Produk kecantikan telah menjadi kebutuhan primer terutama untuk kalangan perempuan. Pertumbuhan industri kecantikan di Indonesia terus berkembang dengan pesat. Para pelaku bisnis menawarkan berbagai produk kecantikan dengan berbagai jenis varian sehingga tingkat persaingan menjadi sangat tinggi. Oleh karena itu, masing-masing perusahaan harus mempunyai strategi pemasaran. Dengan memiliki strategi pemasaran yang baik, perusahaan diharapkan dapat memiliki keunggulan dalam bersaing. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 orang pelanggan MS Glow di Toko Miss Glam Padang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, perceived quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, perceived value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, brand awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan, perceived quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan, perceived value berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepercayaan, kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kepercayaan dapat memediasi hubungan antara brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian, kepercayaan tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara perceived quality terhadap keputusan pembelian, kepercayaan dapat memediasi hubungan antara perceived value terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Mahasiswa dengan waktu luang yang mereka punya di luar kesibukan mereka menjalankan aktifitas perkuliahan bisa memanfaatkan waktu tersebut untuk melakukan aktifitas-aktifitas yang dapat menciptakan sumber pendapatan bagi mereka. Sehingga mereka tidak hanya mengandalkan uang kiriman dari orang tua mereka semata untuk biaya hidup saat kuliah. Diawali dengan banyaknya mahasiswa di STIE Perbankan Indonesia yang berasal dari latar belakang ekonomi keluarga yang lemah dan semakin viralnya pengelolaan bahan-bahan bekas saat ini. Maka setelah melalui kegiatan kewirausahaan yang kami lakukan kami mengadakan program pemberian materi, pelatihan pembuatan produk dan aplikasi pemasaran produk pada 15 orang mahasiswa yang kami pilih secara acak. Masalah yang mereka hadapi dalam memulai kegiatan ini adalah biaya, pembimbing yang akan mengarahkan mereka, serta keberanian untuk memasarkan produk yang mereka hasilkan. Untuk itu kami membantu mereka dalam pembiayaan awal yang dibutuhkan dan memberikan bimbingan dalam pembuatan produk dari barang bekas tersebut, seperti model, bentuk, kreasi gaya produk dan lain-lainnya.

Revolusi Industri 4.0 sebagai salah satu revolusi dimana manusia mengalam erubahan yang drastic sepanjang hidup mereka. Revolusi industry 4.0 yang dikenal sebagai revolusi dengan melahirkan teknologi canggih yang mamp memudahkan manusia dalam menjalankan aktifitas kehidupan, salah satunya transaksi keuangan. Revolusi industry 4.0 yang terus berkembang menghasilkan berbagai jenis FinancialTechnologi yang kemudian menjalin kolaborasi dengan dunia perbankan termasuk perbankan syariah dalam memberika layanan terbaik kepada nasabah. Berbagai jenis fintech yang muncul dengan beragam layanan memaksa bank syariah memilih dan memilah fintech mana yang akan digunakan serta yang sesuai dengan ketentuat syariah. Dengan demikian perbankan syariah perlu melakukan sebuah analisis sederhana sepert SWOT untuk memenuhi menjalankan aktifitasnya. Berdasarkan hasil peneitian analisis SWOT Financial Teknologi Pada Perbankan Syariah di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 menunjukan bahwa Perbankan syariah memiliki kekuata bahwa transaksi secara online dengan fintech mampu memberikan layanan yang baik serta menjangkau nasabah diberbagai penjuru Namun ketersedian internet yang tidak stabil menjadi suatu kelemahan yang membutuhkan solusi yang kongrit. Namun demikian banyaknnya masyarakat Indonesia yang menggunakan smartphone mereka untuk mengakses internet menunjukan bahwa peluang perbankan syariah untuk memberikan layanan perbankan kepada nasabah cukup besar. Meskipun ketersedian SDM untuk mencover semunya itu masih minim.

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence Brand Image and Brand Trust have on Purchasing Decisions with Consumer Satisfaction as Intervening Variabels at PT. Galatta Lestarindo. Methods of data analysis using a questionnaire, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is SEM. Based on the results of the study indicate that there is a positive and not significant effect between Brand Image on Consumer Satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Trust on Consumer Satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions. There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Trust on Purchasing Decisions. There is a negative and significant influence between Consumer Satisfaction and Purchasing Decisions. Consumer Satisfaction does not mediate Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions. Consumer Satisfaction mediates Brand Trust on Purchasing Decisions. The variabel contribution of Brand Image and Brand Trust through Consumer Satisfaction is 37.9% while the remaining 62.1% is influenced by other variabels outside of this study. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that PT. Galatta Lestarindo can improve purchasing decisions by increasing Brand Image, Brand Trust and Consumer Satisfaction through each indicator.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived product quality, promotional attractiveness, and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on consumers who made purchases at Emina cosmetics, where the respondents in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Putra Indonesia University in the 2021-2022 academic year. The number of samples in this study were 131 respondents. With the method of collecting data through questionnaires and the sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This study uses Partial Least Square analysis techniques estimated with the SmartPLS 2.0 program. The results of this study are the perception of product quality, promotional attractiveness, brand ambassadors and brand image as intervening variables that have a direct and indirect effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image is the factor that most influences consumers in making purchasing decisions. So that the higher the brand image of a product, the higher the consumer purchasing decision for that product. The perceived benefits greatly influence consumer purchasing decisions in making Emina cosmetic products.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi e-loyalty pelanggan pada e-commerce di Kota Padang dengan menggunakan variable e-service quality, brand image, preferensi konsumen, e-trust konsumen, dan I konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Tokopedia dan sampel yang digunakan adalah pengguna Tokopedia yang sudah berbelanja lebih dari satu kali dengan jumlah 224 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online dan pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.2. Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini adalah e-service quality dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi konsumen dan e-trust. E-service quality dan preferensi konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap e-loyalty. Sedangkan brand image dan e-trust tidak berpengaruh terhadap e-loyalty. Employee performance is one important factor that is useful in helping the organization. This relates to the achievement of the objectives contained in the vision and mission of an organization. This study aimed to analyze the performance of employees with an organizational structure and knowledge-oriented leadership based on learning innovation and organizational suitability. The population of this research was the employees of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Padang, totaling 222 people. The sampling technique used the Census method, where the entire existing population was used as a research sample. While the data analysis technique used Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) with hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 3. The results of the research hypothesis showed that knowledge-oriented organizational structure and leadership had a significant effect on learning innovation as well as employee performance. Empirical facts found that learning innovation had a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, knowledge-oriented leadership had no significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, learning innovation proved to have a significant effect in mediating organizational structure and knowledge-oriented leadership on employee performance. The contribution of this research, to be able to improve the performance of employees, organizational leaders can provide training and education as well as distribute knowledge and skills in supporting the work of employees.

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and competence on the performance of ASN employees with motivation as an intervening variable in the Padang City Regional Secretariat. The type of research used is quantitative. Data collection was carried out through distributing a questionnaire of 120 respondents to employees of the Padang City Regional Secretariat, the questionnaire returned 99 respondents. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The results of the study were obtained that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Padang City Regional Secretariat. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Padang City Regional Secretariat. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation at the Padang City Regional Secretariat. Competence has a positive and significant effect on motivation at the Padang City Regional Secretariat. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Padang City Regional Secretariat. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation at the Padang City Regional Secretariat. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation at the Padang City Regional Secretariat. The contribution of work environment, competence, and motivation to employee performance was 0.609 or 60.9%.

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work commitment on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at the Solok City Transportation Office. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, by distributing a questionnaire of 87 respondents to employees of the Solok City Transportation Office. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect of training on work discipline at the Solok City Transportation Agency. There was a positive and significant effect of work commitment on work discipline at the Solok City Transportation Agency. There was a positive and significant effect of training on employee performance at the Solok City Transportation Agency. There was a positive and significant effect of work commitment on employee performance at the Solok City Transportation Agency. This study aims to determine the influence of locus of control and training on job satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable in the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, by circulating 104 questionnaires and 100 returning questionnaires. The results of the study showed a positive and significant influence of locus of control on work motivation at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. There is a positive and significant influence of training on work motivation at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. There is a positive and significant influence of locus of control on job satisfaction at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. There is a positive and insignificant influence of training on job satisfaction at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on job satisfaction at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. Motivasi kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh locus of control terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Solok.
