Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of circuit training methods and interval training methods on the ability of the Taekwondo Round-House kick. The study was carried out at Unpatti Taekwondo athletes in Ambon 2019, using an experimental method with 2 x 2 factorial design. Data were analyzed using Variant Analysis (ANOVA).The results showed, that: (1) Overall there was a difference in the ability of Taekwondo Round-House kick between the circuit training method and the interval training method, (2) For taekwondoin who had high muscle flexibility, the interval training method was better than the circuit training method for Taekwondo Round-House Kick ability, (3) For taekwondoin which has low muscle flexibility, there is no significant difference between the circuit training method and the interval training method for Taekwondo Round-House kick capability. (4) There is an interaction between the training methods with the flexibility of the Taekwondo dolyo kick ability

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of table tennis through the student section method approach. The research was conducted on students of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Patimura University, Ambon, in 2021. Using the type of classroom action research (CAR). The instrument used for data collection is observation and performance test of basic table tennis technical skills (Rubric for Assessment). Based on the results of this research data, it shows that the application of the part method in table tennis learning has a positive impact on improving students' learning abilities, this can be seen from the absorption of students increasing from the first cycle by 66.74% (13 students from 34 students have finished studying) and the second cycle increased to 83.79.%. In the second cycle, classical student learning completeness has been achieved. This means that the success indicators have been achieved as expected by researchers and table tennis lecturers

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1). To find out differences in student learning outcomes in table tennis learning through the application of the Multiball and the Guided method, 2). To find out which method is better between the Multiball and the Guided method for student learning outcomes in Table Tennis courses. The subjects of this research were 32 male students of Physical Education, Sports and Recreation, University of Pattimura for the 2020/2021 Academic Year who offered Table Tennis courses. This research is a type of experimental research using a quantitative descriptive approach. The instrument used for data collection was a table tennis performance test. Based on the results of the research and data analysis, it shows that: 1) There is a difference, but not significant, in the student table tennis learning outcomes after being treated with the Multiball training method and the Guided training method. 2) There is no better method between the Multiball training method and the Guided training method.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1). To find out the description of implementation, obstacles, and solutions from HOTS-based learning, 2). To find out how teachers implement HOTS in the learning process. The subjects of this study were 21 PJOK teachers in Central Maluku District, Maluku Province at the senior high school level. This research is a type of experimental research using a quantitative descriptive approach to the survey method. Instruments used for data collection namely Questionnaire with a rating scale in a rubric using a Likert scale.Based on the results of the research and data analysis, it shows that: 1) In the implementation of PJOK learning in high schools in Central Maluku district, Maluku Province, there are several obstacles in the application of learning. 2) The implementation of HOTS-based PJOK learning in junior high schools in Central Maluku Regency was in the adequate category with a score of 71.43% or only 15 teachers implemented HOTS-based learning with all the limitations.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the skill level of playing table tennis in students of SMP Negeri 5 Central Maluku. This research is a type of analytical research. The population in this study were 30 students of class VII2 at SMP Negeri 5 Central Maluku. Based on the results of data analysis, this study concluded that the level of forehand hitting ability of students at SMP Negeri 5 Central Maluku was in the very good category 0% (0 students), good 0% (0 students), while 43.33% (13 students), less 57.67% (17 students), very less 0% (0 students). Thus students of SMP Negeri 5 Central Maluku have a forehand skill level that is included in the poor category.

Abstract

The habit of playing soccer The people of Tulehu country have made playing soccer a habit that is always carried out in their daily activities. Therefore, it is not surprising that Tulehu Country has been given many nicknames that refer to one of the most popular sports in the world, this nickname includes the football village given by Mr. Djohar Arifin who also founded the Football Village monument. The benefits of sports to develop basic concepts in order to improve sports achievement, especially in the sport of football. This research is a quantitative research with a correlational approach. This method is used to find the relationship or relationship of one variable with other variables. Because r_(xy ) or r_h 0.780 at a significant level of 5% is greater than r_(table ), then at a significant level of 5% and 1% the Null Hypothesis (H_O) is rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (H_a) is approved or accepted. The conclusion that the relationship habits have shown real effectiveness, in the sense of the word the habit of playing football is very influential on the tendency to achieve football players in the country of Tulehu, Central Maluku district

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether or not there is an effect of weight training on the straight punch ability of Unpatti wushu club athletes. This type of research is experimental research where the researcher wants to find out the effect of body weight training on the straight punch ability of Unpatti wushu club athletes with a one-group pre-test-post-test design. The results of the research show that the effect of weight training in the form of push-ups, Dips, and pull-ups has been proven to show real effectiveness, meaning that this training is effective in improving the straight punch ability of Unpatti wushu club athletes

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum has been approved and implemented in the Indonesian learning system, since a few years ago, to have undergone a number of improvements. Based on some studies in the cities of Ambon and Maluku particularly in the physical and exercise programs, indicates that a teacher's lack of ability to plan the learning process using the 2013 curriculum, both at an elementary level, middle school, and high school. Much of what follows, two are unfamiliar with the 2013 curriculum procedure in learning because it rarely participates in any related training. Subsequent methods used by teams for established purposes were achieved: (a) problem identification, (b) social approach, (c) discourse, (d) discussion, (e) evaluation, (f) drawing conclusions. Results based on the procedural process developed by understanding participants' concepts of curriculum 2013 implementation procedures, in both cases; (a) plan learning, (b) procedures in selecting and using and applying active learning models in saintifical, authentic and also thematic approaches in classroom learning, (c) the evaluation process in classroom learning, in order to create interactive students.

Abstract

The performance of Physical Education Sports and Health teachers in the learning process in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency is still not optimal. This service activity aims to determine the level of competence of Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency in 2022. The training methods in this community service activity are lectures, discussions and questions and answers. The instrument used to measure the level of teacher competency is the Teacher Performance Assessment Instrument. The subjects in this service were Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers in Leihitu District, Central Maluk Regency, totaling 40 teachers from 21 schools. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of the evaluation of the training materials show that the competency level of Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency is in the "very low" category of 0% (0 teachers), the "low" category is 44.44% (15 teachers), the "medium" category was 25.0% (8 teachers), the "high" category was 19.44% (12 teachers), and the "very high" category was 11.11% (5 teachers)

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan syarat utama dalam pembangunan di era 4.0. yang mana segala system informasi sangat mudah diperoleh dan mudah diakses. Salah satunya melalui pendidikan. Kualitas pendidikan juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor guru. guru menjadi tiang pilar kemajuan pendidikan. Guru PJOK belum semuanya memiliki ketrampilan menyusun penilaian atau asessmen dengan benar. Penilaian pun hanya masih pada pengetahuan saja ataupun aspek psikomotor saja. Padahal sesuai penilaian pada kurikulum 2013 sudah harus mencakup 3 aspek penilaian, yaitu aspek pengetahuan, aspek sikap, dan aspek ketrampilan. Jumlah peserta kegiatan ini sebanyak 20 guru PJOK. Berbagai tahapan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan asessment dalam pembelajaran PJOK dilakukan melaui: 1) identifikasi permasalahan, 2) Persiapan Dan Pelaksanaan, 3) Rencana keberlanjutan Program. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dimaksudkan maka adapun berbagai metode digunakan untuk mencapai keberhasilan, yaitu menggunakan a) Metode, b) Metode Diskusi, c) Metode Tanya Jawab. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatn maka dapat disampaikan bahwa; 1) Guru PJOK sudah mengetahui langkah-langkah penyusunan sola tes pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan; 2) Guru PJOK Kabupaten SBT dalam penyusunan butir soal untuk penilaian pengetahuan sudah mencapai 40% atau sebanyak 8 guru; 3) Guru PJOK Kabupaten SBT dalam penyusunan penilaian sikap sudah mencapai 70% atau 14 guru; 4) Guru PJOK Kabupaten SBT dalam penyusunan rubrik penilian ketrampilan sudah mencapai 55% atau sebanyak 11 guru.
