Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of Green Product, Green Price, Green Place, and Green Promotion variables on Purchasing Decisions. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Le Minerale Bottled Mineral Water in Tasikmalaya. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23. The results of this test prove that Green Product, Green Price, Green Place, and Green Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Green Product partially has no effect on purchasing decisions. Green Price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Green Place partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Green Promotion partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the partial and simultaneous influence of these variables on share prices in telecommunications companies. The data used uses secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is panel data regression using eviews 12. The results of the t test research show that Return On Assets does not have a significant effect on stock prices in the Telecommunications sector listed on the BEI for the 2018-2022 period. The results of the t test research show that Earning Per Share has no significant effect on share prices in the Telecommunications sector listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The results of the F test research show that Return On Assets and Earning Per Share simultaneously have a significant effect on share prices in the telecommunications sector listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and digital literacy on the performance of Sumedang Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Department employees. The method used was a quantitative approach with a research sample of 43 respondents, namely all employees of the Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Department of Sumedang Regency. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The data testing technique used in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The research results show that simultaneously Leadership Style and Digital Literacy have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, Digital Literacy has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Awareness and Brand Image on Emina Product Purchasing Decisions. The method used is quantitative with a research sample of 100 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this research, it shows that Brand Awareness and Brand Image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Brand Awareness partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Brand Image partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Compensation on Employee Performance at the Tasikmalaya Regency SAMSAT Office. The research method used was a survey method with a quantitative approach, data was obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents who were SAMSAT employees of Tasikmalaya Regency. The research technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that Leadership Style and Compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Tasikmalaya Regency SAMSAT Office. Leadership Style partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Tasikmalaya Regency SAMSAT Office, and Compensation partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Tasikmalaya District SAMSAT Office.

The method used is quantitative with a research sample of 100 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this research, it shows that Price and Online Customer Reviews simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Online Customer Reviews partially have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of the Promotion variable and Brand Image variable on Purchasing Decisions. The method used in this research is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 Al Amin Skin Care Customers in Tasikmalaya City. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS 26.0. The results of the study show that Promotion and Brand Image have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions for Al Amin Skin Care Products in Tasikmalaya City. Partially, promotion does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Al Amin Skin Care products in Tasikmalaya City. Partially, Brand Image has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions on Al Amin Skin Care Products in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on CV Work Productivity. Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach to primary data collection using the survey method. The survey method uses data obtained directly through a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents who are employees of the CV.Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya Staff Management section. The technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of the Liquidity and Profitability on the share prices of textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period, both simultaneously and partially. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research sample was 13 textile and garment manufacturing companies obtained using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The analytical tool used in this research is panel data regression using eviews 12. The research results show that partially the Liquidity variable does not have a significant effect on stock prices, while the Profitability variable has a significant effect on stock price in the sector. Textiles and garments listed on the IDX for the 2018-2011 period. Simultaneously, the variables Liquidity and Profitability have a significant effect on stock prices in the textile and garment sector listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze 4C Digital Marketing in convection MSMEs in the Society 5.0 Era in Tasikmalaya City and Tasikmalaya Regency. This research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews with 50 informants from 50 convection MSMEs, and documentation studies. The object of this research is aimed at convection business owners located in the Tasikmalaya City and Tasikmalaya Regency areas. In terms of Co-Creation, in producing products, the MSME convection business has produced products according to consumers' ideas and desires, apart from that, some follow trends. In determining the prices of their products, these business actors have adjusted prices to consumers' purchasing power. This is in accordance with Currency where in this digital era prices are more dynamic. These convection business actors have utilized Communal Activities in their business, this can be seen from the existence of resellers and drop shippers who have become partners in the distribution and marketing of their business products, in addition to word-of-mouth marketing or what is better known as word-of-mouth marketing. In terms of conversation, these MSME convection actors have responded quickly in answering questions from potential consumers. Apart from that, several convection MSMEs have used social media to go live so that they can facilitate potential consumers to ask questions regarding products, which can be answered directly by these convection business actors. Apart from that, reviews and ratings from consumers can provide trust and influence other potential consumers.
