Abstract

Simpang adalah pertemuan atau percabangan jalan baik sebidang maupun yang tak sebidang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Analisis Kinerja Simpang Tak Bersinyal Dengan Menggunakan Metode Gap Acceptance Dalam Upaya Mengatasi Kemacetan.” (Studi  Kasus:  Jalan  Raya  Bandulan–Jalan  Raya  Bandulan  Barat–Jalan  Raya  Bandulan).  Metoda  yang  digunakan  adalah  dengan melakukan pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder, survey volume lalu lintas, survey observasi, serta survey hambatan samping. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa arus lalu lintas tertinggi terjadi pada hari Senin pada pukul 15.45-16.45. pada minggu pertama sebesar 9221 kend/jam atau 1566,3 smp/jam dengan kapasitas minggu pertama 2225,94 smp/jam dengan derajat kejenuhan 2,32.sedangkan mingggu kedua sebesar 8874 kend/jam atau 5109,6 smp/jam dengan kapasitas minggu pertama 3276,94 smp/jam dengan derajat kejenuhan 1,56. Dari nilai derajat kejenuhan dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja simpang ini tergolong kelas F, Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh nilai gap kritis pada Simpang Tak Bersinyal Jalan Raya Bandulan sebesar 13,5099 detik, pada pagi hari sedangkan nilai gap kritis pada siang hari sebesar 32,055 detik. melebihi nilai yang disyaratkan MKJI 0,75. Penanganan yang sesuai dengan kinerja simpang tersebut dalam menguraikan permasalahan kemacetan, kecelakaan dan kelancaran arus lalu lintas yaitu dengan memasang rambu lalu lintas, larangan  angkutan  kota  untuk  menaikan  dan  menurunkan  penumpang  disimpang dan  sekitarnya,  larangan  parkir  ataupun  kegiatan komersial yang melebihi bahu jalan dan juga penempatan petugas dari DLLAJ (Dinas Lalu Lintas Angkutan Jalan) terutama pada jam puncak, Pelarangan belok kanan bagi arus kendaran dari jalan minor (Jalan Bandulan Barat) menuju jalan minor, pemasangan pulau jalan dan pelebaran geometrik dan merubah tipe jalan menjadi 342 U/D.

Abstract

Tanah adalah suatu himpunan mineral, bahan organik, dan endapan-endapan relatif lepas,salah satunya pada konstruksi jalan raya.tanah sebagai pondasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kondisi konstruksi jalan. Kondisi ini terjadi di Jalan Tirto Rahayu Landung Sari-Desa Mulyoagung Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang yang merupakan obyek penelitian.Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan sepanjang 1000 m yang di bagi menjadi 200 m persegmen di Jalan Tirto Rahayu Landung Sari Desa Mulyoagung Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang,kondisi jalan mengalami kerusakan.Hal ini dilihat dari kerusakan permukaan aspal yang terkelupas,retak, dan berlubang.Nilai rata-rata Pavement Condition Index (PCI) jalan Tirto Rahayu Landung Sari Desa Mulyoagung Kecanatan Dau Kabupaten Malang yaitu 44 Cukup (Fair),jenis tanah setelah di lakukan penelitian dan lolos ayakan 200 = 35% tanah berbutir sebagian besar lanau dan lempung.hasil analisa saringan lolos ayakan 200,20,dan 10 yaitu batu pecah,kerikil,dan pasir.hasil analisa kadar air rata-rata yaitu 54,05%,hasil rata-rata nilai plastisitas yaitu 1,1 % < 10 % sehingga rata-rata tingkat plastisitas segmen rendah dengan jenis tanah Lanau.hasil nilai rata-rata CBR dan DDT menggunakan alat DCP yaitu sebesar 2,43 % < 5 % dengan nilai DDT sebesar 3,36. jalan ini perlu dimasukan dalam program pemiliharaan secara berkala dan Pemilihan perkerasan dalam menggulangi kerusakan pada jalan ini yaitu menggunakan perkerasan lentur

Abstract

Transportasi merupakan salah satu penggerak atau pendorong pertumbuhan suatu daerah. Meningkatnya pertumbuhan penduduk hingga tingginya perekonomian di suatu perkotaan mengakibatkan fasilitas-fasilitas yang dibutuhkan masyarakat semakin meningkat. Salah satu kota yang turut mengalami perkembangan yaitu Kota Malang, salah satunya adalah Jalan Ki Ageng Gribig yang merupakan akses menuju jalan tol Malang-Pandaan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui derajat kejenuhan ruas Jalan Ki Ageng Gribig yang berada di sekitar pintu tol Pandaan-Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan berpedoman pada Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997. Penelitian dilakukan pada dua bagian ruas jalan, sebelum dan setelah masuk tol. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari survei penelitian, didapatkan hasil kapasitas jalan adalah 1473,45 smp/jam, dengan nilai Q sebesar 2476,1 smp/jam pada ruas jalan bagian 1 dan Q sebesar 3230,9 smp/jam pada ruas jalan bagian 2. Maka diperoleh nilai derajat kejenuhan jam puncak pada ruas jalan bagian 1 adalah 1,68 dan bagian 2 adalah 2,19. Kedua bagian jalan tersebut memiliki nilai F yang menunjukan bahwa ruas jalan ini berada dalam kondisi jenuh. Sehingga diperlukan perhatian dari masyarakat khususnya pengguna jalan agar dapat memperhatikan pemanfaatan lahan di jalan perkotaan agar tidak mengganggu arus lalu lintas pada jalan Ki Ageng Gribig.

Abstract

Transportasi merupakan salah satu hal terpenting dalam pembangunan, upaya dalam meningkatkan kekuatan struktur perkerasan jalan yaitu dengan memodifikasi campuran aspal. Alasan menjadikan bahan tambah plastik ps adalah memiliki sifat yang sama dengan aspal yaitu termoplastik memiliki nilai penetrasi yang setara dengan aspal pen 60/70. Adapun tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui karakteristik marshall terhadap pengaruh penambahan biji plastik ps terhadap kinerja aspal porus ditinjau berdasarkan pengujian marshall, cantabro loss dan asphalt flow down. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian eksperimental di laboratorium. Penelitian yang akan dilakukan menggunakan metode pendekatan australian asphalt pavement association (aapa) 2004., kemudian akan ditambahkan dengan perbandingan bahan biji plastik ps dengan kadar 0%, 2%, 4%, 6% dan 8% terhadap berat total kao. Dari hasil pengujian karakteristik marshall terdapat beberapa campuran pada aspal porus dengan variasi kadar 4% yang telah memenuhi spesifikasi disyaratkan australian asphalt pavement association (aapa 2004) yaitu pada nilai vma sebesar 34,44%, untuk nilai stabilitas sebesar 862,64 kg sedangkan untuk nilai mq sebesar 2.601 kg/mm. campuran perkerasan jalan diharapkan mampu menghasilkan suatu perkerasan dengan kekuatan yang baik dan ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Several modes transportation that developing at this time include the Patas Bus and Jayabaya Train which serve Malang-Surabaya route. In this study, authors conducted an analysis people's reasons for choosing the mode transportation between Patas Bus and Jayabaya Train malang - Surabaya. The this study was to determine the characteristics and modes transportation. Then we get the difference between Travel Expenses (∆X1) = UBUS-UKA = 20.509-0.196 , Difference in Travel Time (∆X2) = UBUS-UKA = 17.167-2.020, Difference in Travel Frequency (∆X3) = UBUS - UKA = 19.772 - 2.011 , Access Time Difference (∆X4) = UBUS – UKA = 33,662 – 1,136.

Abstract

Plastic has various types, one of which is PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) plastic, which is often used as a raw material for plastic bottles. One type of asbuton that is often used for road pavement is LGA (Lawele Granular Asphalt) asphalt. Repairs by adding asbuton to the porous asphalt mixture need to be done. This is because porous asphalt has several weaknesses, namely low strength or stability compared to other asphalt mixtures. The addition of PET and LGA waste to porous asphalt is a topic in this article. This research design uses a quantitative design with a type of experimental research. The results of the study concluded that: (1) The results of testing the characteristics of the constituent ingredients of the porous asphalt mixture meet the specifications of SNI, and (2) The test results of the addition of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) plastic and LGA (Lawele Granular Asphalt) to porous asphalt mixture meet the specifications by RSNI 2 Design and Implementation of Porous Asphalt Mixture 2012. It is hoped that this research can be an alternative to the mixture of PET plastic waste and LGA asbuton in a porous asphalt mixture. In addition, the newness of this material is expected to also help the construction of roads.

Abstract

The increasing population of Malang Regency can trigger increased movement. The large number of housing estates that have emerged in Malang Regency will lead to an increase in the number of movements made by residents who occupy housing in an effort to meet their needs, be it primary, secondary, and tertiary needs which can cause traffic flow disruptions that cause a decrease in the level of road service. The main objective of the study is trip generation to obtain a relationship that connects land use with the amount of development entering and leaving the area. The trip generation planning plan to assess as accurately as possible the current traffic age, which will be used to predict what will happen. This survey was conducted by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to each resident's house. Analyzing data with descriptive statistical methods of correlation test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis that has been obtained, the characteristics of the population in Karangploso View housing are the number of family members who dominate 4 people consisting of family members who go to school and work with an average income of >Rp 2,000,000.00. The most dominating vehicle is a 2-wheeled vehicle and is most often used to go to the office / office. The results of the analysis show that the frequency of use of 2-wheeled vehicles in a week has a significant influence on trip generation with a regression coefficient value of 0.524. Thus, along with the increase in population, the number of trips using 2-wheeled and 4-wheeled vehicles increased significantly, especially on routine trips such as going to work also increased significantly.

Abstract

Ende City is located in East Nusa Tenggara Province, also one of the education cities, where many schools and universities exist, this is one of the reasons for the increasing accident rate in Ende City. Eltari road is a primary collector type road which is an urban road that functions as a link between Simpang lima Ende road, Wirajaya road, and Basuki Rachmat road. This research uses quantitative methods, with data collection for 1 week. Z-Score and Cusum analysis methods. From the data obtained from the Ende Regency Police Traffic Unit from 2018-2022 the incidence of accidents on the Eltari Ende road section was 27 incidents. The objectives taken in this study are to determine the characteristics of the road, find out Blacksite and Blackspot, and how to improve the road section with safety. Based on the observations obtained, the level of service analysis value on the Eltari Ende road section is 0.32 with criterion B, namely stable flow, but the operating speed begins to be limited by traffic conditions. Based on the results of the Z-Score and Cusum analysis methods, it is known that the Eltari Ende road is identified as an accident-prone point seen from the road segment which has a Z-Score value in segment I of 0.182 which is positive 0, the Cusum value in segment I is 10.000 which is positive and 0. Based on the classification, it states that if the Z-Score and Cusum values are positive or 0, it is identified as accident-prone. Proposals in an effort to reduce accidents and improve safety roads, are repairing and adding road complementary facilities, checking, inspecting and monitoring regularly so that traffic conditions remain stable, improving road safety.

Abstract

Transportation is an important part of human life. Transportation is closely linked to all human activities, including the acquisition of products and services for many reasons. The purpose of this study is to assess the performance of the road, assess the impact of bridge construction, and find a feasible alternative solution. This research belongs to the field of quantitative descriptive research. It uses a hypothesis verification method, beginning with deductive reasoning to formulate hypotheses and then conducting field tests. The Tlogomas Road section of Malang City is observed to be busy on Tuesdays at 06.00 to 07.00. So far we have been able to achieve a capacity value (C) of 2,775 skr/h and a degree of saturation (DJ) value of 0.93, higher than the DJ value set in PKJI 2014 (DJ > 0.85). Therefore, the level of service is categorized as E, indicating inconsistent flow with periodic decreases in speed and demand approaching its maximum capacity. Based on the study results obtained through the use of SPSS, it can be concluded that the construction of the Tunggul Mas bridge has a significant influence on the performance of the Tlogomas road section. In section 2, it seems that the eastern region, X1 (motorcycles), is the most affected. The estimated t table value of 2.650 is much greater than the t table value of 0.005. Alternative solutions used include the installation of warning signs prohibiting parking on the roadside, as well as the application of yellow box intersection markings at the Tlogomas intersection in Malang City.

Abstract

The intersection of Jalan S. Supriadi - Jalan Satsui Tubun is a connecting route between Malang city and other cities. So to minimize the conflict in the intersection of Jalan S. Supriadi - Jalan Satsui Tubun, serious handling is needed. So that researchers are interested in studying further through research with a quantitative approach method of descriptive type. The implementation of this research aims to analyze the performance of Jalan S. Supriadi - Jalan Satsui Tubun in the existing and the next 10 years and recommend appropriate handling techniques at the intersection. Then to support data analysis, researchers implemented two types of data sources, namely secondary data sources in the form of the number of vehicle growth and population, while the primary data was in the form of intersection geometric conditions and traffic volume. Data collection was carried out for 7 days. The results of the traffic performance analysis showed that the value of vehicle volume in 2023 was 5249 cur/ hour, the degree of saturation (DJ) value obtained was 1.0> 0.85, meaning that the speed level was slow and the flow was experiencing obstacles, so it fell into category F for the level of service and the delay was 28.3 sec /cur service level B (less). From the analysis results for the next 10 years, the degree of saturation (DJ) on Jalan S. Supriadi - Jalan Satsui Tubun still meets the requirements based on PKJI 2014. In 2023, the traffic volume levels on the east, south, and north approaches are 666 pcu/h, 979 pcu/h, and 1042 pcu/h respectively, while the degree of saturation on the east, south, and north approaches are 0.71; 0.49; and 0.71 respectively.
