Abstract

Produk pembelajarn berupa e-modul pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani berbasis aktvitas bermain pada pembelajaran PJOK adalah hasil akhir dari penelitian. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Produk e-modul dikembangkan melalui model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari 10 tahapan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 5 orang ahli, yakni 3 ahli mater, 1 ahli media dan 1 ahli bahasa serta pelaksanaan uji coba skala kecil dan skala besar. Pengumpulan data pada tahap uji valid yaitu menggunakan lembar validasi dan pengumpulan pada tahap uji coba menggunakan lembar angket. Tahap uji valid menunjukan bahwa e-modul yang dihasilkan sangat layak dengan persentase 88,2%. Sedangkan tahap uji coba  skala kecil menunjukan bahwa peserta didik sangat setuju apabila e-modul sebagai bahan pembelajaran dengan persentase 85%. Tahap uji coba skala besar menujukan bahwa peserta didik sangat setuju apabila e-modul sebagai bahan pembelajaran dengan persentase 81.8%. Berdasarkan tahapan tersebut, dapat dinyatakan bahwa e-modul pembelajaran PJOK berbasis aktivitas bermain sangat layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar Kata Kunci : E-modul, Aktivas Bermain, Kebugaran Jasmani.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the factors that influence tennis coaching including organizational management factors, athlete training, competition programs and training programs for related parties involved in solving the problem. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Bengkulu Tennis School Athlete Achievement Development Program using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The evaluation model used in this study is the CIPP model. The research subjects consisted of administrators, coaches, and athletes. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of this study are (1) Context Evaluation, getting a good rating, (2) Input Evaluation, get a good rating, (3) Process Evaluation gets a good rating, (4) Product Evaluation gets a good rating. In this case it is classified as a good criterion in the standard of success of a development. The conclusion from the research results of the Evaluation of the Bengkulu Tennis School Athlete Achievement Development Program is in the category both as a whole and in the aspects of Context, Input, Process, and Product.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with an experimental method using a 2x2 factorial design. The aim of this study was to reveal the effect of playing baseball and bashing accompanied by motivation to practice on improving motor skills. The population in this study were all students of Rejang Lebong 112 Public Elementary School, totaling 290 students. The sample in this study were 32 male students in class V. The statistical analysis used in this study was the two-way ANOVA test to test the hypothesis that baseball games and strength accompanied by motivation to practice have an influence on motor skills. The results showed that 1) There were differences in the motor skills of Rejang Lebong 112 Elementary School students who used the baseball training method and the fortification training method. 2) There is an interaction between training methods and training motivation on motor skills. 3) In the group with high training motivation, the baseball training method was more effective than the strength training method on motor skills. 4) In the low training motivation group, the baseball training method was also more effective than the strength training method on motor skills. The baseball training method is more effective than the fortification training method for motor skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of shooting practice methods with beef and game concepts on the basketball shooting results of extracurricular students of Islamic State Junior High School Rambah Technology. The research population of all students who participated in extracurricular SMP Islam Teknologi Rambah amounted to 40 people. The sample amounted to 40 people with a sampling technique, namely total sampling. The method used in this study is experimental (pretest postest design). The instrument used is a test to measure basketball shooting results. Data analysis techniques use normality tests and homogeneity tests. The results of this study are 1) There is a significant influence of the BEEF concept exercise on the basketball shooting results of extracurricular students of the Islamic State Junior High School Rambah Technology. 2) There is a significant influence of Game concept training on the basketball shooting results of extracurricular students of Islamic State Junior High School Rambah Technology. 3) There is a significant difference in the effect between BEEF and Game training on the basketball shooting results of extracurricular students of Islamic State Junior High School Rambah Technology. From the calculations that have been done, a t value of 0.892 was obtained, and it turned out to be smaller ttable 5%, which is 2.10. The BEEF concept exercise has a better effect on the basketball shooting results of extracurricular students of the Islamic State Junior High School of Rambah Technology. The increase in the ability of group 1 BEEF concept training was 51.1% and group 2 (the group that received the Game concept training treatment) was 36.1%. It was concluded that the BEEF concept exercise had a significant influence on improving the basketball shooting ability of extracurricular students of the Islamic State Junior High School of Rambah Technology compared to the Game concept exercise.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an e-module for physical education subjects, sports and health on physical fitness material for seventh grade junior high school students. The type of research is research and development with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Define, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 23 Kerinci, SMP Negeri 10 Kerinci and SMP Negeri 19 Kerinci. is a validation sheet. Data collection techniques in the form of instruments that have been validated by experts. Data analysis techniques use validation sheets. Data analysis techniques use rating scales and percentage ranges. physical fitness for class VII junior high school students is very feasible to be used as teaching material with a validation value of 92.8%, 2) e-module product for physical education subjects, sports and health on physical fitness material for class VII junior high school students which was developed effectively for junior high school students class VII with the results of the effectiveness test of 76.8 > 76.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of sports and health physical education learning e-modules for pencak silat material accompanied by physical fitness training activities for seventh grade students. Research is a type of development research (Research & Development). This research was conducted in class VII SMP Pertiwi Siteba, SMP Angkasa Lanud and SMP IT Budi Mulya, Padang City. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire that has been validated by experts. The data analysis technique is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study concluded that the level of product feasibility was 93.05% and large-scale trials obtained data of 86.21% of students strongly agreed to use the resulting e-learning module. It can be concluded that based on the validation tests and trials conducted, the e martial arts learning module for class VII students is "very feasible" to be used as teaching material for Class VII Physical Education Sports and Health.

Abstract

This research explored the impact of Project-Based Learning (PjBL), Problem-Based Learning (PBL), and Self-Confidence on the learning outcomes of short-distance running of athletics in Sports Education. It emphasized that quality learning depends on effective design, adequate facilities, and teacher creativity. The research method involved a quasi-experimental design, testing the influence of PjBL, PBL, and self-confidence on student learning outcomes. The results indicated significant differences in learning achievements based on the applied models. The PjBL and PBL models individually impacted on learning outcomes, with students exhibiting higher engagement and understanding. However, the combination of all three factors did not show a significant influence on learning outcomes. In conclusion, the research suggests that adopting innovative learning models, such as PjBL and PBL, along with fostering students' self-confidence, can enhance the learning experience in sports education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the impact of three factors, namely the Project Based Learning Model, the Problem Based Learning Learning Model, and the Level of Confidence (Self Confidence), on learning achievement in the discipline of Short Distance Running Athletics among students of State Junior High School 23 Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is a quasi-experiment with a quantitative approach. This study involved two sample groups, namely the experimental group and the control group, consisting of a total of 40 students. Data is collected through observations, tests, and documentation. The results of the data analysis showed several important findings as follows: First, the PjBL Learning Model has a significant impact on the learning achievement of Short Distance Running Athletics in students. Second, the PBL Model also has a significant impact on the learning achievement of Short Distance Running Athletics in students. Third, Self Confidence also has a significant influence on the learning achievement of Short Distance Running Athletics in students. Conclusion, the PjBL Learning Model, PBL Learning Model, and Self Confidence together contribute significantly to the achievement of Short Distance Running Athletics learning in students. Abstract

This research aims to determine how much influence leg muscle power, back muscle flexibility, and hand-eye coordination have on the smash ability of volleyball athletes. This research uses the Path Analysis method. The population of this study was 32 athletes, and the entire population was used as a sample. The final results show: The analysis results show that leg muscle power (X1) has a significant relationship and makes a significant contribution to smash ability. The research results show that back muscle flexibility (X2) has a significant relationship and contributes significantly to smash ability. The analysis results show that eye-hand coordination (X3) has a significant relationship and contributes significantly to smash ability. The results of the joint analysis (X1,2,3) show that leg muscle power, back muscle flexibility, and hand-eye coordination have a significant relationship and contribute significantly to smash ability. Results of multiple correlation analysis of 3 predictors with Fcount 9.33 > Ftable 2.88. This means a significant relationship exists between leg muscle power, back muscle flexibility, eye-hand coordination, and smash ability in volleyball athletes. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between leg muscle power, back muscle flexibility, and hand-eye coordination on the smash ability of volleyball athletes.. Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan lari 100 meter siswa putra pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 1 Bunga Raya belum maksimal. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti kekuatan otot tungkai, kecepatan reaksi, dan koordinasi mata-tangan-kaki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh power otot tungkai, kecepatan reaksi, dan koordinasi mata-tangan-kaki terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter, baik secara langsung, tidak langsung, dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis jalur. Sampel terdiri dari 20 siswa putra ekstrakurikuler atletik yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes standing broad jump, tes reaksi seluruh tubuh, tes koordinasi mata-tangan-kaki yang dimodifikasi, dan tes lari 100 meter. Data dianalisis dengan regresi berganda, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis jalur melalui model struktural pada = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada pengaruh langsung power otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter sebesar 7,40%, (2) ada pengaruh langsung kecepatan reaksi terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter sebesar 6,05%, ( 3) ada pengaruh langsung koordinasi mata tangan kaki terhadap kemampuan lari 100 sebesar 38,81%, (4) ada pengaruh tidak langsung power otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter melalui koordinasi mata tangan kaki dengan total pengaruh sebesar 31,90%, (5) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kecepatan reaksi terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter melalui koordinasi mata tangan kaki dengan total pengaruh sebesar 25,84%, (6) pengaruh simultan variabel ini adalah 91,50%.
