This SePORA activity’s intention is to create a product that is expected to help Society. The Catholic Church of Divine Mercy has been our target to observe in Tiban area, Sekupang. We are initiative to donate a product in a form of Documenter Video and Blog which are expected to serve information about the Church in detail. The method we used is a direct observation to the Church for Data Collecting and asked the concerned party for their permission to give us the opportunity of Video taking and interview about the Church’s profile, History and anything that is related to the Church. Subsequently, the data that we have collected will be our material for creating Documenter Video and Blog. As for the results, the Society has understood more about the Catholic Church of Divine Mercy by watching the Documenter Video we have posted on YouTube and also the Blog that have been viewed dozens of times. Build upon the results that we get, we can summarize that Society has known more about the Catholic Church of Divine Mercy by Media Social Platform that we utilize as the medium to promote and to communicate with the Society.

AbstrakKeterangan saksi yang dicabut di depan persidangan sering terjadi dalam praktek, disebabkan berbeda dengan keterangan yang diberikan dalam Berita Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP) kepada penyidik. Pencabutan Keterangan saksi harus disertai alasan yang logis. Pencabutan Keterangan saksi Riski Delfi Andra (Saksi mahkota) hanya didasarkan pada cerita dari pengunjung Rutan yaitu Unco dan Si As. Majelis hakim yang memeriksa perkara ini telah membenarkan pencabutan keterangan tersebut sebagai sesuatu yang sah dan tidak bertentangan dengan hukum.Kata kunci: pencabutan keterangan saksi mahkota. AbstractThe testimony of witnesses revoked before the trial often occurs in practice, due to different information given in the Minutes of Examination (BAP) to the investigator. Revocation of witness testimony must be accompanied by logical reasons. Revocation of witness testimony Riski Delfi Andra (Crown Witness) was only based on stories from visitors to the detention center namely Unco and Si As. The panel of judges examining this case has justified the revocation of the statement as something that is legal and not contrary to the law.Key words: revocation of witness testimony

Penelitian ini untuk menemukan dan mengungkap kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika dengan menganalisis jawaban peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesalahan dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika materi bangun datar dengan langkah Polya. Metode penelitian yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru, peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 11 Ngringo Tahun Palajaran 2020/2021. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai kesalahan yang dilakukan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika materi bangun datar sebagai berikut: peserta didik kategori tinggi dengan total skor 24 mampu menyelesaikan soal dengan indikator pemecahan masalah dan tidak melakukan kesalahan dalam proses penyelesaian masalah. Peserta didik kategori sedang dengan total skor 12 belum mampu menyelesaikan soal dengan indikator pemecahan masalah. Peserta didik kategori rendah dengan total skor 8 belum mampu menyelesaikan soal dengan indikator pemecahan masalah dan masih salah dalam tahap menghitung penyelesaian masalah.

E-Martabe Sharia Electronic Money is a product of Bank Sumatera Utara which is made based on co-branding with Bank Mandiri and to support GNNT. This study aims to see the suitability of E-Martabe Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Simpang Kayu Besar products based on fiqh muamalah with DSN-MUI fatwa No. 116 / DSN-MUI / IX / 2017 concerning Sharia Electronic Money. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach whose data collection techniques use interview, observation, and documentation techniques. This research shows that this E-Martabe product is not fully in accordance with sharia principles as seen from the muamalah fiqh and DSN-MUI fatwa No. 116 / DSN-MUI / IX / 2017 concerning Sharia Electronic Money.

The aims of this study are: (1) To determine the values of democratic character in SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban (2) To analyze the role of PPKn teachers in developing democratic character values in students at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban. The subjects of this research include principals, vice principals, PPKn teachers, and students. The data source uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation, both techniques and sources. The research data were analyzed using interactive model qualitative analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban has implemented democratic character values, by integrating democratic character values in each subject so that students are accustomed to applying democratic character values, (2) teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban has carried out its role well, it can be shown that the teacher always provides encouragement, motivation and habituation to students in developing the value of the character of honesty.

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of PPKn as a means of legal education in raising awareness of students complying with the school rules of SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data source uses both primary and secondary. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. In order for the data to be valid, a triangluation of sources and techniques is carried out. Analyzed using interactive qualitative techniques. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded: The role of PPKn as a means of legal education in increasing awareness of the rights and obligations of students is really like getting facilities. The role of PPKn as a means of legal education in increasing awareness of student attendance is really like being present on time. The role of PPKn as a means of legal education in increasing awareness of the neatness of students is true as in full uniform. The role of PPKn as a means of education hukum in increasing awareness of student hygiene is indeed true such as participating in community service work activities.

It is important for stakeholders to know the factors that improve financial performance, because by knowing the factors that affect a company's financial performance, decision makers and future predictions by interested parties become more accurate. This research uses secondary data from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research population is banking issuers that have gone public during the 2016-2020 period. The collected data were analyzed descriptively and path analysis using AMOS software. The results of the study show that Intellectual Capital has a significant effect on company performance, then Intellectual Capital has a significant effect on company size and Internal Audit has a significant effect on company size, apart from this all hypotheses are rejected (not significant). Firm size and leverage are unable to mediate the influence of Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance and Internal Audit on Company Performance.

One of the characteristics of Islamic Syari'ah is the elimination of difficulties and ease ('Adamul Haraj wat At-Taysir). Many verses of Al-Qur'an and Hadist of the Prophet explicitly explain this. In fact, this feature can be found in all provisions of the Syari'a, like in a marriage. However, Indonesian society is a society that really keeps the richness of culture and customs in a marriage. Even with strict requirements, these customs and traditions are considered to be used as a benchmark and consideration in determining the law. This article will examine the phenomenon of the Pesurung Adat tradition, from the perspective of Al-'Urf and the principle of eliminating difficulties and facilitating ('Adamul Haraj wat At-Taysir) so that the Pesurung Adat tradition can be seen from the perspective of Islamic law properly. This study analyzes the tradition of Pesurung Adat in the people of Kayu Baong Hamlet, Pekawai Village, Sayan District, Melawi Regency, West Kalimantan. Data were obtained by interview method on this tradition. The results showed that this tradition that has been passed down for generations is Al-'Urf As-Shahih (The true tradition), does not contradict the postulates of nash, and is a form of cultural diversity owned by the Indonesian state. The tradition of Pesurung Adat cannot be considered contrary to the principle of 'Adamul Haraj wat At-Taysir because the bridegroom does not object to fulfilling this tradition. If the bridegroom does not have the financial means, the Dewan Adat has agreed that if the bridegroom is unable to fulfill this tradition of Pesurung Adat then he will not be forced to obligate. The findings and studies in this study can be a guide to look at the traditions surrounding the marriage, especially those related to giving some finances both before and after the wedding

Civic education learning at this time only covers the cognitive domain, even though there are three (3) domains that must be met, namely cognitive, affective, psychomotor. There is a need for the development of technology and information, one of which is e-learning. E-learning is a learning model that is created in digital format through an electronic device. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to develop social media based e-learning in impoving civic education competency. Writing this article uses descriptive analytical methods, data collection, and data analysis. The result of the discussion : the use of social media such as Blog, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Path, dan Wikipedia is very helpfulin developing learning to improve civic education competence to discuss, interact, explore exisiting problems in society to move the sorrunding community to learning resources that can be accessed by social media so that they are connected to the global world.

Seks adalah kebutuhan yang secara alami melekat pada setiap manusia, tidak terkecuali para remaja. Sudah seharusnya sekolah memberikan jawaban bagi kebutuhan seksual remaja agar tidak menyimpang. Akan tetapi, sekolah saat ini hanya sebatas memberikan pengetahuan tanpa kesadaran akan nilai dan norma dalam seks. Sehingga yang terjadi adalah pelanggaran-pelangaran seks dan penyalahgunaan alat-alat keamanan seks sebagai cara aman melakukan seks. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menemukan titik permasalahan dalam pendidikan seks yang belum mampu memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada peserta didik. Pendidikan seks yang diberikan secara terpisah-pisah menyebabkan sekat dalam pemahaman peserta didik. Pendidikan seks semestinya disampaikan secara terpadu antara agama dan sains sehingga tidak menimbulkan dikotomi pemahaman. Diharapkan setiap peserta didik tidak hanya mampu mengetahui seks (sains) namun juga menyadari nilai dan norma seks (agama). Kata kunci: Reorientasi, Pendidikan Seks, Remaja Abstract Sex is a necessity that is naturally inherent in every human being, not even the teenagers. School is supposed to provide an answer to the sexual needs of adolescents in order not to deviate. However, the school is currently limited only to impart knowledge without awareness of the values and norms in sex. So what happens is a violation of sex-violations and misuse of security tools safe sex as a way to have sex. This study sought to find trouble spots in sex education has not been able to have a significant impact on the learner. Sex education given separately cause bulkhead in understanding learners. Sex education should be delivered in an integrated manner between religion and science so as not to cause the dichotomy of understanding. It is expected that each learner is not only able to determine the sex (science) but also aware of the values and norms of sex (religion). Key words: Reorientation, Sex Education, Teeneger
