Abstract

This research aims to: 1) find out how the influence of the Work Environment partially on Employee Performance in the Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports Office of Gorontalo Province; 2) find out how the influence of the motivation partially on Employee Performance in the Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports Office of Gorontalo Province; 3) find out how the influence of the human resources competency partially on Employee Performance in the Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports Office of Gorontalo Province; 4) how the Work Environment, Motivation, and Human Resources Competence Simultaneously on Employee Performance in the Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Office of Gorontalo Province. This research uses an explanatory research method; the quantitative method emphasizes objective phenomena and maximizes objectivity. This research design uses numbers, statistics, structure, and controlled experiments, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. A sample of 141 people from a total population of 218 people including the Head of the Education, Culture, Youth and Sports office of Gorontalo Province. The results showed that: 1) partially, the work environment does not have a positive influence on employee performance in the Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports Office of Gorontalo Province; 2) partially motivation has a positive and simultaneous influence on Employee Performance in the Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports Office of Gorontalo Province; 3) partially human resources competencies have a positive and simultaneous influence on employee performance in the Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports Office of Gorontalo Province; 4) simultaneously, the variables of the Work Environment, Motivation, and Competence of Human Resources have a positive effect on Employee Performance in the Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports Office of Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Susanty Rusdin Lasena. The Influence of The Employees’ Competence and Work Discipline on Public Services at the Dungaliyo Sub-District Office, Gorontalo Regency (Advisory Commission by Dr. Hj. Ellys Rachman, S.Sos, M.Si and Dr. H Zuchri Abdussamad, S.I.K, M.Si). This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of The Employees’ Competence and Work Discipline on Public Services at the Dungaliyo Sub-District Office, Gorontalo Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative data analysis by using multiple linear regression analysis model and primary data sources. The population in this study were all employees at the Dungaliyo Sub-District Office, Gorontalo Regency, consist of 24 employees. By using a total sampling, 24 respondents were obtained and the community was directly represented by 20 people. Overall population or research respondents are 44 people. The results of the study indicate that competence and work discipline can improve public services. The better the competence and work disciplinewill affect the public services. Based on the analysis results show that the variables of competence and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on public services. The variable that has the dominant influence on public services is work discipline. This shows that the higher of the motivation carried out by employees, the higher of the performance showed by them.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Sub Bagian Tata Usaha Bagian Umum Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan  Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Sub Bagian Tata Usaha Bagian Umum Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bone Bolango belum optimal. Hal ini tergambar dari pelaksanaan kinerja ASN yang kurang didasari rasa tanggungjawab, lambatnya respon ASN dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keperluan ASN pada instansi atau bagian lainnya, serta rendahnya kompetesi ASN yang terlihat dari rendahnya tingkat pendidikan rata-rata ASN yang berdampak pada kinerja

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian adalah penerapan Daily Evaluation System (De’Sys) belum berjalan secara optimal, hal ini dikarenakan oleh beberapa hal seperti rendahnya kemampuan ASN, Fasilitas Jaringan yang belum memadai dan kurangnya kesadaran pegawai dalam penggunaan aplikasi De’sys. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Aplikasi De’Sys dalam Penginputan Administrasi TPP di Kantor Camat Kabila Bone. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, kemampuan ASN dalam penginputan SKP dan desys secara online belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya ASN yang tidak melakukan penginputan laporan melalui aplikasi De’sys secara tepat waktu. Fasilitas jaringan dalam penginputan SKP dan desys secara online belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari jaringan internet yang sering mati dan rendahnya daya atau kapasitas jaringan internet. Kesadaran pegawai dalam penginputan SKP dan desys secara online belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya sebahagian kecil ASN yang tidak melakukan penginputan laporan kinerja secara online melalu aplikasi De’sys secara tepat waktu

Abstract

The aim and objective of this research is to analyze the management problems of Village Owned Enterprises in Koluwoka Village, East Sumalata District, North Gorontalo Regency. The results of this study indicate that the management of Village Owned Enterprises in Koluwoka Village, East Sumalata District, North Gorontalo Regency is categorized as quite good in terms of the management process seen from the several businesses that have been carried out. However, seen from the planning aspect, the Koluwoka Village-Owned Enterprise, East Sumalata District, North Gorontalo Regency has not been optimal in its planning, coordination and supervision, even though it complies with existing provisions as stated in the Village Minister Regulation. The deficiencies in planning by the Koluwoka Village-Owned Enterprises are that there are no indicators of optimal activity plans in accordance with the main objectives of the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises.

Abstract

This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The aim of this research is to find out the transparency of the use of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at SMAN 2 Gorontalo Utara. The focus of research in this study is understanding technical guidelines, management procedures, preparation of reports. The results showed that the BOS management team's technical guidelines had not been fully implemented because not all of the BOS management team understood technical guidelines, the management procedures for the use of BOS funds had not run optimally, as seen by several program items not being met because the costs had been transferred to other programs so that several programs had experienced a shift. not in accordance with technical guidelines, preparation of reports has not run optimally because it does not comply with existing operational guidelines where the preparation of reports is only carried out by treasurers and school principals without involving the BOS management team.

Abstract

That cigarette kills you is a warning listed on every circulating cigarette wrapping label, but for smokers it is only considered a meaningless slogan. This research aims to analyze the extent to which the application of non-smoking areas is effective and adhered to by employees, especially the Local Government Task Force (SKPD) of Gorontalo Province. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data source is obtained from primary and secondary data. The results showed that the implementation of the policy of non-smoking regional programs in the SKPD environment has not been effective due to the behavior of non-compliance of employees who are not fully aware of cigarettes can cause disease, less understanding about cigarette smoke is more harmful to passive smokers. Concluded that the Implementation of Non-Smoking Area Policy in SKPD Environment has not been fully adhered to by employees where there are still smoking not in the place that has been provided, the employees have not realized that cigarettes and their content can cause disease, and that the employees do not understand that cigarette smoke can interfere with the health of themselves and people (passive smokers) in the vicinity. Therefore, it is recommended that the Local Government be more keen to socialize so that employees comply with the regulations; aware of the dangers of cigarettes indirectly damaging to health; understand that cigarette smoke is very dangerous for himself and those around him. Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian adalah kurang optimalnya pelayanan yang ada di rumah dinas bupati Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Profesionalisme Pelayanan Pegawai di Rumah Dinas Bupati Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, keahlian pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan di Rumah Dinas Bupati Bone Bolango belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari seringnya terjadi kesalahan-kesalahan kecil dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada tamu yang ingin bertemu dengan Bapak Bupati dan membuat para tamu tidak merasa nyaman. Respon pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan di Rumah Dinas Bupati Bone Bolango belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari rendahnya daya tanggap pegawai dalam melaksanakan arahan dan perintah pimpinan terkait dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan di rumah dinas Bupati Bone Bolango. Kesiapan pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan di Rumah Dinas Bupati Bone Bolango belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari seringya terjadi kesalahan pegawai yang bertugas di Rumah Dinas Bupati Bone Bolango yang terkesan tidak siap untuk memberikan pelayanan khususnya dalam kegiatan yang tidak terjadwalkan

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai tata kelola administrasi dalam pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Polohungo, Kecamatan Limboto, Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan meliputi model diskusi dan pelatihan. Peserta yang terlibat terdiri dari 5 perwakilan pemerintah kelurahan, 10 anggota masyarakat, 5 dosen, dan 26 mahasiswa aktif dari Universitas Bina Taruna Gorontalo. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan beberapa hal penting. Pertama, Pemerintah Kelurahan Polohungo berhasil memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai prinsip-prinsip administrasi publik, seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengendalian, dan evaluasi dalam konteks pelayanan publik. Kedua, masyarakat Polohungo mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dan dapat mengetahui hak-hak mereka saat menerima pelayanan publik. Ketiga, terjalinnya kerjasama yang baik antara pemerintah Kelurahan Polohungo dan Kampus Universitas Bina Taruna Gorontalo. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berhasil memperkuat pemahaman tentang tata kelola administrasi dalam memberikan pelayanan publik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of the child-friendly district program is carried out in accordance with the statements in regional regulations, especially in Gorontalo Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Data sources are derived from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Protection of children is an obligation of parents without discrimination because children need to live better wherever they are and must be guaranteed by all families and social environments, especially their parents. Children are vulnerable to violence, both from their age and from adult disorders. Violence against children, both women and men can occur in various environments, both in families, schools, and outside the home. Therefore, attention to child safety must be a priority carried out by parents, families and also the government, where it has been regulated or has official regulations in the form of law number 35 of 2014 so that no one can avoid criminal threats if there is violence against a child, it must be punished in accordance with applicable regulations. The results showed that the implementation of the Child decent District program policy in Gorontalo Regency has not been optimal due to low socialization carried out by the local government, lack of coordination between related agencies, and supervision of officers by agencies has not been effective, and efficient due to the lack of officers (HR), as well as inadequate facilities and infrastructure.
