Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja, motivasi, pelayanan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Trans Batam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan UPT Trans Batam sebanyak 51 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampel yaitu metode Purposive (purposive sampling). Analisis data menggunakan asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis serta menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa fasilitas kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar nilai t hitung 3,450 t tabel 2,013 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,001 0,05, motivasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar nilai t hitung 2,570 t tabel 1,998 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,013 t tabel 2,013 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,302 t tabel 2,013 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,009 0,05 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja, motivasi, pelayanan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Trans Batam. Abstract

         The research was conducted in the District Sagulung. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and discipline to the performance, both separately (partial) and collectively - together (simultaneously).          In this study, the authors use the method of sample with a total of 35 people to serve as respondents of the total population (employees). While the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Sources of primary data obtained from questionnaires to employees in the district kompoten Sagulung While the secondary data obtained from the District Office Sagulung and documents obtained from the literature - literature-related and can support as well as useful for this research. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, which are used to describe the objects that give an overview of the study through the data with methods drawn from a population sample obtained in the field associated with the theory - a theory that is relevant and quantitative techniques to the analysis of the data that has been given a score according to the measurement scale used is the Likert scale and the results of the test using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 20.         From the research, the authors conclude that the partial leadership style (X1) and a significant positive effect on performance (Y), with test results for 0919 or 91.9%, and Discipline (X2) is also a significant effect on performance (Y), it can be seen from the test results for 0884 or 88.4%. Then the simultaneous testing Leadership Style and Disciplinary positive and significant effect (strong) on Employee Performance in Batam City District Sagulung to sled for 0834 or 83.4%, as for the rest of 0166 or 16.6% influenced by variables or other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Emotional Intelligence, Commitment, And Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Yeakin Plastic Industry Batam. Sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling, the sample number is same with the total population as 46 responded at QC department of PT. Yeakin Plastic Industry Batam. Types of data sources used are primary data, obtained from the respondents' answers on the questionnaire, and secondary data obtained from the data or documents the PT. Yeakin Plastic Industry Batam, as well as books and journals from previous research. Techniques of data retrieval that is by distributing questionnaires to 46 respondents, and documentation from the company is a brief history , organizational structure , employee data , and others. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20 for Windows. The study states that ( 1 ) partially Emotional Intelligence positive and significant effect on the performance with significant score is 0,001 0,05 ( 2 ) Commitment positive and significant effect on the performance of employees with significant score is 0,007 0,05 ( 3 ) Job Satisfaction positive and significant effect on employee performance with significant score is 0,001 0,05 ( 4 ) Effect of Emotional Intelligence, Commitment, And Job Satisfaction positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT. Yeakin Plastic Industry Batam with the significant score is 0,000 0,05 on the QC devision. With the value of adjusted R square of 0.545, in this case shows that the performance of employees affected by variables Emotional Intelligence, Commitment, And Job Satisfaction of 54.5 % . The remaining 45.5% is influenced by other variables which is not included in this research method. With multiple linear regression equation Y =  2,932 + 0,272 X1 + 0,313 X2 + 0,352 X3.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Environment, Work Discipline, And Organizational Commitment on employee performance at Telkomsel Customer Service office Batam. Sampling technique used in this study is a probability sampling, by using the method of proportionate stratified random sampling, the total sample determined by the Slovin formula, with the total employee population is 112 employees, which taken as sample is 53 respondents. Types of data sources used are primary data, obtained from the respondents' answers on the questionnaire, and secondary data obtained from the data or documents of PT. Telkomsel, as well as reference books and journals from previous research. Techniques of data retrieval that is by distributing questionnaires to 53 respondents , and documentation from the company is a brief history , organizational structure , employee data , and others. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20 for Windows. The study states that ( 1 ) partially Work Environment have positive and significant effect on the employee performance, ( 2 ) Work Discipline have positive and not significant effect on the employee performance, ( 3 ) Organizational Commitment have positive and significant effect on the employee performance ( 4 ) Effect of Work Environment, Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment have positive and significant effect simultaneously on the employees performance at Telkomsel Customer Service office Batam. With the value of adjusted R square of 0.543, in this case shows that the performance of employees affected by variables Training, Organizational Culture and Leadership Style is 54.3%. Abstract

Many businesses that have sprung up with similar characteristics, respectively. That customers were satisfied and did not move to another place, then the company must know the factors that affect customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction can be created through price, quality products and quality service. In particular, this study discusses customer satisfaction waroeng special green chilli paste 88 Nagoya Batam. The researchers tested three independent variables, namely price, quality products and quality service that may affect satisfaction pelanggan.Tujuan this study was to determine the effect of three independent variables on customer satisfactionThis  study was  conducted  by  questionnaire  to  100  subscribers  special waroeng green chilli paste 88 Nagoya Batam obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Then the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes test validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, test multiple regression analysis (R2), the F test and t test. Qualitative analysis is the interpretation of the data obtained in the study and the results of data processing is carried out by providing information and explanation. The data that have met the test of validity, reliability, and classical assumption processed to produce a regression equation as follows Y = 2.907 + 0.018 X1 + 0.190 X2 + 0,544 X3 Results of this study indicate that all the independent variables in the test is positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through the F test and t test while the number Adjusted Square (R2) 0.406 or 40.6%, this means the ability of a variable price, quality products and quality service in explain the purchase decision is 40.6%. remaining 59.4% is explained by other variables that are not included in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (X) terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Penelitian dilakukan di Unit Pelayanan Batam Centre dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dan teknik sampling Aksidental. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi program SPSS versi 20.0 dengan analisis regresi liniear berganda dengan metode analisis uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan terdiri atas tangible (X1), realibility (X2),responsiveness (X3) assurance (X4), empathy (X5) secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif. Dimana persamaan regresi sebagai berikut  Y = 1,714 + (-0,018) X1 + 0,238 X2 + 0,080 X3 + 0,276 X4 + 0,276 X5. Selain itu, dengan uji F dilihat bahwa tingkat singnifikan sebesar 0,000 atau 0%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yaitu berdasarkan uji parsial (t), tidak semua variabel memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan tingkat signifikan untuk assurance sebesar 0,025 atau 0,025 % dan empathy sebesar 0,14 atau 0,14 %.

Abstract

: The marine and fisheries resources sector is one of the potentials that is widely utilized by coastal communities who mostly work as fishermen. The lives of fishermen who depend on natural conditions can be proven by the income of fishermen who increase during the fish season. The off-season causes the intensity of fishing to decrease, thus the amount of income received by fishermen is certainly drastically reduced. Collecting rengkam can be a solution for fishermen who have obstacles in catching fish. This profession switch provides benefits and improves welfare and makes coastal communities have choices to make a living. Rengkam has the potential to improve the welfare of coastal communities, especially during the season when fish are difficult to obtain, while it has consequences for ecosystem changes that cannot be ruled out. This study aims to scientifically examine the social and economic potential of rengkam exploration and review the environmental impacts of exploration activities and determine strategies that can be carried out to maximize social and economic potential and minimize the possibility of environmental impacts. This research uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative approach was conducted through in-depth interviews and field observations (primary data collection). This research was conducted at one location of the rengkam exploration center, Pecong Island, with the subjects involved in the research process being the community and SKPD at the research location. Measurements using survey instruments, interviews, observations and literature review.  Qualitative data collected was analyzed using the Narrative Analysis method of important data not only related to context, but also time, place, specifications, experience, and suggestions for consideration.
