of Wardah [at] Coed University of Baiturrahmah Padang. Assess Lawful Lable signifikan ( X2) to Decision of Purchasing ( Y) equal to ( sig = 0,045< 0,05), and value of t Lawful Lable hutung ( X2) 2,036 > 1,662 t of[is tables of, can be concluded [by] lawful lable have an effect on signifikan to decision of purchasing of product of Wardah [at] Coed University of Baiturrahmah Padang. Result of examination by simultan value of ( 0,014 < 0,05) F  value 4,479 and F of[is tables of equal to 2,313.(Fhitung> Ftabel). Matter this means by together ( Variable television advertisement Simultan) and lawful lable have an effect on positive to decision of purchasing [at] Coed University of Baiturrahmah Padang. Later;Then result of determinasi koefisief equal to 0,70%, while the rest 99,3% influenced by other research variable

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Iklan Dan Sikap Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kartu Axis Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Bung Hatta Pandang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Bung Hatta Padang yang dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 93 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda yang terdiri dari uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), dan koefisien determinan (R-Square).Hasil penelitian ini dari nilai thitung untuk variabel Iklan sebesar 7.305 lebih besar dari pada ttabel sebesar 1,661 dan Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka hasil penelitian variabel Iklan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai thitung untuk variabel Sikap Konsumen -2,275 Lebih kecil dari ttabel 1,661 dan Sig 0,025 < 0,05. Maka hasil penelitian berpengaruh Negatif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Kartu Axis pada Mahasiswa Universitas Bung Hatta Padang. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,401 yang artinya 40,1% pengaruh Iklan dan Sikap Konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu Axis pada Mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Bung Hatta Padang. Sedangkan sisanya 59,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini
