Abstract

Through the Ministry of Religion, the government has drafted the legislation of law in the Religion Courts Subject about Marriage that discusses about unregistered marriages, polygamy, and marriage contract (mut’ah) as a complement of the Law No. 1/74 on Marriage. In the Article 143 of the draft mentioned the punishment for unregistered marriage, punished with a maximum fine of 6 million or imprisonment up to 6 months. The result of unregistered marriage inferential as follows: 1) there are legal and illegal unregistered marriage. It was to be plural or usual in society because a numbers of factor. 2) The assumption that seeing it as illegal and did not has a force of law looking for argumentation (istidlal) using qiyas method for equating record of i’lan and wedding party, getting bennefit and li saddi az-zari’ah. 3) Criminalizing perpetrators of unregistered marriages through the provision of a prison sentence does not need to include Article 143 and Article 151, because marriage records violation is not a criminal act, only an administrative violation. 4) The actors of unregistered marriages can be punished a criminal fine in order to provide teaching and education. 5) Looking for argumentation using qiyas method on the i’lan and wedding party are not relevan, because i’lan and wedding party are sunnah. Even less the reason of consequence still an assumsion and does not muktabarak. On that account, would be not appropriate if the registration of marriages entered one of the pillars of marriage. 6) Sollution of the unregistered marriage case fine polygamy or monogamoy is marriage itsbat which there should be no provision prison sentence.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has made the internet one of the most widely used means of communication, including through social media platforms such as YouTube. YouTube provides features such as watching, uploading, and sharing videos, making it an effective medium for delivering messages to a wide audience. Amid the increasing cases of cyberbullying in Indonesia, YouTube has been utilized as an educational platform to raise public awareness. One example can be seen on the YouTube account @cerdasberkarakter.kemdikdasmen, which presents public service advertisements containing educational messages to build awareness among viewers. This study aims to examine how anti-cyberbullying education is presented in public service advertisements on the YouTube account @cerdasberkarakter.kemdikdasmen. The research uses a qualitative approach with content analysis methods by Parker, Saundage, and Lee. The findings show that anti-cyberbullying education in these public service advertisements is conveyed through five main themes: education on the role of schools in fostering anti-cyberbullying awareness, education through student empowerment as agents of change, education on the role of social support in overcoming cyberbullying, education on digital literacy, and education on the underlying factors that drive perpetrators of cyberbullying.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi pada tataran sekolah memerlukan pemimpin yang berkemampuan memobilisasi perkembangan dan perubahan yaitu melakukan kegiatan kreatif, menemukan strategi, metode, cara-cara, atau konsep-konsep yang baru dalam pengajaran agar pembelajaran bermakna dan melahirkan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut maka diperlukan kepemimpinan transformatif sebagai upaya untuk menghasilkan pendidikan yang mampu berdaya saing dan menghasilkann peserta didik yang mempunyai integritas kepribadian, sikap disiplin, kreatif, inovatif, dan kompetitif. Profesionalitas kepemimpinan pendidikan sebagai pemimpin transformasional perlu memiliki kompetensi, transparansi, efisiensi, dan kualitas tinggi. Strategi Pelaksanaan Kepemimpinan Transformatif Kepala MI Perwanida Kota Blitar dan SD Islam Al Munawar Tulungagung dalam meningkatkan kebijakan daya saing pendidikan di lembaganya: (1) Di lembaga Madrasah/sekolah terjadi adanya kerjasama dengan wakil-wakilnya, guru-guru, dan staf dalam kerja tim (team work), sehingga memungkinkan terlaksananya peran kepemimpinan tim (team leadership); (2) Di lembaga Madrasah/sekolah terjadi adanya peningkatan motivasi dan membangkitkan gairah kerja guru yang diorientasikan pada terciptanya pertumbuhan personal dan profesional guru (personal and professional growth), sehingga memungkinkan terlaksananya peran kepemimpinan supervisi (supervisory leadership); (3) Di lembaga madrasah tercipta penataan organisasi madrasah, iklim hubungan yang bersifat loose coupling, dan mengubah struktur dan iklim birokrasi menjadi menyenangkan (comfortable bureaucracy) atau profesional (professional bureaucracy) sehingga memungkinkan terlaksanya peran kepemimpinan organisasional (organizational leadership).

Abstract

Ischialgia ec piriformis syndrome is a disorder of the ischiadicus nerve in the form of pain radiating from the buttocks through the hamstrings to the feet. This case arises mainly due to shortening of the piriformis muscle so that it suppresses the sciatic nerve. Physiotherapy as a health worker plays a role in treating ischialgia cases where nerve mobilization technology in this case has not been widely implemented. The objectives of the study was to determine the effectiveness of nerve mobilization after being given standard therapy. Research subjects: Patients who were treated at Sunafa with complaints of ischialgia ec piriformis syndrome who met the study criteria. This study is experimental research in the form of a two group pre and post test design, place at Sunafa Physiotherapy practice from March to May 2023. Subjects were divided into 2 groups by lottery, namely group I as many as 18 research subjects received standard therapy treatment and nerve mobilization and group II as many as 17 research subjects received standard therapy treatment. VAS of both groups, namely initial and final VAS. In group I, the initial VAS averaged 68.61mm and the final VAS averaged 8.83mm. In group II, the initial VAS was 61.53 mm and the final VAS was 10.67 mm. Data analysis results shows that data normality test for group I initial VAS p=0.128 (p>0.05), final VAS p=0.04 (p<0.05), in group II initial VAS p=0.098 (p>0.05) and final VAS p=0.005 ( p<0.05). So the initial VAS data for the two groups were normally distributed and the final VAS data for the two groups were not normally distributed, so the data was tested non-parametric. The results of the data homogeneity test obtained p=0.049 (p<0.05) meaning that the data was not homogeneous. Group I Wilcoxon test obtained p=0.000 (p<0.001). Group II Wilcoxon test obtained p=0.000 (p<0.001). The Mann-Whitney test between groups I and II found p=0.284 (p>0.05). There was an effect of standard therapy and nerve mobilization on reducing ischilagia pain ec piriformis syndrome (p=0.00), there was an effect of standard therapy on reducing ischilagia pain ec piriformis syndrome (p=0.00), there was no difference in the effect between standard therapy and nerve mobilization with standard therapy alone in reducing ischialgia pain ec piriformis syndrome (p>0.05), standard therapy and nerve mobilization were as effective as standard therapy alone in reducing pain ischialgia ec piriformis syndrome. The conclusion of this study is standard therapy and nerve mobilization are as effective as standard therapy alone in reducing sciatic pain ec piriformis syndrome.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the discourse of eldest daughter syndrome in TikTok contents using the hashtag #anakperempuanpertama. Employing Rodney H. Jones’s digital discourse analysis method, the research explores four key elements: text, context, action and interaction, ideology and power. The findings reveal that the content predominantly represents emotional burden, loneliness, and gendered responsibilities experienced by firstborn daughters. The narratives are highly personal and affective, amplified by digital interactions such as likes, comments, saves, and shares. TikTok’s algorithm plays an active role in promoting emotionally charged content, contributing to the wider circulation of the discourse. Consequently, the hashtag #anakperempuanpertama serves as a digital space form women to negotiate their identity and voice their lived experiences within patriarchal cultural in Indonesia.

Abstract

Literasi digital menjadi elemen esensial dalam pendidikan abad ke-21, terutama di jenjang pendidikan dasar. Artikel ini menyajikan kajian literatur terkini mengenai pengembangan literasi digital dalam kaitannya dengan kecakapan abad ke-21. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital mendukung keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi siswa, tetapi implementasinya menghadapi kendala signifikan seperti kesenjangan akses teknologi dan keterbatasan pelatihan guru. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan inovatif seperti pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan integrasi kurikulum, literasi digital dapat memperkuat kesiapan siswa menghadapi era digital. Artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi lintas sektoral dalam meningkatkan literasi digital untuk menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan yang inklusif dan efektif.

Abstract

This research aimed at analyzing factors influencing embroidery production and its efficiency at small emboidery industry in Kudus. A total respondent of this research was 108 taken using multi-stages sampling technique. In addition, 10 keypersons determined by purposive sampling were taken from competent stakeholders in embroidery business. Technical efficiency analysis by using stochastic Frontier Production Function was done to know the small embroidery industry whether it is efficient or not. The research findings showed that factors influencing the production of small embroidery industries in Kudus Regency consist of labor, raw materials, auxiliary materials, electricity, machinery and equipment, and they all have a positive and significant effect on the production of small embroidery industry. While the results of the calculation of production efficiency showedthat the level of technical efficiency of small embroidery industry doers in the research area is not efficient with an average value of less than 1 (0.9538).

Abstract

Background: Low back pain is a common health complaint experienced by pregnant women, both nationally and regionally. Its high prevalence highlights the need for attention to preventive strategies during pregnancy. This study aims to analyze the role of the Health Belief Model (HBM) in mediating the relationship between ergonomic behavioral awareness and the incidence of low back pain in pregnant women. Methods: A quantitative, cross-sectional survey was conducted among 140 pregnant women in their second or third trimester who reported low back pain. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Smart PLS. This study was reported following the STROBE guidelines for cross-sectional studies. Results: Ergonomic behavioral awareness had a strong negative effect on the incidence of low back pain (β = -0.715; p < 0.001), and a positive impact on the Health Belief Model (β = 0.801; p < 0.001). The Health Belief Model also had a statistically supported negative effect on low back pain (β = -0.264; p < 0.001). Furthermore, a significant indirect effect was observed between ergonomic awareness and back pain through the Health Belief Model as a mediating variable (β = -0.211; p < 0.001). Conclusion: Ergonomic awareness plays a crucial role in reducing low back pain in pregnant women, both directly and indirectly through improved health beliefs. Strengthening HBM components may enhance ergonomic practices, which could be integrated into routine pregnancy education and health promotion efforts.

Abstract

Non-specific low back pain (NSLBP) termasuk salah satu gangguan muskuloskeletal yang terjadi pada area punggung bawah, dimana peyebabnya belum diketahui, dan bukan dikarenakan oleh kondisi patologis. NSLBP dapat menimbulkan manifestasi klinis berupa nyeri, spasme, kelemahan otot, keterbatasan range of motion (ROM), dan muscle imbalance yang berakibat terjadinya keterbatasan mobilitas dari lumbar dan penurunan kemampuan fungsional. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh core stability exercise terhadap peningkatan kemampuan fungsional pada non-specific low back pain.Metode: Penelitian yang mengunakan yaitu one grup pre test and post test design dengan metode quasi experimenal. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-September 2023 selama 6 minggu. Subjek ini adalah pasien dengan kasus non-specific low back pain yang berada di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul, dengan jumlah subjek 12 orang. Semua subjek sudah masuk dalam kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi menerima perlakuan core stability exercise dan terapi standar. Alat ukur yang digunakan sebagai evaluasi menggunakan modified oswestry disability index (ODI) Hasil: uji beda pre test dan post test menggunakan uji paired samples t-test menunjukan hasil p=0,000. Kesimpulan: core stability exercise berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan fungsional pada non-specific low back pain.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of an integrated curriculum in Islamic Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam or PAI) at SMK Islam Terpadu (Integrated Islamic Vocational School) Nurul Fattah (Nufat), located in Banjar Margo, Tulang Bawang Regency. The research focuses on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of PAI learning that merges Islamic values with vocational competencies within a pesantren-based educational environment. Adopting a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that lesson planning is conducted collaboratively, aligning Islamic values, pesantren vision, and multimedia skills. The learning implementation employs thematic, webbed, and ukhrawi models, integrating religious instruction with practical student activities, such as the production of digital da'wah content. Evaluation is carried out holistically, encompassing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains, and involves cross-disciplinary teacher collaboration aimed at nurturing both Islamic character and student professionalism. These results demonstrate that the integrated curriculum at SMK IT Nufat fosters a contextual, collaborative, and transformative approach to PAI learning in a pesantren setting. The study recommends enhancing teacher collaboration, developing systematic tools for character assessment, and expanding value-based instructional models for broader application in vocational education.
