Abstract

Abstract: This study intends to analyze digital learning tools, digital competence of teachers in influencing teacher performance at SMK Negeri 2 Kupang with achievement motivation as an intervening variable. This study is a quantitative research type. The population and sample in this study are 96 respondents, while the type of data is primary data. Data analysis techniques in this study, namely using descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis. The results of inferential statistics make it clear if digital learning tools (X1) have a significant effect on achievement motivation (Z) and teacher performance (Y); teacher's digital competence (X2) significantly influences achievement motivation (Z) and teacher performance (Y); achievement motivation (Z) has a significant effect on teacher performance (Y). The results of the mediation test show that achievement motivation does not mediate the effect of digital learning tools on teacher performance, but achievement motivation mediates the effect of teacher digital competence on teacher performance. The adjusted R2 value for teacher performance is 0.985 and achievement motivation is 0.854 which makes it clear that the variables of digital learning tools, teacher digital competence, and achievement motivation contribute 98.5% to teacher performance. Then, the variables of digital learning tools and teacher digital competence contribute 85.4% to achievement motivation. Abstrak: Kajian ini bermaksud guna menganalisis sarana pembelajaran digital, kompetensi digital guru dalam memengaruhi kinerja guru SMK Negeri 2 Kupang dengan motivasi berprestasi sebagai variabel intervening. Kajian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi maupun sampel pada kajian ini sejumlah 96 responden, sedangkan jenis datanya ialah data primer. Teknik analisis data pada kajian ini, yaitu mempergunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil statistik inferensial memperjelas bila sarana pembelajaran digital (X1) memengaruhi bermakna bagi motivasi berprestasi (Z) dan kinerja guru (Y); kompetensi digital guru (X2) memengaruhi bermakna bagi motivasi berprestasi (Z) dan kinerja guru (Y); motivasi berprestasi (Z) memengaruhi bermakna bagi kinerja guru (Y). Untuk hasil uji mediasi memperlihatkan bila motivasi berprestasi tidak memediasi pengaruh sarana pembelajaran digital terhadap kinerja guru namun motivasi berprestasi memediasi pengaruh kompetensi digital guru terhadap kinerja guru. Nilai adjusted R2 untuk kinerja guru adalah 0,985 dan motivasi berprestasi sejumlah 0,854 yang memperjelas variabel sarana pembelajaran digital, kompetensi digital guru, dan motivasi berprestasi berkontribusi sejumlah 98,5% terhadap kinerja guru. Kemudian, variabel sarana pembelajaran digital dan kompetensi digital guru berkontribusi sejumlah 85,4% terhadap motivasi berprestasi.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of writing this study is 1) An overview of education levels, transfers, work motivation, and ASN performance at the Belu Regency Satpolpp Office. 2) Level of education, mutation, and work motivation in influencing the performance of ASN at the Belu District Satpolpp Office. 3) The level of education and transfers in influencing ASN work motivation at the Belu District Satpolpp Office. 4) The level of education in influencing ASN performance at the Belu Regency Satpolpp Office through work motivation which is an intervening variable. 5) Movements affect ASN performance at the Belu Regency Satpolpp Office through work motivation which is an intervening variable. Furthermore, the research data was processed and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis make it clear if the level of education, mutation, work motivation, and performance are in a good category. The results of the F test and t-test show if the level of education and transfers affect the performance of ASN Satpolpp Belu Regency. Then, work motivation without directly affecting the performance of ASN in the Belu Regency Satpolpp Office. The level of education has an indirect effect on performance through work motivation which is an intervening variable in the inferential statistical analysis which is not significant; including mutations do not have a significant impact on performance through work motivation which is the intervening variable. Abstrak: Penulisan kajian ini bermaksud guna: 1) Gambaran perihal tingkat pendidikan, mutasi, motivasi kerja maupun kinerja ASN pada Kantor Satpolpp Kabupaten Belu. 2) Tingkat pendidikan, mutasi, motivasi kerja dalam memengaruhi kinerja ASN di Kantor Satpolpp Kabupaten Belu. 3) Tingkat pendidikan dan mutasi dalam memengaruhi motivasi kerja ASN di Kantor Satpolpp Kabupaten Belu. 4) Tingkat pendidikan dalam memengaruhi kinerja ASN di Kantor Satpolpp Kabupaten Belu melalui motivasi kerja yang menjadi variabel intervening. 5) Mutasi memengaruhi kinerja ASN di Kantor Satpolpp Kabupaten Belu melalui motivasi kerja yang menjadi variabel intervening. Selanjutnya, data peneliti diolah dan analisis mempergunakan statistik deskiriptif maupun inferensial. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif memperjelas bila tingkat pendidikan, mutasi, motivasi kerja, kinerja tergolong berkategori baik. Hasil uji F maupun uji t memoerlihatkan bila tingkat pendidikan dan mutasi memengaruhi kinerja ASN Kantor Satpolpp Kabupaten Belu. Kemudian, motivasi kerja tanpa memengaruhi secara langsung kepada kinerja ASN Kantor Satpolpp Kabupaten Belu. Tingkat pendidikan memengaruhi tidak langsung bagi kinerja melalui motivasi kerja yang menjadi variabel intervening dalam analisis statistik inferensial tidak signifikan; termasuk mutasi tidak memengaruhi bermakna bagi kinerja melalui motivasi kerja yang menjadi variabel intervening.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah rendahnya prestasi belajar matematika siswa, khususnya pada materi pertidaksamaan linier dua variabel, serta keterbatasan sumber belajar yang menarik dan interaktif di lingkungan sekolah. Selain itu, masih minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam proses pembelajaran menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika menggunakan artificial intelligence sebagai sumber belajar serta mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan AI sebagai sumber belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa pada materi pertidaksamaan linier dua variabel. Metode penelitian ini yaitu penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan disain the one group,pretest-posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa-siswi kelas XI Alam SMAN 1 Weluli. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika menggunakan AI tergolong sangat baik dengan rata-rata capaian indikator sebesar 88,23%, kemudian prestasi belajar matematika siswa dengan menggunakan AI berdasarkan rata-rata capaian indikator tiap butir soal sebesar 79,59% dengan kriteria baik, Selanjutnya hasil uji  hipotesis yang dibuktikan dengan nilai Asymp sig.(2-tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05 dan  = 18,890 > 2,101 =  serta kriteria penerimaan dan penolakan dengan taraf signifikan 5% dan   >  maka  ditolak dan  diterima yang artinya bahwa ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada penggunaan AI sebagai sumber belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to comprehend Employee Performance, Work Motivation, Transformational Leadership, Employee Competency, and Organizational Culture at the Office of the Chief Port and Port Authority Class III Kupang, as well as to examine the influence of variables related to Work Motivation as a mediator and employee performance as a dependent variable. This research is quantitative in nature, utilizing both primary and secondary data, and employing descriptive and inferential statistical analyses. The results indicate that Transformational Leadership, Employee Competency, and Organizational Culture significantly influence employee work motivation; Work Motivation significantly affects employee performance; and Work Motivation mediates the influence of Transformational Leadership, Employee Competency, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Office of the Chief Port Class III and Port Authority Kupang.

Abstract

Abstract Performance is the result of work that is reflected in the abilities and skills of employees in completing the tasks and responsibilities assigned. Based on the performance achievements of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Kupang Regency over the past two years, there are several performance indicators that have not been maximized because they did not reach the target and are suspected to have been influenced by job descriptions, job specifications, competencies and work placements. This study aims to determine: 1) Respondents' perceptions of job descriptions, job specifications, competence, job placement and performance of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Kupang Regency; 2) Significance of the influence of job descriptions, job specifications and competencies on civil servant performance; 3) Significance of the influence of job descriptions, job specifications and competencies on job placement; 4) Significance of the effect of work placement on the performance of civil servants; 5) The ability of work placements to mediate the influence of job descriptions, job specifications and competencies on the performance of civil servants. Descriptive statistical analysis shows that the variable job description, job specification, competence, job placement and performance of civil servants are in the good category. Job descriptions and respective competencies have no significant effect on the performance of civil servants and work placements. Job specifications have a significant effect on the performance of civil servants and work placements. Work placement is not able to mediate the influence of job descriptions and competencies on the performance of civil servants. Work placement is able to mediate the influence of job specifications on civil servant performance. Abstract

Abstract The type of research used in this study is structural in nature, namely looking for the relationship between discipline and the school environment on the performance of Taebenu 1 Public High School teachers with motivation as the mediating variable. the sample used in this study were 53 teachers. Data were collected by interview, questionnaire and documentation techniques and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using the Smart PLS 3.8 application. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that the variable teacher performance is 77.74%, work discipline is 79.15, school environment is 78.36% and work motivation is 80.05% which is included in the good category. Inferential statistical test results show that 1) the work discipline variable has no significant effect on the performance of Taebenu 1 Public High School teachers with a tcount of 0.006 and a significant value of 0.995. 2) the work discipline variable has a significant effect on the teacher's motivation at SMAN 1 Taebenu with a tcount of 3.918 and a significant value of 0.000. 3) school environment variables have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Taebenu with a tcount of 2.632 and a significant value of 0.009. 4) school environment variables have a significant effect on teacher motivation at SMAN 1 Taebenu with a tcount of 2.205 and a significant value of 0.028. 5) the variable of work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Taebenu with a tcount of 2.982 and a significant value of 0.003. 6) that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Taebenu through the work motivation variable with a tcount of 2.171 and a significant value of 0.030. Direct testing shows that work discipline has 9no significant effect on teacher performance. 7) school environment variables have no significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Taebenu through work motivation variables with a tcount of 1.710 and a significant value of 0.088. Direct testing shows that the school environment has a significant effect on teacher performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the ability of the work discipline and school environment variables to explain the mediating variable is 40.5% and the remaining 59.5% is contributed by other variables not included in this research model. Furthermore, the ability of work discipline, school environment and work motivation variables in explaining teacher performance variables is 47.7% and the remaining 52.3% is the contribution of other variables not included in this research model. Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested to SMAN 1 Taebenu to improve teacher performance by considering the variables of work discipline, school environment, and work motivation. .
