Abstract

Sumenep is a city that has a rich history and culture that is very interesting to study. Of course, this wealth is one of the attractions of tourist destinations in Sumenep Regency. This research aims to determine the role of satisfaction in mediating the influence of tourist attraction and destination image on intention to visit again. This research was conducted in Sumenep Regency. The objects in this research are focused on palace and museum tourist destinations in Sumenep Regency. The sample used in the research was 190 respondents taken using the purposive sampling method. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. This research found that attractiveness has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction and also the intention to visit again. The destination image variable also has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction and intention to visit again. Then, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on intention to revisit. Meanwhile, in the context of the role of satisfaction as a mediating variable, in this study it was found that satisfaction did not mediate the effect of attractiveness on intention to revisit. Meanwhile, satisfaction mediates the influence of the destination image variable on intention to revisit.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic condition characterized by elevated blood sugar levels, often attributed to unhealthy lifestyles and insufficient early detection. This activity aimed to enhance public knowledge and facilitate early blood sugar screening at Solo Grand Mall, Surakarta City, as a proactive promotional and preventive measure against the increasing prevalence of DM. The methodology employed in this community service initiative included educational presentations on healthy lifestyles and blood sugar control, alongside free blood sugar tests for interested mall visitors, with support from PT Edsa Setia Abadi. The outreach and screening activities garnered significant enthusiasm from participants, evidenced by the large number of active attendees. This initiative successfully imparted crucial knowledge regarding the importance of healthy living and early DM detection to the community of Solo and its surrounding areas. It is hoped that following this event, the public will apply the acquired knowledge in their daily lives. Furthermore, the sustained continuation of educational programs and regular screenings, supported by various stakeholders, is essential to effectively prevent and control DM.

Abstract

Embankment design planning in flood control infrastructure development plays a crucial role in determining the construction form and function. Therefore, several structural design options are necessary. One type of embankment structure is an embankment with parapet walls and Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile (CCSP) reinforcement. Therefore, based on this problem, a scientific approach is needed to determine the appropriate embankment safety factor. One such scientific method is stability analysis using the Plaxis method. The results of this study for the stability (safety factor) using the Corrugated Concrete Sheet Pile (CCSP) method are 2,47.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and product quality on consumer purchase intention toward Griya Batik Semarangan, with brand trust as a mediating variable. The research is motivated by the growing competition in the traditional fashion industry, especially among local batik producers, which requires a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and decision-making factors. A quantitative approach was employed, using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are consumers of Griya Batik Semarangan. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The findings reveal that both brand image and product quality have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention, as well as on brand trust. However, brand trust does not have a significant effect on purchase intention and fails to mediate the relationship between brand image or product quality and purchase intention. These results suggest that while brand image and product quality are important in building consumer trust, brand trust is not the dominant factor driving purchase intention in the case of Griya Batik Semarangan. The study contributes to the literature on consumer behavior in local cultural products and provides practical implications for traditional fashion businesses in enhancing their market strategies.
