Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menguatkan kemampuan mengenali dan menyelesaikan soal Ujian Pengetahuan (UP) PPG berbasis HOTS yang dimiliki oleh guru PJOK di Kota Ambon sehingga kemampuannya meningkat dan mampu lulus pada pelaksanaan PPG. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ModelTechnical Assistance dalam bentuk Training. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah guru PJOK tingkat SD dan SMP di Kota Ambon sebanyak 20 orang. Instrumen evaluasi kegiatan ini adalah tes untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru terkait materi yang diberikan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil tes kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenali dan menyelesaiakan soal Ujian Pengetahuan (UP) PPG dari guru dapat meningkat. Nilai yang baik pada tes serta respon positif yang diberikan oleh guru menunjukkan keberhasilan kegiatan ini.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to find out the implementation of strengthening literacy culture in PJOK learning in junior high school physical education teachers in Dobo Aru Islands, 2) to find out how teachers implement literacy culture in the learning process and in the lesson plan device. The subjects in this study were 25 PE teachers who were divided into several private and public junior high schools in the Aru Islands district. This research is an experimental study using a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method, the instrument in this study for data collection using a questionnaire. Based on the results of research and data analysis shows that: 1) in the process of implementing learning literacy implementation is in the moderate category, 2) in the implementation of the learning process teachers have several obstacles in implementing a culture of literacy so that implementation in the learning process is less than optimal both in the learning process from opening, implementation to evaluation even in learning tools teachers do not understand and pour in lesson plans.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in table tennis courses through guided training methods. The research was carried out on students of Physical Education, Health and Recreation at Pattimura University for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. Using the type of Classroom Action Research (Classroom Action Research). The instruments used for data collection are observation and performance tests of forehand and backhand hitting skills in table tennis (Assessment Rubric). Based on the results of this study, it shows that the application of guided training methods in table tennis learning on the subject of basic techniques of forehand and backhand strokes has a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes, this can be seen from the absorption of students increasing from the first cycle by 65.74% (12 students out of 34 students have completed learning) and the second cycle increasing to 82.79%. In the second cycle, the completeness of student learning has been classically achieved. This means that it has achieved the success indicators as expected by researchers and lecturers of the Table Tennis course.

Abstract

Classroom action research that aims to improve the learning outcomes of table tennis game backhand serve through jigsaw type cooperative learning model for seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Leksula. The population of this study were all seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Leksula totalling 117 people and as many as five classes, each class numbered 23-24 people. The subjects of this study were VII grade students of SMP Negeri I Leksula totalling 25 students with learning instruments used in this study, namely treatment instruments, namely by using learning devices (RPP) and measurement instruments, namely by using rubrics for assessing knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. There was an increase from cycle I to cycle II and students had reached the minimum performance criteria, so the research was declared over. Thus the jigsaw type cooperative learning model can be used in learning table tennis games.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of offline and online physical education learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 30 Banda Maluku Tengah students. The method used in this research is quantitative using an ex post facto approach. The population in this study were XI MIA-2 class students totalling 25 students. The sample used was all students of class XI MIA-2. The pre-requisite tests carried out are homogeneity test and data normality test, and testing is done by t-test. Based on the results of data processing, the results of the t-test comparison of offline and online physical education learning outcomes obtained a t-count of 2.85. While the t-table is 2.06. This means that t-count> t table (2.85> 2.06) then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. So there is a significant comparison between offline and online physical education learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 30 Banda Maluku Tengah students. The existence of factors that can affect student learning outcomes, such as constraints on students who do not have smartphones or mobile phones to take part in online learning, causes a comparison of learning outcomes between offline and online learning.

Abstract

ABSTRAK This research aims to determine there is an effect of reaction speed training on speed mawashi geri kick in senior Karate kumite athletes Maluku. This is an experimental research, where the writer wants to know the effect of Reaction Speed training on mawashi geri kick . The method used in this research is a field experiment method. The population used as the sample in this research amounted to 15 people, the variables is consisted of independent variables, Reaction Speed exercise using the indicators, One footed hop, Icky shuffle, Hip twist, Cross step reaction, Cone drill foot touch, Traffic light kick and the dependent variable mawashi geri speed kick indicator . The instruments are measurement instruments or test instruments and treatment instruments or training instruments. Based on the results and the measurement test obtained and statistical formulas, it can be concluded that the mawashi geri kick speed in FORKI Maluku senior Karate kumite athletes can be increased through reaction speed training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara daya tahan aerobik dan kekuatan otot terhadap prestasi belajar renang mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan pada Program Studi Penjaskesrek FKIP Universitas PattImura Ambon pada tahun 2021. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data daya tahan aerobik mahasiswa menggunakan tes balke, untuk kekuatan otot menggunakan hand dynamometer dan leg dynamameter. Untuk hasil belajar diambil dari nilai tes semester genap. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel berjumlah 47 mahasiswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan, bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang positif antara daya tahan aerobiki terhadap hasil belajar renang mahasiswa, 2) terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kekuatan otot terhadap hasil belajar renang mahasiswa, 3) terdapat hubungan yang positif antara daya tahan aerobik dan kekuatan otot terhadap hasil belajar renang mahasiswa. Artinya daya tahan aerobik dan kekuatan otot memberikan kontribusi terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah renang.

Abstract

Kick power is an important parameter in taekwondo. Until now, there is no technology-based test instrument that can measure the explosive power of taekwondo kicks. The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a technology-based taekwondo kick explosive power test instrument. This research uses the type of research and development research. The research and development research procedure consists of the following steps: (1) needs analysis, (2) initial product, (3) expert evaluation, (4) product trial, (5) product revision, and (6) results the final product. This research was conducted on students of the Physical Education Study Program at Pattimura University, Ambon. The small group trial sample consisted of 60 male students. The large group trial sample consisted of 120 male students. The sample for instrument norms is 200 temple students and female students. Test product reliability using test-retest techniques. This study produced a test instrument for taekwondo kick explosive power: (1) valid with a validity coefficient of 0.874, (2) reliable with a reliability coefficient of 0.989 and (3) equipped with assessment norms for taekwondo kick explosive power classification.
