<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat motivasi kerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Bulango Selatan. penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun data yang digunakan bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor penghambat motivasi kerja pegawai terjadi karena; (1) Adanya sikap acuh pegawai serta kurangnya tegasnya pimpinan dalam hal ini camat dalam mengambil keputusan bagi pegawai yang tidak disiplin; (2) Kondisi lingkungan kerja yang kurang mensuport serta belum adanya penghargaan baik berbentuk materil dan immateril merupakan faktor yang menjadi penghambat motivasi kerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Bulango Selatan; (3) Pengawasan yang dilakukan dalam hal ini camat belum berjalan dengan maksimal di Kantor Camat Bulango Selatan. Dengan demikian, motivasi kerja pegawai akan dapat meningkat apabila ditunjang oleh kesadaran secara internal pegawai dan support dari kondisi eksternal pegawai.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out and obtain an objective picture about examining in more depth. This type of research is a descriptive research conducted using qualitative methods. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the discipline of the ilangata village officials in the hours of entering and leaving work has not run optimally and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable rules. several village officials arrived late and did not go home according to regulations, the education of village officials in ilangata on average had a high school education equivalent and one bachelor degree met the requirements. However, the problem is regarding skills, where some village officials in Ilangata are less skilled, as well as service support infrastructure in Langata Village, which is lacking and needs to be added. It is suggested that it is necessary to improve discipline and improve skills by participating in BIMTEK in order to provide optimal service to the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap faktor yang membatasi aktivitas ekspor jagung PT. Pangan Sejahtera Kab. Gorontalo di Era New Normal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dampak signifikan pandemi Covid-19 sebagai faktor utama pembatasan ekspor jagung. Selain pandemi, kebijakan pemerintah terkait larangan ekspor dan upaya menjaga ketahanan pangan turut berkontribusi pada terhambatnya aktivitas ekspor jagung. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pembatasan pergerakan mengakibatkan penurunan permintaan jagung yang dialami oleh PT. Pangan Sejahtera. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa ketidakpastian dan perubahan situasi yang diakibatkan oleh pandemi Covid-19 menjadi hambatan dalam perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan terkait aktivitas ekspor. PT. Pangan Sejahtera menghadapi tantangan dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan situasi yang tidak stabil. Dengan demikian, kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa terhambatnya aktivitas ekspor jagung PT. Pangan Sejahtera Kab. Gorontalo di tahun 2021 secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh pandemi Covid-19. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penetapan penerima program bantuan PKH lansia di Desa Iloponu Kecamatan Tibawa Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan, koordinasi dan penegendalian masih belum maksimal dikarenakan masih ada masyarakat yang layak mendapatkan bantuan tersebut tetapi tidak mendapatkannya di karenakan pemberitahuan informasi yang hanya mengunakan media sosial sedangkan banyak masyarakat yang tidak tau menggunakan media sosial apa lagi lansia, serta pendataan yang tidak di lakukan langsung di lapangan sehigganya pemerintah tidak tau kondisi langsung yang ada di lapangan seperti apa. Untuk itu disarankan kepada pemerintah desa melakukan pendataan lagsung atau mendatangi rumah masyarakat agar pendataannya terlaksanakan baik dan maksima serta pemerintah desa mengatahui keadaan yang ada dilapangan serta mengkoordinir seluruh rangkaian proses yang di lakukan untuk program bantuan PKH lansuia di Desa Iloponu Kecamatan Tibawa.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Inhibiting Factors of Pine Forest Tourism Management in Motilango Village, Tibawa District, Gorontalo Regency. This study used a descriptive type of qualitative approach. With a research focus on Planning, Organizing, and Supervising. Where data collection is carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study concluded that, planning in terms of pine forest tourism management has not been realized optimally and organizing has not been optimal because the form of organizing has not been maximally carried out because there is no coordination between the government and the community in developing pine forest tourism and management supervision has not been optimal because there is no form of village government support in terms of making the performance of pine forest tourism site administrators]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Utilization of Traditional Sea Transportation in supporting community activities in Ponelo Kepulauan District, North Gorontalo Regency. With a focus on research namely availability, affordability, and security. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used are: observation techniques, interviews and recording of secondary data. The results of the study show that seen from the aspect of availability, it is still lacking or not yet supportive. Because the number of traditional sea transportation owned by the community is still limited, and there are still many traditional sea transportation that do not use engines as a propulsion device. Judging from the affordability aspect, it is still lacking or not yet supportive. Because there are still some people who use traditional sea transportation complain about the amount of payment set by boat owners or traditional sea transportation. Because the costs or tariffs are very high and burdensome for users of traditional sea transportation. Judging from the security aspect, it is still lacking or not yet supported. Due to the condition of the boat used for traditional sea transportation in the Ponelo Islands, it is less comfortable and very worrying for the user community. So it can be concluded that sea transportation in supporting community activities is not sufficient so that an increase in the transportation fleet becomes the security and safety of the community. Therefore, the government's attention is also needed to assist the community in procuring adequate means of transportation.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the recruitment mechanism for village apparatus in Barakati Village, Batudaa District, Gorontalo Regency. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with a number of informants, observation and recording of secondary data related to research problems. The results of the study concluded that the establishment of a village apparatus recruitment committee in Barakati Village had never been carried out. The selection of village apparatus recruitment files in Barakati Village has never been carried out. The village apparatus recruitment interview test in Barakati Village was not in accordance with the mechanism. The process of determining village officials in Barakati Village is not in accordance with the mechanism. Overall, it can be concluded that the mechanism for recruiting village officials in Barakati Village is concluded to be not optimal. This can be seen from the recruitment process for village officials which did not involve village officials in the recruitment process for new village officials, the file selection process was not carried out, there were no interviews for prospective village officials and the village apparatus appointment process was carried out unilaterally. It is suggested that in order to create a village government system that is clean and has good skills, it is necessary to select candidates for village apparatus in an open manner by forming committees, conducting file selection, carrying out interview stages and determining village apparatus candidates transparently.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the officer services in the distribution of clean water used a qualitative method with seven informants consisting of four men and three women. Based on the results of the research, the focus of reliability is going well. from the accuracy of officers in resolving customer complaints at PDAM Gorontalo City that officers have done well. Unfortunately, PDAM Gorontalo City still lacks tools for distributing water to Tanjung Kramat sub-district. The focus of responsiveness is not working optimally. the filing complaints customers must come directly to the PDAM Gorontalo City office. Then the tangible focus is that the physical appearance of the office building is relatively small, but PDAM Gorontalo City has provided efforts to provide a place that is comfortable and can accommodate services.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the implementation of increasing tax compliance through E-Filing technology as a digital transformation. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach as the main research design. Case studies allow researchers to conduct in-depth analysis of the implementation of E-Filing in terms of increasing tax compliance in a country. The population of this study consists of taxpayers who are involved in the E-Filing process, both individuals and business entities. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method which takes into account variations covering various economic sectors, company size, and level of participation in electronic filing. This article discusses case studies regarding the implementation of E-Filing in an effort to increase tax compliance in a country. The implementation of E-Filing has proven effective in increasing tax compliance. Therefore, continuous efforts need to be made to increase the effectiveness of E-Filing in order to optimize tax revenues and support national development.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam mengembangkan desa/kelurahan tangguh bencana para pemangku kepentingan harus mengadakan kajian terkait risiko bencana yang ada di desa/kelurahannya. Analisis risiko dapat dilakukan dengan mengkaji adanya ancaman, kerentanan dan kemampuan. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode observasi, diskusi, pelaksanaan sosialisasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian pada Masyarakat yang telah dilakukan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih spesifik terkait program Kelurahan Tangguh Bencana dan meningkatkan kapasitas Masyarakat agar tetap aktif menjaga lingkungan, tanggap terhadap faktor yang menimbulkan bencana atau bersikap kesiapsiagaan bencana, mitigasi bencana, triage bencana, Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD), evakuasi atau penanganan pengungsi dan korban bencana. Kegiatan ini secara spesifik dijelaskan bagaimana upaya penanggulangan bencana banjir melalui penguatan kapasitas masyarakat agar berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.]]>
