Abstract

This theoretical study is a study to examine Green Human Resources Management practices among company employees. Despite much research on GHRM, there is no holistic model that addresses its impact on organizational, individual, and team performance. This research aims to examine 190 GHRM papers and build a holistic model in the application of the GHRM concept mediated by Job Satisfaction and its relationship to Employee Performance. Design/Methodology/approach through a literature review, this research analyzes related research results from various scientific disciplines relevant to the topic. The findings of this research found that the role of GHRM and job satisfaction are key success factors in creating good employee performance. Organizations need to implement GHRM, because this has an impact on employee satisfaction and increases employee job satisfaction to increase GHRM so that it can influence employee performance holistically. The limitation of this research is that it is only a literature review, it does not consider questionnaire surveys and workplace evaluations as future research opportunities. The originality/value of this research integrates theoretical studies regarding GHRM and job satisfaction which results in the importance of the company's role in human resource management practices in improving performance.

Abstract

This study examined, in some way, the Millennial and Z Generation's use of previously owned goods. Just a sprinkle of focus on eWOM, a topic not easily visible, has been made. This eWOM, just to clarify, stands for electronic word-of-mouth, a concept circulating on social network platforms that influences purchase choices. Eco-friendliness is under scrutiny in our current environment; therefore, the younger demographic's inclination is leaning towards purchasing secondhand items due to their green attributes. A survey of literature has been undertaken, which strangely uncovers observations like worries over the environment, the impact of society, and product quality judgment. These discoveries are somewhat correlated to information absorption and prospective buying inclination. One cannot ignore the finding relating to eWOM—that it holds a significant influence over the MZ Generation's transaction habits. Recommendations received from comrades or critiques present in the online realm assist in garnering trust and influencing their perspectives concerning product quality. Environmental awareness and the societal mark of approval bear significance in their decision-making process. Through grasping these layers of complexity, marketing strategies may need modification; most likely, it will promote better engagement with this MZ generation to encourage sustainable consuming practices.

Abstract

This research was conducted is to analyse the influence of intrinsic motivation on employee performance through Systematic Literature Review. The main problem addressed in this study is how the analysis method and indicators of intrinsic motivation significantly affect employee performance. To answer these problems, the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) method was used with the help of Watase Uake tools to select and identify relevant journals. The study showed that intrinsic motivation plays an important role in improving employee performance, work engagement, and innovation in the work environment. Key findings include the importance of a supportive work environment, including autonomy, positive interpersonal support, servant leadership, and high-performance work systems that play a role in increasing intrinsic motivation and employee productivity. In addition, cultural values and aspects of spirituality are shown to be significant mediators in the relationship between intrinsic motivation and performance, especially in certain contexts. This study offers a comprehensive view of the importance of management strategies that focus on intrinsic motivation to improve organizational performance and competitiveness across various industry sectors. This approach is expected to provide a basis for the development of more effective management policies in creating a work environment that is more effective for the organization.
