Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1. Struktur sastra lisan Krinok yang mencakup: tema, diksi, imaji, irama, rima, larik, dan bait, 2. Tanda-tanda dalam sastra lisan Krinok yang berupa: ikon, indeks dan simbol. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan peneliti sebagai instrument. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan struktural-semiotik terhadap sastra lisan Krinok. Data penelitian ini, yakni teks dokumen Krinok dengan sumber data VCD dan wawancara dengan informan. Data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik konten analisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada struktur sastra lisan Krinok telah ditemukan lima tema, empat diksi yang khas, tiga jenis imaji, empat jenis irama, empat jenis rima, empat jenis larik, dan enam jenis bait. Sedangkan pada unsur semiotik Krinok telah ditemukan tanda berupa ikon, indeks dan simbol. This study aims to describe: 1. Krinok oral literary structure which includes: theme, diction, image, rhythm, rhyme, array, and stanza, 2. Signs in Krinok oral literature in the form of: icons, indexes and symbols. This research uses descriptive-qualitative design with researchers as an instrument. The approach in this research is a semiotic-structural approach to Krinok oral literature. The data of this study, namely the text of Krinok documents with VCD data sources and interviews with informants. The collected data is analyzed by content analysis technique. Based on the results of research and discussion it can be concluded that in Krinok oral literary structure have been found five themes, four diction typical, three types of images, four types of rhythm, four types of rhymes, four types of arrays, and six types of stanza. While on the element of semiotik Krinok has been found in the form of icons, indexes and symbols.

Abstract

Malay society and culture encompass the entire Malay nation and culture in the archipelago, peninsula, and mainland Southeast Asia. They are united by racial and ethnic group unity, language, primordial cultural patterns, religious beliefs, and similarities in fate and level of development. The Malay tribes are now geo-politically grouped into two parts: those with their own countries and those under the rule of non-Malay groups. In the first three regions, which have become independent states since World War II, the Malays are the dominant majority group. The Malay ethnic group has many cultural heritages, including the oldest literary heritage from the 7th to the 14th century and the younger heritage preserved in around 5000-10000 ancient manuscripts. Literature is the basis of the Malay cultural tradition, containing thoughts, feelings, customs, beliefs, religious teachings, history, law, philosophy, politics, literature, astronomy, moral teachings, education, mantras, prayers, medicines, mysticism, language, buildings, plants, and the value system of past societies. The Malay community is open to the times and has a stable life due to their traditions. They rely on a sense of community, patterned from the village system and common economic and safety needs. Abstrak Masyarakat dan budaya Melayu mencakup seluruh bangsa dan budaya Melayu di kepulauan, semenanjung, dan daratan Asia Tenggara. Mereka disatukan oleh kesatuan ras dan kelompok etnis, bahasa, pola budaya primordial, kepercayaan agama, dan kesamaan nasib dan tingkat perkembangan. Suku-suku Melayu sekarang secara geo-politik dikelompokkan menjadi dua bagian: mereka yang memiliki negara sendiri dan mereka yang berada di bawah kekuasaan kelompok-kelompok non-Melayu. Di tiga wilayah pertama, yang telah menjadi negara merdeka sejak Perang Dunia II, suku Melayu adalah kelompok mayoritas yang dominan. Kelompok etnis Melayu memiliki banyak warisan budaya, termasuk warisan sastra tertua dari abad ke-7 hingga abad ke-14 dan warisan yang lebih muda yang tersimpan dalam sekitar 5000-10000 naskah kuno. Sastra adalah dasar dari tradisi budaya Melayu, yang berisi pemikiran, perasaan, adat istiadat, kepercayaan, ajaran agama, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, politik, kesusasteraan, astronomi, ajaran moral, pendidikan, mantra, doa, obat-obatan, mistik, bahasa, bangunan, tanaman, dan sistem nilai masyarakat masa lalu. Masyarakat Melayu terbuka terhadap perkembangan zaman dan memiliki kehidupan yang stabil karena tradisi mereka. Mereka mengandalkan rasa kebersamaan, berpola dari sistem desa dan kebutuhan ekonomi dan keamanan bersama.

Abstract

Character education is currently very much needed in character building, especially at the school level, especially through the profile of Pancasila students. The goal to be achieved in this research is to describe character education through the profile of Pancasila students. This research is a literature review type. The independent variable in this study is Character Education and the dependent variable is the Pancasila student profile. The population in this study used all research journals on the topic of character education and Pancasila student profiles. The results state that strengthening character education is carried out through the Pancasila project profile. Where the Pancasila project profile can provide character strengthening, especially at the school level with the target of students.

Abstract

This study is part of a dissertation on the history of Islamic education’s institutionalization and its contribution. This is due to the conclusion that Islamic education in a region ought to be able to alter the mentality and behavior of animist culture in a society. In actuality, however, people’s behavior is still cloaked in theatrics. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the theme’s conception. This study employs qualitative research methods and a literature review approach, with the phases of reading, reviewing, and analyzing findings from online and offline libraries. This study provides the definition of Islamic educational institutions, which are educational systems that endeavor to modify behavior and thought in accordance with Islamic principles. Community Culture consists of the collective ideas and behaviors of the community that are rooted in the individual identities of its members.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the cultural values contained in the folklore of Sarolangun Regency. The research method used is qualitative, by analyzing the folklore of Sarolangun Regency. Research data is in the form of sentences and dialogue excerpts. The data source is the book 13 Folk Tales of Sarolangun Regency. The research results show that there are a number of cultural values reflected in these folk tales, the most prominent values are the relationship between humans and society and the relationship between humans and their environment. This research provides a deeper understanding of the cultural heritage of the people of Sarolangun Regency through the medium of folklore. The conclusion of this research is the importance of preserving and appreciating cultural values in folklore as an inseparable part of local cultural identity.

Abstract

Facon menghasilkan data empiris hanya dapat membantu untuk sampai pada hasil deduktif yang benar-benar diketahui, sehingga memungkinkan pengetahuan berkembang dan teori-teori baru muncul. Metode logis harus diganti dengan induksi modern untuk memperoleh kebenaran ilmiah yang konkrit, praktis, dan logis mensistematisasikan prosedur ilmiah dan menghasilkan manfaat positif bagi umat manusia. Bacon berhasil menyebarkan metode induksinya sendiri, sehingga Bacon dikenal sebagai bapak filsafat modern. Kritiknya terhadap logika Aristoteles tradisional melahirkan teori logika modern. Pengaruh induksi yang diperkenalkan bernyanyi francis Bacon dapat memberikan donasi krusial pada metode berpikir yg menggantikan kesimpulan serta singgasananya. Penggunaan metode logika deduktif yang berlebihan dalam jangka panjang akan menyebabkan kematian sains, tidak mampu menaklukkan alam untuk membantu manusia bertahan hidup. Dengan demikian, tidak akan ada penemuan baru, karena nalar akan kembali menjadi nalar. Silogisme hanyalah pengulangan. Selain itu mengenai teori keilmuan John Stuarts Mill banyak akademisi menghadapi tantangan ketika menguraikan konsep atau filosofi dari tokoh-tokoh terkemuka, yang mengarah pada kebutuhan akan penjelasan yang lebih mendalam. Oleh karena itu, dalam menjelaskan gagasan John Stuart Mill tentang utilitarianisme, eksplorasi yang komprehensif akan dilakukan untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman yang lebih mudah diakses tentang kerangka kerja konseptual Mill. Mill memulai proses ini dengan memperkenalkan konsep baru yang dikenal sebagai "prinsip kegunaan", seperti yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya. Prinsip ini menyatakan bahwa tindakan-tindakan secara moral adalah bajik dan adil jika mereka berkontribusi pada tujuan menyeluruh untuk memajukan keadilan, sebaliknya dianggap tercela secara moral jika mereka selaras dengan tujuan-tujuan yang jahat.

Abstract

This research explores Malay formal, narrative, and aesthetic structures in classical Malay romantic poetry, using qualitative methods and an eclectic study model (structuralism, hermeneutics, and aesthetics). The data of this research are Syair Abdul Muluk and Syair Dandan Setia. The formal structure of these poems is built by the elements of rhyme, rhythm, diction, array, and stanza, which are harmoniously interwoven and strictly follow the conventions of traditional Malay Syair. The narrative structure of the poem is built by the elements of plot, setting, character and characterization, theme, and mandate. These elements are functional and closely interwoven so that the story becomes intact and organic in building the meaning of the work. Malay aesthetics in this poem is categorized into several aspects, namely ontological, immanent, and psychological aspects. In the ontological aspect, it shows a series of words that are sourced from God's wealth which is simple, complete, and natural. Malay aesthetics in this conception corresponds to Islamic aesthetics that beauty comes from divine creative potential. In the immanent aspect, it describes something astonishing (amazing), describing something various or diverse that is full of harmony. On the psychological aspect, it relates to the extraordinary, the sightseeing of the soul, causing a sense of fascination or lust in the soul, giving birth to a sense of awe, even resulting in self-forgetfulness, and fainting.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dual roles of women in the novel Layar Terkembang by Sutan Takdir Alisjahbana and how these roles shape their character and demeanor. Method: This research employs a qualitative approach with a text analysis method. The research data is obtained from the text of the novel Layar Terkembang and analyzed using interpretation and descriptive techniques. Results: The study found that women in Layar Terkembang have dual roles, both as individuals and as members of society. These dual roles shape the women into complex, independent, and progressive characters. The characters Tuti and Maria, for instance, demonstrate courage in breaking traditions and pursuing their dreams. The dual roles of women also reflect Sutan Takdir Alisjahbana’s view on women's emancipation during his time. The novel Layar Terkembang not only portrays women as complements to the story but also as messengers conveying the role and potential of women in society. This novel encourages women to transcend traditional boundaries and actively contribute to various aspects of life.

Abstract

In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods. In this research, the approach used is an intertextual approach, where this intertextual approach compares two texts that have a connection or relationship and this intertextual approach is also used to find hypograms and transformations in short stories Menuju rumah and the short story Orion. These two short stories have almost the same theme elements, namely about returning home and longing after not returning home for a long time and home is not just a place to live, but home is the first place where we smile and cry.

Abstract

This research aim to describe the development process by equiping procedure and conditions and also attractive and efective teaching materials implementation (and book of DVD penyerta) artistic of dance Dana Syarah use Model Study of supported by Simulation is theorys learn behavioral and of konstruktivisme.The development model is used by adapting the Model of Borg &Gall(2003) and modified into six steps. The result of development validation as a whole can be seen by its detail as follows 1) media device expert give criterion very do well by yielded product desain 2) items expert give criterion do well by materials book items content teach along with DVD penyerta 3) coleage give used competent criterion for the process of study of dance art, and 4) student alone and group give respon that easy and very attractive teaching materials product to be studied.The implication of this research, study can be done/conducted by student alone and or group, where and whenever can be executed. To instructor in other school of materials teach this become example and become inspiration to make other teaching materials product.
