Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena banyaknya mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Bung Hatta yang gagal menyelesaikan soal Ujian Tengan Semester Kalkulus Peubah Banyak tentang menggambar grafik persamaan kutub. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan profil mahasiswa tentang: 1) persepsi terhadap materi menggambar grafik persamaan kutub, 2) faktor penyebab kegagalan dalam menyelesaikan soal Ujian Tengan Semester tentang menggambar grafik persamaan kutub, dan 3) bentuk pembelajaran yang diharapkan mahasiswa ketika mempelajari materi menggambar grafik persamaan kutub. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subyeknya adalah mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Bung Hatta yang mengambil mata kuliah Kalkulus Peubah Banyak Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket terbuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) mahasiswa paling banyak berpresepsi materi menggambar grafik persamaan kutub sulit jika soalnya berbeda dengan contoh soal yang diberikan (57%), 2) faktor paling banyak yang menjadi penyebab mahasiswa gagal menyelesaikan soal Ujian Tengah Semester adalah karena mereka ragu menggunakan rumus yang mana (43%), dan 3) bentuk pembelajaran yang paling diharapkan mahasiswa adalah dengan menggunakan banyak contoh soal (86%).

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the aim of knowing the form of difficulty and the factors that cause students' difficulties in solving 3D questions in terms of the level of understanding of class XII students of MAN 2 Pesisir Selatan. The subjects in this study were 31 students of class XII IPA. The data in this study were obtained from written tests and interviews. The results showed that students with a high level of understanding had no difficulty in solving problems. All indicators of understanding have been achieved and are called low level difficulty type. Students with a moderate level of understanding have difficulty on the third and fifth indicators, including the type of moderate level of difficulty. The results of the interview showed that students had difficulty in solving problems because they were not careful in the steps of the process, it was difficult to relate various concepts and imagine. Students with low levels of understanding have difficulty on all indicators except for the second indicator and this is included in the type of high level of difficulty.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the mathematics learning outcomes of students who are taught by applying the make-a match type cooperative learning model are better than the learning outcomes of students who apply ordinary learning in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Enam Lingkung. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study were class VII students of SMPN 1 Enam Lingkung. The sample in this study was determined using a random sampling technique (random sample). After carrying out the homogeneity test and average similarity test, the samples selected in this study were class VII.B as the experimental class and class VII.C as the control class. Analysis of student learning outcomes data using the normality test shows that for both the experimental class and the control class, meaning that the learning outcomes of the two sample classes come from samples with a normal distribution. Furthermore, data analysis using the homogeneity of variance test shows that , so the hypothesis is accepted with a real level of so it can be It was concluded that the learning outcome data for the two sample groups had homogeneous variance. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing using the t-test shows that so that means it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the mathematics learning outcomes of students who apply the make a match type cooperative learning model are better than the mathematics learning outcomes of students who use conventional learning at SMP Negeri 1 Enam Lingkung. Abstract

One effort to improve elementary school students' arithmetic (numeracy) skills is to use learning media in the form of an abacus. The abacus, also known as mental arithmetic, is a medium for developing thinking and calculating abilities in mathematics and is able to balance the abilities of the right and left brain. Therefore, SD 01 Ulak Karang teachers need to improve their skills in using the abacus, so that these skills can be mastered and provided to students well. The method of this activity includes basic level abacus training, namely (1) introducing body posture when using an abacus, (2) introducing the rules and how to operate/move the abacus beads, (3) introducing number notations represented by one or a group of abacus beads. (4) introduce the technique of calculating addition and subtraction using an abacus and practice questions. Based on the results of this activity, the teachers at SDN 01 Ulak Karang Selatan are familiar with the technique of calculating with an abacus and can use the abacus to carry out addition and subtraction operations correctly and quickly. The teachers were very enthusiastic about being able to master all the techniques and calculation operations with the abacus.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan besar dalam menyesuaikan metode pembelajaran di era Revolusi Industri 5.0. Artikel ini membahas transformasi pembelajaran Al-Qur'an dan Hadis melalui integrasi teknologi modern untuk menghasilkan peserta didik dengan kecerdasan spiritual, emosional, dan teknologi. Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian ini menganalisis literatur terkait pembelajaran Al-Qur'an, Hadis, dan penerapan teknologi dalam pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi seperti Artificial Intelegent (AI), Augmented Reality (AR), dan aplikasi berbasis Al-Qur'an dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan menarik minat siswa dalam mempelajari ajaran Islam. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, resistensi terhadap teknologi, dan kesenjangan digital tetap menjadi hambatan utama. Solusi yang diusulkan, seperti pelatihan guru, pengembangan kurikulum adaptif, dan penguatan literasi digital Islami, diharapkan dapat mengatasi hambatan-hambatan ini. Artikel ini juga menekankan pentingnya integrasi nilai moderasi, keberlanjutan, dan etika dalam pembelajaran untuk membentuk peserta didik yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, tetapi juga memiliki karakter yang baik dan bertanggung jawab dalam penggunaan teknologi. Pembelajaran Al-Qur'an dan Hadis yang mengintegrasikan teknologi diharapkan dapat menciptakan pengalaman pendidikan yang relevan dan adaptif dengan kebutuhan zaman. This study aims to examine the role and optimization of Islamic counseling in social, religious, and Islamic education faces significant challenges in adapting teaching methods in the era of the 5.0 Industrial Revolution. This article discusses the transformation of learning Al-Qur'an and Hadith through the integration of modern technology to develop students with spiritual, emotional, and technological intelligence. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study analyzes the literature related to Al-Qur'an and Hadith education and the application of technology in education. The findings show that technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR), and Al-Qur'an-based applications can enhance the effectiveness of learning and increase students' interest in studying Islamic teachings. However, challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, resistance to technology, and the digital divide remain significant barriers. Proposed solutions, such as teacher training, the development of adaptive curricula, and strengthening Islamic digital literacy, are expected to address these issues. This article also emphasizes the importance of integrating values of moderation, sustainability, and ethics in learning to shape students who are not only academically proficient but also possess strong character and responsibility in using technology. Al-Qur'an and Hadith learning that integrates technology is expected to create a relevant and adaptive educational experience in line with the needs of the times.

Abstract

This research was motivated by students lacking enthusiasm and being less active in learning mathematics. One effort to overcome this problem is to develop problem based learning worksheets because they can help teachers in developing student centered learning which makes students active in learning. This type of research is development using the ADDIE development model which has 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Product trials were carried out at SMP N 1 Kuantan Hilir. The research subjects were 10 students in class VIII.2. The research results showed that problem based learning worksheets were valid by two validators. Worksheets based on problem based learning were declared practical with a score of 63%. So that problem based learning worksheets are valid and practical. From the research, it is recommended that teachers use LKS based on problem based learning as teaching materials and several shortcomings during the research include: (1) in groups of students only a few people are looking for answers and apart from that they only see answers from their group friends (2) students tended to tell stories during learning (3) the researcher did not take all the subjects in the class (4) when filling in the practicality sheet the students were not honest.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the still low level of attention and participation of students during the process mathematics learning. Media used to support learning only use the Mathematics package book for class VII independent curriculum and learning is still centered on the teacher. Based on these problems, researchers developed mathematics Student Worksheets based on constructivism on quadrilateral material for class VII SMP Pertiwi 2 Padang. The aim of the research is to produce a valid and practical constructivism-based mathematics worksheet on rectangular plane material. This type of research is development research. In this study, researchers used research procedures by Borg and Gall. Data used to assess the validity of the media were obtained from validation sheets by worksheets characteristic and language experts and design experts, while the data used to assess practicality is obtained from the sheet student practicality. The worksheets developed contains flat material rectangular . The product validity assessment was carried out by two lecturers and declared valid for use from the aspects of worksheets characteristics, language and design. Practicality assessment from students' practicality questionnaire at the test stage try with practicality criteria of 77.46% based on ease of use use, ease of understanding, and time required. So it can be concluded that the constructivism-based worksheets in class VII mathematics learning at SMP Pertiwi 2 Padang is valid and practical to use as a mathematics learning medium. Based on the results of this research, researchers suggest that this worksheets can be used as an alternative media by teaching staff.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar persamaan diferensial dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom (FC) dan strategi pembelajaran aktif Giving Questions and Getting Answers (GQGA) bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Universitas Bung Hatta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang, yaitu mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika yang mengikuti mata kuliah persamaan diferensial dengan peneliti. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari tanggal 24 Maret 2018 sampai tanggal 23 Mei 2018. Tempat pelaksanaan penelitan adalah di kelas perkuliahan Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Bung Hatta. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 3 siklus yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Pada siklus I diperoleh persentase mahasiswa yang memiliki nilai minimal setara C+ adalah 28,87%, pada siklus II adalah 60%, sedangkan pada siklus III adalah 71,11%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran FC dan strategi pembelajaran aktif GQGA dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Universitas Bung Hatta pada mata kuliah persamaan diferensial.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, persamaan diferensial, Flipped Classroom, Giving Questions and Getting Answers. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of differential equations by applying Flipped Classroom (FC) learning model and active learning type Giving Questions and Getting Answers (GQGA) for students of Mathematics Education Bung Hatta University. The type of research is classroom action research. The research was conducted from March 24, 2018 to May 23, 2018 in the course class of Mathematics Education Bung Hatta University. The subjects of the study were students of Mathematics Education which followed the course of differential equations with 45 researchers. The research was conducted in 3 cycles consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. In cycle I obtained the percentage of students who have a minimum value equivalent to C+ is 28,87%, cycle II is 60%,while in cycle III is 71,11%. Based on the results of research and discussion can be concluded that the application of FC learning model and active learning type GQGA can improve student learning outcomes of Mathematics Education Bung Hatta University in the course of differential equations.Keywords: learning out comes,differential equations, flipped classroom, giving questions and getting answers.
