Abstract

The aim of the research is to calculate and analyze the income from lowland rice, corn and orange farming in Lembah Asri Village. The research was carried out for 3 months, namely from August to October 2023, starting from preparation to preparing the research report. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained in the research field, namely from interviews with lowland rice farmers, while secondary data was obtained from agencies related to the research. The sample used was purposive sampling (intentionally). The farmers sampled were 5 respondents for lowland rice farming, 5 respondents for corn and 5 respondents for Siamese orange farming. From the results of research conducted in Lembah Asri Village, South Weda District, Central Halmahera Regency, Siamese Orange Farming has a very large income, namely IDR27,233,140.6 per farmer with an R/C Ratio of 3.36, then followed by lowland rice farming with an income of IDR13,078,263 per farmer with an R/C Ratio of 3.94 and the lowest income is corn farming of IDR10,449,063.6 with an R/C Ratio of 3.94.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction at Bakso Campur Surabaya in terms of product, price, promotion, location, and service. The study was conducted from August to October 2023. The selection of respondents was done by accident. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through direct observation in the field to make observations and conduct interviews with managers and consumers, as well as provide questionnaires to consumers to fill out. Secondary data were obtained from other information data related to this study. Secondary data obtained by researchers from internet sites, books, articles, research journals and various other documents related to research. The results showed that the results of the consumer satisfaction index of Bakso Campur Surabaya at Bahu Mall Manado City in terms of products, prices, locations, promotions and service quality were at 74.20%. This shows that overall the management of Bakso Campur Surabaya at Bahu Mall Manado City has achieved a level of consumer satisfaction although there are still several indicators that need attention.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to map market actors, calculate marketing margins for potato crops, and describe the potato marketing channels in Modoinding Sub-district. The research took place in May 2023 and was conducted in Modoinding District, South Minahasa Regency. Data were collected through primary data by conducting interviews with owners or farmers who cultivate potato crops using a list of questions (questionnaires) that have been prepared. Secondary data were obtained through literature searches from literature, articles, journals, previous research and relevant data and reports from relevant agencies such as the Department of Agriculture, BPS and district, sub-district and village governments to support primary data. Samples were taken from 30 people in 10 villages using simple random sampling and for traders using snowball sampling. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively, and using tables, and described in the form of surveys obtained through direct interaction with research subjects or test subjects using questionnaire techniques. The marketing channels obtained can be described as a whole pattern and level of marketing channels. The results of this study show that the potato marketing margin of each institution in Modoinding sub-district is different between Manado, Bitung, and Kotamobagu channels. Farmer's share received by farmers in the Bitung channel is higher than farmer's share in the Manado and Kotamobagu channels, but farmers still get the same purchase price. Channel (farmer - intermediary - retailer - consumer). Farmers still get the same price and the costs of labor and transportation are borne by buyers, namely collectors and retailers.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the marketing strategy of salak dodol UD MANDIRI in Pangu Satu Village, Ratahan Timur Subdistrict. This research was conducted for 2 months from September to October 2023, starting from the preparation period until the preparation of the report. This research was conducted in Pangu Satu Village, East Ratahan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data taken directly from the UD MANDIRI salak dodol production site obtained through interview activities using tools in the form of questionnaires, and observation activities. While secondary data is obtained through literature or references related to the research. The sampling method in this study is based on anyone who is encountered by chance (accidental sampling), and is willing to become a respondent then used as a sample. Sampling was carried out for 2 weeks using 15 respondents. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis using a Likert scale. The results showed that the respondents' assessment of the product aspect was 96.29 percent with a good category, the price aspect was 89.33 percent with a good category, the place aspect was 65.1 percent with a fairly good category, the promotion aspect was 49.62 percent with a poor category, and the service aspect was 86.6 percent with a fairly good category. Based on the results and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that UD MANDIRI's salak dodol marketing strategy using 4P 1S is in the good enough category.

Abstract

This study aims to estimate the economic value of Agrowisata Tuur Ma’asering using the Travel Cost Method (TCM) approach and to analyze the factors affecting the demand for visits to Agrowisata Tuur Ma’asering. The research was conducted over 3 months, from February to May 2024. Data collection was performed using a survey method, gathering both primary and secondary data. Sampling was done using accidental sampling techniques, with the sample size determined by a linear time function formula, resulting in 58 respondents. The research method employed is quantitative, utilizing the travel cost method (TCM) and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the economic value of Agrowisata Tuur Ma’asering, calculated using the Travel Cost Method (TCM), is IDR2,027,876,535. This value is derived from the consumer surplus per individual per month of IDR345,759, multiplied by the number of visitors in April 2024, which is 5,865 visitors. Factors influencing the demand for visits to Agrowisata Tuur Ma’asering include travel costs, income, education level, and group size. Factors that do not have a significant impact are travel distance and age.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business profits of Ummi Hidayah Restaurant in the Tondano Boulevard Area, Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques used using descriptive analysis, namely analyzing, describing, and interviews. Data analysis used is using the calculation of costs, revenues and profits. Based on the results of the study, it is obtained that the amount of profit of the ummi hidayah Muslim restaurant business in the Tondano boulevard area can be categorized as a profitable business with a service profit and total revenue of Rp17,860,046 per month.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the factors that determine vegetable purchasing decisions at Bahu Market, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research employs a descriptive analysis method. The collected data are described and qualitatively analyzed, presented in tabular form, and explained descriptively. Based on the results of the research, the factors determining vegetable purchasing decisions at Bahu Market, Malalayang District, Manado City, are ranked as follows: the highest is Attitude, followed by Lifestyle, Price, Quality, and the lowest is Location. Consumer attitude is the primary determining factor in vegetable purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine alternative strategies for developing stevia farming in Kolongan Atas Dua Village, Sonder District. The data collection method used was the survey method, which took primary and secondary data. The respondents were taken from farmer group members who cultivate stevia plants and stevia plant stakeholders, including the extension workers and the government. The data analysis method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative analysis using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that alternative strategies for developing stevia farming in Kolongan Atas Dua Village, Sonder District, are (1) Utilizing land, suitable agro-climatic conditions, and adequate land area for the development of stevia farming and maximizing the use of privately owned land to meet the demand for stevia leaves. (2) Utilizing experience and improving farming skills to create superior products in the market. (3) Maximize using seeds from their breeding to increase production and establish cooperation with other parties/agencies for processing stevia leaves.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung dan menganalisis pengaruh harga komoditas pangan nabati terhadap inflasi di Kota Manado. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data time series bulanan dari bulan Januari tahun 2016 sampai dengan Desember tahun 2023. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengaruh harga komoditas pangan nabati terhadap inflasi di Kota Manado dengan komoditas yang diteliti meliputi harga beras, harga bawang merah, harga bawang putih, harga cabai merah, harga cabai rawit, harga gula pasir, harga minyak goreng, dan harga tomat menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, harga-harga komoditas tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inflasi dengan kontribusi sebesar 26% (koefisien determinasi). Jika dilihat dari hasil uji ini adapun beberapa variabel yang tidak dimasukkan dan pada penelitian terbatas serta variabel yang termasuk adalah 1 komponen inflasi yang diukur dengan Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) yaitu bahan makanan, minum dan tembakau yang terlebih spesifik pada bahan makanan yaitu komoditas pangan nabati dari 11 komponen inflasi yang diukur dengan Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK). Secara parsial dari tahun 2016 hingga tahun 2023, komoditas yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan adalah harga cabai rawit dan harga tomat.

Abstract

This research aims to identify marketing strategies carried out at the Bakso AT Surabaya Republic Foodcourt culinary business at Manado Town Square. The implementation of this research was carried out for 4 months, namely from March to June 2023. Primary data is obtained from direct interviews with consumers using a questionnaire. Secondary data is obtained through literature or references related to the research conducted. With a total of 44 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Based on the results of the research, the marketing strategy applied by Bakso AT Surabaya in the aspects of product (product), price (price), place (distribution), promotion (promotion), people (participants), process (process) and physical evidence (physical evidence) is classified as good.
