Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational climate, leadership, and job satisfaction in increasing employee productivity at the Langsa Baro Sub-district Office, Langsa City. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, which were then analyzed thematically. The results of the study show that a supportive organizational climate, good interpersonal relationships, and a conducive work atmosphere contribute positively to employee productivity. The participatory leadership style applied by the leadership increases employee involvement, although under certain conditions it is still found that the application of authoritarian styles that cause dissatisfaction is still found. Employee job satisfaction levels are in the moderate category, with the main complaints related to salary, incentives, and career development opportunities. Overall, it was found that organizational climate, leadership, and job satisfaction are interrelated in influencing employee productivity. This research suggests the need to strengthen vertical communication, policy transparency, and human resource management strategies to optimize employee productivity in the government sector

Abstract

The variational homotopy perturbation method is developed by combining variational iteration method and homotopy perturbation method. Variational iteration method has an efficient process in solving a wide variety of equations and systems of equations. Meanwhile, homotopy perturbation method yields a very rapid convergence of the solution series in most cases. The developed method, variational homotopy perturbation method, took full advantage of both methods. In this study, we described an application of the variational homotopy perturbation method to solve systems of homogeneous partial differential equations. Here we consider some initial value problems of homogeneous partial differential equation systems with two and three variables. The results show that the obtained solution using this method was in agreement with the solution using the homotopy analysis method and variational iteration method, which prove the validity of the variational homotopy perturbation method when applied to systems of partial differential equations.

Abstract

In graph theory, the locating-chromatic number is a parameter that characterizes the minimum number of colors required to assign to the vertices of a graph such that each vertex can be uniquely identified by its color and the colors of its neighbors. The locating-chromatic number of a graph refers to a concept in graph coloring, which involves assigning colors to the vertices of a graph in such a way that adjacent vertices do not share the same color. It represents the minimum number of colors needed for a proper vertex coloring. This study investigates the locating-chromatic number of certain barbell operation on pizza graphs and its subdivisions

Abstract

The locating chromatic number of a graph is the minimum color required for a locating coloring. This concept is a combination of partition dimension and vertex coloring of a graph. The purpose of this paper is to determine the locating chromatic number of the Rose graph and the barbell Rose graphs. The method used to obtain the locating chromatic number of a graph is by determining its upper and lower bounds. In this paper, the locating chromatic number of the Rose graphs and its barbell operation were obtained. The locating chromatic number of Rose graph ???? (????????) is 4 for ???? ∈ {3, 4} and 5 for ???? ≥ 5. Furthermore, for barbell Rose graphs, 4 for ???? = 3 and 5 for ???? ≥ 4

Abstract

Backgrounds. As educational institutions with Islamic characteristics, madrasahs play unique roles and bear special responsibilities in this national project. Madrasahs function not only as institutions for knowledge transfer, but also as centers for character formation and religious understanding of Indonesia's young Muslim generation. Aims. This research conducts an in-depth analysis of the religious moderation culture development model at MTsN 3 Surabaya City, positioned as a pioneer in responding to the national agenda for strengthening religious moderation. Facing challenges of intolerance and radicalism, this madrasah has designed a holistic and systematic program architecture. Methods. Using qualitative analysis methods on institutional publication data and news reports, this study identifies three main strategic pillars: (1) student empowerment as agents of change through the flagship program "Young Ambassadors of Religious Moderation"; (2) institutional ecosystem strengthening through in-depth teacher training and internal knowledge production in the form of dozens of moderation books; and (3) holistic integration of moderation values into curriculum, school culture, and strategic partnerships. Result. The main findings indicate that this strategy not only successfully forms tolerant, prosocial, and nationally minded student characters, but also fundamentally transforms the school climate into a safer, more harmonious, and collaborative environment. Conclusion. The central thesis of this report is that the comprehensive implementation of religious moderation at MTsN 3 Surabaya City functions as an instrumental mechanism to realize an inclusive education model based on the Child-Friendly School (CFS) framework. Implementation. This model proves effective in translating macro policies into impactful micro practices, offering valuable insights for other educational institutions.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi capaian hasil belajar materi bola kasti pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 057230 Babalan pada masa pandemi covid-19. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan melalui pembelajaran home visit materi bola kasti dengan hasil pengukuran kegiatan belajar siswa pada masa pademi Covid-19. Materi yang disampaikan guru dilakukan melalui belajar kunjungan ke rumah siswa yang sudah dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok. Materi bola kasti diberikan pada siswa SD kelas IV harus dapat dicapai hasil belajarnya pada situasi pandemi covid-19. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan yang dilaksanakan dengan kemampuan analisis peneliti dalam menghubungkan antar variabel penelitian. Pengabdian ini berfokus perolehan kegiatan yang mencerminkan capaian hasil belajar materi bola kasti melalui pembelajaran home visit. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil pantauan dan kajian kegiatan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi covid-19 siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 057230 Babalan. Hasil analisis data diperoleh pada materi bola kasti yaitu siswa memiliki hasil belajar aspek psikomotorik unjuk kerja dengan jumlah 24 orang siswa (100%) mencapai status hasil belajar “tuntas”, dan 0 orang siswa (0%) memiliki hasil belajar “tidak tuntas”. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran home visit untuk siswa kelas IV materi bola kasti menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik sehingga mampu mencapai kelulusan klasikal diatas 75%. Simpulan dalam pengabdian ini adalah strategi capaian hasil belajar materi bola kasti pada siswa kelas IV situasi pandemi covid-19 adalah strategi home visit dengan metode belajar mandiri dan kelompok. Konsep belajar mandiri adalah siswa dipersiapkan untuk memiliki pengetahuan dasar tetang materi yang akan diajarkan yakni materi bola kasti. Kemudian kelompok adalah belajar sesama teman dalam kelompok sehingga terjadi diskusi dan saling mendukung terkait kemampuan pelaksanaan teknik yang harus dikuasai. Kemudian sebagai pendukung adalah belajar home visit dilakukan disekitar rumah siswa, hal ini memberikan peran pada efektivitas waktu siswa dalam mendalami materi beriringan dengan menunggu guru datang ke lokasi belajar, kemudian tempat belajar akan menjadi memori siswa pada aspek terbentuknya ingatan akan penguasaan teknik yang disampaikan saat pembelajaran berlangsung.
