Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence entrepreneurial decisions in graduates of the Cendekia School of Economics. The research sample was 46 graduates who had become entrepreneurs or started businesses. Data were collected using a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents online and direct interviews. Data analysis using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that innovation and risk preference had a positive effect on the decision to become an entrepreneur. The motivation for achievement has a negative effect on the decision to become an entrepreneur. Meanwhile, entrepreneurship education and creativity do not affect the decision to become an entrepreneur.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the adoption of Islamic banking in general in Indonesia. By using primary data collected from a number of 276 respondents using a structured questionnaire. The empirical data were analyzed using Smart-PLS software and partial least squares structural equation (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the analysis show that consumer attitudes, knowledge, perceived benefits, and perceived religious effects of Islamic banking are important determinants of bank customer interest in adopting Islamic banking services, while perceived innovation has no effect on interest in adopting Islamic banking services. The limitation of this study is that it is only limited to bank customers in Bojonegoro Regency. Future research should expand the study to various other city countries to increase the generalization of the findings of the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the perception of the city branding "Pinarak Bojonegoro" with the dimensions of Anholt's measurement and examine and analyze the influence of these dimensions on the image of the city of Bojonegoro. Using primary data collected from some 100 respondents visiting tourist attractions in Bojonegoro Regency, data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The analysis results found that the City of Bojonegoro has the most prominent presence aspect but is weak in the people dimension. Of the six dimensions of city branding, the dimensions of presence, place, and prerequisites positively affect the image of the city of Bojonegoro. The city branding "Pinarak Bojonegoro" has a positive influence on the image of the city of Bojonegoro.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh antara bauran pemasaran jasa terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, dan revisit intention oleh wisatawan. Studi ini juga mencoba mengukur dampak dari setiap elemen pemasaran layanan terhadap kepuasan an revisit intention wisatawan di wisata alam Bojonegoro. Sejumlah literatur yang ada ditinjau dan kuesioner terstruktur dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kesenjangan penelitian. Berdasarkan variabel yang dipelajari metode convenience sampling non probabilistik digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari sampel 250 responden yang mengunjungi beberapa lokasi wisata alam di Bojonegoro. Teknik pengukuran statistik yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, regresi, ANOVA yang digunakan dan cronbach alpha mengukur konsistensi internal variabel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 20.0. Hasil analisis mendapatkan produk, harga, promosi, bukti fisik, proses dan personel berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan , sedangkan tempat terbukti tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Dari sisi minat berkunjung kembali, produk, harga, promosi, bukti fisik, dan personel berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention, sedangkan place dan proses, tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap revisit intention.

Abstract

Human capital, social capital dan financial access telah diidentifikasi sebagai sumber daya utama yang mempengaruhi kinerja usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), variabel-variabel ini jarang dipelajari. Makalah ini, oleh karena itu, menguji hubungan antara modal manusia, modal sosial pada kinerja perusahaan dengan akses ke keuangan sebagai moderating variable. 378 UMKM penghasil Batik Jonegoroan digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan sampling area. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal manusia, modal sosial, dan akses keuangan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja perusahaan.Akses keuangan terbukti menguatkan pengaruh dari social capital terhadap kinerja UMKM. Sementara Akses keuangan tidak memiliki peran moderasi pada pengaruh dari human capital terhadap kinerja UMKM. Disarankan agar pengusaha didorong untuk membangun lebih banyak hubungan dalam jaringan mereka. Serta berupaya untuk mendapatkan akses permodalan baik dari perbankan ataupun lembaga keuangan lain karena akses fianancial terbukti memberi dampak positif terhadap kinerja UMKM. Selain itu, lembaga pemerintah dan lembaga keuangan harus menyusun strategi yang akan mengurangi tingkat bunga sehingga UMKM dapat mengakses sumber keuangan.

Abstract

The condition of the export market, which is very sluggish, has put the MSME economy and the people who produce environmentally friendly handcrafts in Kasiman Village in an alarming condition; exports of handcraft products have stopped entirely as a result of the crisis after the Covid 19 Pandemic and the war that occurred in Europe. This mentoring program aims to help provide solutions for target partners. Handcraft product innovation and digital-based marketing assistance are expected to boost sales of handcraft products to compete in the local market by targeting millennial generation consumers and e-commerce and social media-based sales strategies. The implementation of innovation assistance for the diversification of handcraft products and the implementation of digital marketing has been going well, which has proven to have succeeded in boosting the sales of handcraft products for the people of Kasiman Village through various e-commerce channels, social media, or direct sales at galleries selling home decor and handcraft products made from friendly materials-environment in Kasiman Village.

Abstract

Grogolan Lake ecotourism was initiated to save Grogolan Lake as one of the major water sources which play a vital role in Agriculture and various other sectors in the Bojonegoro area, with another aim to empower the community around natural attractions. The Wana Abadi Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) has introduced the concept of Grogolan Lake Ecotourism and the Ngintir Nang Kali Grogolan for the economic development the residents of Ngunut Village. Implementing the Community Partnership program is intended to help solve some of the problems currently faced by POKDARWIS Wana Abadi, namely management problems and marketing problems in ecotourism development. The solutions offered to solve this problem include assisting in the preparation strategic plan of POKDARWIS Wana Abadi, pioneering outbound education, developing ecotourism educational tours, developing ecoprint educational tours, and social media-based ecotourism marketing assistance to make Grogolan Lake and River Ecotourism become a leading tourist destination in the Bojonegoro city. The results of implementing a series of community partnership programs include formulating the Statute Documents of Wana Abadi Organizations, increasing interest in visiting Grogolan ecotourism through offering outbound tours and ecoprint educational tours, and implementing a social media-based tourism marketing strategy.

Abstract

This research examines how the adoption of financial technology impacts the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), emphasizing the intermediary roles of financial literacy and financial inclusion. A random sample of 288 MSME owners was chosen from the 1,020 members participating in the business legality assistance program by the Bojonegoro Regency Cooperative and MSME Service. Out of these, 247 owners fully completed the survey, providing data for the research. Data analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that although the adoption of financial technology positively influences MSME sustainability, the impact is relatively modest. However, financial literacy and financial inclusion considerably enhance this relationship, with financial literacy exhibiting a stronger mediating effect. These outcomes highlight the importance of specific financial literacy initiatives and better access to financial services to promote the sustainable growth of MSMEs.JEL Classification  L21; L26; O15

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen usaha dan pemasaran digital pada para pengrajin gerabah serta pengelola wisata edukasi di Desa Rendeng, Kecamatan Malo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Melalui penerapan inovasi manajemen usaha dan strategi pemasaran berbasis digital, program ini diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku usaha lokal dalam mengoptimalkan potensi pasar melaalui inovasi produk gerabah dengan desain tokoh kartun. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pelatihan manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, pelatihan inovasi produk gerabah bertema tokoh kartun dan anime, serta pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan penerapan manajemen keuangan, pengelolaan usaha, serta kemampuan memasarkan produk melalui platform digital seperti media sosial dan marketplace. Meskipun ada tantangan dalam hal adaptasi teknologi, upaya ini telah membantu meningkatkan daya saing produk gerabah dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan usaha lokal serta mendorong keberlanjutan dalam inovasi pemasaran digital dan manajemen usaha yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Employees with high job satisfaction will reduce the desire to leave the organization. Organizations try to retain high-potential employees by paying attention to variables that affect employee job satisfaction. Negative workplace gossip and LMX allegedly affect organizational trust and job satisfaction. Organizational trust may affect job satisfaction. Quantitative research with a total sample of 41 from educational institutions and electrical installation companies. Data analysis used Smart PLS. The results showed that negative workplace gossip had a negative and significant effect on organizational trust, LMX had a positive and significant effect on organizational trust. LMX has a positive and significant effect on Job satisfaction. However, negative workplace gossip and organizational trust have a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. The results show that to retain potential employees, efforts are needed to increase employee job satisfaction. Companies can do this by paying attention to negative workplace gossip and improving LMX to increase organizational trust.
