Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and workload on employee performance at the Village Office in Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City. This study uses a quantitative method of descriptive analysis method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 44 respondents from Kelurahan Office employees in Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City, and using the saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques used literature studies, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study show that job training and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Job Training partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Workload partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Market Ratio and Profitability Ratio on Stock Return in the Hotel Industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018-2022. This research uses a correlational research method with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data, with a research sample of 10 hotel companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using Purposive Sampling. The data analysis tool used is panel data regression analysis, and the hypotheses are tested using F-tests and t-test with a significance level of 5%. The results of the regression analysis show that simultaneous test show that all independent variables simultaneously do not have a significant effect on Stock Return. The results of the partially both PER and ROA variables do not have a significant effect on Stock Return.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the Effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Work Environment on Employee Work Spirit at PT. Bineatama Kayone Lestari. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using data obtained directly through questionnaires and distributed to 98 respondents who are employees of the polyester production department. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work spirit. Occupational Safety and Health (K3) partially has a significant effect on employee work spirit. The Work Environment partially has a significant effect on employee work spirit.

Abstract

The craft industry requires creativity, skills, and talent to transform products into goods with economic value. In Rajapolah, the craft industry is expected to become a major contributor to both local and national economies. However, the intense competition and declining consumer interest in craft products pose significant challenges. Therefore, craft-based MSMEs need to find effective solutions to enhance their competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the competitive advantage of craft MSMEs through the value chain approach. It tries to identify effective strategies for developing and expanding the creative economy of MSMEs in Rajapolah. This research adopted a qualitative approach. Primary data were collected through semi-structured interviews involving 15 creative MSME actors in Rajapolah. The interviews were conducted directly with business actors who process raw materials into finished products for both domestic and international markets. The findings indicate that the application of technology presents a significant opportunity for MSMEs to increase their competitiveness and expand their market reach. Digital technology, particularly in online sales systems, emerges as a key factor that should be maximized. Although several MSME producers have started using online sales channels, they have not yet optimized this potential. Therefore, more focused and strategic use of digital platforms is expected to open up broader marketing opportunities for Rajapolah craft MSMEs, allowing them to reach beyond local consumers and compete in wider markets.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of store atmosphere and price on purchasing decisions for Nara Cafe Tasikmalaya. This research uses a quantitative approach using a research method, namely Associative (Causality) using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that: (1) Store Atmosphere and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions: (2) Store Atmosphere partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions: (3) Price partially has no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Image, Brand Personality and Brand Trust on Brand Loyalty of Indomie noodle products among consumers at Tasikmalaya University of Struggle students. The method used is quantitative with a research sample of 100 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this research, it shows that Brand Image, Brand Personality and Brand Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty. Brand Image partially has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty. Brand Personality partially has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty. Brand Trust partially has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee work productivity at the Althaf Kawalu Tasikmalaya convection. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with an assessment sample of 40 respondents from Althaf Kawalu Tasikmalaya employees. The data used in this research is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Althaff Kawalu Tasikmalaya convection. Likewise, the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee work productivity. partially, work discipline has a significant effect on the work productivity of Althaf Kawalu Tasikmalaya convection employees.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to gain knowledge about the implications of digital marketing for the competitive advantage of MSMEs in the convection sector in Tasikmalaya City in the endemic era. This research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques were observation, interviews with 12 informants from 12 convection MSMEs, and documentation studies. The object of this research is aimed at convection business owners in the Tasikmalaya City area. Based on research results, the majority of convection MSMEs in Tasikmalaya have used digital marketing/social media as a means to promote their business products, namely Instagram, Shopee, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, Lazada, Tokopedia and Google Ads. Convection business actors also use digital marketing to see consumer needs. Regarding pricing, several convection business actors adapt to consumers because when using promotions with digital marketing, pricing will be more dynamic compared to traditional methods. Digital marketing facilities have the advantage of easy distribution of products. Moreover, information related to their brands can also be more widely promoted and seen by potential consumers.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan tentang implikasi digital marketing untuk keunggulan bersaing UMKM bidang konveksi di Kota Tasikmalaya di era endemi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan ialah observasi, wawancara dengan 12 informan dari 12 UMKM konveksi, dan studi dokumentasi. Objek penelitian ini ditujukan kepada pemilik usaha konveksi yang berada di wilayah Kota Tasikmalaya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pelaku UMKM konveksi di Tasikmalaya, mayoritas UMKM telah menggunakan digital marketing/media sosial sebagai sarana untuk mempromosikan produk usahanya, yaitu instagram, shopee, facebook, tiktok, whatsapp, lazada, tokopedia, dan google ads. Digital marketing juga digunakan oleh para pelaku usaha konveksi ini untuk melihat kebutuhan konsumen. Dalam hal penentuan harga, beberapa pelaku usaha konveksi ini menyesuaikannya dengan konsumen. Hal ini dikarenakan ketika menggunakan promosi dengan digital marketing, penentuan harga akan lebih dinamis dibandingkan dengan menggunakan cara tradisional. Sarana digital marketing memiliki keuntungan dengan kemudahan distribusi produk. Selain itu, informasi terkait merek/brand mereka juga bisa lebih luas dipromosikan dan dilihat oleh calon konsumen.

Abstract

This study examines the level of effectiveness of digital marketing before and after the Covid-19 pandemic, and to see whether there are changes or not. Using a comparative research methodology, where one variable but uses a large sample or measured at several different times, and the variables analyzed are independent variables. Using snowball sampling and purposive sampling, 100 respondents were selected from among those who received the survey via Google Form. The average pre-pandemic result of 29.65 < 33.34 after the pandemic indicates that there is a difference in the average digital marketing efficacy before and after COVID-19, according to the findings of the study. The results of Sig 0.000 < 0.05 also show a relationship between the level of effectiveness of digital marketing before and after covid-19. In addition, the result of Sig (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that digital marketing has become more effective after the covid-19 pandemic compared to before the covid-19 pandemic. During the covid-19 pandemic, the level of effectiveness of using digital marketing increased compared to before the pandemic, in line with the results of interviews with business owners engaged in the convection sector, where during the pandemic the level of visits to the content served increased, in addition the level of interaction between potential consumers also increased. during the pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of SMPN 1 Kesamanah teachers. survey. With a research sample of 60 teachers as respondents to SMPN 1 Kesamanah based on 60 known population data. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. Simultaneously work-life balance and work environment have a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, the work-life balance variable has a significant effect on teacher performance, as well as the work environment variable, which partially has a significant effect on teacher performance.
